do you see this tendency of people to believe telepathy is real (re: TTT / the commenters on your substack essay) as at all connected to like, how widespread belief in astrology is, and people talking about being witches and doing magic and casting spells, and other similar very woo stuff? it seems like a lot of people are very invested in what i would see as being Fake Shit, obviously some of which is much more harmful than others, and they don’t seem to understand that this thing they expect everyone around them to also believe is true is actually like a supernatural belief or whatever that other people should not be expected to also believe in

I think the cultural and ideological pathways of some of these things can be fairly different. We should be very precise about the mechanisms through which the extreme conspiratorial ideological capture happens and how and why it does.

On the one hand, there is a clear throughline connecting a variety of types of "Conspiritualist" thinking that radicalizes people -- parents who cannot cope with their kids' Autism initially invest their hopes in special gluten-free allergen-free diets, then have Reiki performed on them, then shell out thousands of dollars for dubious untested supplements, then become antivaxxers and claim their children have telepathy and vote for Robert F Kennedy Junior. These beliefs progress in intensity and remove from reality, and they're linked usually to organizations or spiritual leaders who profit off of people and move them forward along the radicalization pipeline.

Similarly, there's a spiritualist/reactionary ideological pipeline that begins with being deeply fatphobic and obsessed about fitness and clean eating that morphs into regular enemas, eating nothing but raw meat, taking Joe Rogan supplements, eschewing all medicine, and voting for conservatives.

Those ideological pathways are quite different from the ones followed by a queer witchy type who initially got into tarot or pendulum-reading as a conscious fuck-you to the homophobic Christianity that they were raised with. I do not see the degree of radicalization happening there that you see with the right-wing conspiritualists and I think it's somewhat messy to conflate the two.

If a person gets into astrology as an queer-dating icebreaker or takes a spellcasting class at the local witchy bookstore, it progresses to, what? Buying too many decorative crystals? Maybe refusing to have a Virgo as roommate? There's biased, unscientific thinking happening here but there simply isn't a massive industry in place devoted to capturing this group, isolating them, leeching them of huge sums of money, and moving them further down an ideologically extremist pipeline.

Of course both communities share interests at times -- astrology, alternative medicine, white person pagan bullshit -- but I think we should be really precise about exactly what's going on here because it's not the case that the bulk of the damage is being done comes from people having a silly hobby or believing something untrue. (Most humans do to some extent). There is a significant difference between owning a few spiritually elevated good-luck items on the one hand, and becoming completely isolated from anyone who believes differently from yourself, eschewing all medical care and educational resources for you and your family, depending upon predatory hucksters and joining hate movements on the other.

There are spiritualist/woo woo communities that capture individuals and move them further along the pipeline of far-right radicalization but picking up a Chani Nicholas book or a steven universe tarot deck is just not gonna lead to that.

Uptight. The person coming into your life after you heal some open wounds is uptight. Good grief, they are stubborn as hell. Intuition tells me this person is here to end a karmic cycle for you. This person is very ambitious with what they want. So if you are in the way, best believe you aren’t going to be saved. They do not care about other people’s feelings if it means they can have what they want. So if you want to be kind to someone like this (as you always have to others), then go ahead, but remember that this is to end a cycle. So make sure you are aware of this. Intuition tells me they are successful, they have a lot of wisdom in the material world, and they give me lex luthor vibes, but healthy? Ironically, I am hearing they are a healthy person but can be immature when it comes to their goals. You are someone who doesn’t like change, and you always resist the change coming into your life because you are scared. That fear will be removed with this person. I do advise you to be alert around them since they aren’t a ray of sunshine. The death card explains that this person will make a meaningful change in your life, but you must take it.

The reason they are coming.

Change. Card came out so quickly. They will appear in your life quickly, kind of like a spontaneous decision on their side since they know you. And you know them damn well. I keep hearing about a breakup, so it’s possible that for some of you they are an ex, and for the rest it’s an old acquaintance.

