“just a few more minutes until lunch,” you said as you began to answer a question on your math homework.

“finally, I’m starving” riki complained while watching you. you sat at the desk next to him, working diligently on the homework your teacher had just assigned.

“we just spent 40 minutes straight doing math problems, why are you doing even more math?” riki asked, somewhat disgusted.

“so I have less homework to do later,” you stated simply, picking up your calculator and punching in some numbers.

“I feel like you’re always doing homework,” riki replied.

“bro what?? I don’t think so,” you shrugged while writing down a number.

“oh really? then what else do you do?” riki asked.

“uhmm… well…” you started, beginning to lose focus on your homework.

“see? you don’t do anything else but study, you’re so boringgg,” riki said, rolling his eyes.

“me? boring? yeah right!” you scoffed, permanently shifting your attention away from your homework and now to riki.

“this is why you don’t have a boyfriend,” riki teased, which only made you more annoyed.

“excuse me?! I’ll have you know that I could easily get a boyfriend if I wanted one!” you defended yourself which only made riki laugh.

“what’s so funny?! you’re single too, idiot!” you snapped, making riki go silent.

“I don’t even think you have a crush on anyone because you’re such an anti-romantic,” you rolled your eyes before going back to working on your homework. but now riki was completely silent and the sudden silence was slowly killing you on the inside.

“you don’t have a crush on anyone…right?” you asked, looking back up at riki. he looked away, which made you go “ooooh” in a curious tone.

“so you dooo have a crush? tell me who it is!!” you insisted but riki shook his head no.

“tell me! tell me! tell meeee!” you begged, poking his shoulder.

“it doesn’t really matter. I don’t think I have a good chance with her anyways,” riki stated, hoping that you would stop bugging him.

“what do you mean ‘you don’t have a good chance?’” you asked, even more intrigued than before.

“well…” riki sighed, accepting his fate. he knew he had to tell you or else you wouldn’t stop annoying him.

“she keeps brozoning me…” riki admitted, making you tilt your head in confusion.

“brozoning you?” you asked.

“yeah, like she’s always calling me ‘bro.’ so I don’t think she likes me,” riki explained, which made you furrow your eyebrows.

“brooo that doesn’t even matter though,” you replied, trying to reassure riki.

however, riki just went silent again as he scratched the back of his neck awkwardly.

whilst sitting in silence, the realization finally clicked in your brain, causing you to widen your eyes.

“oh,” you muttered, making riki slightly nod his head.

“yeah,” riki said under his breath, avoiding your gaze.

“well in that case… I think you have a pretty good chance with her,” you said whilst smiling, catching riki completely off guard.

before either of you could say anything else, the bell rang and your classmates began to rush out of the classroom. riki watched you put your folders and notebook into your backpack. with a small smile plastered across your face, you swung your bag over your shoulder and scurried out of the classroom. snapping back into reality, riki quickly shoved his belongings into his backpack, swung it over his shoulder, and ran out of the room after you.

I guess you could say riki was no longer in the “brozone.”

That afternoon Rindou returned early from his meeting with his brother, as soon as he entered the house he was greeted by his wife and while the two kissed his little three-year-old daughter, Yumi, came running and stumbling to him.

“Dadaaaa.” He picked up his three years old daughter and gently caressed her cheeks with a smile, he was a doting father. He then looked at his wife, walking closer, he wrap a hand around their waist and pulled them closer to him, he lean down to capture their lips into a kiss.

"Noooooo me kiss?!!!"

"Don't be jealous" He told her with an amused lilt to his voice.

"Kiss meeee dada kiss meee"

"You're so needy." He teased her, yet he pull her closer and press soft tender kisses all over her face. The little girl starts to giggles and point her mama.

"My dada." He laughed at how adorable his daughter was being, she was so cute. He turn to face his wife with a small smile, his expression turn a bit more serious.

"She keeps getting clingier as the days go by."

"Mama and me made pinkin candy!" Rindou knew it was her way to say "Halloween pumpkin cravings" but she still can't say it.

"Is that so?" He smiled and looked down at his daughter, patting her head, he then looked back up at her mama and raised an eyebrow.

