i've had the reference image for this for a while now and always wanted to draw it with these two but apparently it's a trend now for ships while i wasn't looking. so here you go, sorry for the late post.

feel free to interpret this piece however you like! i don't personally ship my william and henry myself but i'm cool/open with interpretations/not against the ship! i love how malleable and flexible their dynamic is as a duo as a whole honestly and i like the interesting ways people use the dynamic to the narrative's advantages (for better or for the worse of them both haha)

I want to talk about the time Jess forgot to order food for the diner after Luke had asked him to, but I don't want to talk about Jess being irresponsible and untrustworthy (like Scott Patterson thinks, apparently), and I don't want to talk about whether Luke had the right to ask him to do that in the first place (I don't know, I think grownups ask teenagers to help out with things sometimes. But I'm serious that I don't want this post to be about this.). I want to talk about how relatable that storyline is as a former kid with ADHD who knows all too well the experience of letting someone down because you got so absorbed in a book you were reading that you forgot to do the thing you promised them you'd take care of. 😬 Heck, I STILL do this. 😫😅