The lovers confirms the ex coming back into your life if you resonate with it. As for the rest of you, it is possible that it’s a relative you stopped speaking to out of disrespect or a third party you left for a relationship. I feel a lot of third party energy, it’s possible it’s someone who didn’t approve of your relationship or marriage or wanted to steal your lover or you. So the reason they are coming into your life isn’t for forgiveness or that they are sorry, it’s for their own security. Having you in their life provided them material wealth or some type of abundance. They were able to leech off on you and they want to do the same. This is why intuition mentioned a karmic cycle. You must end this and not allow them to come into your life. Intuition tells me, ‘’leeches, leeches. Always coming back for more. Do not be your past self. Acceptance is key. Leave them.’’

You have all three reversed cards. Ouch. This is about a blockage in your life, and this person is truly not interested in you in the way you hope. Stop seeing the good in people, especially those who hurt you. It’s fine to see the best in people, but not those who hurt you, love. They aren't good for you and surely, your healing shouldn't go in vain, right? There are two pathways here.

You let them into your life: if you decide to let them into your life, all your hard work of healing goes in vain. You will be miserable and become restless. You will struggle to keep up with your life and fuck up your bedtime routine. Fuck your grades and start gaining weight from stress despite having a good metabolism. I also see acne breakouts, and you are crying constantly. Some hair loss and a lot of fear are running through me which is how you will feel. This person will be arrogant and stubborn, as mentioned, and make you lose your self-worth again. You will be stuck in the same cycle again, and that’s not worth it. Unless, of course, you are interested in being your own enemy? Don't be, and do not let your past self hard work in healing go to crap.

If you don't let them in: you will be slightly happier. Not in a bad way, but you are still healing, and you will feel guilty for not allowing them to come back. But you will find the clarity you need and realize many things about yourself. You will start to become stronger and learn that your intense emotions are not your enemy. You will start becoming creative again and start to draw, animate, read, exercise, etc. Right now, it’s kind of distant with your hobbies, but that’s okay because healing takes time, so stop being harsh on yourself. Anyway, your control over your mental diet will improve, and everything will become positive for you. You will eat healthier and, overall, become healthier. You will find your passions again and find a new job in your hometown, and it will give you the abundance you need to start anew.

Who are they?

The cards came out so fast that one of them almost fell on my floor. Their energy is wild. I feel fast-paced and on pure adrenaline, as if I were Superman.

King of cups, reversed ace of wands, and reversed five of wands.

You have two reversed of wands in your pile. Intuition says this person is afraid of planning ahead and always does things spontaneously; I keep hearing rule breaking. They like to do things to the extreme and make things fun, but they struggle with being decisive. I also hear ‘’fire, fire, fire—help, there is a fire! Just joking.’’ They like to joke around a lot; everything is a playful banter with them, and they will help you ease up a bit. This pile is honestly so beautiful. The king of cups is about compassion and empathy, and that’s the overall energy. A lot of people who are troublemakers get a bad rep and that’s the same with your pile. Make sure to be gentle with them, because underneath all that badass energy, they are a pile of goo and sensitivity. They are amazing at communication and honestly remind me of Ace from one piece. Intuition says, ‘’the sweetest people always get a bad reputation.’’ I hear that sometimes they ruin an opportunity for themselves because they do not have the motivation to keep going, and I hear that depression is something that they have dealt with or will deal with. This person loves you so much, and the amount of time they take to show you both with words and action is so mesmerizing.

Awh, okay. So basically, a lot of you struggled to believe in the idea of love after encountering a lot of shitty people who shamed you for your weight. The idea of loving yourself made you feel grossed out, and whenever you saw confident people with your body weight, you judged them internally, never outwardly, because you found it wrong. Because you have learned to heal yourself, you were able to find freedom within. You were able to heal yourself from those thoughts as they haven’t appeared since, but they are resurfacing in your obsession to become skinnier or gain more weight. But the person coming into your life is here to teach you how to harness your emotions into something beautiful. ‘’I want you to blossom into the beautiful flower that you are.’’ That is what I heard from them, which explains the imagery. They want you to release your limiting beliefs about yourself and help you understand that you control your life, not these thoughts. They will teach you how to become more confident—not falsely confident, but genuinely confident. You're going to feel so good, and I'm so happy for you. In a way, they will teach you how to take care of yourself without being so harsh on yourself. And make you feel happy. Who are they?

