The Rise of Team E-Scope Headcanons: Part Six

Ask and ye shall receive. This one is for @subaquatic0mess and @hyacinthus420 , who both asked for more Team E-Scope in my asks!

Anything Yukon Do, I Can Do Better:

• Eva feels really bad at the start of this episode because she had gone to Noah to ask for a hair tie since hers snapped while she was sleeping, and her luggage was still located in the economy class storage bins and she didn't want to go through the hassle of taking out her bag and whatever other bags were blocking hers, rummage through till she found her bag specifically for bathroom/self care stuff and find the even smaller bag of hair ties. So she figured to just cut out all the middle stuff and ask her friend.

Katie had gone with her because she wanted to ask Noah for spare hair ties too so she could carry them for just in case, and they wouldn't have to bug him every time.

When they got back to first place, they were in time to see Cody trying to pull his foot away from Sierra and her talking about the pressure point between the tarsal bones. Eva got a warning chill hearing that and sped up her walk to help throw Sierra away from him, but she was a bit too late to stop the temporary paralysis from happening. She did throw Sierra away from Cody still.

Eva yelled at her other teammates for not doing anything, but they just dismissed her. She wanted to explode at them, but she held her tongue, not wanting her temper to be her downfall again. But her and Katie did move Cody to one of the couches and guarded him.

• Leshawna is a little sad Harold is gone. She really wanted to play this game with him more. But she was touched that he left her his lucky yo-yo. She even proudly showed it off to DJ when he asked where she found it.

• When they ask where they are going, Noah can't help but throw out the quip about the place having none of Chef's Candy Fish Tails. He tried one after their challenge in Tokyo was over, and...it wasn't the worst thing, but it wasn't exactly tasty either. It was barely edible, and he doubted the snack would sell. Usually when Chef was selling something it was of great quality so he was more than a little suspicious if they were actually a product or if Chris had Chef cook up something awful just for the fun of it. Or in the hopes they cast would eat it for some laughs.

• Noah was impressed yet annoyed when he noticed Alejandro put Owen asleep with a pressure point but had no time to reflect on it, given his seat belt ripped. "Perfect."

He could already feel himself moving away and up from his seat before Izzy yelled, "I got ya NoNo!" And he felt her legs wrap around his chest tightly. Her insane leg strength helpfully kept him in place, but he just knew the bruises he would develop would be ugly.

• When he fell into the snow after they "landed," Noah decided he was already done with today. It was freezing! He was freezing! He could already feel himself starting to shake. Izzy thankfully noticed and wrapped herself around him when they stood up. It helped a little.

• Trent kept shooting Gwen worried looks because he knew she ran slightly colder than usual. She has poor circulation.

• When Heather brought up the jacket and Chris said he ordered them, Noah had to hold in a snort because he was the one who ordered them. But when Chris said they weren't coming for at least six months, Noah nearly shouted the truth but held back because he really did not need any of his competitors to know just how involved he had been in planning this season. Thankfully, after Chris signaled the cameras to cut, he said, "That was a joke. we do have the coats, and they should have been out here already, but the interns forgot and are bringing them now. So don't even think of suing. Looking at you, Courtney. But play up the joke, will ya? Make it seem you're really freezing."

"I don't need to act." Noah grit out. Everyone missed the worried look Chris sent him before the host told them the cameras were gonna start rolling again.

• The suggestion of huddling was taken, and Katie and Sadie immediately hugged each other while Katie pulled Eva and Cody into their hug. Thankfully, she did it right before Sierra could grab Cody.

Izzy, Lindsay, and Leshawna huddled up to Alejandro.

Tyler, DJ, Trent, and Justin huddled together. Though Trent wanted to pull Gwen into their group, he knew it would look weird, so he tried to catch her eye to see if she wanted to join them or another group but he wasn't successful.

He wasn't successful because Gwen was doing her best not to look toward him because she found herself wanting to go to him. All she could think of was he gave her the best hugs and he always made sure she was warm if they had been on a date and it was cold.

When Noah tried to huddle with Bridgette, she pushed him a little too roughly away and stating she had a boyfriend. She didn't know it was him, and after their talk, she had been up all night thinking back on her interactions with Alejandro, and she was just really worked up and stressed. She felt bad when she realized it was him and that she caused him to fall into the snow once more. She immediately tried to apologize but Owen had already scooped Noah out of the snow and ran him to Izzy in a tizzy.

