Yes, I made a Tom And Jerry OC, I grew up watching the cartoon, as well as some of the movies (The 1992 movie has a special place in my heart. 😊), so I decided to finally make an OC for it.

Headcanon voice: Marcellite Garner (Classic voice actress), Andrea Libman (Modern voice actress).

Likes: Tom, animals, strawberries, bows, mystery novels, playing the piano, writing, painting, poetry, sparkly and shiny things, swimming, mostly classical music, but she also likes jazz and swing, fluffy things, flowers, nature, rock collecting, gardening, dancing, and baking.

Dislikes: Jerry messing with Tom, Toodles's snobbishness, confrontation, crowds, bullies, Butch's rudeness, being scared, hurting others, getting angry, shallowness, snobs, and loud noises.

Favorite type of outfit: She really likes to wear bows, her pink one is her favorite.

Story info for Oc: Peony is the twin sister of Toodles Galore, she grew up in a rich and privileged household, however unlike her sister, Peony prefers a more simple life and would rather enjoy the simple, little things in life than indulge in the expensive tastes of the high class lifestyle.

For as long as she can remember, Peony had always been in love with Tom, however she had never said anything about it to him, mostly due to her shy nature, but also due to his previous relationship with her sister, Toodles.

However, after the Blue Cat Blues incident, Peony had enough of Toodles's mistreatment towards Tom and decided to finally talk to him, acting as a source of light during his dark time.

The two started spending a lot more time together, and after a few months of spending time as friends, the two eventually got together and started dating, they have been together for many years now, and they're still going strong.

Synopsis:

A classy, resourceful panther has plenty of hilarious misadventures, outwitting those who annoy him with his clever tricks. The Pink Panther is a heroic, moral cartoon cat with pink fur and the manners of an English aristocrat. He only becomes flustered or angry at obtuse or offensive humans who try to disrupt his existence, or at troublesome gadgets, rodents, or insects. In most of his cartoons, he stumbles into a difficult situation and stoically endeavors to make the best of it.

My Rating: 9/10

My Reasoning:

Okay, so I would give this a 10 rating except for the fact that I do occasionally get bored watching it as compared to other non-dialogue cartoons like Tom and Jerry. It's not bad by any means though. I do enjoy the Pink Panther. I also always liked the dynamic between him and like whatever is annoying him, especially the little white dude character. I feel like for the most part this cartoon is quite wholesome. It also has a cultural impact because it's stuck around for a long time. I mean remember they even made a more modern movie about it.

Anyway, it's great and you should watch it and enjoy it.

Gonna get real for a second, if I may.

Just finished watching Infinity Train. Still over the moon about that whole thing and so stoked for the next chapter. But you know what's sad? As a Steven Universe fan, I know it'll be forever and a day until that happens and Cartoon Network probably won't even promote it properly.

Adventure Time is gone. Regular Show is gone. Steven Universe can only go so far with what little time slot their getting and barely any reruns. Now Infinity Train has ended, it's highly possible that we won't see those ten episodes air again unless there's like some sort of big event but it will most definitely be followed by a marathon of goddamn TTG. Victor and Valentino, I haven't watched much of it but I like the premise, only gets so much time, I think I've only seen Apple and Onion air a few times and every single time I check the channel it's either: Teen Titans Go, The Amazing World of Gumball or freaking Total Dramarama.

Seriously, what happened to the network that had the most diverse group of kids shows ever? Even Boomerang is shit at this point because they don't really air the classics like the used to! Stuff from back in the day like I Am Weasel, Puffy Ami Yumi, My Gym Partner is A Monkey, OG Teen Titans, Codename Kids Next Door, Chowder, The Marvelous Misadventures of Flapjack, Dexter's Laboratory, Tom and Jerry, Fosters Home for Imaginary Friends, Ed Edd N Eddy, Scooby Doo, Camp Lazlo, OG PPG, and new titles like Steven Universe, Over the Garden Wall, Regular Show, Adventure Time, Clarence, as weird as it is, We Bare Bears, OK KO (WHICH YOU B*STARDS CANCELED), Infinity Train can be added now and whatever else is going to be coming within the next few years.

I get it, y'all are trying to cater to kids since it is a kids network but come on. It's gonna get to the point where even kids aren't gonna watch the same thing if you constantly shove it in their face. Like bring back the cartoon bumpers, the funny movie marathon weekends, the Christmas specials that aren't just TTG related. Bring back the Cartoon Network city for more than just being in a crossover. BRING BACK THE GOOD CARTOON NETWORK BECAUSE RIGHT NOW, THIS IS DEFINITELY NOT IT.