There are multiple people coming into your life. As I was shuffling, so many cards came out, and one card flipped, indicating it was your card. Intuition tells me, ‘’a lot of people are coming, but you will be able to spot one person to come. It will be magical.’’ Someone is coming into your life, but you have a lot of people stopping you from allowing them to come, hence ‘’multiple people coming in.’’ This person will teach you a lot of things, but truly bring out your inner child and help them heal. Lots of tea parties, and I had an urge to listen to Alice’s theme song.

A lot of you repress your emotions and wonder why the things you want won’t come into your life. I was telling someone today, ‘’if you do not heal with your repressed or bottled up emotions, then you cannot get what you want. Your thoughts create your reality; the things you say to yourself are what come towards you.’’ This is what you needed to hear. You honestly struggle to believe in yourself and lack confidence and self-love. A lot of people have mentioned that to you, but you ignore them. The person coming into your life will say the same thing. I am hearing they can be a teacher? Something with a nurturing vibe or mother nature; someone very calm, perhaps a bit too calm and very sweet. I feel drowsy, but in a relaxed way; that’s how you will feel with them. They are going to be honest with you and could never lie to you unless it’s to protect you. Intuition says they will teach you a lot about the world since you’re always in your room or feel caged in. a lot of overbearing and/or overprotecting parents/guardians. buying the pearl.

"buying the pearl of great price" is a biblical parable from matthew 13:45-46 that neville goddard has frequently used to show how you need to make a complete commitment to your desired outcome or state of being. the parable talks about a merchant who finds a valuable pearl and sells everything he has in order to buy it. neville used this as a metaphor to illustrate how you need to let go of ALL former beliefs if you want to be able to entirely fulfill yourself with your desires.

let go of former beliefs.

you have to let go of any belief system that holds the power to control you. you have to "sell" your old beliefs or declare them and valueless and identify with the only belief — you being god. you have to get rid of everything that does not serve you or dictates your life before you can do it.

there is no outer force but the law.

here‘s the thing: you either believe in the law and that there is no power outside of it or leave it. keep in mind that the law doesn’t cooperate with other belief systems. it’s because believing in the law implies that you understand that everything is you pushed out. everything, every religion, every spiritual pathway is a product of your imagination, a creation from within.

beliefs/ideologies such as astrology, tarot readings, crystals, hinduism, buddhism, karma, numerology, christianity, witchcraft, the law of attraction, islam, judaism, and so on are all the physical embodiment of your imaginative work — if you fully "commit" to the law of assumption. they will always conform to your assumptions about them and only ever be what you make them.

you are the only operant power.

you are the only operant power. there is no spiritual power that can exist outside of you. everything exists because you do, because you are. and it’s your job to identify with your infinite abilities!

that’s why it all loses meaning once you accept that you create everything. suddenly, things aren’t predetermined and you don’t actually witness things the way you do because you are a libra but because of the assumptions you persist in.

you are still free to practice any other belief. i mean, if witchcraft seems fun to you, you can technically use it to your advantage, right? i don’t want to condemn people for practicing other beliefs because you can adjust any belief to your liking and — if it fulfills you — why not?

Ong i actually need to start my rewrite of my found family fic about klein, aurore, and lumian, i have no idea what to name it too, anyways here’s headcanons about them in my fic

basic background aurore (15) breaks out early and escapes the sanson family to backlund where she meets lumian (8) they both become travel companions of klein under the guise of being his children that becomes real

aurore looks up to klein as a mentor but does make fun of him and questions him such as his naming abilities and the tarot club he made