"Izzy! Noah got pushed into the snow again, and my little buddy is getting too cold his lips are turning blue! What do we do!?"

Owen knew about Noah's anemia, but he never really knew what to do to help and panicked. Thankfully, Izzy got an idea and detached from Alejandro to grab Noah and shoved him at Alejandro. Alejandro, Lindsay, and Leshawna hissed when they felt how cold Noah was, but Noah was trying not to die because Izzy shoved his face into Alejandro's chest.

He could not deny that the taller boy was warm, though, so he just let himself concentrate on said warmth.

• Everyone missed Chris and Chef's faces when they saw this and how Chris snapped at the interns to bring the jackets faster!

• Once they were in their jackets, Noah couldn't help but smile and snuggle into his. If Alejandro saw this and thought the sight was absolutely adorable, no, he didn't. Shut up.

• Izzy does not miss Alejandro sneaky little smile to Bridgette while Chef gave Chris some cocoa, but Noah did because his fave was still pressed into Alejandro's chest. The bookworm was now warm enough that he started feeling sleepy because Izzy, Lindsay, and Leshawna hugging him felt like one of his weighted blankets.

• When Sierra admitted to interviewing Chris's school teachers, the admission had Chef putting his husband behind him.

• Noah wants it known for the record that he hated the name Chris gave the challenge, "Total Drama the Icicle?" Really? He would have called it Total Drama On Ice.

• Leshawna made sure to pull her team to the side for a strategy meeting. As much as her and Heather had gotten closer, she still didn't trust the girl when it came to competition, and she did not want her to overhear her.

• When he got launched off the ice by Owen, Noah was ready to give up, but he was picked up by someone, and to his horror, it was Justin. The model started to carry him over the ice while complimenting him and laughing when Noah started yelling at him to put him down.

• The accidental kiss still happens between Alejandro and Bridgette, like I said, but she absolutely refuses the second offer by gently telling Alejandro while she appreciates his attention and how nice he is she has a boyfriend. It threw off Alejandro enough that he barely heard her say she was going on.

He was snapped out of it when his team reached him, though.

• Eva is pulling for Team Amazon

And Tyler is still pulling for Team Chris.

•Their sleigh doesn't actually have anything radioactive in it, but Chris made sure the props looked authentic and knowing Izzy as he unfortunately does he makes sure to put glowing, edible, skin safe, goop in the boxes.

• Alejandro missed Izzy and Noah giving each other knowing looks and their discreet little high five when his team reached him at the meeting point because they had seen Bridgette leave the guy and the resulting confused expression.

• As they continued, Noah handed out hand warmers to his team. Alejandro noticed he pulled them from his utility belt and added the items to his growing list.

• Alejandro still took off his shirt to distract Bridgette, but he also took off his coat. He only out them back on when his team reached him, and Noah may have been a little distracted by the sight.

• Heather tried to whip Eva once, but Eva caught the whip in her teeth and tugged it out of Heather's hand. She then proceeded to break the handle of the whip on her knee. Her team was pretty damn quiet after that.

• To help Tyler move better. Noah used the "radioactive" goop on the bottom of his sneakers, pulled out some small screws he carried, and made makeshift ice cleats. His scolded himself for not bringing any chains. (Though that was silly given, he doesn't work with chains enough to carry some to replace.)

• Alejandro added that to his list as well.

• No, I'm stuck to a pole song. I think it's catchy as hell, but Idk what the song would be instead.

• Noah injured his ankle when Owen caused the ice bridge to crack since Owen caught himself on his ankle. Climb up order was Owen, Noah, Trent, Justin, Izzy, Alejandro, then Tyler. Trent noticed he was having a hard time walking and helped Noah back onto their sleigh.

• Alejandro was impressed when Noah made Owen lean forward, and he yelled for everyone to lean forward. They won with Team Victory coming in second and Amazon losing.

• Alejandro saw his team celebrating and Bridgette walking up. He thought perhaps she was going to talk to him, but she instead approached Noah and pulled him aside. He couldn't hear what they were saying, but he did see them hug, and when they got closer, he heard Bridgette thank Noah for talking to her and setting her right.

