It's time, here’s my official muse self-report. I’m just gonna be going over the muses that particularly catch mine’s eye. This post is gonna be under a cut because it’s long

First up we’ve got @starxxtravelers / @mysticsxnxtyrants

Android 16 thinks Rosalia is so pretty, she’s so gentle looking but so strong. He can tell just by appearances alone that she has a long history and he wants to learn more about her at first meeting.

Paragus is an interesting one because it is difficult for 16 to place what it is about him that he finds attractive, he just thinks that he is an above average looking man with some features that he finds particularly appealing.

Zikom is big, he’s handsome, what more could he ask for? Seriously, he’s just his type. He also really appreciates the horns.

Taiko is such a beautiful and graceful looking namekian, something that Pota is unused to and loves. They are just so different yet familiar that it's very alluring.

Pota is weak for a strong person with bad intentions, it's never on purpose but he has a pattern of feeling attraction for villainous individuals. He’s compact and quite visually stunning, it’s mostly Frieza’s eyes and general shape for him.

They love a big, strong, sweetheart, so Broly is for sure on their radar. No.t also thinks that some of his expressions are adorable.

Kakarot is a given, It was pretty much attraction at first sight. Despite their circumstances he immediately recognized him as attractive and that wouldn’t change no matter how hard he wished it would. He’s also got a weak spot for people with an alternative fashion sense and piercings/tattoos.

Android 16 also has a thing for Piccolo, his general body shape and stoicism makes for a full picture of an attractive and interesting man.

He loves the way Android 17 looks, his hair, his eyes, his stature; all of it. Even the way that he carries himself while doing nothing at all, he just thinks he's hot.

Usually 21 prefers more muscular women but Bulma is an exception, her fashion, her figure, she’s beautiful. Really, she is stunning and 21 can’t help but notice.

Android 16 thinks Hit is very handsome, his eyes are strikingly bright and warm in contrast to the rest of him. He looks deathly serious and difficult to read, he is mysterious and that level of unknown is intriguing to 16.

16 loves Khett’s aesthetic, sharp edges and alternative fashion, He is very pleasing to the eye.

Nucleotide is imperfect and Pota love it, he thinks all of his physical imperfections make him cuter. He especially thinks that his asymmetrical crest is really cool.

Perfect 16 doesn’t find many people attractive but the one person who is irresistible is himself. Cell is a major exception to his usual disregard for appearances, he is the pinnacle of what he perceives as beauty. 

Like 21, Soma loves a strong looking woman. Chandra is bulky and tall, two things she loves. There’s also something about her eyes that she finds particularly pretty.

Chandra is a strong looking, pretty woman. 21 is weak for girls with muscles, especially ones that she considers to have pretty facial features.

Gine is used to having to cover for moments like this; theirs is not a quiet household, with five Saiyan boys under ten that make it a point not to get along with each other. “Only if you want to, of course!”

Have a slightly nervous Namekian who finally worked up the courage to ask something to the Eternal Dragon of Namek (mostly because they didn't want to bother him). "Porunga... had... had there been any history of Namekians being able to merge with other species?" This had been something on their mind for quite some time, especially since there weren't any recorded history by the Namekians themselves.

Character development time! Give me some interesting questions about my character and I will answer. - accepting

“Written history? No. But history in and of itself? That’s harder to answer. 

I have been around for longer than your kind have, but I do not know everything every individual has done. And for my lack of knowledge, I apologize.

However, I do not think it’s that they were or weren’t able so much as most never bothering to try. Most that have tried simply merged with other Namekians, and given that they were of the same species, the process was much less noticeable due to how compatible they are.

Kai, as you may or may not know, can also be compatible with one another as candidates for fusion, but their physical appearance changes much more drastically, as their appearances in general differ quite a lot more than… Say, Piccolo and Nail, for example Such is also the case for humans, Saiyans, and so on.”

He huffs, almost growling, though less at Taiko and more at himself for not having a clear answer.(This fussing with extra wording is just stupid. But he’s also not about to give them a simplistic answer with no information whatsoever.)

Milo in Japan, 2017

For most of December we took a trip over to Japan again, so I thought I’d share some gaming-related tidbits from my time there.

