No me podía inscribir a un final por la página de la facu, así que mande un mail para pedir que me inscriban. Was reading through your posts about Wukong's death flags, and I wanna link it with something I've noticed that, if the lmk writing team chooses to use in their favor, has the opportunity to be heartbreaking.

Lots of writers like working with the rule of threes, regardless of the genre. Basically bc stuff tends to be more impactful if you do it three times, with either small changes in each one, or 2 times where it's almost identical and a third that is very different.

Thus far, this has mostly (in lmk) been used for MK's development (with the development of his breakdowns), or comedy (especially with the first few episodes).

Anyway, now with season 5, there have been 2 times Wukong reaches out a hand towards Macaque, who hesitates and tries ro reach it, only for something to get in the way, (with the first one being a memory, and the second with Nine getting in the way)

I'm not saying they have to do this, bc the rule of threes is not exactly a "rule", more like a suggestion lots of writers like to take into account- but I am saying that they have the opportunity to have a third attempt to hold hands that:

1) actually works.

2) Is initiated my Macaque

Or 3) both.

And I'm also saying that, if they wanted to, they could make it be aligned with the theme of past (memory scroll one. What their relationship was once), present (Season 5 one. With the way their relationship is now, with them trying to be friends/close again despite the awful things that happened before) and future (if they were to make a third)

Bonus points if it has something to do with these death flags Wukong has been waving around like it's a competitive sport.

Roier está corriendo al barco, solo quedan tres minutos antes de que la bomba explote.

Está corriendo junto con Jaiden quien lo tiene agarrado de la mano y usa sus alas para ir más rápido, no sabe dónde está Cellbit pero espera que también esté corriendo al barco.

Al llegar no le da tiempo a ver quienes están porque escucha un pitido, al darse vuelta ve que la bomba explotó y lo siguiente que ve es oscuridad

Días después despierta en una cama, al ver a su alrededor se da cuenta que está en el barco, alguien debió haberlo acostado.

Se levanta a pesar del dolor de cabeza para buscar a alguien y preguntar qué pasó. Se encuentra con Philza, quien está curando las alas de Jaiden, supone que se lastimaron por la explosión

- Hey chicos, están bien?

- Hey Ro, despertaste! -dijo Jaiden animada.

- Oh, hi Roier! -dijo Philza aun centrándose en las alas de la chica.

- Estamos bien, nuestras alas se arruinaron un poco pero creo que estamos bien.

- Me alegro que estén bien chicos, saben dónde está Cellbit? No lo vi en las otras camas ni estaba conmigo.

Hay un minuto de silencio, Jaiden y Philza no parecen verse muy bien, Roier está confundido.

-Él... él no lo logró, no llego al bote a tiempo... -dijo el rubio de alas negras.

Las provisiones de Dios en la adversidad...

Incluso si está luchando en este momento, busque razones para expresar gratitud genuina al Señor.

1 Tesalonicenses 5.16-18

Ayer analizamos tres provisiones con las que los creyentes pueden contar durante la adversidad: la presencia de Dios, un camino en medio de los problemas y el potencial para crecer. Hoy exploremos dos más.

1. Protección. Dios no siempre libra a los creyentes de la angustia o la desilusión. Detener las tormentas puede ser nuestro objetivo, pero desde la perspectiva del Señor, la adversidad puede ser necesaria para ayudarnos a crecer espiritualmente. Sin embargo, el Padre celestial ofrece protección al permanecer con nosotros en la lucha. Además, tenemos la seguridad de que nada nos puede separar de su amor (Ro 8.38, 39).

2. Paz. Si bien las dificultades causan ansiedad a muchas personas, la paz de Dios está a nuestro alcance. Esta serenidad no depende de las circunstancias. Más bien, es el resultado de nuestra relación con Él.

Al reconocer la provisión del Señor durante las pruebas, podemos expresar genuina gratitud. Hacerlo nos permitirá fijar nuestros ojos en Él en vez de hacerlo en nuestras circunstancias. Aunque muchas veces no conocemos el propósito de cada prueba a la que nos enfrentamos, sí sabemos que Dios es confiable y bueno, y no desperdiciará nuestro sufrimiento.

Min terapeut terapeut-beordrede mig til at tage den med ro de næste tre måneder og skrive ansøgninger, der ikke giver anledning til indkaldelse til jobsamtale. Jeg har været så træt, lige siden jeg kom hjem ved firetiden og det er først nu, jeg har fået tjekket, hvornår musikdagene på Roskilde går i gang og har slæbt mig selv rundt for at pakke min rygsæk og bekymre mig om, hvornår jeg skal tage afsted. Po har tilbudt at køre mig, men han kan først efter klokken tre, og det tror jeg ender med at være for sent, når jeg også skal nå at få armbånd på. Og… det skal jeg også lige have tjekket…

Jeg kan slet ikke mærke, jeg skal afsted. Jeg er overhovedet ikke (som i overhovedet ikke) i et festival mindset. Jeg kan ikke huske, hvad jeg plejer at have med, og på en eller anden måde er jeg lidt ligeglad, men på en måde hvor en anden del af mig er meget, meget ængstelig ved tanken om måske at glemme noget, jeg ellers har erfaret er godt at have med. Jeg… gider ikke rigtigt. Jeg er så træt. Fuck hvor er jeg træt. Jeg har ikke engang tænkt på hverken solstifter eller en ny filmrulle. Men kan der ikke også bare være lifemeget; det er de samme billeder, der kommer ud af det år efter år og det er ikke rigtigt sjovt længere. Mine venner er faldet fra efterhånden, og vi er kun Mathias og mig tilbage efterhånden.

Jeg har set en 25 koncerter på fire dage, i noget nær al slags vejr, og i godt selskab, og ingen af disse var med The Minds of 99, selv om de åbenbart har spillet samme koncert samme sted inden for cykelafstand tre gange. Eller to, og så en til i aften. Det fik de ingen pandekager for på rådhuset, selv om de spurgte, og mente de fortjente det, så derfor tror ham med håret oppe foran nu ikke længere på politikere. De fik heller ingen elefantorden, ridderkors eller tilfældigt bispedømme, så han tror næppe hellere på kongehuset og kirken. Mit råd: Stop op og hør lige dig selv tale, og lad så være med det.

Stor ros til jer, store Minds, for at have gjort op med det asociale og kommercielt underpræsterende "one night only"-koncept, som i årtier, århundreder måske, har fået folk til at ærgre sig over at gå glip af noget, mens andre var der, og fik historier til vennerne og billeder til Insta, om det så var Woodstock, Live Aid eller dengang Brødrene Olsen vandt Eurovision. Men hvorfor kun tre gange det samme? Var alles FOMO brugt op?