• Well, now~

Alejandro was intrigued.

• Team Amazon goes to the elimination room, but Chris announces that the challenge was indeed a reward. He originally planned on it being another elimination, but he knew Heather was very at risk of being thrown off, and he needed her for the views. Also, he felt bad that Noah got hurt during the challenge, and if Eva somehow got voted off by Heather smooth talking her way out of elimination he knew that would make his assistant feel worse.

• So reward yay!

• Noah thought it was amusing that Lindsay used his name in place of Tyler for this episode. He had to give it to her. Girl could commit to a bit.

• Chris decided to play off the bit for the episode at the end, and he loved the reaction it got from Tyler. He was so going to give Lindsay a small bonus for her commitment.

• They don't stay in the Yukon. This is one place they don't stay in. They fly out of there. Chef was worried that by staying, it would freeze their fuel. Heating or no heating in the plane. He didn't wanna risk it.

• That night, Alejandro watched Noah more closely and noticed how much he hung out with Izzy and Eva and Owen. If they made it to the merge, that was a solid and big alliance number. Hell, that was a big alliance number to begin with! He determined there was more to this Team E-Scope, and there was definitely more to Noah. So he decided he would get close to Noah and, by extension, Team E-Scope.

• Noah, of course, noticed this and came to the conclusion that Alejandro must have seen something that made him notice Noah more and guessed that their unofficial official team leader was more than likely suspicious of him and his friends. He's impressed he caught on so quickly but annoyed for the same reason. But that's fine. Two could play at the pretend friend game.

• Noah acts a little receptive to Alejandro's try at bonding, and he sees he has him, hook, line, and sinker.

• This was gonna be fun.

FINALLY at the big reveal! So happy to be here!!

I don't know if I've made it clear, but Sierra has heavily tinted rose-colored glasses when it comes to Cody. She sees him with a dopey smile, she assumes she's won him over. She sees him blush and stumble through the challenges, she assumes his feelings for her are too overwhelming. And when she hears Cody and Noah kissed... It must've been Noah's fault. Noah must of manipulated him somehow. Noah must've gotten in his head, cause there's no way Cody would ever like anyone that wasn't her. Right...?

She's not right. It's gonna take a while for her to come to terms with it, though.

Bonus dialogue between team Chris I had to cut in favor of Noah chewing Sierra out:

Noah: He’s NOT a boyfriend and I didn’t do anything WRONG!!

Duncan: You don’t think kissing another girl’s guy is WRONG?

Owen: Woah woah woah, hold on! Noah wouldn’t do something like that! And he *just* said Cody’s not her boyfriend!

Noah: She’s only saying he is cause she’s DELUSIONAL.

Noah: He doesn’t even LIKE HER!

Duncan: How would you know?? How long have you been doing this [song and dance] exactly?

Owen: It couldn’t have been long! I would have known something about it, right?

Noah: …

Owen: NOAH!?

Aahhhh. I love weddings. Don’t you? I think it’s a wonderful expression of one’s love for another, and it’s always nice to see celebrated! Crashing weddings can be fun to watch too, thankfully. Thanks, Sierra! (And sorry you lost your husband!)

Notes on the episode under the cut!

* Cody’s silently praying to whatever God may be out there that Noah’s the one that comes back.

* Chris announces Noah’s return as he rises from the stage on a three-tier platform. Sierra’s “WHAT” is drowned out by Cody’s “YES!!!”.

* (Noah's song is an entirely new arrangement that spoofs Kay Starr’s “Wheel Of Fortune”. It would entail Noah leading [obviously], singing about how awful it is that Lady Luck brought him back to compete on this awful show. It would end with Noah and Cody collectively thanking Lady Luck for letting them see each other again.)

* Noah asks if he has to go back to team Chris, and Chris responds that the teams are merging. Everyone welcomes this development except Sierra.

* Once he rejoins the cast proper, Sierra starts picking a fight with him. “Whatever… At least I got to spend more time with Cody.” Noah’s petty. “…At least Cody likes spending time with me.”

* They keep going. “At least I got to sleep with Cody!” “At least I slept with him first!” “At least my parents won’t hate me because I kissed a boy!!” “At least my parents care about me in the first place!!”