"Did you help her make the pinkin candy?"

"Yes yes seeee!" She tries to get on the floor. "Hey now, don't fall." He warned her, watching her every move to make sure she didn't fall.

"Me down dada"

"You're gonna get hurt." He protested but still put her down on the ground, making sure she was standing firmly before taking a step back.

"See dada!!! Pinkincandyy" He looked at the little girl, an amused snort escaped his lips.

"She is such a little mess, she was so proud when she made those pinkin candy." Her mama said. He chuckled, reaching over and ruffling his daughter's hair again, his expression softening at how cute she is.

"Dadaaaaa"

"Yes yes, I see the pinkin candy."

He said, amused by how she kept calling out to him like that, he bend down slightly to her level, picking her up and placing her up on his hip. She pick up on his earring and he let her, chuckling. But he made sure not to let her pull too hard as it might hurt his ears.

"Mama you meet me first or dada first?" The woman was taken back in surprise by the sudden question but she chuckled at her daughter's curiosity. She sat down on the sofa and pat the spot next to hers, signaling for Dada and the girl to come sit down too.

"Why do you ask?"

"Curiousss" The woman smiled, ruffling her daughter's hair, she found it adorable that the little girl was curious about this.

"Well...hmmm..." Rindou sat down next to her and moved so their daughter was on his lap. He raised an eyebrow at her, curious about what the answer would be too. The woman hummed in thought, the answer was obvious but would their daughter understand? However she decided to tell her anyway as it wasn't a bad question so there's no harm.

"Well...I met Dada first, I liked him and became his girlfriend, and after a couple years we had you."

"Where was I?" The woman smiled softly at her question, finding it adorable how much she wants to understand.

"You weren't born yet silly, you were still inside Mama's belly." She laughed and let the little girl touch her belly, letting her feel for herself.

"Yes, you were in Mama's belly little one."

"Did you ate me?" Both Rindou and her were a bit surprised at their daughter's odd question, she never anticipated her to ask something like that. She took a few seconds to process it before letting out another laugh, shaking her head.

"No, darling, Mama didn't eat you."

"I know how." Rindou smiled, patting her daughter on the head as he answered her question.

"Well, after months and months of being in Mama's belly, you were born. And that's when Dada and Mama became a family."

"Oh okay." Rindou chuckled, amused by how cute his daughter can be. He reaches over to pinch her cheeks, and then he looks at her mama.

"She is so full of questions today."

"Dooown" Rindou chuckled at her response, and decided to indulge her, gently putting her down on the floor.

"Here you go, there you go."

"Up again!!" He looked at her and raised an eyebrow in amusement, a smirk forming on his lips.

"Up? Can you say please?"

"No." She giggles. Rindou huffed in fake offense, pretending to be a bit hurt by her refusal but he couldn't keep up the act for long as he ended up laughing. He picked her up and put her up on his lap again.

"You're a cheeky little one, aren't you?"

"Cheesy?" He let out another laugh, he forgot that the cute little girl on his lap was too young to know what cheeky means. He shook his head and ruffled her hair, still chuckling.

What was in Flippaky that attracted you ? Like what is the appeal of the ship that got you hooked in the first place?

In the most friendliest possible way I can say this

-I like Dom x Sub dynamics, and that was how I first saw them on a fanart, all the early anime fanarts they had got that dynamic in a way or another and I eat that, and for me they fitted perfectly, I'm a simple girlfailure.

Add the fact Flippy takes ketchup out of people, fits my yandere taste, that Flaky is almost a punching bag that just wants peace, fits dynamic taste and can relate

-Complementary colors

Get a man who can do both/ It's so cute make it cry

-I love when a cute sweetheart makes the psycho fall in love and show it in their own way, and them falling for the psycho too finding the caring side of them, being empathic with them (if they still a bit scared not a big issue for me) and both having qualities that could help the other calm down( find some moments of peace, even if not conventional)

Those being the major factors, the other one that played a big role to just fully get me in was...

-They are simple characters, have no dialogue and just little bases of personality in which you can go crazy and just find more ways to fit them to your tastes, the fear of going ooc is less with them.

