I did it but at what cost.

I absolutely adore the new DND character me and my DM came up with, a snoby elf sorcerer that's actually a simulacrum clone that believes themselves to be the original and doesnt know they're the defective clone of a high level 20 warlock/bard, so they have half those hitpoints and all the spells slots but can't regain either. They lost a bunch of their memories and heard about a shady warlock that they somehow recognized the name of, and they find that the warlock took those memories, so their goal is to get those memories back and possibly kill the warlock who knows yet though.

And their name is Friday Margarita. Who lives on the island of Margaritaville. And whose warlock/bard creator is Jimmy Buffett. So they have the appearance of a young Jimmy Buffett.

Exploration at the DME

The DME The Digital Media Experience Lab (DME) can be found on the third floor of Ryerson's Student Learning Centre. This lab offers a multitude of machines and materials that are free to use for all Ryerson students. Some of the new, innovative technologies at the DME include 3D printers, Wacom tablets, Oculus Rift, and Arduino.

3D Printing The DME contains 3D printers that are primarily for the use of prototyping. This is a process in which one creates an object generated from a computer. Objects are typically made out of various forms of plastics such as, nylon (polyamide), abs (home printers), resin, etc. Users are given the opportunity to gain an enhanced understanding of the objects they produce, both on screen & in real life. With access to 3D printing, users strongly benefit in the trial and error process of prototyping for their final projects.  

Design Fabrication Zone I am an Interior Design student at Ryerson University and my program's building houses a 3D printing lab called the Design Fabrication Zone (DFZ), so I do have background knowledge on the whole concept of 3D innovation. My program and I have been given tutorials and demos on how to use the 3D printers and the process from creating an object on your computer into psychical form. Since 3D printing is a quick way to make a model, it is often used for prototyping, but it also works incredibly well for a final product.

Scanning in 3D To many, scanning is solely thought of a psychical sheet(s) being transferred into digital copies, files or documents, but overtime it has become a revolutionary technology, able to scan 3D objects. Before attending university, I had minimal knowledge on 3D printing, let alone 3D scanning. I had assumed such a tool was only accessible to those who would use it professionally, such as doctors, engineers, or designers. Although, now that 3D printing/scanning is more commonly used within the community, users of all programs/professions, at any level, can be granted the opportunity to use this form of technology.

While binge watching Greys Anatomy, I stumbled upon an interest way characters in the show have used 3D printing to come up with a solution on how to dissect a tumour from a heart.

hand  clutches  a  glass  of  water  as  chocolate  hues  scan  the  vicinity  of  the  conference  room  that  the  majority  of  the  cast  of  the  new  job  she  had  landed  were  situated  in.  she  takes  greedy  gulps  from  the  glass,  as  she  speaks  to  executives  who  had  informed  her  that  they  were  waiting  on  the  male  lead  to  show  up  and  they  could  get  started.  the  same  lead  who  was  playing  her  love  interest  and  had  the  other  half  of  the  responsibility  that  she  had  of  being  the  driving  force  of  this  show.  mouth  is  filled  with  her  drink  when  she  hears  the  door  open  and  when  the  familiar  caramel  eyes  meet  her  own  ---   there’s  a  struggle  for  her  to  swallow  the  liquid,  causing  a  burn  at  the  back  of  her  throat.  the  executives  speaking  is  background  noise,  as  if  she  herself  was  underwater.  /  this  is  stiles,  he’s  the  opposite  lead  of  the  show.  the  one  i  was  telling  you  about  savannah.  he’s  playing  your  love  interest. /   words  seem  very  far  away,  and  she  feels  her  eyes  prickle  with  tears  that  she  has  to  blink  back,  everything  felt  surreal.  what  were  the  odds  ?  love  interests  ?  she  felt  nausea  wash  over  her  as  words  fall  from  rouged  lips.  ‘  we’ve  met  before  and  already  know  each  other,  martin.  ’  she  murmurs,  forcing  the  best  smile  she  could  though  it  doesn’t  meet  her  eyes,  leaving  them  short  of  their  usual  vibrant  sparkle.                                                     /    @voidworn  .

Overview: Albedo spends his last moments admiring you.

"Albedo please for the love of the gods don't you dare do this to me!" You sobbed out, tears slipping from your eyes and falling onto the fabric of his coat.

He stayed silent, smiling up at you with teary eyes as he felt the blood slowly leave his open wounds. He felt his eyes grow heavier as he fought for consciousness.

The snow in Dragonspine fell softly against your skin as you held your dying lover for the last time. His blood stained the snow, turning it crimson red.

"Albedo, please...Please just say something..." You let your head fall to his chest, your body shaking from both the sobs and the cold.

"Stay still for a moment, let me remember your face." His voice was quiet and shaky, but your head shot up at the sound. This time he let tears fall from his eyes, the cold winds almost freezing thedm to his cheeks.

You stared into his eyes and all you saw was pure admiration.

Albedo wanted to remember you, long after his time ended. He wanted to remember the features of your face, the colour of your eyes, the way your lips twitched up into a smile, the way your hair shaped your face and the sweet sound of your laughter.

He wanted your face to be the last thing he saw before he closed his eyes for the final time. His eyes held nothing but love and care for you, because even if he was bad at showing it sometimes, he loved you more then he had ever loved anything in his entire lifetime.

His love was gentle, soft and oh so fragile. Yet with that love he managed to show you a life you never thought you would know.

More tears slipped from not only your eyes, but his too. His vision started to blur and his eyes started to weigh shut. He scanned your features again one final time.

And with one final smile, he whispered into the icy winds...

"Beautiful."
