Le Soleil de Minuit||OpenStarter
The Alpha was one of the main event coordinators, given that it was most of the leading city and governing officials that had set up the event in order to help ease the rising tension due to the heavy curfews and restrictions set in place to keep those safe from whatever was taking people from within the woods. Taking into account of her ability to put together events at her own home so effortlessly the city knew that Tamryn had the means and the right kind of touch to put together such a specific event.
As she was already dressed elegantly and wearing a mask. While others began to arrive she looked over the final touches of the ball room and checked to make sure everything met her level of standards. Considering that she practically grew up in this era of elegance the she wolf seemed to be transported back in time as she took over the project to ensure it was as authentic as most those around in the time period would have remembered it to be.
“Les temps étaient beaucoup plus élégants alors.”

Into the City (Open)
Viktor hummed thoughtfully to himself as he stared out the window, taking in the night life of the city. Sure, he had visited American cities before, but most of them lacked the bustling night life that Tabula Rasa seemed to have. As a vampire, the thought of being able to roam freely at night without seeming too suspicious was a welcome one. If Garridan truly was residing here, he most definitely picked a good choice.
Sensing the pull of the bond to his progeny, Viktor asked the driver to pull over. After paying the man and exiting the car, he took a moment to take in his surroundings. He must be close- he could feel Garridan's presence, akin to a warm blanket around his soul. Though he yearned to respond to the bond, he couldn't. It would most likely be best to not approach Garridan right away. He really ought to find a place to stay first- a hotel, apartment- anything, really. Hopefully somewhere close enough to Garridan where he could save h::im if anything bad were to happen, however, Viktor wasn't too concerned. The city seemed safe enough, and should danger arise, Viktor could run pretty fast.
Viktor walked the streets of Tabula Rasa aimlessly, looking around for any sign of temporary housing. Funds weren't an issue for him- Viktor never went anywhere without cash, cards, checks, or all three. The smarter, more intelligent part of him told Viktor to just Yelp motels in the area, however, he figured he should ask for help in the interest of getting to know the locals. Walking up to the first person he could find, he smiled politely.
"Excuse me. Do you know where I could perhaps find a motel or hotel around here?"

New Day, New Story || OPEN
Kasumi’s long travels had just recently come to an end. He had arrived at his destination: Tabula Rasa, the city of Supernaturals. He still had yet to find a place to live, and had been roaming the streets for the past few nights. It wasn’t a huge problem, since he could go a few days without sleeping, but he was exhausted mostly from the stress of travel and being in a new place. The city was crowded, something Kasumi had expected but wasn’t prepared for. He’d been wearing his sweatshirt and headphones all day, as if they were a shield between him and the busy city. He’d hidden his wings and halo away as well— they just got in the way most of the time.
The young angel at last found himself at a relatively quiet place— a park. With a small sigh of relief, he set down his bag on a bench and pulled out a book and his trusty pen. He began to flip through the book, enjoying the quiet atmosphere of the park and the wind flowing softly through his hair. He would occasionally look up to observe his surroundings; he was still a little on edge in this new place, so his music was off, too.
Sensing someone near him, he paused a moment, but didn’t look up. His blue eyes stayed locked on the page and a small smile on his lips as he said quietly to whoever was listening,
“A book is an adventure that you can hold in your hands. Fascinating, isn’t it?”

OPEN STARTER
Life for Ludivyn was hardly steady or safe. The traumatized blonde found herself constantly looking over her shoulder, avoiding certain trails, and jumping at the slightest of sounds. It was hard being a secret seelie fae knowing that she was intensely desired in so many ways from so many supernaturals. However, she was left without a choice other than to simply survive day by day and hope the spirit within never died. Instead, the young pixie focused on what made her happy which was working at Pixie Plates. Being at her job made her feel safe and allowed for common interaction without having to indulge in much open conversation. Now that she was a waitress there she realized that the communication exchange was usually the same with every customer where she asked what they would like to order from the menu, serve them, then clear the table for the next guest. It was a simple repetitive task that fulfilled the working class fairy for the time being on Earth in Tabula Rasa.
That evening was the weekly singing event where Ludivyn would usually perform, but due to a co-worker calling in sick, the blonde managed to pick up the shift instead. It wasn’t a busy night but the locals did make their way through the doors which kept her moving around most of the time. After coming back from her required lunch break, she headed over to her first table.
With a pen and pad in hand, she asked what the guest would like to order, but the thoughts of the room seemed to distract her as blue eyes struggled to focus on what was being said,
“You want... fettuccine cat food...”
Her words mixed with the voices in her head from the nearby table.
“What? I mean no, you wanted... I’m sorry what did you say?”

