Putting a wild Dragon Ball Daima theory into the universe:

By the end of the series, Panzy’s blade will end up back on earth with Trunks (possibly reforged), essentially removing the Tapion unknowns from the canon and giving more weight to the weapon being successful against Zamasu.

The funny thing about Tapion Dragon Ball is you look at his elf ears, sword, and ocarina and think "oh he's a Zelda reference". But Wrath of the Dragon actually came out several years before Ocarina of Time, so if anything OoT's Link design is referencing Tapion, not the other way around.
