thinking about gigs in space au again..

so heres some little ideas from it

- Grian actually knew of Scar before the group forms, but he had only heard rumors in prison that Scar was a very very powerful man before his arrest, a legend, even.

- Grian is loyal to scar, because he believes those rumors. but that doesnt mean he blindly follows him. think third life dynamic

- Skizz makes some mistake during their first mission together and curses, immediately followed by Grian telling him to watch his language because Scar hates when people swear

- Grian reveals the rumor/legend about Scar to Impulse and Skizz

- After the crew escapes their third mission with the company, they go on the run for a bit, before getting captured by Gem

- Gem shows a powerful display of skills and captures the crew, telling them that her boss would like a word

- Her boss is none other than doc

- and Doc so kindly~ payed their bail. (did they even have bail??? they thought this was an eternity type deal but, it WOULD explain how four doofuses managed to escape the authorities for so long)

- The crew is now in debt to Doc, which he has them pay off by becoming his delivery crew for his morally questionable business

- this is where its revealed that Gem is Also in Docs debt for Other Reasons and Doc thinks it would be funny to put the responsibility of these idiots on her shoulders

I just started recently doodling this between working on redline episode 2. not sure what to name it yet, but I'm open to suggestions.

my only ideas for this so far:

they live somewhere in the Appalachian mountains so they are hillbillies

they have a farm

splinter used to be a country music singer and he was mutated by draxum when he was on tour in New York.

they live near a small town and no one cares that they're green, i think I might give them jobs around town

donnie is the only turtle with a vehicle, a truck. the others bum rides off him.

They still have their mystic powers it's just altered a bit:

raph still has his giant projection which is a big help around the farm

mikey still has the mystic hands

leo can teleport he just doesnt have swords, he can use any object like a wand to open a portal

donnie can create tools like in the little comic up there he made his fishing rod

this is all concept rn ig