Having been a few times now, I thought I knew what to expect. Of course I packed my 3DS, hoping for tens of Streetpasses per day. Oops! Turns out the 3DS is on the wane in Japan. Even passing through busy train stations or going to theme parks didn’t fill my queue as it had in years gone by. I still got a lot more than you get in Australia, but compared to the overflowing abundance of previous trips, it seems the age of Streetpass has... passed.

The arcade of course, lives on as it has. We visited a few over the course of the trip, but I can’t say I noticed much new and exciting. The hot new Dissidia game that was very fresh two years ago is still around and widespread, and a PS4 port is coming soon. A new game in a similar style with gunslingers or something seemed popular. Taiko no Tatsujin is still a staple, and we had some fun with the latest selection of songs. We also played Mario Kart Arcade GP DX again, it being my wife’s favourite iteration of Mario Kart and I don’t disagree, the immersion of the full steering wheel experience makes it fun. I also had a go with the classic shmup Ikaruga at a retro multi-cabinet in a Taito arcade; later in the massive Round One Stadium, while my companions played the Tsum Tsum arcade game (just like the mobile game but bigger, and with prizes) I had a second try at Mario & Sonic at the Rio Olympics, where I had a surprisingly good time as Blaze with the very physical control scheme.

As an aside, a funny thing I noticed: at the fantastic Osaka Museum of Ethnology, converted PSPs were used as audio guide devices. Meanwhile, at Osaka’s Kaiyukan Aquarium, DSs could be rented for the same purpose.

Anyway of course I did a lot of shopping. A couple of photos if you’ll indulge me showing off my “haul”. The first is video game-related goods that I picked up along the way. Some stickers for my laptop, some Pokemon gachapon figures, some random Dragonball Heroes cards (not to use, just to look at). That figure that Ditto is cradling is the female Saiyan Avatar from said game, a lucky gachapon draw. Having been impressed and inspired by the Ecco games this year, I also sought out some dolphin-related figures and toys, and I’m claiming them as “game merch”. Ape’s DKC2 guide (I was hoping for some unique illustrations or content but it’s mostly just maps), some Corocoro Layton and Super Mario-kun manga. The most fun and exciting bits of course are the DKC manga volume (which looks great, and combines elements of the animated series and DK64, very fun book, I already had scans of it here but a nice thing to collect); and the heart-stopping, excellent Figuarts Rockman Zero figure, which goes to show that it’s always worth checking the figure floor of the Book-Off southwest of Shinjuku station. It’s also where I got the Lupin Lambda robot two years ago after all.

As for games themselves, Japan is of course a great place for exclusives and retro game collection. This time I focused a lot on the DS, which I’ve decided for now is my all-time favourite console, or at least now is a good time to collect for it. Hopefully you can make everything out in the photo but the ones I was most excited for were Illustlogic (a Picross clone, stylus control yay!), the Umihara Kawase games, Zoids Saga DS (good GBA memories), and WarioWare Twisted which is of course impossible to emulate due to its gyroscopic controls. I was also glad to find Dragonball Ultimate Butoden and Maple Story DS, and they represent how some of these I found in the first Book-Off I looked in at Gotanda, but some eluded me until my very last out-of-the-way opportunity (Hanazono Super Potato).

HC for Dende: He has a garden that he had been growing & expanding off of the Lookout. It's not too far away & out of the way of the tribe village's residents that made their home at the base of the pillar. He goes there to maintain it about twice a week, as well as goes often to simply read a book in the company of the plants & trees be grew from seeds.

HC for Tapion: He finds Earth food to be very rich in comparison to the diet he grew up on. It's enough to make his stomach queasy if he's not careful, so he'll often stick to basic recipes & the occasional meat dish that isn't overly seasoned.

HC for Shenron: There's a certain fondness for reptiles he has because of the similarities they share with him & dragons, though he regards the wild dragons as the more noteworthy creatures.

HC for Taiko: They picked up on dressing in women's clothing because of Kika; the previous seer had a large array of beautiful clothing that drew the Namekian's attention to them, having been quite used to the simplistic fashions of their race & had never seen such a vast collection of so many colors & designs.