I think Flippy can be kind and soft, but is also a sadistic bear, some of his desicions or actions while hes normal gave me that feel, obviously traumatized, but still very bloodthirsty for just being at defence mode, Flaky is very sweet and looks out for others but how most of her helps go, she retracts and becomes more scared out of guiltyness and selfpreserve,gets pushed around, she's also not mentally well for all that shes been through

“no, no, absolutely not,” geto calls your name. “the last time you went to a party, you came back here drunk as hell. and guess what? i had to take care of you…not that that’s the issue. the issue is, there’s a bunch of people there that don’t care about your safety.”

you just groan loudly. geto was always like this. always analyzing the little things and the possible consequences and final outcome of the decision.

“geto, please?” you tried to plead with him. “it’ll be the last time i ask this month. i won’t ask for anything else.”

geto’s small pupils looked at you and hummed, “and who’s going? who’s gonna be there that compels you to ask me to go?”

“oh, gojo and shoko were going and i kinda already said yes…”

you notice your boyfriend’s face contort from a slightly worried expression to an shocked and irritated one. his eyebrows knitted together before he’d loudly sigh.

“you already said- i can’t believe im about to ask this…is there weed?” he queries. your excitement shot through the roof. your begging clearly got through to the ink haired male.

it was a party. a college party at that. what was an event like that without drinking and a bunch of people smoking. and probably a little fighting.

after you get confirmation from geto that you could go to the party and that he’d be attending alongside you, you quickly make your way to your room and put on something nice to wear, while geto stays in something as simple as a t-shirt and some jeans.

the wind blows gently as you two stand outside of the gate where the party was being held beyond it. you could see the flashing lights, loud music, and most importantly, the large crowds of students.

“we’re students,” you hear geto say to the security guard standing beside the gate. you both would show your ids before being let in with no trouble.

your eyes were wide with excitement as you got closer and closer to the party you’ve been dying to get to. you could feel the anticipation rising up in your chest, making you shiver a bit. geto, on the other hand, didn’t seem too thrilled. he just wanted to make sure you were safe. though, he could admit that having time outside of the house was good for him.

from a distance, you see two people heading in your direction. a male with snow white hair was trotting over to you, while a girl with short brown hair followed, simply walking.

gojo throws his arm around geto, “suguru!” he beamed at the male, “i didn’t expect you to be joining us. did she convince you?”

your boyfriend glances at you before reluctantly replying, “yes, she did. she also begged me to come…and i almost said no.”

“well i think-” shoko calls your name, “did a good job of getting you out of that apartment of yours. you don’t need to always be cramped up in that place like a hermit crab anyway.” you see gojo nodding quickly in agreement.

geto just rolls his eyes, “i’m still sober so i have time to turn around and leave if i want to.” he says. gojo waves his hand.

“oh, you don’t mean that.” he smiles, moving his circular framed glasses down to the bridge of his nose, revealing his sharp blue eyes. “let’s dance until we can’t anymore.”

with that, you see gojo dragging geto off towards the crowd of students. you and shoko exchange looks before giggling to each other and following the boys.

the party is so live you could barely stand it. each time someone tried to speak to you, you were screaming “what?” a few times because of how loud the music was.

you stuck beside each of your friends while you all enjoyed yourselves. sitting comfortably together while passing a blunt around and gojo taking shots of hennessy and laughing drunkenly as everyone else was dancing to the music.

“he’s always the first to clock out mentally,” shoko commented before taking a sip of her drink also. gojo whips his head around to her direction, his hair flying up a bit.

“i didn’t clock out.” gojo slurred, wiping the remaining liquid from his lips. “i don’t even have a job to do that.”

“he’s brain dead.” geto took a drag of his blunt.

“stop saying that. it’s mean,” gojo whined.

after a moment, taking sips and drags from the items in your hand, you whisper to geto, informing him that you were gonna go to the bathroom.

“do i need to go with you? you know, just in case?”

you almost said no because you knew how overprotective geto could be over you. he just never wanted to see you get hurt and he was definitely scared of something bad happening to you.

you finally say yes and make your way to the bathroom. when you enter, you immediately pinch your nose at the potent smell.

