And this ask is about what you thoughts about the Jeagers (Esdeath, Wave, Kurome, Run, Bols, Seryu Ubiquitous and Dr. Stylish) are?

P.S. Like Tatsumi, Mine and Chelsea, most of the Jeagers are divided among the fanbase. Mostly with Esdeath (Too predictable and overpowered and questioning if she can be redeamed), Kurome (Was considered boring at first, than hated for how she defied Chelsea's corpse and questioned if she should be redeamed), Bols (despite being a good father/husband is called out for killing innocents despite being aware of his crimes like Night Raid), and ESPECIALLY Seryu (despite having good intentions and redeeming qualities like caring for her comrades and being fond of children, is hated for killing Shelle and having a demented case of Black and White Insanity).

Weird note to end this ask on, but do you think in an alternate turn of events that Kurome, Bols and even Seryu could have become allies to Night Raid? I do know that Wave and Kurome end up as this, but I'm curious.

Esdeath - My favourite character in the series, 'nuff said.

Wave - He was cool, I mildly preferred him to Tatsumi, and I also preferred the standard look of his Grand Chariot Teigu in comparison to Tatsumi's Incursio.

Kurome - I had a similar opinion of her that I did of Akame, and I guess that's not a surprise considering they're sisters.

Run - Not much of an opinion on him, but I did quite like his Teigu.

Bols - Seemed like a nice guy, and I really liked his family. It's a shame he got caught up in the profession that he did.

Seryu Ubiquitous - Here's a controversial opinion, I loved her character, because she just added so much spice to the series.

Dr. Stylish - Not much of an opinion on him either.

It is exceedingly common for fans to hate a character who kills a fan favourite, regardless of their reasons or however justified their actions may have been. I'm different - Whether or not a character is "good" or "evil" means less than nothing to me when determining how much I like them. Even when they kill another character that I like, my opinion of them won't lessen because of this. The only thing that matters to me when judging how much I like a character, is how well they retain my attention, that's it.

A prime example of this is Seryu - As you highlighted, she was largely hated in the fanbase for killing Sheele and having a demented case of black and white Insanity. However, despite the fact that I loved Sheele and was gutted at her death, it was precisely Seryu's demented case of black and white insanity that made me love her so much, not as a person, but as a character, because you don't have to be a good person in order to be a good character, and I found her character to be absolutely fascinating. I loved the contrast of how caring she was towards her teammates, and how unhinged she could be when carrying out her brand of justice.

To answer your last question, yes I do, but many things are possible in an alternate turn of events, so that may not be saying much.

So I just remembered a small snippet collection for worm where one of the concepts was that Taylor could make Teigu (the cool weapons and shit from Akame Ga Kill) but since there is no danger beasts she had to use parahumans. And she goes to the PRT for and gets Panacea to help her and all that. But I just kinda got an idea to have her have the same ability just that she never contracts the PRT and sometime after her trigger, could be pre/post Canon trigger (Since I will never do a locker trigger cop-out), she finds some parahuman bleeding out, I was thinking either Victor or Stalker, and since Taylor is basically a tinker that hadn't tinkered even once yet, she goes into a fugue state and turns her her poor victim into a weapon and their remains into something that only Bonesaw could see as beautiful. Maybe even have Taylor's identity be exposed because of a camera or something seeing her covered in blood or some shit. I haven't really thought past that point. Coil might want her, but I don't think the Undersiders would want her since she would be a very open/well known "Biotinker" and that is a lot of heat for "small time" villains. Maybe she flees to Boston and gets involved with the Teeth, I mean they do already take trophies of dead opponents so they would probably like someone that could literally turn those opponents into weapons. IDK, just kinda wanted to get this idea down on the metaphorical paper.

Plot to Kingdom Hearts AU

This is less though out than my digimon au and is way longer and complex since its kingdom hearts▓▒░(°◡°)░▒▓. There's a lot of empty spots and is not even complete since I'm kind of building it while the actual KH story is going on. Hell it doesn't even have a main antagonist yet, at this point its more of a idea than a story. Its a side story happening along side with the main plot but is slightly divergent as new characters are added.