HC for Paragus: While Saiyan culture resulted in family structure to be very loose & often meant that parents & their children don't really have strong bonds, Paragus had a fierce dedication to his son simply due to the fact that he lost his mate from Broly's birth. He doesn't resent Broly for this, as it does simply happen. This is largely the reason he hated King Vegeta for being so jealous & frightened of his son's power level, as Broly is the last remnant of his deceased mate.

HC for Frieza: The main reason he often crosses a leg over the other while seated is because he hated how his father often sat on the throne. It just irked him to no end even at a young age.

🍎  :    how stable is my muse’s mental health?  have they been diagnosed with any mental illnesses and  /  or conditions?  do they have any undiagnosed mental illnesses and  /  or conditions?  do they or should they attend therapy?  

Taiko is fairly stable, although they continue to have occasional nightmares in relation to the invasion on Namek, which can often switch from simply memory to fabrications of their fears twisting the memory. You can usually tell that they have had a nightmare when they're extra peppy or cheerful, kind of forcing themself to be that way like it could erase the nightmare. And while they suffer from loneliness and may get a little depressed, it's a natural thing in this case. I don't think they have any undiagnosed mental illness, but their deep-seated fear of Frieza led it to make them fear all Icejin until they could work through that fear. At least it's reasonable paranoia. Maybe they would benefit from seeing therapy.

For someone like Frieza, however, he has a few things about him that sometimes makes him unstable. He's obsessively a perfectionist that stems from his father's expectations, as well as his own. And not only that, but he's persistently narcissistic; he simply can't believe that anyone would look out for others rather than themselves. If someone is doing something for someone else, then it has a benefit to them. Even Goku has a benefit from opposing him; the Saiyan wants to fight, and while it's to save those he loves, deep down he can't refuse a challenge.

There's some paranoia of course from being probably one of the most dangerous beings to exist, labelling him a target, but he knows that comes with the title. When he overreacts, you can bet this on one of a few things; Goku, losing despite his perfect plans, or happy music - Hell has definitely left its mark on his psyche.

I don't think there's any amount of therapy to help this man, not when he thinks he IS perfectly fine.

Waiting patiently, Taiko was aware of the pause of his energy - maybe he had heard them? It seemed that way when his signal started coming closer after several minutes. The Namekian was sitting on a nearby rock when they first landed, but as soon as the Saiyan came into view, they’d get back up.

❝I was actually a little afraid you weren’t still around these parts, but I’m glad that wasn’t the case,❞ Taiko said brightly. Likely the guy wouldn’t be as openly friendly as they were, but that’s alright. It wasn’t as though he declared himself as one from before, right?

Rewritten my rules page; not much has changed, but it’s more clear and organized. Included a new rule that duplicates of Frieza and Paragus are more than welcome to interact with my own.

Created a new muse page; each character has a short summary I’ve written so that you know what to expect. Besides Taiko, Frieza and Paragus, I’ve also added summaries of Shami (the parasite from the previous ‘arc’ I was/am writing for fun) and Orachi (ex-friend of Taiko from Namek).

Written a page for THREE main verses that can be picked!

A.Seer’s.Life; a verse without Frieza or Paragus in Taiko’s life. Frieza and Paragus are available, but Frieza is unaware of Paragus surviving, nor knows about Taiko and their existence. Paragus lives in the northern cold region of Earth, unaware of his son’s survival. Shami is taken in by Taiko after coming to see the kind of host he had.

Starting.Over; a verse where Taiko found Paragus, who had become gravely ill at some point. Nursed back to health, the old Saiyan would stay because he feels indebted to Taiko, despite his protests of being helped. Shami in this verse has never returned to see what kind of host he had, wandering out in the wilderness and learning to survive.

Forced.Recruitment; essentially the Frieza Force AU where Taiko was found a year or so after Broly’s fight with Vegeta and Goku. Taken by some goons in hopes that Frieza could use the Namekian to find the dragon balls when the radar had been lost, Frieza instead finds another use of Taiko and their seering powers. This verse is outside of Earth, Taiko pressed into service so as to serve Frieza with their ability to see the multiple futures. Shami in this verse has never returned to see what kind of host he had, but could be found and trained to fight.

