Omg - Sweet Like Honey was amazing! Thank you for such a thoughtful story, which was at times uncomfortable and yet gripping. Well done. I fear this might be a dissatisfying answer since it’s not really telling you exactly how things end up, but I do want readers to sort of be able to imagine whatever they want. It’s an ambiguous ending for a reason!

However, I’m happy to share some headcanons;

-Edwina and Edmund are basically joined at the hip, from the time they’re kids to adults. Not to lean into the twin thing, but they absolutely know what the other is thinking, are each other’s main confidantes etc

- Edwina grows up and takes over the company, despite being raised in a lab by Kate and incredibly astute; it’s because Edmund is incredibly shy, and she is far more outgoing, and has a really sharp business acumen, so she takes on the role one of them has to

-Both sets of grandparents (lol @ Anthony being a grandpa) dote on the kids, though it’s really Anthony that is around most often in their day-to-day

- Kate never remarries

- Mary and Anthony never get divorced

- In the ending scene, though no one knows it, Kate is pregnant again :)
