hi I’m back again to ask about the down in the deep au

How’s Danny handling the whole deaged/transformation into sea Creature/melding/not having his full power set? Also how is he feeling about his new guardian figure(?)

Does he miss his human feet

He actually is more than a hint hysterical when he first realizes his legs are gone. And doesn't realize how 'small' he is at first or that he doesn't have his powers thanks to the fact he was already exhausted and such from his Wail and previous battle. Needless to say he does kind of panic when he realized that the few powers he has are limited AF.

He's actually kind of neutral towards Sebastian at first, but does end up warming up towards him. Er, it takes a tiny bit at first because he holds a grudge for carrying him everywhere, he's sure this place can't be more dangerous than other places he's been!

He's actually struggling with not having legs, seeing as the only time he's had a ghost tail, or any tail really, up until this point is in flight. And it didn't have a fin, so he's incredibly clumsy. (There are many swimming lessons in his future to help him get used to legless movement, along with a bit of hand-holding to his embarrassment)

So all in all, he could be handling it worse at the moment. Could be handling it better, but he could be handling it worse too.

With summer break around the corner , it's just one weekend . What could go wrong ?, Well........ , Seb , Lewis and Daniel are about to find out.

2022!F1 grid X female!driver!reader

Sebastian vettel , Daniel Ricciardo, Lewis Hamilton X female!driver!reader.

Warnings : grammar, cursing,sad girl hours, mercedes slander(not really), McLaren, I'm missing up the timeline but it's fun , not proof read nor edited .

leaving the media pen brought y/n relief as she's finally able to stretch her legs and get some fresh air away from the bustling reporters asking the same questions over and over again and buzzing teams finishing interviews and packaging garages after the race .

She avoided her team's garage like a plague , having to witness as the engineers pushed her car back in was more than too much for her to handle , so she opted for walking around trying to clear her mind before it goes on to a spiral.

Spotting Sebastian's green team shirt alongside Lewis and chatting among themselves down the pit wall she made a beeline for them . "Hello gentlemen . seb, Lewie " she greats them cheerfully as she gave each one a hug as they congratulate her before settling back beside Seb as he nudged her shoulder teasing " p3 , not so bad huh? " causing her to smile bashfully at him , Lewis pumped his fist with her's " great driving out there " , "thank you " she said with a beaming smile " yeah those last 3 lap were from hell , Sainz almost got my ass " both looked amused at her ranting post race as she always dragged them to listen , not like they were complaining as they adored how she went on giving them her full review with them giving her input here and there .

after a while of catching up they noticed how uncharacteristically quite she got while looking around searching for something or rather someone but before they could ask she perked up as Danny barged over lifting her in a tight hug shaking her around while exclaiming loudly "demon spawn!" And she returned the hug letting out a loud "Ricky Martin!" The other just stood there used to their antics same as everyone around them as they love to tease (bully) eachother around the paddock .

She turned to Danny giving him a wide grin" you're right on time , I was about to send out searching party " he nudged her shoulder " awww , I didn't know you'd miss my charming personality and handsome face that much " she scoffed at him " as if " he stepped back hand on his heart dramatically whining " you've wounded my delicate heart !" That got him a kick in the shin from her before she grinned back at him " stop with you theatrics , I have a great idea , we should start our own F1 support group !" mildly amused he threw her a wide grin " I'm all in baby , but what for?" So she looked at the other two drivers maintaining her wide grin as she lowered her voice to avoid any preying ears "well , mainly for you , Mick and Seb , but I'll be needing it too . my lovely team pulled a McLaren because guess who's mercedes dropping during the summer break ? , to give you a hint it's not Lewis" .

