I'm sick, I'm trying to find someone to cover closing tomorrow which isn't going so well because a) we're a tiny business b) she hired two uni students, and 1 highschooler which means their availability is super restricted, and thus myself, and my optician are limited on coverage during the entire work week. So NOW I am sick and trying to find someone to work a weekday is contingent on two uni students who only want ONE OR TWO shift a week and it's been barely manageable as is. Our business works best with ONE part-timer, and three full timers which is what we had previously and it worked so well! but now with the students all wanting the same time off for exams, holidays, it's leaving us with bare bone staff on BUSY days. I'm just exhausted, sick, and i want winter OVER WITH

so anyways, one uni student is out of town and apparently their ride is having car troubles, so she can't, and the other one? Been taking AGES TO hear back! Like I hate being that person who wants a fast response, but I also got to work out coverage with my optician and ask if SHE can open tomorrow so I want ample time in case she needs to switch things around because she has a KID.