Aqua and Terra finds a unconscious boy while out training in the land of departure. He has no memories and doesn't even know who he is. They take him back to Eraqus and find out he is able to wield a keyblade when he summons one. They name him Tonitrum and he begins to train under Eraqus alongside Terra and Aqua. Eventually Xehanort brings Ventus to them and everything happens the same as canon but Ton is there. While Terra and Aqua are at the Destiny Islands, Ven and Ton encounter Xehanort in the Keyblade Graveyard where Xehanort reveals his plans to make the X blade. Ven gets yeeted away but Ton manages to stay behind and fights Xehanort. During the fight, Ton is about to lose but unleashes an unknown power against Xehanort, however the resulting explosion sends Ton into an unknown realm where he sleeps and is unable to return back to his friends. The rest of BBS happens the same as canon.

And then from this point there's a lot of empty space. Ton ends up waking up somewhere 4 years later and goes traveling between worlds to try and go back to his friends.

As for X, his world gets consumed by darkness. Xemnas finds him somewhere and gives him the name X, joining the Organisation XIII as the 13th member. Eventually X gets tired of working with the Organisation and tries to defect with the help of Marluxia. He manages to run away and meets up with Ton at some point. X joins Ton world hopping as he wants to find a way to restore his world and become whole again.

Since Quinn is my newest character, all i have for him is that he has somehow escaped the Fog and now resides in the Realm of Sleep. He does meet up with Ton and X and decides to leave the Realm of Sleep to go along with them but idk why yet.

There are minor plots in each world where there's a threat of heartless or darkness which Ton, X and Quinn have to resolve. One major world where the three mainly get their power from is Academy City. Ton gets his electromaster abilities which is nearly as strong as a level 5. X gets the sword of illusions Skyrmir from GREMLIN. Quinn has to deal with a Gemstone with a similar dream walking ability.

Other worlds where minor things happen are: Assiah (Ton gets possessed by a wolf-like demon and befriends it), Death City (Ton has to fight against the madness of sorrow), 13th Ward (X becomes ghoul and gets hunted down by the CCG), Brittania(X helps the fairy clan protect the sacred tree against the demon clan), The Empire (Quinn temporarily joins Night Raid and gets a Teigu), Magnostadt (Quinn accidentally learns magoi/magic and gets involved in the war against the Reim empire)

The only other major plot point I've established is when Ton lands in Ikebukuro. People seem to recognise him and everything seems familiar to him. There's more Heartless in the world than others and they seem to be specifically targeting him. He also notices he's being followed by a a hooded teenager but no one can see him besides Ton, even X and Quinn. Eventually after fighting more Heartless, the stalker reveals himself and he looks the same as Ton. He's the missing half of Ton's heart along with his memories, they both used to be Kida Masaomi before he was split apart by Heartless. His body,soul and half of his heart(Ton) was drowned in darkness and drifted to another world while the remaining heart and memories(Masaomi) lingered in Ikebukuro and became a ghost-like entity, unable to interact with anyone or anything and watch the world move on and his friends get hurt. All of his pain and emotions causes the shade to succumb to darkness, spawning a swarm of Heartless and attacks Ton. Eventually Ton kills the shade and his heart and memories get restored. He now remembers everything but still wants to find Ven, Terra and Aqua, as well as helping X and Quinn before he can finally return home.

I haven't though out a turning point for both X and Quinn yet but X's will have something to do with the Underworld and Quinn would have something to do with killing Kruger.

Oh god there's already so much text and its not even all the major plot points. (｡T ω T｡) I'll come back and edit once I've though of more plot.

Description

Shido Fujimaru is the primary protagonist of Sephira: New World Complex. As he has lived a mostly ordinary life up until the start of the series, his point of view allows the audience to become antiquated with the Sephira Universe and the mysteries that it holds.

After an unexplainable disaster hits his home town of Teigu City, he is transported to the mysterious continent of Gandstadt, a place which seems otherworldly compared to modern japan. Here, he meets a girl known as Violet Kyrielight who suffers from a form of amnesia. The story primarily follows the two as he helps her try to discover who she is as well as trying to find his way back home to his friends and sister.

