I have this scene playing over and over in my head of Lester’s spotty memory making him forget English for a little bit. Like in the mornings when he wakes up he defaults to Ancient Greek since that’s his first language and Meg has no idea what he’s saying. And the first time it happens it’s like:

Lester: Tι κάνουμε σήμερα? (What are we doing today?)

Meg: What?

Lester: Τι? (What?)

Meg: What are you saying?

Lester: Μόλις έκανα μια ερώτηση. (I just asked a question.)

Meg: Can you understand me?

Lester: Μέγαρα τι διάολο λες? (Meg, what the hell are you talking about?)

This goes on for a bit until Lester realizes he is actually not speaking in the English language, and he has to spend a bit rewiring his brain to get back into the groove.

Also just having moments where Lester speaks slower, or takes more time to articulate himself bc he’s having to translate from Ancient Greek to English in his head and he isn’t able to do it quickly when his memory is bad. Like, English is probably his 50th language or something, he’d definitely struggle with it a lot once he doesn’t have godly perfection backing him up.