* Chris interrupts them: “Okay, okay! As entertaining as this spat is…” Cut to Cody, Tyler and Heather holding back Noah, and Courtney, Alejandro and Duncan holding back Sierra. Cody holds Noah’s mouth shut and Courtney holds Sierra’s shut. “…I’ve got a show to run. Let’s move on, shall we?”

* Sierra’s the first one to spin the roulette machine and she gets Tyler. She’s not happy. Tyler’s met with no one as Sierra yells at Chris to let her spin again. He insists she gets what she gets, and she’s not allowed to re-roll.

* Noah goes after Sierra, and rolls Cody. He pops out and finds himself in front of Noah. He jumps up and hugs him tight as he says it’s “The BEST DAY EVER!!” Sierra seethes in the background.

* Courtney rolls Alejandro and Heather is left with Duncan. Alejandro's disappointed but he won't say that out loud. Courtney on the other hand is SO happy to not be with Duncan.

* (As it turns out, Courtney and Alejandro are more compatible than they thought. Duncan and Heather, on the other hand, are not. Sad.)

* Noah and Cody breeeeeeze through the dress portion of the challenge. Cody’s laying down on his podium kicking around his legs, yelling directions at Noah with the stupidest look on his face. Noah makes it to the dress first and looks it up and down. Cody yells out “I THOUGHT THAT DRESS SUITED YOU WELL!!” Noah weakly yells back “Thank you Cody!” He’s not thrilled about wearing the dress, but he does appreciate Cody leading him to the one he’d be the most comfortable in.

* Noco’s the first ones to walk the tightrope. Cody looks down at the falls nervously, and Noah suggests carrying him instead. Cody stops him, insisting he can do it, and picks Noah up. Noah leans into him, getting comfortable. “If you insist, macho man.”

* Sierra and Tyler go after them and Sierra’s visibly upset. Tyler tries to mellow her out, suggesting that Cody and Noah are happy with each other and maybe she should let them be. Sierra stares at them as they talk about flower arrangements in their hypothetical wedding. She decides that no, she’s not quite ready to let them be, so she starts bouncing to make Tyler wobble and shake the line. It works and both couples fall.

* Cody manages to grab Noah in one arm and the line in another, though he’s struggling. Noah asks him if he can pull them back up (though he knows he can’t.) Cody tries anyway, and strains to the point of veins popping out of his neck. Noah tells him to stop.

* Alejandro and Courtney walk by and Alejandro “accidentally” kicks Cody’s hand off the line. Noco falls, screaming on the way down (“No!” in reality, “Asshole!” If I was allowed to curse.) Courtney is somewhat impressed by his ruthlessness. They win this challenge. Duncan and Heather were just bickering the whole time don’t worry about them.

The Rise of Team E-Scope Headcanons: Part Five

Idea Post Part One Last Part

Again, these headcanons will now go episode to episode, so this part will be for:

Super Happy Crazy Fun Time Japan!

• Like previously said, this is Team E-Scope's first elimination they are responsible for but one they don't admit to. Harold was annoying Noah a lot in their stop in Egypt. So before they got on the plane again and in view of the cameras and mic'd up, Izzy, Eva, and Noah made sure to talk about the cultural insensitivity of the show around Harold.

• They knew this would work because Harold is kind of known for eavesdropping on people's conversations to see if he can jump in and offer his extensive knowledge. He didn't jump into their conversation because he's scared of Eva.

• I don't think I've said it before, but Noah is autistic and is considered to have HFA (High-Functioning Autism).

• He can take criticism here and there, but one thing that absolutely triggers him is being corrected. Again, not because he's a genius or an ego but because he knows he's right, and it frustrates him when someone tries to argue with him despite him knowing he's right. This is something that will lead to him crying and having a meltdown if the argument continues despite him pointing out his proof.

• Since they aren't allowed cellphones or anything with the internet on it, Noah tried to convince Harold he was right, but Harold persisted many times, and it got to Noah a lot. So, he sought out those in his support network. I.e. Eva, Izzy, and Owen. He didn't have a meltdown, but it was close, and that was close enough for Eva to threaten Harold to leave Noah alone. She didn't bring up Noah's autism. She just used the excuse of Harold ruining their downtime, and if he wanted to argue with someone, then he should do it elsewhere.

• So when Noah voiced targeting Harold, Izzy and Eva were all for it.