The three of them stood still staring at her as if she'd grown a second head , Danny was the first to snap out laughing "nice one mate ! That Almost got me" after a moment of silence Sebastian signals to him and he immediately reached to cover her ears as he cursed loudly "that's fucking bullshit , why the fuck would they ?" As she just stood there waiting for him to finish , Lewis just stared at her bewildered " what do you mean they are dropping you ? They can't do that , you're competing for the championship in that tin can excuse of a car incase they've forgotten about the standings ! Hell ! We both got a contract till 24 _ 25 they can't just drop it".

she just shrugged " well , they sure can and already did so ....." Danny's eyes couldn't get wider "what?!" So she gave them a nonchalant hand wave "starting from tonight I'm officially an unemployed F1 driver , they bought my contract and sent me out the door" Lewis interrupted " but Toto...." Only for her to shake her head " he sat me down along with the team management , PR and legal team which explains why they were lurking around lately , and both my lawyer and Manager out of nowhere and went on about the team and the drivers , how the last two years were great for the team bonding building a solid foundation and all of the usual pe-race briefing no big deal right ? , He went on talking about my contract which was odd because I knew wouldn't be up till 24 at least with great possiblity of extension , and how I have a promising future in the sport but not with them and I honestly just zoned out after that ,up until they gave me an offer out of of guilt or pity I guess to drive for Williams alongside Albon " that got Danny's attention "what about Russell?" So she whispered to him to subtly hold both Lewis and seb back as they both were close to marching over mercedes demanding answers after her declaring " they finalized singing him today for the next three seasons so starting from SPA he'll be driving full time for mercedes , that's net even the worst part , apparently they were discussing the position since the beginning of the previous season but they wanted me out with the least PR damages so now is the best chance to do so after most teams got their seats confirmed for next season so here I am " .

"Wait so you're telling me that everyone knew except us ? " she shrugged "pretty much, yeah " , "bono?" , " He knew" , " sussie?" , "Nodding "yup" , "James?" , "Uhuh , he was all in for the change" , "fucking hell!", "Exactly" she shrugged " they even decided they won't even announce any of it till Spa " . Daniel whistled in astonishment " wait until Nando hear about this " causing them to grimace only thinking what he'd possibly do " oh he already know ! Yeah ".

Silence overtook them as their somber faces took her demeanor in , her now fidgeting fingers , tense shoulders , and strained smile , seb stepped up giving her a tight hug whispering " are you okay?" And she reciprocated with a strained voice " yeah , it's just didn't hit me yet so I would give it two to three days to fully set in but right now, everything is shitty and I want to cry but I'm too angry to cry so now I'm hungry , I want ice cream ". That earned her a sympathetic smile from Lewis as he pulled her next " I known darling , let's grab our things and I promise you we'll get you as much of ice cream as you want okay? ", " Okay , but I'm not going there , I can't , they're taking down my name and number off of everything" she let out with a small voice as he sighed heavily "already!? They couldn't wait?" Shaking his head while heading up to their drivers rooms .

Danny put his arm around her shoulders swaying them as he reminded " it might be so shitty and as bad as it seems , but we've got you okay? You'll find us there whenever you need us , you're stuck with us for good , and if you wanna burn down you know what , you know where ........." Seb snapped. " no one is burning anything!" Only for him to carry on pretending to whisper " we won't tell him " causing her to let a loud giggles at how serious Daniel was and how seb was trying to tell him off of it ." Just know you won't be alone in this".

I've been missing this au recently 🥺

The bruises hadn't faded by the time that Lando was being handed discharge papers to sign and more pamplets about surviving abuse. He knew he still looked a mess, even with the bandage covering the almost mating bite on his neck. The bruises on his face were still vivid, and Lando couldn't bear seeing his relfection right now. He had avoided the mirror every time Sebastian had helped him shower because Lando was uncomfortable with even Daniel, the man he wanted to mate, being in the room with him when he was vulnerable at the moment. It was still too much, too soon, even as he clung to Daniel's hand right now as they walked towards the other's car slowly.

Daniel was giving him careful, cautious looks. He had a protective arm around Lando's waist, always careful with his touch and always checking if Lando wanted him to move his arm or to stop touching him. He was the perfect partner, and Lando wished, once more, that he had called Daniel that night instead of leaving in a panic.