“it smells like shit in here.” you complain, finding a stall to go into, hoping they aren’t clogged with waste or a bunch of tissues.

you take care of your business and clean your hands. on the way out, a girl, obviously drunk bumped into you, mumbling a “watch out” as she stumbled into the stall. you were about to say something but you saw geto shaking his head.

“not worth it,” he said, grabbing your hand and leading you back to your friends. your furrowed eyebrows unknit themselves and a sigh escapes you.

when you get back to your friends, you could see gojo trying to grab another drink and shoko holding him tightly by the waist so he didn’t grab another cup.

a couple hours goes by, and Jack was still caring for Ryan. Eventually he got hungry, so Jack went off and gently sat him on the couch and said he’d go get him something to eat/drink. As Ryan waited on the couch he was curious about his surroundings, I mean, there’s a ton of alien robots around him!! Who wouldn’t be curious? So, he started to babble loud, loud enough for some bots to hear. The first ones to hear was the boys playing basketball.

Kaishin lovers, DCMK people or Magic Kaito fellow, I have a question to ask.

Is there any YouTube videos that are a review of Magic Kaito by an experienced magician? Or a review of Detective Conan episode or cases by a detective? I'm not partial to anything about the tropes but I do have some ideas that I like.

Pandora Kaito/Shinichi/OC, Dark Kaito (his whole character is practically begging for it, for all that supress emotions and fabricate it nonsense, don'tget me started on Toichi), Angst (when done good, it's done good), Black Org Takedowns (Better if Kaito's side gets takendown too), Death persona Shinichi (like he's a shinigami, angel of death, or anything that relates to death), reaction fics (its like cinema fics of Kid and Conan's life by other characters), Media coverage or news coverage fic (these tends to be a bit silly, can also includes reality shows), celebrity fic (idols, singers, actors, anything in the spotlight), wing fic (do I need to say more?), college fics (I know there are some but i still want recs), Undercover Shinichi or Kaito (can be on the job or part of FBI or the police) And any elaborate world building or lores (can be fantasy, sci-fi, superpowers or anything else, fics like these are rare, especially the good ones)

Now unto the ideas that I dont often see:

Kuroba Kaito doesn't know Conan is Shinichi Kudo (and vice versa), No one knows Conan is Shinichi Kudo (I want to see a fic like this and want to see how the author would figure it out, it's fine if there's compromises to certain characters that are too involved to Knowing Conan is Shinichi but the one thing I know close to it is Dominoes and it's only in the latter part of the fic), Journalist Shinichi (again, Dominoes, and since I'm someone who has experience being a journalist, I'm partial to this and any news or media coverage fic I find), Game fics (either they are players, streamers or anchors, I once found a Kaishin fic on lofter where they're streamers and sadly I can't find it now since lofter has new regulations for guests, just anything game related cause I remember that one otome game fic of shinichi), Shinich used as bait for Kid (I know there are some fics like these but I'm pretty sure I already read those and it's still lacking for meeee), Isekai fics (for an anime from Japan, there's a large lack of isekai fics here) and finally Highschool fics (I haven't seen any fics that feature Kaito and Shinichi as Highschoolers, they can do whatever they like with the plot but yeah, Highschool setting damnit)

Solo TTRPG posting again for my fellow solo game enjoyers/the solo game curious!

I’ve posted before about Tangled Blessings by @cassimothwin , a project I was so thrilled to back and play (and find in the wild a couple of times 👀). It’s a really engaging solo/duet rpg about being a student at a spooky magical school, and facing off against your rival. Also very cool to know, Tangled Blessings is a hack of the iconic game Anamnesis by @goblinmixtape (a game I mean to post about here one day if I feel I actually have anything interesting to add other than “I love it” lol).

In extremely cool news for amateur/fledgling game writers and those who never find time to participate in NaNoWriMo [meeee], Cassi Mothwin opened up a Tangled Blessings game jam on itch.io !! The game jam is for expansions to /projects inspired by Tangled Blessings. The jam is running until February 29th (leap day swag btw). I think this is such a cool idea to explore a really fun game, and I’m planning on submitting something!