“what even is a gehrman sparrow” “it’s a reference to jack sparrow a famous pirate and a the great hunter from bloodthrone—“ “might as well just name your persona pirate hunter ong what type of name is that”

aurore’s beta reader is klein like yes girl go show your pseudo-dad your yuri and yaoi

lumian legit believes that both aurore and klein are related biologically even if they don’t look alike and think that they’re superhuman, once he saw aurore in the ring girl pose as a way to try out her flexibility with klein and it only strengthened his belief

everyone thinks that lumian and aurore are klein’s bio kids not adopted, they look at them and wonder who the mother is whilst thinking “damn his genes didn’t even try”

klein would tell stories about the nighthawks to lumian as bed time stories, and talks about dunn as this hero that lumian begins to admire

klein teaches aurore savoury recipes while she in return teaches him sweet recipes

aurore’s a fine cook but better baker, however if you put her and lumian together the kitchen will either burn down or the food tastes disgusting, they get better along the way

klein mentions aurore and lumian a lot in his letters to azik

lumian calls klein baba and dad while aurore uses father and it’s only in public, it’s only after when she starts seeing him as a father figure that she calls him dad and baba

aurore’s relationship with the tarot club members is effy on the members part with her connection to gehrman sparrow and the casual familiarity she has with mr fool, they often wonder how she gets away with the things she says and does, but they do see her as a source of knowledge, amiable fellow that would sell and read out roselle’s diary for a chocolate bar

she gets along with derrick the best as they’re similar in age, they often visit each other when they have the time and bring gift baskets full of food and drinks

caitlyn is a bit unnerved by aurore who is always watching her and asking questions when they were staying on the future, what did the daughter of the gehrman sparrow what to know about her so badly?

in reality, it’s because aurore’s really interested in the hermit pathway even saying that if it weren’t for the seer pathway being the most safest option she would have gone into that pathway

aurore and lumian accidentally make klein look like a poor pitiful widow every time

klein showers the two with charms and artifacts to protect them, lumain just thinks it’s all ugly gifts and blunty states it but still keeps it while aurore appreciates the gesture but think he may go a little bit overboard with it…

lowkey i may need to reread lotm and actually read more of coi past volume 1 but it’s largely because of what direction i wanna go that challenges me

A Wish

Caleb x reader

LNDs and XXXholic crossover

Summary: Caleb encounters a strange store and meets a strange woman who could possibly help him with his situation with you. However a price must be paid in return.

Warnings: possible spoilers and could get OOC with xxxholic due to being a long time from my last time reading of xxxholic and Tsubasa Chronicles

The young colonel was walking around Skyhaven, going to the headquarters of the Fleet. The more missions he does for the Fleet, the more the woman he loves would be safe for a time being.

Just then he noticed a strange looking shop that he swore never was there before. As he was about to scout the area of the shop for more information , his feet started to walk towards the shop’s door, as if he was under some sort of control. He attempted to fight against it but was fruitless as he was already inside the shop when the door opened.

The doors closed behind him and noticed the interior had an old traditional Japanese style. As he looked around, he noticed a lanky teen boy with dark hair with glasses sweeps the floor. For some reason, he slowly reminds him of Zayne but with blue eyes.

The boy looks at the colonel up and down as he greets him, “ Hello young man, you must be here for Yuko”.

“You must be mistaken. I don’t know what your owner is thinking but if this gets to the Fleet of unauthorized selling of Protocores, I swear I won’t let you get away with it” Caleb threatens in an attempt to scare him into submission.

“Ara Ara, such a threat comes into my shop” an elegant but amused voice breaks in. It was a tall woman with floor length dark hair who was wearing an oriental kimono, holding a smoke pipe in one hand. She blows into it as it puffs smoke.

“WHO ARE YOU?” he asks as he puts his hands on his gun on his holster. He looks at the strange woman, trying to analyze her but for some reason he gets a feeling he shouldn’t mess with her. As if she was already expecting him.

The woman has an amused smirk, looking straight at his eyes and soul. “Isn’t this an interesting way of starting an order of business?” not fazed at the slightest at his attempt to get an answer from her.

The colonel attempts to activate his gravity evol but for some reason no gravity isn’t summoned.

“Ah, your abilities that you called Evol, don't work in this panel of existence, my dear” she explains.

“What’s going on” he asks in anger

“There is no such thing as coincidence. Everything is Hitsuzen.” The woman explains as she comes closer to inspect the young man in front of her. She notices his pendant on his neck and notices how worn it looks.