It would have saved them so much pain but it was too late for that now as Daniel helped him into the car and pressed a kiss to his temple before closing the door. The first few minutes of the car ride were silent. Daniel had offered him his hand with a smile, giving a point of contact that Lando still desperately needed after everything. He liked the weight of Daniel's hand in his, the comfort of his scent around him, calming him because he knew that with Daniel here, he was safe. Which was why the panic that gripped him as they turned down a familiar road, caught Lando by surprise as he dropped Daniel's hand and felt himself shrinking back in his seat. His scent soured, filling the car with a burnt chocolate scent that had Daniel glancing at him with worry until the alpha pulled over, turning off the car so he could reach for Lando hand's. "Hey, breathe for me, sweetheart", Daniel encouraged softly, squeezing his hands gently as Lando nodded and did as asked, "Want to tell me what's wrong?" Lando paused for a moment, biting at his lip until he managed to put his jumbled thoughts and feelings into words. "You're taking me home" The soft look on Daniel's face was devastating as Lando and he both realised that home was something Lando was scared of now. He hadn't been home since the night that he had left. He hadn't talked to the pack since that last interaction where Lewis had yelled at him, and no one had stood up for him. They had all torn him apart that day in different ways.

Lando knew they were sorry. He knew they had been in the hospital every day in shifts waiting for permission to see him, he couldn't bring himself to see them just yet. But home meant the pack house, and Lando, for the first time ever, didn't feel safe going home. "I am taking you home, but not to the pack house, Lando" Daniel reassured him, kissing his hands softly, "I know it's not a safe space for you right now. I know you don't want to see them yet, especially like this, and that's okay. We're going to Sebastian and Jenson's pack, they have a spare room for us and Mick got some of our stuff from our pack house. The only one that will be there besides their pack is Fernando, I promise" Lando felt his chest ease a little at that as he squeezed Daniel's hands in return as he nodded. He felt the panic easing. "I would never let you go back there when you're this vulnerable", Daniel reassured, letting go of one of Lando's hands to cup his cheek, bopping his nose softly, "I love you, and I'm not going to let anyone hurt you again" Lando gave him a soft smile and tilted his head, nudging at Daniel's palm for a moment. He let his scent calm him some more as Daniel exuded nothing but love and comfort until he was able to pull away with another kiss to his palm. "Let's go home, Danny"

i've been thinking of writing a stardew valley au of the magnus archives with martin as the farmer and jon as some misanthrope researcher living maybe on a flat above the library instead of gunther (perhaps he's researching the strange monsters that appear in the mines and you don't see nearly anywhere else in the world...)

if i were to write it, i think it would be fun to replace canon sdv characters with tma characters, wouldn't it? maybe sasha as maru, perhaps renting a room in the house in the mountains from robin (assuming i don't change her for, say, gertrude? eric and gerry could be there as well. perhaps the house is gertrude's but eric is her assistant– or her son and gerry her actual grandson– and has taken over some of the manual work with her aging, and gerry as sebastian?)

perhaps helen and michael could be there instead of emily and haley? trevor and daisy (julia is in a band now. good for her.) could run the adventurer's guild and daisy could be in shane's place (see: recovering from addiction/unhealthy habits as a parallel to the hunt) perhaps she'd be physically disabled in some way, that would be an explanation as to why the mines are not purged from monsters overnight (can you tell i love daisy)?? basira could be in marnie's place and helping daisy recover while she recovers herself? :)

tim and danny as sam and vincent, with danny as an older vincent but younger than canon danny, perhaps?? waiting for their father or mother or both to return from the war with the gotoro empire? (maybe he had always lived there, moved to a bigger city for a while and returned when the war started. maybe he, sasha and jon are working for the same long-term monster researching project. wouldn't it be nice if martin just came bumbling around one day and drastically started indirectly improving their research productivity with his sdv farmer endeavors?? the four of them engaging in shenanigans?? think about it.)

georgie could be kind of like sandy/visit from time to time from the city, make it a jon heart event first and then a melanie one. melanie could be an aggressive version of leah ("youtuber lives in charming yet spooky town in a cabin in the woods, has a successful channel and a podcast girlfriend. good for her.")

there would be different heart events suiting more the canon characters (maybe sasha's 8-heart could be her venting about how she moved to pelican town because someone tried to kill her and steal her identity, tim's about how a circus kidnapped his little brother as a kid like in that one statement, etc. and i'm vibrating like i'll break glass jusr by thinking of what to do with jon.)