Despite seeming to be a normal human, Shido possesses several strange abilities that he has kept secret for much of his life, which is the ability to regenerate from life-threatening injuries as well as the ability to sense all living things around him.

Background

Shido and Miyuki’s parentage remains ambiguous with the two having no records of their birth, nor have any background checks from DNA testing come up with anything in regards to their parents. While Miyuki would .inevitably be taken in by the G.O.C {Global Order Coalition}, Shido would instead be found in the wilderness by freelance mercenary Hakurei Fujimaru. having found him, she had decided to adopt him and raise him along side her daughter, Himeko.

Shido was around 7 years-old when he was adopted and was able to get used to his new life fairly quickly. He possessed no memory of his former life or family and came to see the Fujimarus as his real family. He had also grown quite close to his sister, often protecting Himeko from bullies who harassed her for being a “crybaby”.

It was the year after his adoption where Shido would be involved in several events. The Mosaic Entity would approach Himeko to give her the strength to stand up to bullies so she wouldn’t become a burden on her brother and thus gave her a Sephira Gem containing the Divine Code of Camael, turning her into an Angel. The issue was this particular Sephira Gem contained the essence of the Phoenix Force, an imitation of all life that exists in the universe and became its next vessel. Not long after being attacked by bullies on a camping trip, Himeko awakens as the Phoenix and ended up burning the bullies to death with her flames. This would be the beginning of the Great Fire of Teigu City, which, while not as destructive as the Fuyuki Fire decades prior, still caused considerable damage. Shido happened to find his Sister in thsi state and it was here that his powers had awakened.

Much of this event remains unknown with records being secured away and/or disposed of, but it was Shido’s awakening that saved Himeko and the city, resulting in her power being sealed away, though how this happened remains a mystery even to those involved. Afterwards, Himeko was sent away overseas where she would undergo some specialized “studies” for two years. As their mother was often away from home due to her work, Himeko’s departure left Shido feeling lonely.

It was then he met a strange girl who he had developed a close bond with for a time, but due to unknown circumstances, the two ended up parting ways and memories of her were suppressed. After two years, Himeko returned home and was seemingly back to her normal self before the Phoenix disaster occured, though he is kept in the dark as to what really happened to her and what she had been doing in the United States. During those two years, Shido was trying his best to control his new powers that had awakened. It is unclear how his power manifested, but he became aware of his healing factor when he saved Inori Tachibana from an oncoming vehicle. The collision would have killed him, but it was thanks to this power that he was able to revive himself. It left a great impression on Inori, having become grateful for what he did and ultimately, became attached to him.

The remaining years for him go by without any incidents. By the time Shido enters his first year in high school, he has gained some control over his ability to sense other beings, as it used to overwhelm him feeling the life force within people and animals all around him, and the shock it would cause when such life was snuffed out. The only thing he has little control of is his ability to regenerate or to sense oncoming danger, which is what helped him save Inori in the first place. It is mentioned by Himeko that Shido had a chynuubio phase back in middle school, often coming up with eccentric names for himself, and special moves he would develop. This phase of his went as far as even practicing kendo for a time, which he ended up being good at. Though when he began high school, this phase quickly died out and he stopped practicing.

Seeing it as a fresh start, he ends up meeting a few new friends, namely Tatsuo Ishigami and Misao Fubuki who despite their differing personalities, all seemed to get along with one another. Shido though expresses his displeasure of being dragged into Tatsuo’s perverted antics. Inori had also transferred to the same school Shido went to and began to get herself more involved in his life. Overall, his time as a high school student was overall a very peaceful and mundane one, with Shido preferring to keep a low profile.

That was until his Third Year on September 8th, 2022 when the Metastaisis Event occured....

Appearance

Shido is often described as an average-looking young man in his late teens you can find anywhere in the world. Despite this, many in the series see him as rather handsome looking which earns the attraction, or sometimes envy of others. He has straight blue hair and bands down to his neck and amber brown eyes. During the times where he uses his powers, his eyes would change into a bluish color with dilated whitened pupils. He is often seen wearing the male variant of his High school uniform during his everyday life circumstances, though he later wears other kinds of outfits.

