Malevolent ep 47 Spoilers

There's so much about episode 47 that makes me wanna explode. Arthur talking about how he feels defeated by folding so soon. My boy Yorick is back. Arthur: "I'm not sick" coughs up his lung so bad it made my throat hurt. Yorick (temporary) redemption?? John referring to himself as human by saying "we"??? The little thing of John correcting Yorick after he says "My King" and Yorick listens and calls him John from then on? Arthur not being athletic as a kid but participating anyway because he wanted to fit in and this maybe leading to him joining the boy scouts. The Hand™. Arthur thinking that he scared Alexander away with that rock and you can literally hear his pout. Alexander reveal. Finally at the Castle! Arthur willingly leaning on John for once!! We even got another female character!! (Technically we're just getting her back but let there be women in this podcast)

One last thing to munch on is that Alexander being a girl might exclude her from the big "Don't trust him" from episode 45.

So much happened in this one that I kept expecting the episode to end but it just kept going which was a treat. These last two episodes have been really fun

Katniss is such an unreliable narrator. She says "Then something unexpected happens. At least, I don't expect it because I don't think of District 12 as a place that cares about me" girl you deliver strawberries to the Mayor, you hunt and trade for the district, when you fell at Prim being chosen someone caught you, when you went to Prim people parted for you, when you volunteered EVERYONE stopped. something to be said abt the dimension added by the allusions to greek myth in severance. us all thinking that mark and gemma are orpheus and eurydice and that by reintegrating mark has looked back and therefore ensured that eurydice cannot return--that cold harbour will never be completed. and that we will have to brace ourselves for another tragedy in the end. but then we get gemma's pov and she's not eurydice, she's odysseus fighting to return to mark's penelope, and the cold harbour file is not the passage that must be crossed without turning but the shroud that must remain unwoven to buy odysseus time to come home. and, suddenly, terribly, there is hope again.
