Or Ignis is a master tactician and Prompto won’t ask Noctis (or Ignis or Gladio) for help. Clearly the next step here is to lure the boy home with good cooked food and make sure he never leaves.

Disaster Dad by TheWritingSquid [Devil May Cry]

Some days, Vergil thought he should have let himself fall into Hell.

He had caught Dante’s hand by reflex, against his better judgement, against his pride. But once his brother held on, it had turned impossible to let go. The humiliation of defeat had tightened his chest with every step of their way back to the human world, filling the silence between them, burning away any words they had left. It stayed with Vergil long after he’d vanished, leaving Dante and the scorching memories behind.

None of it compared to the utter hopelessness of watching a three-year-old child throw a tantrum on the floor while wearing pants stained from his diarrhea. And not just any three year old, his.

Noct's avoidance of his royal obligations sets off a chain of events no one could have foreseen, culminating in him falling through three stories of an abandoned building. Unfortunately, no one knows where he is, and as his condition worsens, it soon becomes a tense challenge to find him in time.

When an embargo traps Prompto's parents (and any money they can send him) overseas, he has to rely on the help of others. It's a good thing he has some really good friends! (Until they take it a little too far!)

Ace in the Hole by staircased [DA2]

Hawke spends most of his time getting rich and getting drunk (not necessarily in that order) while playing cards in taverns. While away from Kirkwall, he ends up playing against an overly confident Danarius who bets his slave, Fenris, as the main prize. (AU with canon setting)

I know you weren't looking for MCU fics, but it'd be a tragedy if I didn't recommend Arc Tremors from MountainRose -- it is the ultimate sick!fic/hurt-comfort set directly after Avengers 2012.

Tony's light had flickered out in the aftermath of the fight with the Chitauri, but his team was there and, hey, he'd just been to space, give a guy some slack. The next morning they accepted, but when he collapses weeks later, they're not going to let him brush it off again, and neither is JARVIS.

This fic is coming up on ten years old and does not reference anything from later Marvel films.

My Homeland (My Heart is Here) by blackorchids - aromantic asexual Elsa from Frozen. Anna is pregnant, and while Elsa is of course happy for her, the event kickstarts some of her own worries. Her wonderful sister is there to help.

becoming by yosef_the_tycoon - asexual Natasha Romanov from Marvel. Natasha doesn’t know who she is, because she was never allowed to be herself. This fic is a blunt look into her psyche as she figures herself out.

In Dashing Colours by TheWritingSquid - aromantic asexual Hubert von Vestra and questioning aromantic Ferdinand von Aegir from Fire Emblem: Three Houses. Ferdinand and Hubert have a close, endearing bond.

White Lilies by WingedFlight - asexual OC from The Chronicles of Narnia. It reads just like a short fairytale, and it perfectly captures the magic of the series.

Project Teenager: Failed by neptunejay - asexual Lee Cheong San from All of Us Are Dead. A great representation of the confusion and angst a growing teen faces when he realizes he’s different. 

To be in love is a feat for you and me by Crabgrasses - aromantic Teruki Hanazawa and Reigen Arataka from Mob Psycho 100. Teru is unsure of what he feels, so he goes to an older someone he trusts: Reigen. Reigen does a great job encouraging and explaining aromanticism to the younger boy.

Nuxcia: I read and write but it's been a loooong time since I read one... usually, it's on Tumblr and Dante x Reader or Dante x V. Recently, I read fics by rodeoxqueen, la-vita and an amazing one by lickitysplit.

Solarpunk Manifesto

I am a permaculturalist and a writer and since I discovered solarpunk I fell in love with it.

I read everything I could about solarpunk and I decided to reorganize in a Solarpunk Manifesto some of the material that was collected in the Solarpunk Reference Guide by @solarpunks.

I would like to publish it as "The Solarpunk Collective" without any specific autor, since I just reorganized it, but it was actually written by many different people. What do you think? I would love some feedback and comments and I would love if it was published in many different places.

🤢 Who is your NoTP?

Trish/Sparda Bros.  When you think about it, the relationship isn’t overtly ‘problematic’, it’s just that well... she was created in the image of the twins’ mom, which makes it icky.  I wonder how Vergil will take it post DMC5 when he sees her for the first time since DMC1.

🌍 What is your dream AU?

One day, I will write my Ancient Rome DMC AU.  It started out as a joke, but the more I thought about it, the more fun it looked.  Imagine Nero as a gladiator, Kyrie as a Vestal Virgin, Credo as Praetorian Prefect, and Sanctus as Pontifex Maximus.  And this Assassin named Antony that wields two throwing knives, one made of Ivory, one made of Ebony.

Basically, Sparda bros in togas....mmmmmm...

📚 What’s the longest fic you’ve read in one sitting? 

In recent memory, its probably TheWritingSquid’s Rebirth story.  I heartily endorse it to everyone.
