Alhaitham definitely was the book smart type, and it was no surprise considering how often and how many books he read throughout his day, week, month, life etc.

And he was doing just the same right now, sitting on the couch with a book in his hand as his eyes scanned through it - reading fastly. From the corner of his eye, the Scribe saw you approaching him and he couldn't help it but smile as he continued to read.

The Dendro Vision user then felt your warmth next to him and your head on his shoulder as he laid an arm around you, pulling you even closer towards himself.

For a while, you read together with him .. it was a book with very complex words about a complex topic. Occasionally, you two would look at each other and sometimes he would kiss the tip of your nose.

But slowly, you felt sleepy and fell asleep not too long after. Alhaitham noticed that and just smiled to himself, kissing your forehead gently as he whispered against it; “Good night, my wonderful Jade..”, before he continued to read while having you close to himself.
