the thing I love about the discworld fandom is that they have three 'holidays' terry's birthday, his death day, and the 25th of may which is from one of the books and all three of them are celebrating the fact that we are here and alive and that this world is good. yeah theres the shit stuff but theres the good stuff too and thats worth celebrating. the fact that the holidays are about not just celebrating the author or the books but also the message behind most of them

anyway its the glorious 25th of May and though I haven't read Night Watch yet I will celebrate with you all

PLEASE HELP ME MOVE MUCH SOONER THAN LATER

Hi, it's Tea.

Long story short: I originally made this ko-fi goal (that has been up for a while, I just never got around to making this post here) to gradually save up to move out in 2024. However, things have been extremely stressful and frustrating ever since my abusive father moved in with us back in 2022. And NOW things have escalated to the point where I no longer feel safe in my own home. I just can't do it anymore.

I was originally planning on moving later in 2024, around August-October, but now I'm looking at moving closer to May/June. I have a job that pays decently, but I've had to periodically dip into funds to pay off other expenses. Thus, I set the goal of $5000 to have as a cushion in addition to my current income. Depending on how things look for me in the next few months, I may or may not raise the goal, but this is a good start for now.

In addition, I plan on making adopts again (and still have a couple left up for grabs), in addition to opening my commissions back up to offset the expenses, but donations help the most.

The name of the ending where the van drives off with MXES is called "whocauseseverything". I think this is trying to tell us that that this IS the van that hit David. By killing David, this caused Edwin to lash out at the mimic and beat it severely, infecting it with agony and teaching it violence, leading to the events of Help Wanted, Security Breach, and So fourth. The van is what set off the chain of events that is the reason why the Mimic is the way it is. This is what caused everything.
