With my recent replaying of Paper Mario 64 and that new movie in the ads, Mario has been on my mind lately! So I figured I'd return to some of my roots and redesign old ocs.

This pink Duplighost is an old sona of mine; their name is Fetch!

Since they're not very good at replicating impersonations, all their duplications wind up looking like them instead of the person they're trying to duplicate.

Some easy tells are the brown and red hair, and the heart motifs.

I think it may be a bit predictable that my favorite has to be the old angry guy, and I do wish he sorta got more questions or comments.

But then again, it's been so long, I think all of them deserve to get more attention!

Saul owns two potted Fire Flowers. Their names are Toby and Tallulah.

His cigarette brand of choice is called "Ruff Puff" (after the cloud enemy).

Saul is surprisingly active and nimble for his age, and can demonstrate movements for Mario (read; triple-jumps, long jumps, sideflips, etc.).

He'll only use someone's name when speaking to them when he's angry or upset, and prefers nicknames.

Saul is asexual.

Mario tends to be late for a lot of things, not on purpose! But because he often loses track of time stopping to help many people with little things along the way. He was once late to one of his lessons with Saul by a full hour and a half because he had to stop and help Parakarry after his entire mailbag flipped inside out and the wind took away all the letters he was carrying.