at some point jon is sent by elias to the "my ex-husband took the furniture" quest and martin tags along for the fun of it.

i don't know what to do with harvey because he's my husband and i love him and i don't want him gone but i'll think about it. after all, i'm still missing caroline, pierre and abigail (although they could pretty well be mikaele salesa running the store with annabelle working and living there.) perhaps naomi herne should suit the harvey role?? she's peaceful enough to not make me angry for not getting to have my dearest harvey right there. she'd be a doctor, obviously, and perhaps michael could work with her as a part-time nurse? she's waiting for her husband to return from the war (evan herne was sent to the army by his family for abandoning the lukas jojamart family business and marrying naomi, but he'll come back, fear not.)

diego molina and agnes montague as pam and penny doesn't sound bad, and i'm seriously considering having elias be both lewis and the wizard. for the fun of it? perhaps everyone but jon (and later martin) wonders who the wizard is- he calls himself the wizard j. magnus because he's a pretentious bastard. (jon has been set in a position where if he reveals this he gets turned into a plant or something) and he's also the mayor of the town (his legal name is very much elias bouchard.) also, instead of the affair with marnie he has an affair with morris the jojamart guy (peter lukas.)

george, evelyn and alex could be replaced by julia and trevor– they could be softer, less hunt but still recovering from the same thing as daisy– and julia could have a petty feud with jon because, before she knew she was a lesbian, she fancied gerry and gerry used jon as an escape tactic. nothing came of it between gerry and jon but the incident stayed and it was very funny to everyone else.

jude perry could fit clint (and keep on her incel pining over agnes, have a petty feud with jon, because she burned his hand "accidentally" and also because jon is very good at creating petty feuds with people. martin and i both love that man), and krobus and the dwarf could stay like that, etc. and perhaps jas could be daisy's goddaughter that she's struggling to raise (it could be an event, her realising that she needs to pull herself together and stop letting basira raise her alone, just paying half the bills won't cut it– maybe they weren't even together before this and a year or two after her starting the path towards recovery they get together??)

perhaps for willy we could put oliver banks and mike crew there?? local lightning-scarred man is entranced by the vastness of the sea (+his goth not-yet-partner). local hot goth fisherman is so done with everything and just wants peace with the dead quiet of the sea (he rants about death to martin as a heart event, fight me). they should also be a little bit older, to balance the age range of people in town and also because yes.

also jojamart. i think it shoudl stay jojamart because i need someone to make a jmart pun somewhere.

if i should set elias as the wizard/lewis, peter lukas as morris jojamart, who could simon fairchild be?gus, maybe? god knows he's funny enough to be the owner of a saloon. it's funny to imagine his banter with helen while working busy nights there (helen i love you why does the fandom only care about michael.)

so to me, there’s like timeline i want to write fics based on? like certain asks that i get that i’ve strung together in my head. i could go through them and try to make a timeline if yall wanted?? like td we talked ab how lando and her meet and it’s like at a grocery store at the end of his rookie season. she’s a virgin. he’s like her first real kiss so they might not even fuck until months or almost a year into their relationship bc he’d want to take it slow, he’s traveling all over the world and she’s in school and can’t travel with him plus its super early on so she wouldn’t even if she could bc that seems too serious to do with her first boyfriend ever yk? they don’t start fooling w the grid around until this current season when oscar is his teammate, and max is the first one. so she has no feelings for carlos in my head. we talked about it briefly but she doesn’t have feelings for anyone else really? she cares about some more than others and certainly loves some but she’s in love with oscar and lando they’re her sun and moon!! she falls for oscar bc he’s very respectful of her and lando’s relationship and her as a person, he’d remind her of how sweet lando was to her early on in their relationship and she can’t help but fall for him.

but bc its just an au we can talk ab anything. when ppl send asks ab like carlos and lando being teammates and bunny liking them both im not gonna correct them and be like “bunny was an innocent virgin who just met them both, she would cry if she knew the dirty things carlos wanted to do to her” bc now that we talked ab how they met, they’d be going into 2020 and their last season as teammates, and she would have just met lando in the off time yk? so realistically she’s not having sex w lando and much less carlos when they’ve only met a few times when she has time off school to go see him.

