#the expanse#theexpanseedit#i was a little scared starting s04#both because i knew it was the first one produced by amazon#and because i didn't remember much of it/had a feeling it had been boring#but! it was quite good?#i think it worked best when watched in a shorter period of time#and actually in retrospect the weird structure of the first three seasons might have worked better for weekly episode releases#anyway i know for a fact that season 5 (and the beginning of season 6) is when i started not liking it as much on first watch#so i'm very curious to rewatch#tv 2024#i made this#i just want a tag for the things i personally put out into the world

It's... it's ok, I didn't have my hopes up for fluffly filler content for every single Hashira or anything, or seeing any of Mitsuri's family or pets or flashbacks or additional antics or anything, I'm fine, I love the manga canon content done straight justice and brought to life, I'm not dealing with a sense of loss, I'm fine, everything is fine

I cant believe they just *had Percy and Vex Fuck Nasty* right in the first three episodes of Season 3, like god damned guys, absolutely no chill nor restraint and I respect that.

I've just learned by seeing a post that mentioned it tangentially that some Expanse fans think Ade was pregnant with Holden's kid when the Cant exploded. People are welcome to believe whatever they want, but I cannot emphasize enough that this is not canon!! There is literally no evidence that what she wanted to tell him at the last minute is anything about being pregnant!!