“What’s your name” Yuko inquired despite knowing the answer

“I don’t have to tell you that” he snapped. He is suspicious of the strange woman but at the same time he senses something different about her.

“I have seen many incarnations of you. The current version of this world’s time has gone through Deepspace to see many and found many alternate worlds that led you to rise into Colonel within a short few months…” she purposely stops seeing him confused about how she knows about this.

“You are quite known as a trailblazer. Exploring other worlds and finding pathways. How is it you get to be in place of all dimensions? Xia Caleb or should I call you… she trails purposely knowing his Philos self that has yet to be known to him, sensing that presence is still dormant within him but is slowly awakening.

“What is this place?” he asks THIS time in a more curious tone. Looking around the shop, it wasn’t a Protocores black market but rather unique items that weren’t from here. Some were tarot cards, staff and even a bird cage.

He knew that there were other worlds but never did he hear about a shop in between all dimensions. What was his reason for going here? This woman mentioned this isn’t a coincidence of him going to this shop. She’s up to something but what is it?

“Who are you exactly?” he inquired back slowly

“You may call me Ichihara Yuko. I am also better known as the Dimensional, Space-time witch” she introduces herself to him. “That’s how I felt about your gravity based abilities. So strong, yet capable of causing destruction through a black hole”.

“But witches don’t exist…” but Yuko interrupts him with her laughter

“If my wish is to create a utopia for me and the person I love the most…” but was stopped as Yuko looked at him displeased.

A paradise isn’t what you truly desire and it’s more of an escapism for you when you face the heavy feelings and burdens you have been holding up until now.” She looks at him with sad eyes, knowing he went through much for the one person he loves the most. It reminds her of a couple she had known who had to deal with horrible fates, that even she knew that wasn’t preventable and in some way had her hand in it.

“What is the wish that really drove you here in the first place” she asks the man, as Caleb looks deeply into himself of what he truly wished for.

“What I wanted is reassurance that I could truly protect y/n. I can’t let her know these burdens because I fear that she may get herself caught up into their plans. I knew what she went through. The aether core, the adoption…” Caleb’s stops realizing he is crying.

“But now I have a chip in my brain, that is preventing me from being able to love her properly. I hurt her, I betrayed her trust and yet I don’t know what to do now.” He stops in between trying to get out all the emotions that were pent up.

“I’m not sure I’m even human anymore…with my left arm being bionic and slowly turning me into a machine. I just want someone to tell me what should I do and how do I handle this” he finally let out these thoughts that had been consuming him for so long.

“Now I know what your true wish is, shall I grant it”. Yuko asked

Caleb just nods in agreement

“The price is the pendent you are wearing”

Caleb looks at the pendent that you gave him. He looks at it and wonders if it’s too late to take it back. But if Yuko would be able to grant some abilities to protect her, maybe it’s for the best. He holds onto the pendent for one last time and traces the engraved words, ‘when you come home’. He wondered if he truly had fulfilled this promise and realizes that home is where you felt known and loved. He gives the pendent to Yuko and she puts it into a oriented box. A girl with pink hair then puts it into the storage room.

“Watanuki, prepare something special for our customer, would you like something special Caleb ?”

“I should get going I have a meeting to attend” Caleb protested

“As of this moment you are between dimensions, so my shop isn’t affected by time”

Caleb accepted the invitation and simple asked for apples and braised chicken.

Watanuki returned with food and sake for Yuko and Caleb ate some apples to tell what happen in his childhood, especially the lab rat experiments he went through with you and how you two got out and lived with Josephine afterwards.

“After the explosion, I was in the hospital and then EVER took advantage of the situation and made me their test subject once more. I join the fleet in hopes that EVER wouldn’t bother her again. But I know it’s only temporarily.”