Beautiful Disaster ll Jaylah&&Meghan
Leaving her personal wolves den from the place that was feeling like a toxic vortex, Jaylah headed straight towards the woods where she said she would be. Part of her wondered if it was a bad idea as this was so out of her normality for she wasn’t the type to just run off with a stranger, but the stronger part of her hoped the strange woman would be there. It was an odd rarity that Jaylah wanted to know more about someone else, especially one so foreign from her radar. The wolf trusted that this was suppose to happen for whatever reason it was, or at least that’s what she told herself to prevent herself from going back home as she ventured deeper into the woods. For a wolf, a Reznikov at that, it was dangerous to travel alone... but Tamryn had been running to the beat of her own drum and travelings less and less without her as of late. Her focus completely on an untrusting witch, which made meeting up with this stranger only have that much more appeal the more she thought about it in that light.
The smell of the woods made her itch to turn into her true form and run with the moon, but she kept focus on her laced boots snapping the twigs and leaves beneath her until she made it to The Whispering Tree. She shoved her hands in her pockets and looked up at the tall, omnious, perennial tree. It looked anything but alive or magical like whats rumored to be.
With her neck extended upward while looking up at the chilling branch arms that appeared strained and worn, she waited for Meghan.

“Not another step.”
Although being a wraith didn’t quite give her the enhanced senses afforded to other supers based on their species, she still had a decade of training in hunting both humans and supernaturals under her belt, and it was enough to make her aware to the newcomer’s presence. What they were doing following her, she didn’t know. But she intended to find out.
“Why are you following me?”
Her voice and expression were both equally unfriendly. When she felt threatened in the slightest, her old habits and behaviors tended to come forth.
There was no reason for anyone to be out here in this abandoned building where she was searching for answers – unless they were keeping tabs on her. Gun trained on the other person, not recognizing them immediately, she awaited their answer.

Masquerade Sweets (open)
Kiki was delightfully surprised when Stan came home with a gorgeous gown and mask. Mentioning that a masquerade was taking place at the veil. The wiccan had never attended a masquerade before. The only things she really knew about them was from media portrayals. Her vampire definitely knew her sense of style seeing as he got her a black black ball gown. It had sparkling silver details making the bottom of the gown look like a starry night sky. Her mask was black with silver jewels and black glitter lining the gorgeous design. She couldn’t even bring herself to scold him for buying her something that seemed so expensive. Not when she saw the small smile that lined his features when he saw her reaction to it.
When the day of the masquerade arrived she got all dolled up. Putting her hair up in a neat bun and doing her makeup to match her gown. Black eyeshadow with silver glitter, black mascara, and black eyeliner, neatly making her usual lines. Slipping on the gorgeous gown she practically beamed as she did a twirl in front of the bathroom mirror. It honestly made her feel like a princess, she’d never work something so fancy. Slipping on her black heels and grabbing her mask she slid it on and admired herself in the mirror.
Arriving at the veil with Stan, they ended up separating due to some buisness the vampire said he had to handle. Kiki didn’t mind and watched her vampire walk off before glancing around the venue. Everything was beautifully decorated, ever since coming to Tabula she seemed to attend higher class parties. She was used to casual highschool and college bashes but the city gave her a whole new view on party life. Her blue optics landed on one of the long tables of food. Walking over her eyes sparkled as she grabbed a plastic plate and placed any sweets she saw on it. Not really paying attention to her surroundings she gasped softly when she bumped into someone. Saving her plate full of goodies from falling she gave an apologetic look. Offering a kind smile she apologized. “Sorry! I wasn’t really paying attention....” her eyes scanning the figure before her.

