Watching new NSBU episode and I’m inconsolable.

Dang’s jealousy of Liv’s. “Goody two shoes doing good like goody two shoes does every time.” Him just flat dissociating as he realizes he can’t do good at the one thing he was finally good at. Greg’s voice attempting to reach out but being blocked out immediately.

And Liv, who is quite literally in a fight to the death, having the first instinct to abandon it and protect her friend.

replaying red dead redemption 2 is so heartbreaking rn because i'm making an effort to get as much camp dialogue as i can this time and just,,

As much as I ship and love JayVik I don't think they COULD end up happy and together, in the same way two sides of a coin can't touch (haha is that an Arcane reference)

From Viktor's last words in episode 6 I came to realize that they both stand for progress, but different methods of achieving it. Jayce is destruction, Viktor is growth (or, brace yourself, glorious evolution).

They are both part of this entropying, chaotic reality achieved through contact with the Hexcore. One cannot exist without the other, as they give eachother meaning and balance, and I get the feeling they've been trapped in this cycle forever, of destroying and rebuilding. While they strive for the same goal, they differ too much in how they go about achieving it, and are constantly battling themselves and eachother for their cause. Jayce after going through whatever the hell he did when he was gone, must've seen this.

This is further backed up by Jayce killing Viktor without second thought, the SECOND he got out of the Hexcore he fucking sprinted on this direct path to kill him. He knew where to shoot, right through his Hexcore heart. He's been through this before, probably an unthinkable amount of times.

This series makes me sick everything is so well thought out and planned and tied together UGH.