Created a brand new set of tags to use; will no longer use the old ones.

Found and edited a new theme for the blog; created a background for the said theme to better fit the theme of mystic/tarot that I associate Taiko with.

In the process of creating banners/headers for separate muses for answering asks. Is lower priority.

Will be creating a relationship page and will be listed as Ships [UC]; have not started yet. Please let me know if you’d like to be included!

Making icons for Frieza; will be mainly from the movies “Resurrection ‘F’” and “Broly” at current. Frieza’s icons has been finished!!

Creating a new promo post to introduce the revamped blog. This also includes a newly made artwork to reflect this blog as best I can. Might take awhile. Higher priority!

Muse updates!

Rewritten summary of Taiko; removed the old bio page, as well as other unnecessary pages.

Added Frieza; during the Super timeline, generally a year after the Tournament of Power & “Dragon Ball Super: Broly”.

Added Paragus; post-movie “Dragon Ball Super: Broly”, headcanoned to have survived the death beam by mere inches from his heart.

Added Shami; a parasite that had been feeding on Taiko’s energy ever since it drained most of Seer Kika’s own ki.

Added Orachi; ex-childhood friend from Namek. During the Frieza saga/invasion on Namek, had fled in fear when he and Taiko were caught, rendering their friendship damaged and broken. Has since then trained harder than ever, trying to be the warrior he should have been, still wrecked with guilt.

Thread updates!

Will be dropping most threads; had too many pile up during the time where I ask for a thread but then depression or the likes would make me lose motivation. I will look through the group of threads I have waiting on me and pick through them. If I drop a thread, I’ll attempt to make a post and tag you about it.

Any interactions before Shami the parasite finally revealed himself can continue on as normal without Shami’s presence being known. We can continue developing our muses’ interactions until we reach a point that this can occur.

(Paragus more or less had the same kind of family dynamic as most other Saiyans; he was sent off to a planet when he reached the age necessary (somewhere in childhood years, uncertain what actual age qualifies except for like... 5-7), and thus had developed his relationship with his parents at a far later date upon being retrieved and brought back many years later. His mother perhaps had the closest bond with him, more so than the father, though aside from the usual bluster, it was not necessarily unpleasant when it came to the father. If nothing else, they had treated each other with a man-to-man sense, versus a father-to-son, if that makes sense.

He’s never known of his grandparents, nor if his parents even had any siblings. His parents were certainly critical, but in thanks to Paragus’ own strong ambitions, they were relatively supportive when he started climbing ranks in the army. If anyone had any profound effect on him, it was his mother on the positive side of things. She had been there when he had eventually gotten with Mizuna, approving of the relationship. It’s unknown how his father would have taken it, since he had perished at some point during a skirmish between King Cold’s army and whatever planet that was fighting back.)

(Namekians didn’t exactly have the normal family dynamic as other species, at least not present-day - in all intents and purposes, one small village is essentially a family. A recently hatched Namekian would be taken to a village that were ready for new additions and are more or less raised by the eldest ones there, viewing other young Namekians as maybe other brothers.

The eldest one, simply called the Elder (though his name was Itar) could have been seen as the father Taiko and others had looked up to. He had the greatest impact on Taiko’s life, most certainly, learning patience from him when frustration did nothing or, worse, made things even more difficult. He rarely ever lost his temper, and had a sense of humor when he was hit by a prank. So in all sense, he had the most profound impact on Taiko in a positive way. He encouraged them and the other young Namekians to discover what they liked as well as taught the value of looking out for one another.)

Paragus

❝...I might not have done right by him in many aspects, but I genuinely hope he's taking care of himself. Wherever he might be.❞ It killed Paragus on the inside, not knowing if his son was even alive. But the boy was a survivor - the forty years on Vampa proved that.