The SuperCultural Festival was always a bolt out of the blue, never a dull moment or a hushed ending. At least for this detective, who wasn't sure if this year she'd get to experience any of that foolery. Elidi was stuck at a crummy ring toss game, manning the stall. Illuminated hues were downcast fixated on the empty dessert plate, the slice of cake long gone, missed and yearned for desperately. Normally she would stroll through the festival, making sure the peace was being kept and sneak a delicate treat or three. Yet with a poor bet placed and the wrong wager staked she was confined to this inferior game. ... At least the prizes were adorable. Small plushies of witches, vampires, werewolves, and tiny little fairy trinkets hung overhead, warmly lit by dangling strings of lights.
Her attention lingers on her nails as someone approaches the stall, a brow quirking in acknowledgment before she exhales a sigh, "If you want to play the game, it's 4 tickets. Supernatural abilities are prohibited, and you must rely solely on your hand-eye coordination. Which let me tell you, people do not have. Humans and supernaturals alike...." The witch gestured to the multiple prizes still dangling above, "If you're caught cheating, you get no prize, no refund and I get to call you inadequate." She slid the colorful rings over to the figure, her gaze finally residing on them impassively, "so.. you looking to play? I mean I don’t have to explain the rules, hm?”

After the festival began winding down Elizabeth found herself back at the office. Here she would toil away at the endless grind of her job. Though fairly knew at the profession she seemed to be growing her reputation. This was something she appreciated but also feared. She knew the kind of skeletons in her closet that needed to be hidden.
As she typed away at her current email before being interrupted. A phone in a drawer began to buzz vibrating against its oak compartment. Filling the once silent room with a loud tapping sound. Immediately the busy medical professional to stop her work. Quickly reaching down towards the wooden draw attached to her messy desk. Pulling it open before pushing off what seemed to be clutter off a black flip phone. Picking it up she then flipped it open clearing her throat. Readying herself to speak to whoever was on the other end.
“Handler this is Night Surgeon, what’s the assignment?”
She kept her voice low. Eyes darting around the room as she seemed on edge. Soon a voice responded back only a faint mumble to anyone listening in. After speaking she then quickly hung up the phone. Shutting it and tossing it back in the drawer as a frown formed on her face.
“Damn Hunters need to stop bringing in living specimens...”
The blond softly muttered out to herself her tone now a bit pissy. Standing up out of her office chair, moving to grab her work bag. A black leather bag that looked almost like an 1800s medical tote.

Tamryn stood over her balcony looking out onto the yard that was full of her pack and other Weres mingling and drinking around the fire pit. Per usual she had been drinking though she broke out the supernaturally created alcohols which hit her a lot harder than human created liquor. Her heavy gaze stared down onto her pack as they seemed to not even take noticed to her. Her fingers played aimlessly with the bracelet bound to her wrist, her gaze dropped down to the stone as her fingers ran over it’s surface, a fond smile broke her focused features as she suddenly arched her brow. A thought building in the back of her mind that was slowly working its way into the forefront of her thoughts.
She remember what Elidi said about how it would work and a part of the devious she wolf wanted to actually test just how well it would actually work. Impulsively swayed by her desire to see for herself, Tamryn grabbed what was left of the bottle and hopped over the cement guard rail of her balcony landing below heavily. She stood to her full height and knocked back the remains of the bottle before handing the empty bottle to one of her wolves and she started to walk through the gathering. Some of the wolves who were her usual guards began to follow her out of habit but as the tall woman reached the gates towards the woods she stopped and turned on her heel to stop her detail,
“Not tonight, I want to be alone..If I am in need, I will howl.”
With that Tamryn turned and entered the woods alone. She took off running once she reached the tree line but was sure to keep an even pace as to not elevate her heart rate. Once she felt she was far enough from the pack and entirely out in the middle of the woods on her own she slowed to a stop and sniffed the air. No one was around her yet the woods were silent. While it could have been due to her own predator scent keeping the woods still, she lived in the area long enough for the scent of her to become nonthreatening to the wildlife around.
Something else was out there though it was down wind from the she wolf so the scent remained out of her path. Tamryn circled about herself and drew out one of her claws only to slice down her forearm, it didn’t hurt and was done so quickly that it healed almost within moments. However she still bled which lingered on her skin, enough to draw out whatever had been out there with her. In all senses of the word she was alone and open to an attack. Though she clearly was ready to fight despite how calm she appeared. Despite wanting to test just how the bracelet worked, she also wanted to see if whatever this thing in the woods was had any sort of method behind their tactics.
#TRRPGStarters#TamrynStarters#one could stumble upon her#though that is sort of at your own risk#she is on the hunt#for danger#she wants to see what will happen tbh