Personality & Character

If there was a word to describe who Shido is at his core, it would be Headstrong or Determined. He has a very strong desire to aid all those who are in need even if it means putting his life on the line and will not hesitate to challenge an opponent who is several times more powerful than himself. He’s often seen as the type who rarely thinks before acting, and doesn’t like to sit around when someone is in trouble. When asked about why he helps people, even when they are strangers, his response was, “I don’t need a reason to save someone.” This personality of his is noted as being the result of his ability to empathize with others, as well as being unusually sensitive to other people’s despair. It is this empathizing nature of his that often draws others toward him, able to feel like being themselves when he is present.

The Mosaic Entity has commented that Shido is only doing whatever he feels is right and is labeled "righteous" by other people impulsively as he compared the differences between him and Makoto Itou. Shido is someone who will follow what he believes regardless of what others try to convince him of. In addition, it has also been noted how Shido is just like a certain red-haired magus: a person who follows his own ideals no matter what, though there are differences between the two. Shirou Emiya is someone who stays true to his ideals and firmly believes it is the right path no matter what happens, and no matter who speaks against it; while Shido does not have set ideals and therefore can be manipulated into helping other people's plots. And when he does do something wrong, Himeko describes Shido as someone who will carry that mistake all on his own, along with his own. Even so, he works to correct his mistakes in order to bring a smile to everyone's face at the end of the road, no matter the cost to himself.

Even though he is a well-mannered person who is kind to people in general, Shido will not hesitate to strike female opponents who harm innocents or disrespect life such as Salem who wanted to bring ruin to all of Gandstadt. Julieta Mira Artmesia, who looked down on the weak, and Lady Iris, who brutally beats those she deems as evil. Shido also bears no grudge towards former enemies and is willing to help them if they asked for it

After being transported to Gandstadt, Shido makes it his mission to return back to his home town to ensure that his friends and family are alright, but places that goal onto the side when he meets Violet Kyrielight and helps her in recovering her memories, as well as other characters he meets going forward. Another side that Shido has to himself is one that he doesn’t share with others. Despite being someone who constantly helps others and is surrounded by friends, he feels a degree of guilt for having such a position when there are others who have it much worse than him. Someone who hasn’t suffered loss or tragedy in his life and has been more fortunate than anyone can say, caused him to feel guilty, believing that he wasn’t worthy of the life he had up until now and often sees himself as a burden.

Powers and Abilities

Shido is a by all appearances, an ordinary human with no knowledge on magecraft or the arcane, nor does he possess the gene that allows for humans to develop Esper abilities. Despite this, he possesses several abilities that defy natural law. As mentioned previously, he posesses the ability to heal himself from severe damage, which has come to be called Auto Restoration, which activates shortly after a severe or moderate injury. This ability cannot be turned off, though it is theorized that a way to work around it is decapitation or having his entire body dissolved in acid, thus proving that Shido is not entirely unkillable

Another ability he has developed is the ability to sense the life force of other living beings. This includes humans, animals and supernatrual forces that contain abnormally high power. The more power or energy a being has, the stronger his detection ability becomes. Shido can also determine if a presence is dark or not. Sensing a dark presence will cause him to feel cold and activate his fight or flight instincts while giving him an overall feeling of dread. Because he is able to sense other beings, sneaking up on him usually does no good.

Through training, Shido is able to eventually pinpoint the locations of where someone is if he focuses on their Od Signature hard enough, though crowds can muddy his “field of vision” as there are too many presences around. He describes it as trying to find a tiny object in an ocean , having to constantly sift through the other energies to find the one he is looking for.

The Essence Sphere

It is later revealed that Shido’s powers come from a mysterious object that is implanted into his body called the Essence Sphere. Its origins are unknown to the Chaldea Security Foundation, but it is believed that because it resided hin his body for so long, Shido started to develop abilities that allow him to manipulate the Essence as well as detect it in other living beings. His body’s regeneration factor is his body drawing on its power to restore itself from damage. Reinea Rosenthal believes that he can also develop other abilities with the essence, though doing so would require more training and specific circumstances for them to manifest. With the Essence at his disposal, anything can be possible from flight, to direct energy manifestation and manipulation, though Shido has yet to develop any of these.