when i get asks ab like carlos and lando being teammates and dating bunny i just like assume theres a dif backstory like childhood friends to lovers or smth? they’re like 16 yrs old and she’s nervous ab her first date so lando offers to teach her how to kiss. then it could be a cute lil thing where she doesn’t even go on the date bc she’s too busy kissing lando and then he makes up for it by taking her on a date ! she’s by his side thru everything instead of a sebastian vettel fan who meets him in a grocery store. then when he makes it to f1 maybe they have a threesome w carlos and they get attached even though they shouldn’t and it keeps happening. then carlos leaves them for ferrari. they’d try to be distant w daniel but he’s so smiley and cuddly with all his friends and they can’t take it and wind up wrapped in his sheets too. then he leaves and they meet oscar and the pattern repeats itself ! in some brainrots her and lando will pine after carlos if thats what ppl wanna send asks about and i’m gonna run w it and write brain rots about it. but if i write more one shots in the universe i’m gonna follow a set timeline based on certain asks bc they don’t all work together in a realistic timeline. i hope this makes sense.🫶🏻

Some headcanon-ish things I have for my f1 x elements series

I’m pretty sure I wanna make each person’s power different, like for example Pierre and Daniel, although they have powers regarding the Fire element I wanna say like maybe danny has more control over his due to experience? like he’s able to control the intensity of his soul’s flame while Pierre has a more higher intensity flame usually because he can’t control it well enough yet

God I am SO SURE yuki would have so much fun with his soul’s water, like holy shit

I would say that charles’ inner soul’s earth being gatekeeped from his parents and family? Because like maybe his family didn’t want him to know till Sebastian told him

maybe the reason all of them entered formula 1 was because they had powerfully manifested elements, then the pay drivers such as Mazep*n don’t really have an inner soul’s element (idk where i’m going with this but ik that not everyone in the world would have this in my AU)

I can literally imagine the tiny water droplets, air puffs, fire specks and dandelion petals floating around their helmets while they’re racing (of course, it will be quite tiny so that it won’t distract the drivers)

I’m sorry Max fans, I quite like him but I would say maybe his power is a bit uncontrollable and like every time he tries to use it it kinda… wrecks a bit of havoc? because his father never taught him how to control it but instead feeds into the chaos of his Soul’s Flame but it would okay because I was thinking daniel would definitely help him learn to control it (MAXIELLL)