Normally on her days off from working at the ‘little shop of wonders’ Kiki would find herself in the park. Since her vampire boys were asleep during the day and Elidi had lately been busy with Tamryn. She found herself having a lot more alone time then she would’ve liked. However being at the park she was at least somewhat around people, being the social butterfly she was it wasn’t unusual for her to strike up conversations with strangers. That day she was sitting on a park bench texting Stan about a cute animal picture she had found while online. Pretty much in her own little world like always she only noticed someone was sitting beside her when she heard a voice. She glances over and smiles “It is! Just like dreams anything is possible in a book. I don’t think I’ve seen you around before are you new? Also I love your hair I’ve never met someone young with white hair before!”

Lunar Event || Open
Life in Tabula Rasa was most certainly different than the star that Ludivyn had come from. Everything was a learning experience and it was starting to become an overwhelming experience for the young Seelie. What was normal ritual for a human, was a complete new adventure to navigate for little Ludivyn. The simplest of things was a puzzlement to figure out. Ludivyn was worn out and wanted to go home as she looked up to the full moon looking down on her. Her skin almost glistened as the stardust was beginning to show on her human form. This was odd as she didn’t think fairies would have any affect from the supernatual effects of the moon, and for the most part they didn’t, but it appeared that her skin had some unknown pixie glitter lightly scattered throughout her body. She thought about going back to her dorm, but Ludivyn was afraid it was too late. The fae needed to hide and fast, so she ran towards the woods where her tree could be located.
Once she arrived to the Wisdom Tree, she looked around to make sure that she wasn’t being followed. Cautiously she took a step towards the giant tree and her toe disappeared but jerked back due to getting an eerie feeling that she was being watched.
In an instant she made herself invisible and turned around with her back pressed on the tree. Ludivyn tugged at her ear to perhaps hear some thoughts of the thing lurking in the woods.
Even though they couldn’t see her, the invisible fairy could see them. Ludivyn feared what all they did or didn’t see as she stared it in the face, unsure what was to happen next.
“If 't Kekkel true Zu heareth cye. Za begeth f'r thy m'rcy Den Ze leaveth cye Zen Freetra solitutde. Surely Zu Wer uuyh Ze Kent.” said the pixie girl in a rushed whisper of fear.

So much had happened since the last time Jaylah stepped foot on the convention park grounds from the time of the Super Fest up until that day. The relationship between her and her sister had changed drastically, for better or for worse. Tamryn was also dating, which was also a turn of events for Jaylah. More faces were coming into town and above all else, a particular special person had come into the picture, Lupe.
The rebel Reznikov had felt a change in the winds that day as her thoughts seemed more open as she no longer felt suffocated by fear and hopelessness. Though, not fully letting her guard down, the she wolf was more willing to weigh out situations, lend an open ear to those she normally wouldn’t, and now realized what was important verses what was worth letting go. It is safe to say that now that the fiery female had survived a series of traumatic experiences, she not only was grateful for receiving the love of her life back, but she also seemed to value her days more in a better light.
Emerald eyes squinted at the cloudless sky as she leaned on the palms of her hands that rested on the grass where she sat. The smell of nature with the beaming warm sun soaked within allowing an inner peace to flow in and out of her being.
Feeling another approach her, the redhead looked up with a hand to shade her eyes to see who it was.
“Well now you got my attention, please go on.”

