OPEN
So much had happened since the last time Jaylah stepped foot on the convention park grounds from the time of the Super Fest up until that day. The relationship between her and her sister had changed drastically, for better or for worse. Tamryn was also dating, which was also a turn of events for Jaylah. More faces were coming into town and above all else, a particular special person had come into the picture, Lupe.
The rebel Reznikov had felt a change in the winds that day as her thoughts seemed more open as she no longer felt suffocated by fear and hopelessness. Though, not fully letting her guard down, the she wolf was more willing to weigh out situations, lend an open ear to those she normally wouldn’t, and now realized what was important verses what was worth letting go. It is safe to say that now that the fiery female had survived a series of traumatic experiences, she not only was grateful for receiving the love of her life back, but she also seemed to value her days more in a better light.
Emerald eyes squinted at the cloudless sky as she leaned on the palms of her hands that rested on the grass where she sat. The smell of nature with the beaming warm sun soaked within allowing an inner peace to flow in and out of her being.
Feeling another approach her, the redhead looked up with a hand to shade her eyes to see who it was.
“Well now you got my attention, please go on.”

kiki-wiccan:
She takes a deep breath and tries to calm herself down as she stops in her tracks. She didn’t want to be upset she was now just panicked trying to wrack her mind for anything maybe she could get another job? She’s have to make sure her double schedule at her main job wouldn’t clash. “I didn’t think it was that bad….I would’ve never done it if I did…and it isn’t fully Elidis magic you know…I made the charms myself using what I already knew and a few things I’ve picked up from Elidi. I did NOT use her in anyway nor would I have. I agree I shouldn’t have used some of what I was taught to make charms to sell and I apologize for that….I never bothered to see if it was illegal I’m…not used to being around….places where magic is….acceptable I don’t know all the rules. I care deeply for Elidi she is one of my dearest friends, I do know she’d probably be upset at me for stooping so low as to sell magic….” her gaze softened and she sighed softly. “Look….here” she reached into her purse pulled out the cash and placed it into Tamryns hand, and then she fumbled around and pulled out the rest of the charms she had created. It wasn’t many around 7 she placed them into the hands of Tamryn. “Keep your money please I’m grateful but I don’t feel right taking it, I’ll find another legal way to make more I’m sorry but I need to go I have work soon” with that being said she turned on her heel and walked off not waiting much for a reply.
Tamryn watched the shorter female with a stern focus in her eyes, she was reading the young girl’s body language rather than paying more so attention to what was being said. Standing slightly taller as the wiccan tried to justify her actions, she scoffed at the remark but chose to not drive the point further, it was clear Kiki knew what she did was wrong, how wrong it was exactly was really only up to Elidi and the laws, however Tamryn only created them, it wasn't her job to enforce all of them.
Tamryn’s  demeanor shifted somewhat as Kiki spoke of not intending to wrong Elidi Tamryn saw and could sense the truth. It caused Tamryn to rethink her approach on the subject and her tension seemed to ease as her strong shoulder seemed to drop slightly. Though per usual she didn’t speak on her inner thoughts she simply let them play out as she observed Kiki reach into her bag and pull out the rest of the charms, naturally Tamryn lifted her palm up to collect the charms however she wasn't intending to get the money. Her brow arched in curiosity as she spoke up finally,
 “I do not want the money, just the charms. Keep the money I have no use for it and you clearly need it.”
 Before Kiki could leave the alleyway Tamryn whistled and instantly two large men blocked the Wiccan’s exit.  Tamryn turned around and approached Kiki once more but handed one of the men the charms to hold as she looked over the wad of cash before deliberately placing it into Kiki’s bag herself,
 “Fine, you want to be stubborn and cling to whatever pride you have left in this moment then so be it, however I have no need for this money so you will keep it. If anything allow me to offer you this advice at least...You have powerful allies within this city Kiki, not all may be by choice however they are there...use these allies when they make themselves available to you young girl, and do not abuse them...cause in this city having the right connections could be the difference between life or death..”
 With her words of caution stated Tamryn with a nod of her head got the two guards to move and allow Kiki to take her leave. Tamryn simply watched her for a moment until the girl took her leave. Once she was left alone with her guards she exited the ally and told two of her guards to follow the scent of the man who she bumped into and pay him whatever he wanted for the charm he had just purchased. While the human girl was naive to the situation, Tamryn herself was going to make sure that the sacred power Elidi held wasn’t simply crafted and distributed to those the Alpha considered completely unworthy of.
 Tamryn took one of the charms from her guard’s hand and looked it over for a moment before she gripped it into her palm, letting out a low growl she looked towards the direction Kiki had walked off in,
“Проклятые люди и их простые умы.”

We Should Talk... || Jaylah&&Tamryn
@xreznikovx
Jaylah stopped by the compound to grab a few of her things before leaving Tabula Rasa, but when she passed Tamryns bedroom door, something stopped her. That weight of sadness laid heavy on her chest as she couldn’t take another step without saying goodbye. Dropping her bag full of clothes and childhood memories she inched closer to her sisters door.
Knock, knock, knock...
“Tamryn?... Tamryn, I think we should talk.”
Fingertips rested lightly on the doorknob to the Alphas door. The two had experienced life together with its trials, tribulations and adventure throughout the decades of time. It was hard to imagine one without the other as they were inseparable in everything they did like two peas in a pod when it came to being blood sisters. Titles couldn’t even separate the two whereas in most scenarios they would have been at war for that reason alone. It was almost inconceivable to think that the reason for their paths to divide was because of love and all of its peculiar ways of finding it. Perhaps in a harmonious undisturbed dream it would be likely that the two would be happy for each other had the circumstances been different, but it was as if the cruel side of fate wouldn’t allow such peace for the bereaved redheads.
“I never did get to give you your birthday present. I would like to do that now, if I could have a moment with you.” She said as she reached for the gift in her bag.
Feeling a bit anxious and somewhat apprehensive, Jaylah looked down at the small white box and straightened out the royal blue ribbon that had been crinkled due to being stuffed in a backpack. Her thoughts debated on how to present the gift along with what they could possibly say to one another after everything they’d been through together. She was hoping they could lay down their weapons and become family again, but considering how their one on one moment in the woods came about, it made Jaylah feel uneasy. “She's your sister mi amor... You are in complete control. Remember that” said Lupe in Jaylah’s mind as she remembered her advice. Taking a deep breath, her eyes looked forward at the door until it opened. A pleased yet nervous crooked smile emerged from her lips as soon as she saw Tamryn.
“It’s good to see you, sis. I’m glad to see you’re doing better.”

Overlooking the condition of her sibling in all concern which appeared to be healing after the terrifying encounter attack in the woods by the cryptic, she couldn’t help but notice Tamryn’s energy. Perhaps it was drained from the mental and physical stress that the alpha had gone through recently, but the little sister knew better. Like the Aries Jaylah was, she wanted upfront answers as she closed the door behind her,
“What’s wrong?”
