Dustin: i think over the years i had to defend myself and why exactly i stayed married to theo for so long. and we werent together the whole time i did leave him but the fact that we came back together and we had the twins looked OFF to a lot of my family. i get that. i do . theo didnt want a commitment and we stayed married long past we probably shouldve.. but i think one of things i will never back down about is that when he came back into our lives... he made himself WORTHY of having me . i didnt make it easy on him and i know it seems like im just being stepped on by him at leats to my friends it does but its not the case. and i kinda hope to explain that as time goes on.what happend. why were' back together and why we have the twins.

Another farmer ramble, but this time it's Theo and his thoughts on the Villagers of Pelican Town!

🌳 Mayor Lewis – Respectful and Polite

Theo respects Mayor Lewis for his leadership of the town, though he doesn’t always agree with his methods. He finds Lewis approachable, but the mayor’s sometimes strict approach to rules can rub Theo the wrong way. Still, Theo appreciates his efforts to keep Pelican Town running smoothly.

🏡 Robin – Friendly but Practical

Theo gets along with Robin well, admiring her hardworking attitude and passion for home construction. He feels comfortable around her, though her practicality can sometimes clash with his more dreamy and spiritual nature. Still, Robin is one of the few who understands his vision for his farm.

🛒 Pierre – Tense, but Respectful

🎣 Willy – Warm and Welcoming

Theo gets along quite well with Willy, enjoying his laid-back attitude and love for fishing. Though Theo’s not a big fisherman himself, he likes the stories Willy tells about his travels and feels comfortable around him. They exchange friendly banter, and Theo is always up for a chat when he stops by the shop.

Theo finds Marlon a bit intimidating, given his quiet, somewhat mysterious nature and his position as the leader of the Adventurer’s Guild. While he respects Marlon’s strength and experience, he doesn’t always know how to interact with him. Theo tries to show respect, but there’s a distance between them that Theo can’t quite bridge.

Theo feels that Gil is a bit too absorbed in his work at the Wizard’s Tower to connect with him on a personal level. While he respects Gil’s wisdom and knowledge, their interactions are brief and lack emotional depth. Theo doesn’t have a strong bond with Gil, but he’s polite and listens whenever Gil shares his insights.

Theo feels a deep affection for Evelyn, seeing her as a kind and nurturing figure. He enjoys chatting with her about gardening, especially since she’s so passionate about flowers and plants. 🦇 Krobus – A Quiet and Kind Friend

Theo feels a strong sense of empathy for Krobus, understanding the loneliness that comes from being misunderstood. He likes visiting him in the sewer, bringing him little treats from his farm and chatting about his gardening projects. Theo doesn’t mind Krobus’s quiet nature and enjoys their peaceful interactions, often finding solace in his company.

🛠 Dwarf – Curious, But Shy

Theo is initially intimidated by the Dwarf, as he’s not sure how to interact with someone so different from the people in Pelican Town. However, as he gets to know the Dwarf, Theo starts to appreciate his craftsmanship and his love for minerals. He tries to visit the Dwarf when he can, although his shyness sometimes gets in the way of forming a stronger friendship.

🧑‍💼 Morris – Unsettling, but Polite

Theo is put off by Morris’s corporate attitude and his role in Joja Corp, which feels at odds with his love for nature and peaceful living. He tries to keep his distance from Morris, but he’s polite when they do cross paths. Theo doesn’t trust Morris and finds his presence in town a little unsettling, often feeling like something’s off about him.

Theo: you know as i get older the less i want to even hear about my birthday. someone as vain as me,idc ill say it, its hard to see the numbers kinda ticking upwards. and its kinda ghostly you know? my dad wasnt much older than me when he died. its kinda spooky. but my husband bless his little heart does he wants SO..we spend it usually in disney world..because hes a little bit of a disney adult..with our two smaller kids and if any of our adult kids want to come to they do .but thats been kind of the every year thing for awhile now. i think since the twins were born. its cute.. we have pictures of them just kinda getting older in front of the castle. whatever makes my husband happy.

Oh Ho? Hello. I don’t know about my mc yet but let’s see. What if my mc was like:

I’m a big nerd. Not in the “uwu I like reading” sense, but in the “I know for no reason how many apple seeds it takes to kill a man and what flavors match best with cyanide” and “one time I memorized how to make 50 different knots but i can’t untangle my jewelry”. I love libraries, but hate reading. I sit on couches upside down sometimes. I don’t have time for this. Death doesn’t bother me, and find it rather curious. Hannibal Lector is a sort of twisted role model and I love intellectual horror media. If I don’t like you I’ll just ignore you. Don’t be an ass. I am an asshole sometimes. Is that hypocritical? I've been rereading this for a good 10 minutes now and to be honest...

I think I'm leaning towards Mercedes (she's not an LI but she loves horror movies and creepy stuff) but since we are talking about the LIs, in this scenario I would pair your MC up with Jayme. I know it's a bit surprising, but random knowledge is their bread and butter, plus I can see them being amused by how your MC lays on the couch.

I'm going to TRY to get as much in game as I can since I'm still trying to figure out how to code. It is absolutely something I want to have, so I have things written out for future scenes involving this and many other scenarios for approaching gender and sexuality in my drafts that I hope I can implement.

Depends entirely on the vibes/flow when we're introduced to them in the story, and I usually need to at least start to get invested into a character before I choose to romance them, and sometimes my MC takes on a personality of their own, but Henry and Elena sound interesting and fun to me! So I'm looking forward to meeting them the most, I think. Also Jayme. Mostly I'm looking forward to exploring some of the tropes I enjoy (friends to lovers is always good) and from what I've seen (I haven't been super paying attention though) those characters don't seem arrogant. Rick seems like he might be arrogant, for example. If he is and there's an option to roll my eyes and snub him (or anyone else really) I will definitely do it because nothing makes me happier than knocking vain pricks down a few pegs. >:) And the precious beans deserve all the love. That is all. LOL <3

I’m personally hoping that if we don’t get a second book (and if we don’t I’ll cry, just saying) we get reunited with our LI despite staying in the past or going to the future.  If i was writing DS, I would make it so that there were more magical artifacts in the Pirate Queen’s treasure and our LI uses them to find MC in the future.  

I won’t mention my ExO headcanons and how that AU plays out because I want you all to be surprised (although @po-theo-to did kind of figure it out already.  I swear they’re an evil genius!)