Reclamation ((OPEN))
“What am I doing? Isn’t it obvious? I’m going hunting.”
She snorted, laughing to herself, shaking her head in amusement as she continued checking over her weapons. She’d stolen back some of her arsenal apart from what she’d taken the day she was brought back. Although it couldn’t really be considered stealing when it belonged to her in the first place, now could it?
“Girl’s gotta have a place to crash. And as much as I love abandoned buildings and laying on concrete or in the dirt, I think it’s time I take my old pad back. I’d like to see someone stop me.”
She looked up and smiled, slapping her rifle as thought to make the point. She leapt up from her seated position, rifle still in hand.
“So, you comin’ along or what? Or did you just wanna have a little chat before I have my fun?”
Her smile was... unnaturally wide for her. But she seemed to be in a chipper mood for once, even if it was somewhat unnerving in nature.

Exploring (Open Starter)
Knowing better now than to go into the woods after Elidi and her were attacked, Kiki found herself looking for new places to explore. On this particular night she found herself in a more worn down part of Tabula. She didn’t mind however and found it to be quite fascinating to see a different side of the place she now called her home. It was nighttime and the wiccan was trying to be very cautious of her surroundings, knowing that trouble could lurk at any corner. So far the area seemed to be eerily quiet but it didn’t bother Kiki one bit. That’s why when she heard a soft mew while walking past one of what seemed to be an abandoned building she stopped.
Standing still she waited to see if maybe her mind was playing tricks on her. But once again she heard another mew. Now walking up to the broken down wooden door of the entrance, she pressed her palm against it and gently pushed. It creaked open showing what seemed to be a void into pitch blackness. Once again she heard the mewing, not only was it much louder but sounded panicked. Pulling out her cell she turned on her phones flashlight. “Whoa...” this wasn’t her first time in an abandoned building but this was much larger than any she’s explored before. Scattered furniture littered the main entrance. Moving her phone around she noted a staircase and more doors, some missing that led to other rooms.
Carefully stepping around objects that laid on the floor she made her way further into the building, stopping only when she heard that the meowing was coming from up the staircase. They didn’t look sturdy at all but if there really was a cat up there or any animal in trouble she wouldn’t forgive herself if she just left. She placed her foot on the first step and slowly pressed her body weight on it. “Please don’t break...” she muttered to herself as she descended up the frail staircase. Holding her breath until she finally reached the top and sighing softly, she knew that the top floor could be dangerous as well. Shining the light she noted that the meowing was getting louder, walking down the hallway she stopped at the last room. That was where the noise was coming from, pushing open the door the wiccan shone her light around the room. By the way the walls were painted pink and the floor was littered in broken or dirty toys she guessed this had been a little girls room. “I wonder what happened....” noticing rustling from the corner of her eye she turned and gasped softly. Curled up in the corner of the room by a broken window was a small black kitten. Walking over she knelt down and used her free hand to scoop the animal up in her arms. “Hi there....you are so adorable!” She gushed, the wiccan had been wanting to get a cat but her apartment didn’t allow pets.
Maybe this was fate? Holding the cat close to her chest she began walking back down the hallway. Her light shining on the floor so she could make sure not to misstep. While walking she sees something that looks wet on the floor? Red liquid. Her eyes trail where it’s coming from and lands one of the doors to a room that’s creaked open. A chill ran down her spine as her curiosity got the best of her. Maybe it was an injured animal? Maybe the kittens mother? She gently kicked her now bloody shoe against the door fully opening it and she drops her phone in shock. “Fuck!” In the middle of the room laid a body, that’s where the red liquid was seeping from. She snatches her phone back up and wipes the blood off with her shirt. “Hey are you okay?!” She keeps the kitten secure in her arm as she kneels down and examines the body. A knife handle was sticking out of his chest and by the looks of his torn shirt he had been stabbed several times. Reaching out she pressed her hand against his neck, no pulse. But blood was still coming from his body which meant that he had to have been recently killed? She feels her entire body freeze as she hears someone else’s footsteps. In a panic she darts for the closet and quickly turns off her phone flashlight. The kitten squirming in her arms as she tries to keep it still.