Caleb looks at Yuko, “ I just want to protect her from them. I couldn’t bare watching her die endlessly and only to be revived. I fear if the chip takes over, my memories of her would disappear and if she loses her memories, I know I could still protect her…”

“ let me tell you something. When one sacrifices oneself to help another, it could be actually painful to the person being helped, especially is of importance to them”

Caleb looks down, feeling guilty. What could had happen if he was honest from the get go. “But if I don’t do something, she would suffer from the Aether core in her heart…”

“There is no such thing as coincidence, on Hitsuzen-the inevitable,” Yuko explained. You were meant to come here, as a place of healing from the burdens you held”.

Then of all of a sudden, it hits him that he didn’t get any migraines from heavy emotional response due to the chip, as well as he left hand being able to feel the heat of the cup holding the tea he had.

“What just happen..” he looks at his clenched his hands and shakes his head in wonder.

“I removed the literal bargaining chip in your head and managed to have the bionic arm to sense physical sensation just that of a real one”

“Thank you, so much. I don’t know how to repay you” Caleb bows in respect and relief.

“You already had. However while I cannot stop the flows of certain destined, especially with EVER, I can reassure you can end the story the way you wanted. However the only advice I can give you is that to fight with your lover as equals in time of peril. The rest is up to you.” Yuko replies

With that Caleb’s vanishes, this time with renew strength

Yuko smiles as she sees the man fighting against his fate. Yuko already knew you, as you visited the store time and time again. She knew of the timelines you were in and the power you carried was that of an anomaly. While she couldn’t remove the power, as that would create a severe imbalance, she knew one way that could help you with your wish.

Your price that you gave was not only a sliver of the Aether Core’s power but but that your memories of the past would be incomplete in some sort, in exchange of being able to meet the people you loved once more.

DIRT PATHS, CREEKS, AND CROSSROADS A crossroads reflection following a visit to a local reserve's creek.

Beyond the backyard of my partner's house, it's possible to move from one world to another.

Where one is white and grey townhouses built in an estate, fit for modern domestic architecture, the other is just down a set of wooden staircases, mismatched in shape and height, approaching a natural world that sings with the water-flow of a nearby creek.

A nature reserve — somehow more accessible now due to the residences built in this area, that came with infrastructure such as staircases and pathways — and it's so much more vast than what you'd imagine just by looking out the window.

I take the stairs down, and I walk the white, measured concrete paths. I take a turn towards a barbeque and seating area, and then I'm met with a crossroads. I could continue along the concrete, or I can choose the path drawn in dirt.

I take the dirt path.

Crossroads exist pretty much everywhere. Spiritually, mentally, and physically. Though, I think my very favourite to look for are dirt crossroads. Ones spotted in the absence of the green grass that surrounds them, or those recognised as desire paths. They are created from use, from preference, for purpose.

There is safety in walking a dirt path many-times-walked. They tell us: "Someone has walked here before, now you do. In the future, yet another will walk the path, and perhaps one day it will be you again."

Whether from my love of crossroads or by the influence of my goddess, I always feel this sparkle of happiness when I approach a nature-based crossroads. I praise Hekate in this sacred domain.

What I love about this path to the side of the concrete is how it leads to a beautiful creek. It takes about forty minutes to an hour to make the entire journey around the reserve, and you can see the river that the creek runs into most of the trip.

Creeks and rivers are considered liminal places. They are also crossroads, even if they don't appear as the usual T or Y shaped road.

When you approach a creek, you have a choice. You can go over the creek at that moment, you can walk along the stream and find another way, or you could turn around. It is a place of transition, and more.

This creek in particular has a bridge from one side to the other formed by large boulders. They're easier or harder to climb across depending on how high the water is. When I visited this time, the water was lower than usual, easing my anxieties of crossing.

Balance and being confident on my feet, especially in situations where I can "fall off", is something I'm working on. I get to just before halfway across the rocks before stopping. It's better than other times.

As I stood there, overlooking both sides of this river, I noticed how still the water was in the distance. It hardly looked like it was moving. But when I looked down, to the water rushing between the rocks, it was a completely different scene, which came with an understanding.

Being in this space and honouring Hekate, I thought about the Six of Swords. There are many ways to interpret tarot cards, though some of the ways I see the Six of Swords includes:

Moving into calmer water, or into turbulent water. It can go either way.

A transition.