• The Owen being sucked through a hole was a stunt they shot before taking off in the plane. It was done with a prop economy class that is hidden in the cargo hold usually, a super fan, and a device that suspended the prop economy class. The fear was real from the contestants because they didn't expect the super fan to be that powerful.

• Falling out of the plane was also a stunt. The kids were going to "accidentally" fall out the plane at a safe distance and land in the specialized spot, which was the fake rice. The fake rice was surrounded by landing mats and everything. But because of Harold, Chef opened the door before Chris said the code word to signal to the kids that the stunt was starting. So yeah, real fear there, too. Chef cutting the door with the sword, which was edited in later.

• Eva helps Izzy and Noah out of the rice, and the three of them pull Owen out.

• When Harold got excited about being in Japan and explained he knew everything about it, which made Leshawna irritated. On their break in Egypt, she had a lot of people who told you to keep a tighter leash on her boyfriend because he wasn't just annoying Noah. Eva was one of those people, and she made sure to stress the boyfriend bit because she knew the two were just friends, and Leshawna hated when people made assumptions about her.

• Leshawna likes Harold as a friend. They tried dating, but it just didn't work. She knows Harold still likes her, but she thought they were past this whole everyone thinking they're a couple. And with Alejandro flirting with her, she doesn't want him to think she's in a relationship and still flirting with him. That's not how Leshawna rolls.

• When Alejandro complimented her, Noah was the one who translated the compliment for Leshawna. It was done more absentmindedly than anything, which impressed Alejandro.

• Justin complimented Noah heavily for his "big brain," and Noah threw a handful of fake rice at the model. Izzy thought that was hilarious so she started throwing rice at everyone.

• For the human pinball challenge, the only reason Noah lied about being allergic to panda dander was because he didn't want anyone to see how close he was to the animals on the show. And Ting Ting, Mei, and Su loved Noah as much as he loved them. He named them for goodness sake! (Okay, his twin nieces, Opal and Odette, named them when he brought them to bring your kids to work day, and since he was mad at Chris, he brought all 9 of his nieces and nephews and 3 of his cousins.)

There will be no Cody and Sierra. Eva volunteered right away while Courtney, Gwen, and Heather fought.

• Alejandro doesn't know why he asked if Noah thought his idea for their commercial was good, but the way the smaller boy just said "Meh" with a small smirk, amused him.

• The commercials are all mostly the same, except Justin decided to rip off his shirt in their commercial, which made no sense, but Trent played background music for them which was nice. Sadie was the one to take over the line, "the hunger!" Eva, Katie, Cody, and Sierra took over, making their commercial. Well, mainly Eva, Katie, and Cody. Eva hogtied Sierra with some of the lights because she was getting really creepy with Cody.

• Alejandro was so confident that they would win that Noah tried to tell him not to get his hopes up, so when they lost, Noah couldn't help but say I told you so. But his dumb bi ass just had to do it by getting really close to Alejandro.

• Noah pulled out his 15-in-1 multi-tool hammer since it has a knife and had to use it to cut Owen out of the monster costume. Alejandro added the tool to his list of things Noah has in his utility belt. Yes. He made a list.

• Harold jumping from the plane was also a stunt. Chris called him a cab that took him to the local airport so he could fly back to aftermath.

• They slept in the plane for their stay in Tokyo, but the teams did get to explore a bit. It's as they were going out to eat the first night that Noah noticed Alejandro flirting with Bridgette. Team E-Scope had discussed it and had been content to sit back and see him play the game before they started actually acting. But messing with one of Noah's friends was a no.

• It was on their last night of their stay that Noah asked Bridgette if she could read his cards when she brought out her tarot cards, and she happily accepted. They placed themselves away from everyone else, and that was the moment he told her that Alejandro was flirting with her and it looked like she wasn't against it.

"I know you like to keep people happy, Bridg, but I just don't want you to make a mistake because of your big heart and because you miss Geoff."

• When they're back on the plane, Noah pulls Izzy and Eva into the confessional and tell them about the Bridgette situation. He knows Eva doesn't really like Bridgette, but he also knows Eva has his back and knows how he feels when someone messes with a relationship. He has had so many sisters and cousins that have had relationships mess up because someone decided to screw with them.
