Hotsui Matsuri: Tengu Time Edition #anime #anitwt #hotsuimatsuri
Some people call them tricksters, others say they are ogres, and some yet liken them to angels instead. What mysterious creature do I speak of today? The Nihongo Legend of a yokai depicted as humanoid creatures with red faces, long noses, and avian wings. The creature I speak of is none other than the infamous tengu. Today for Hotsui Matsuri, we’re going to explore the legend of the…

Looking for mods!
Hello :D As you all probably know, Tactics is a tiny fandom and it can be hard to find any content. I find myself unable to really find a diverse array of posts I haven't already found. Although this could just be because tumblr search isn't the best.
This is why I'm looking for mods! Anyone else who is willing to look through possible tags, reblog, and tag said reblogs accordingly just to make it easier. This also helps in case I myself miss anything or don't see something, you can!
So send a message or comment on this post, there is no real qualifications since all you need to do is be willing to look through the Tactics reblog and reblog. That's all there is to it! You're free to make posts as well that are Tactics related

"Good try, Genos. Let me tag in."
I've always loved how after seeing the Consecutive Normal Punches, Genos came up with the Machine Gun Blow a few hours later.
The guy really is learning from his Sensei.

News
Hello,
I'm just here with some bad and good news. Also with info about our ongoing projects.
So to get the bad news over with. I bought the HanaOto magazine and while I knew there would be no Mujihi na Yoru ni chapter, on the website it said that there will be some sort of extra from Sakuraga Mei. Unfortunately, it turned out to be one page with some sort of message from the mangaka that I am not going to translate. Even worse, on the magazine's website it shows that the new edition of HanaOto also only has an extra and no Mujihi chapter. So I refuse to buy it just to be disappointed again. Unless someone else gets their hands on whatever that is, I won't even consider working on it. This all means, that the earliest we can have a new chapter is August, but only if the next one is featured in the magazine in July (the digital version becomes available a month after the hard copy release). This is also one of the main reasons why I don't work on ongoing manga, so please don't request anything like that.
On to the good news. With the magazine, I bought volume 3 of Chronos and started working on it. Volume 2 is mostly done, so I will start uploading those chapters soon. Look forward to it. I find this story interesting, so I'm able to work on the translation quite quickly.
And last, a little update. We are also working on the Tactics chapters. Volume 14 is translated and I'm halfway through volume 15 already. However, this manga is really difficult. I'm not sure why, but I find it hard to translate and it doesn't help that it's difficult to figure out from the bubbles who is talking. Since Japanese doesn't usually use "I" and "You" in sentences, it's not easy to figure out how exactly it should be translated. So I want to translate both volumes before going through them again to see if I messed up something. Also, since I'm really not confident about the accuracy of this translation, I might not make this available on manga reader sites, so only those who really want to read it can find it here and download. We'll see.
This is all for now.
I'll be back soon with the next Chronos chapter.
Have a nice weekend.
H.

Fake Voyager Episode: Tuvok gets kidnapped and forced to compete in an arena where telepaths fight one another to the death for a shot at fortune and prestige. He was initially kidnapped as 'fodder' - the aliens who run the arena will grab any telepathic alien they can find regardless of skill and they're essentially just there to be killed by flashier veterans of the bloodsport. The episode is mainly Tuvok showing off his tactical know-how and combat skills. We also get several flashbacks to him as a young man, learning how to fight both on Vulcan and in Starfleet. There's a concern that he will lose himself when forced into this seemingly endless battle, surrounded by violence, but in the end he prevails and manages to escape without killing a single person. He leaves the arena after giving a message of peace. Patreon | Ko-fi
Unnamed Goon: [Laughter] That puny 'Vuulcan' didn't land a single hit for all his bluster. Once I sealed his telepathic powers it was over! Huh huh huh… If I keep up this pace I should have him crushed beneath my fists in- What...? I can't move...? Tuvok: By now you have surely noticed it.
You are certainly a formidable opponent. Most would assume you to be a simple bruiser but that is not the case. You are a knowledgeable telepath - able to not only bolster your own physique but nullify the telepathic capabilities of your enemies.
However. You rely too much on one tactic and are too proud to allow yourself to look 'weak.' This was the ultimate cause of your ruination. While you gleefully battered my body about the field I was able to locate twenty two out of twenty four 'kobat sfek' on your body - points which will render you immobile for approximately…four minutes. More than enough time. It was a shrewd precaution to nullify my telepathic ability. However. I do not need them to best you in combat.
Even now, I am ten times stronger than you. Unnamed Goon: T-Ten...TEN TIMES!? [Imagining the sort of gruesome end that might await him, the unnamed Goon faints - leaving Tuvok the victor.]

I think it’s kinda neat baseball is a “thing” now for Aqua and Kana
Why did Aka choose baseball as an activity for them? Because it’s symbolic for the easy back and forth, and receiving and giving nature between them.
They always playing it while having heart to heart talks lol