A rite of passage.

A requirement to take what's most important while leaving the rest, and moving on.

And...

How the water may seem still at times. How we look out into the distance and grumble about things not happening, things not changing. We want things to happen, good things! And we get frustrated. We lose patience.

Until the next moment when the seemingly slow water breaks into tens of rushing streams, making their way through river grass and over rocks, reaching the other side of the bridge and then we see it.

Our progress, how everything has come together, how being still and contemplative at these crossroads have allowed for life and our path to move with us and around us.

We don't realise just how far we've come until the rushing water has become still again in the distance.

Hear me, Hekate! Goddess of liminality, of transitions, and of the crossroads. I praise you for the beautiful natural dirt crossroads that I come across and acknowledge in your name. I honour you with libations poured where three paths meet. Please sit with us when the water is still, and remain with us when we finally realise how fast things are moving. Khaire, Hekate.

Kabbalah: The Three Triads Talon Abraxas

The Kabbalistic Tree of Life

The Kabbalistic tree of life is an ancient and profound diagram that is intimately related with alchemy, tarot, numerology, Hebraic wisdom, and astrology. A basic understanding and orientation to the map of the tree of life is useful to guide us in our inner work.

The key to studying Kabbalah is in the development of intuition, imagination and inspiration, in order to work with these cosmic forces in a practical manner and not get lost in intellectualism.

Practical Kabbalah

To truly know Kabbalah, to practice it, is to walk the initiatic path.

To incarnate the fruits of the tree of life requires an esoteric and psychological work. To move beyond our selfish nature, to love and sacrifice for others, always remembering shekinah, the divine grace, the gift of God.

Each sephirah, each pathway, each dimension, each pillar, is a lifetime of study and reflection unto itself. The focus of this article is the three triads that divide the nine superior sephiroth into three basic levels.

Logoic Triangle

The topmost triad is the logic, or supernal, triangle. The holy trifecta of Father, Son, Holy Spirit, also known as Brahma, Vishnu and Shiva, or Osiris, Isis and Horus.

This triad contains the mystery of the trimurti or the trifecta in Christianity. Chokmah, the Christ, is an unfoldment from Kether, the Father. Binah, the Divine Mother is an unfoldment of the Christ.

Ethical Triangle

The middle triad is the ethical triangle. Revolutionary ethics have nothing to do with right and wrong as we understand it, but always working to have the will of God prevail, to allow the divine influences to guide the lower.

In this triad contains the sephiroth called Chesed, Geburah and Tiphareth. Here is the mystery of the human soul united to the divine soul, something that happens at a certain stage of initiation, a wedding of the soul to the spirit.

Samael Aun Weor writes in his book, The Initiatic Path in the Arcana of Tarot and Kabbalah that while the human soul, which is masculine, works, the divine soul, which is feminine, plays. This is the union of love that everyone on earth is truly searching for.

The sephiroth Geburah and Chesed represent the balance of justice and mercy. Justice without mercy is tyranny; mercy without justice is anarchy.

Magical Triangle

The lowest triad is the magical triangle, consisting of the mental, astral and vital worlds.

The sephiroth called Netzach, Hod and Yesod.

We who have our center of gravity in the physical world can access these higher planes only by uniting our vital force, intention and mind toward the divine. Here is the bridge to access the will of our Being, and the wisdom and love of God. This is the realm of ritual which is an act that vibrates into other dimensions.

Malkuth

Malkuth is the physical plane. Malkuth is a fallen sephirah.

It is the “wilderness” where Adam and Eve (the Lemurian humanity) were cast after they had eaten the fruits of the tree of knowledge and broken the law of God.

There are 48 cosmic laws in Malkuth, 24 laws in Hod, 12 in Netzach, and only 1 law: law of love, in Kether.

In Malkuth we have a much greater struggle against materialism to find the spiritual, which is understood with a study of the tree of knowledge. We stand on the brink of heaven and hell.

Above us is Yesod, the 9th sphere, the vital sexual force, the way off of the tree. Below us is the Klipoth, the shadow realms, where there are more laws, more darkness, more conditioning.