No idea if this is a modern au or an everybody lives au or what because it’s a mess but I digress. 18 and Life - Skid Row Duh.  Loves Sebastian Bach-- maybe a little bit too much. 1985 - Bowling for Soup Yeah, the nostalgia train hit modern Munson hard with this one.  Not his style of music but loves the references. Home Sweet Home - Motley Crue Yeah, dude loves Crue.  Wants to be Mick Mars, especially after injuries sustained in the Upside Down. Hopelessly Devoted to You - Olivia Newton John Go-to drunk karaoke song.  Will never hear him admit to being a Grease fan outside of this context, but is definitely a comfort movie of his (he is, obviously, more of a Rizzo fan than a Sandy fan, but he’s a drama queen before all else and nothing says drama more than “Hopelessly.”). I Hate Myself for Loving You - Joan Jett and the Blackhearts Please picture with me, if you will, a Corroded Coffin gig.  Eddie has just gotten into a fight with his significant other (a small one, probably a misunderstanding, but Eddie is dramatic and loves and opportunity to “suffer for his art”).  He knows they’ll be there.  They never miss a show.  So here comes Eddie, all eyeliner, leather, and angst, and they open with this.  Of course, immediately after the gig it’s “I’m sorry baby,” and “You were amazing up there,” and all is forgiven. I Know the End - Phoebe Bridgers I think every single Stranger Things character would find the parallels between their lives and this song to be too uncanny not to like this song. I’m in Love with My Car - Queen Uh, yeah.  Especially mechanic Eddie.  He’d tie his hair back and have this song blasting, singing along while he looks under the hood. Immigrant Song - Led Zeppelin This song is pure feral energy, just like Eds. I Punched Keanu Reeves - Hello Peril While hilarious (iykyk), no.  He has an emotional attachment to Bill and Ted. Johnny B. Goode - Chuck Berry Yes.  Is actively upset that Back to the Future tried to erase Chuck Berry’s genius by implying a white kid gave him the idea for this song. Killer Queen - Queen Favorite Queen song by far. Let’s Hear It for the Boy - Deniece Williams Does not like a single song from it, but actually really enjoyed Footloose.  An oppressive small town, a guy who likes heavier music… so sue him, he identifies. Light My Love - Greta Van Fleet I love him, but Eddie would totally be a “Greta Van Fleet is a Led Zeppelin rip off” truther; man would listen to a single song and go off about authenticity and corporate bullshit before literally never giving them another chance again. Neighbors - J. Cole I genuinely think Eddie would be very stereotypically “I hate rap” for most of his teens and early twenties, but I think eventually he’d grow to appreciate any type of fight through music, especially protest songs, which this is. Norwegian Wood - The Beatles This is the perfect campfire song, and I think if you could convince Eddie to go acoustic for a weekend and go camping, this would be the first song he’d learn. Paranoid - Black Sabbath Eddie canonically likes Sabbath, so I would hope he likes one of their best singles.  Is definitely on every “Intro to Metal” mixtape he’s ever made for his friends. Running Up That Hill (A Deal with God) - Kate Bush Pretty indifferent to it pre-Max.  Now has a mixtape of everyone’s favorite songs.  He carries it everywhere.  Also learned it on guitar and plays it at the hospital when and if his name is cleared and he’s allowed in. Saturday Night’s Alright (For Fighting) - Elton John “Token good Elton song,” according to him. Scarborough Fair/Canticle - Simon and Garfunkel Definitely something he would base a campaign off of. Soldier, Poet, King - The Oh Hellos As with every other DnD nerd, regardless of music preference, he fixates on it.  Is the source of at least half of his LoTR/Ren Faire/DnD fantasies (the softer, less badass ones he doesn’t talk about).  Refuses to believe it’s Jesus music. Teenage Dirtbag - Wheatus Are you kidding?  This song is basically an autobiographical account of his life if/when he had a crush on anyone in a different friend group.

Dan and Lando as brothers is just so aksjsj. Just imagine how enamoured Daniel was with his baby brother and how hard it must have been for him to leave Lando when he moved to Europe as a teen, especially because Lando is around seven when Daniel moves to Europe for good at seventeen/eighteen and he's mad to lose his brother.

Just typing this out created this little scene in my head so here you go

Daniel was grinning at him from where he was lounging in one of the wicker deck chairs. The familiar sounds of the farm making them both relax as they sipped at their drinks and conversations from inside drifted out onto the porch. He could hear Sebastian inside, talking to their mother as if he had always been a part of their world, and felt so much warmth in his chest because of how happy the other made his big brother.

"I was like seven, Danny. Of course I do", Lando rolled his eyes, cheeks flushed a little from the alcohol and from the way his boyfriend, Michael, had an arm wrapped around him.

"Did you cry when he left?", Michael teased, squeezing Lando's hip softly.

"No", Lando glared, huffing as he looked away from the other and gave his big brother a look that said 'shut the fuck up'.

Daniel, being the pain in the as big brother that he was, did not shut the fuck up.

"Oh he did, but he also was dramatic as hell about me leaving. He threw a funeral, and told me he'd never speak to me again for abandoning him", Daniel cackled, slapping his knee as he recalled the memories, "I'm pretty sure you even threatened to take me to court for brotherly abandonment or something"

"Again, I was seven", Lando hissed, burrying his face in his hands as Michael shook with silent laughter beside him and Daniel continued to embarrass him.

One of these days he was going to kill his big brother, but not today. Today he was saved by Sebastian joining them, sitting into Daniel's lap as if it was where he belonged as Daniel pulled him close to kiss his cheek.

"What are we laughing at?", Sebastian asked, stealing a sip of Daniel's beer.