Taiko

❝I've only heard about Broly in bits and pieces from Paragus, so I honestly can't tell you? But he sounds rather sweet, if maybe a little intimidating if the height difference is that big.❞

Frieza

❝It was a little foolhardy of me to have rushed the fight so soon after taking him and his father into employment, but perhaps it was for the best. Now I know much more of his capabilities; it was of course thanks to me that I've unlocked his full potential of going Super Saiyan, so once he's been more domesticated by those little traitors, I'll take him under my wing, so to speak. The poor boy is now an orphan, after all~.❞

Steamy drabble under Read More TaikoxBroly

❝Shouldn’t I... be doing something?❞

❝All you should be doing is relax and enjoy yourself.❞ The Namekian smiled up at their lover from between his legs while he remained on the edge of the bed, hands resting on either thigh as their breath brushed along fevered skin that had the Saiyan shivering slightly -- they were both disrobed, nothing to cover anything. His tail coiled along the other, brushing and flicking at Taiko’s side and arm.

Seeing as Broly was still frowning in concern about doing absolutely nothing, the seer gave a little giggle. ❝But if it helps... rub along my ears, that would feel really nice. Or if you’re really gentle... my antenna are extremely sensitive.❞

When he gave a nod and leaned back a bit, Taiko moved closer as their eyes shifted from his face to the prize, feeling their face grow more heated. Giving delicate kisses along the heated skin, they could hear each little sound that escaped Broly, the sound of sheets rustling as his hands gripped onto them. The open moan would only be heard when, upon reaching the tip, lips would carefully slide around it, tongue slowly circling all the while Taiko watched his face for this. 

Several inches would soon be enveloped by the warmth, ever careful of their fangs while Taiko serviced their lover, wishing to hear more of his pleasure escape from his mouth. They were wonderful to listen to, encouraging and exciting. It only helped to urge them onward, withdrawing their mouth back to the last inch before pressing back down - a motion that would gain a rhythm, more depth for the Saiyan to enjoy as he was eased further in, pressing to the point of causing the seer to gag briefly before controlling it.

A moan would escape, feeling one ear being pressed upon with fingers that rubbed on either side. That caused the Saiyan to moan in unison, the sensation done because of his attention in turn giving him more pleasure. He could only watch, fascinated, as more than half of his shaft had been pressed inside, feeling as his lover flexed the muscles of their throat, their tongue beginning to snake out, wrap around the portion of him that may not be able to have the same amount of attention.

There was just something satisfying about this, giving the Saiyan this kind of pleasure... his tail would eventually wrap around Taiko’s throat as his breathes were loud, heavy, the movements growing in speed. And still they would moan occasionally, the vibrations causing his tail to flick the tip that would brush at their jawline or ear. The seer had to ignore the ache they could feel from their lower body, ever slowly growing to feel urgent.

❝Taiko... I...❞

He couldn’t voice what was coming, but the seer could tell of the signs what he meant. Hands that still rested on his thighs clenched slightly while they pressed onward, staying at a constant speed of movement. Looking back up to his face, Taiko pressed him the furthest they could go, flexing and tightening the tongue around him as they used the muscles of the throat to swallow, repeating this slowly before pulling back for a quick draw of air before repeating. Not only did it draw a gasp from Broly, but now his hand that was giving their ear attention went to the back of their head on instinct, pulling them forward which did catch Taiko off-guard for that moment.

Yet they loved being able to draw him into this kind of pleasure, pulling back just to be pulled back forward. 

A loud groan would soon leave Broly, the occasional twitches the Namekian could feel now throbbing held in their mouth, still flexing the muscles of their throat as their lover held them firmly close and making it so that Taiko had to hold their breath. A burst of warmth would be swallowed without even tasting it while Broly’s head leaned back, followed by a few more spurts with each strong throb. When his hand dropped to their shoulder, only then did Taiko draw back, gasping for air even while keeping the last few inches in their mouth to catch the remaining couple until there was nothing more than a faint twitching sensation. 

Tongue retracted carefully before Taiko simply swallowed what remained in their mouth, they had to catch their breath even while they still could taste him - that was not at all a bad thing. And they were very satisfied to see how Broly was, face flushed and panting very softly. For the seer, seeing him like this was an absolute treat. 

They’d have been mistaken if they thought it was going to stop there, but they’d wait patiently as they watched with a smile. They were quite ready for more.
