The stars are out and about tonight
I’m so glad that there’s at least one looney tunes film coming out, and to such rave reviews. It’s nice to know the looney tunes haven’t lost their touch.

"The Day the Earth Blew Up: A Looney Tunes Movie" - Coming Soon
Synopsis
That’s not all folks! Porky Pig and Daffy Duck, one of the greatest comedic duos in history, are making their hilarious return to the big screen in the sci-fi comedy adventure, The Day the Earth Blew Up: A Looney Tunes Movie. From Warner Bros. Animation, director Pete Browngardt, and the creative team behind the award-winning Looney Tunes Cartoons, The Day the Earth Blew Up: A Looney Tunes Movie stars Porky Pig and Daffy Duck as unlikely heroes and Earth’s only hope when facing the threat of alien invasion. The movie unfolds a rich Porky & Daffy story that fans have never seen before: In this buddy-comedy of epic proportions, our heroes race to save the world, delivering all the laugh-out-loud gags and vibrant visuals that have made the Looney Tunes so iconic, but on a scope and scale yet to be experienced.

For those wondering how this got hit theaters instead coyote vs acme it’s because another studio ( I think the one that produced it) got rights to sell it. Therefore David could not write it off.
It’s been years getting looney tunes movie l, 2D animated at that so please watch and support them if and when it hits theaters. Go late if you don’t want be in room full of kids just watch it!

For certain reasons, I don't understand why Warner Bros. had to cancel such a great idea related to the movie "Coyote VS Acme", and realistically you can see that it would have been a great movie.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
By canceling this, Warner Bros only cut themselves in the mouth! Justice for Wile E. Coyote and his movie! David Zaslav should understand that Looney Tunes animation is not only for children, but also for adults. We want a Coyote VS Acme movie!
Although the only thing we can expect is the next Looney Tunes movie from Warner Bros.
Tumblr media
"The Day The Earth Blew Up"
is the only movie with quality 2D animation that we have related to Looney Tunes and I hope that if this movie succeeds, then other Looney Tunes characters should get their own movies as well. If you love Looney Tunes and want to support Coyote VS Acme and make that movie happen as well as Daffy and the Porky Movie, then like and reblog this, because every support counts!
Sorry, I used to speak in the plural, although we are all unhappy with the decisions regarding Warner Bros. And this is just my opinion.
P.S. I wish there was Marvin the Martian in the Daffy and the Porky Movie, and I don't have to say why.

So I'm pretty excited about The Day the Earth Blew Up but I have to wonder if Marvin is gonna be in it.
Like, putting aside my bias for the character, I feel like it would just be a wasted opportunity to have a movie about aliens trying to blow up the Earth and NOT have him present. That's literally what his role in the show typically amounts to.
If he is in it, my prediction is that he'd have a rivalry with the actual bad guy aliens because Earth is HIS to destroy (or perhaps he has different plans for Earth) and thus he can't just let them blow it all up. As such, he'll end up teaming up with the Earthlings to save the Earth. Maybe he'll even end up turning a new leaf after working with Porky and Daffy to stop the invasion, forming a genuine friendship with them.

Seeing all the praise for The Day The Earth Blew Up fills me with so much joy! Can't wait to see it for myself this fall in a movie theater probably having dragged my best friend to come see it like I did for Hundreds of Beavers. ("It's gonna be like that, I promise!")
It's a good year for comedy movies!!!