"How dramatic Lando was when I left for europe"

"But didn't you steal his Teddy bear and bring it every where with you, Daniel?", Sebastian gave Lando a knowing wink as Lando glared at his brother once more.

"I KNEW YOU STOLE MY BEAR"

Yess, I actually thought it was taking place in New York but you make it so much better, it makes sense for it to happen in Hawai'i and adds extra to the whole Danny-doesn't get what all the fuss is about ('He's just a guy that runs around on stage shirtless to show off his tattoes' *gasp* 'Take that back!')

Joe have raised the topic of Steve having protection even before an actual attempt at his life but Steve always said no, he can take care of himself, he has a black belt in jujitsu and climbs mountains and jumps out of planes for fun.

(when Danny finds out everything he can do he is angry 'A frigging rockstar ninja??? Are you kidding me???Did you materialise directly out of an 8-year old's fantasy?' - 'Are you saying I'm the man of your dreams? :P- 'Shut up!')

Only after Steve meets Danny and Danny doesn't want to give him the time of day Steve tells Joe 'you know, a police 'escort' may not be such a bad idea. Make sure they send their best ;)'

It makes such perfect sense that Catherine is seen by the public as the villain, the rumours link her to Steve and Billie romantically even tho in reality she's never dated either of them. Apart from Danny and Steve, Kono is the only one who believes her innocence and it has nothing to do with her having a massive crush on the woman. ;)

After Danny finds out how many suspects there are he bellows 'Geez, is there anyone you didn't piss off???'

Of course Wo Fat is behind everything, he was using a 'crazed fan' story to drive up interest in Steve's music and was planning to secretly buy out Steve's entire body of work and of course it would all be worth so much more if the artist was dead ;)

Steve first meets Gracie because Rachel unexpectedly dumps her in Danny's lap when it's not his time and Danny is frantic that he has to find a babysitter when he's on duty but Steve says she can just spend the day with them, they can do kid-friendly activities, he doesn't mind. Seeing Steve so down-to-earth and accessible to Gracie totally does NOT melt Danny's heart, nope, he will deny it under oath.

Also, yes, there are definitely paps following them around and since both Steve and Danny can be touchy-feely with each other there are these photos with captions like 'Who is McGarrett's new mysterious beau?' and it pisses Danny off so much because he can't do his job if the paps follow him around but he's at his limit when they take a picture of Grace and has a huge fight with Steve about how he just does whatever he wants without thinking about how it affects the people around him.

Steve feels so bad he tries to distance himself from Danny but that's when Danny actually hones in on Wo Fat's plan/having hired a shooter and he rushes to Steve's concert to save him in time. Steve is so happy to see Danny there he can't contain his smile (maybe he sings a particularly lovelorn verse while directly locking eyes with Danny) .

And then the rescue happens and Steve finds out about the whole 'Wo Fat planning to kill him to own his work' and he's in shock, he thanks Danny for doing his job, he thinks now Danny won't want to have anything to do with him at all. But Danny surprises him by saying 'Well, maybe it started that way, but when I thought your life was in danger I found it unbearable' and that's when Steve kisses him and before he could say 'sorry' Danny pulls him back and proceeds to kiss the daylights out of him all to the whooping and hollering of the crowd.

PS. Catherine asks Kono out, to thank her for believing in her and for doing all the work to prove her innocence.

10th Grade Talent Show, what if... ...Steve had performed that song he'd been practising for months?

There was a little anxiety at first, of course, at playing his song in front of the whole school. But there was also lots of adrenaline kicked lose the moment Steve stepped on stage. Once he started strumming out the first chords he was instantly swept away, everything around him faded until there was only the music that mattered. Without realising how he took everyone's breath away, he rocked the whole show and became the school's new super star over night.

Little did he know that there was this new kid in the audience, who'd just moved from New Jersey, who didn't really know anyone yet but who was obsessed with music the same way as Steve.

Danny was desperately looking for anyone to connect with, to share his passion for music with--and to form a band. When he saw Steve on stage that night he knew he'd found the right person. He had to get to know this guy. He had to convince him to play music together.
