They REALLY like birds, especially pigeons/doves 🐦

𝑾𝒂𝒕𝒔𝒐𝒏 is part of their family, almost as close as a sister they grew up with would be 🥺 (she provides them with a lot of comfort just by being at their side)

They always keep some chocolate on hand for 𝑾𝒂𝒕𝒔𝒐𝒏 (to help with her hangry moods) 🍫

The matching lockets are modeled after compasses so that the 𝑯𝒐𝒍𝒎𝒆𝒔 siblings “can always find each other in the end” 🧭

Occasionally, smokes (typically when they're experiencing intense emotions) 🚬

𝑺𝒉𝒆𝒓𝒍𝒐𝒄𝒌'𝒔 voice can best be described as “rich & husky” 🗣

Despite being exceptionally observant they have a blind spot when it comes to their own “feelings”, it takes them a while to realize that they like™ 𝑳𝒆𝒔𝒕𝒓𝒂𝒅𝒆 ... & even longer to understand that he actually likes™ them back (𝑾𝒂𝒕𝒔𝒐𝒏 just watches the 2 of them, flustering each other, on the sidelines like: 🤭)

They enjoy teasing 𝑳𝒆𝒔𝒕𝒓𝒂𝒅𝒆, all in good fun, of course, NEVER with any intended malice 😘 (𝑳𝒆𝒔𝒕𝒓𝒂𝒅𝒆 is a dear friend & hopefully more to them)

𝑺𝒉𝒆𝒓𝒍𝒐𝒄𝒌 is considered “unconventionally attractive”, despite viewing themselves as the EXACT opposite (“monstrous” enough that they avoid their own reflection unless deemed absolutely necessary 😔)

𝑺𝒉𝒆𝒓𝒍𝒐𝒄𝒌 has severe body dysmorphia, independent of their pre-existing gender dysphoria 🏳️‍⚧️ (these both contribute to their utter disbelief that 𝑳𝒆𝒔𝒕𝒓𝒂𝒅𝒆 truly reciprocates their “romantic” feelings)

For breakfast, they always have apple-cinnamon-porridge & a cup of coffee (with milk + sugar) 🥣☕

They always wear flat or low-heeled footwear, as they're an extremely clumsy individual (they have a very hard time succeeding when feats of finesse & coordination are required 😵‍💫)

As someone who already suffers from intrusive thoughts & suicidal idealization, 𝑳𝒆𝒔𝒕𝒓𝒂𝒅𝒆'𝒔 careless words at 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗪𝗵𝗶𝘁𝗲 𝗛𝗼𝗿𝘀𝗲 𝗽𝘂𝗯 deeply wounded them (harsh words from strangers can easily be brushed-off & forgotten ... but those delivered by “friends” always leave a lasting scar on their heart) 🥲

When in public or around those they're uncertain about 𝑺𝒉𝒆𝒓𝒍𝒐𝒄𝒌 is extremely mindful about how they're perceived (ALWAYS trying to be viewed as perfectly “proper”), however, when in private with those they truly trust they relax & allow their true personality to shine through

𝑺𝒉𝒆𝒓𝒍𝒐𝒄𝒌 is very passionate about their sense of fashion (it's really the only part of their “apperance” they find little fault in) 👗

They have only a theoretical understanding in the “ways of the flesh” (they've NEVER been attracted/familiar enough with anybody to actually awaken such feelings... until 𝑳𝒆𝒔𝒕𝒓𝒂𝒅𝒆 😳)

Thinking about the Holmes story where a blind girl goes to him and is like "My fiancé is missing and he kept telling me the week leading up to his disappearance that he would always love me and come back for me,were anything to happen so I think he knew he was in trouble and I love him so much and I'm going to wait for him but I'd like to find him faster,ya know?" And Holmes figures out that it was this girl's parents to scam her out of money she was owed from an estate which she gave to them because she was still living at home,which she wouldn't be if she ever married,so her step father PRETENDED TO DATE HER for MONTHS to keep her from ever getting engaged to a real person and when Holmes finds out he confronts this man and this man is like "Well,you caught me! But it wasn't illegal:) so:)" and Holmes is like "No,but it was sickening and cruel and if she had a brother or good male friend he should post you up and whip you but she doesn't." And the man is like "No,she doesn't." And does the Victorian version of sticking his tongue out and Holmes is like "Well,I guess I'll do then!" And HE PULLS OUT HIS HUNTING WHIP.

No matter how it always ALWAYS seems like John Watson and Sherlock Holmes are love at first sight that’s never the entire truth because they never “fall” in love because they have been in love for one hundred and thirty seven years and they are in love in every universe so no matter when or where or how they meet they will always fall in love with each other all over again because their love is carved into Fate since the start of creation just as firmly as Olympus Mons stands on Mars because their love runs and fills all the arteries and veins and vessels mapping every inch of their bodies and bleeds through every universe into them because Sherlock Holmes and John Watson are destined to be in love CAN’T YOU SEE

I am going to fight everyone who has turned Sherlock Holmes into this edgy, rude, arse of a character. This man is kind, caring, sympathetic, and knows how to interact with people (even if he'd prefer to avoid doing so).

I get the whole genuis-who- can't -relate- to -the -way- normal -people- function, but y'know what, he's not condescending about it. He doesnt necessarily think himeself to be above the masses. He admits to being beaten without throwing a tantrum about it.

Being a genuis doesn't mean or necessitate being cold and unfeeling
