Then yesterday afternoon/evening it was time to re-watch #thelordoftheringsthefellowshipofthering the extended edition cause I'm crazy like that in preparation for going to see the third one on the big screen on Wednesday. Dun Dun Dun Dunn.  As soon as you start thinking about the lord of the rings, the first thing that comes into your mind other than the favourite 'my precious' line is the theme music.  That was definitely one of the biggest points which had me hooked to this film series from the get go. Based on the book series of the same name, the first installment in the trilogy, the fellowship of the ring introduces you to our characters and lets you find a real feel for the word in which they inhabit, you grow to love and care for each and every one of them and can't help but laugh, cry and fight alongside them all whilst continuing to think okay where does this one end again?  The setting of the movie around Middle Earth is another big part of what keeps this universe together, you hear a bit of music playing when we are in the Shire or in Moira or even towards the end and your mind immediately knows how to react to that moment and therefore can still leave you with chilling moments of oh my god moments and many times to quote Boromir played by the ever loveable man who loves to die in things, Sean Bean. If you have never watched this series before, I would definitely advise it for fans of such things as Harry Potter and Star Wars and other big sci-fi adventures such as this one for I was unsure of the Lord Of The Rings for many years then finally made the plunge to watch all three back to back in about 2009 time I think and haven't looked back since plus Orlando Bloom as Legolas just makes it even more amazing!  (at Amazon Prime Video) https://www.instagram.com/p/CFH6qQhnv_s/?igshid=1vs2e2unlkl0o
