Dumb little things about my lamb that’ll never come up normal discussion.

They like sweet things. Honey and molasses? They love that stuff! Sweet biscuits and berries? Can’t get enough of it.

If you give them tea they’d have to have at least three lumps of sugar in their cup.

They hate being dirty, being filthy reminds them of their life in hiding, first thing they’ll do upon return is bathe and meticulously groom themself.

They only trust one of their followers to help them sheer, they normally don’t even allow their spouses to help them unless it’s a last resort.

Despite their happy and calm exterior, they actually have a bit of a temper. You can usually tell they’re annoyed when the pitch of their voice goes up a register.

I finally got the velcro in, so I have made the tabs to hold the head closed. Which is much easier than pinning it for a photo.

They're red, so they don't stand out too terribly against the rest of the mouth (and I cut them into little tongue-shapes to help with that, too).

Here you can see how the tentacles coil up inside the head. That's how they "retract". The head is un-stuffed- it's just an empty bag that the tentacles store in. The tentacles themselves are the stuffing.

The whole head just splits down the middle to release them.

And when it's fully closed the fluff of the fleece hides the seam. Also, USA Today best-selling queer horror novel for scale!

I didn't have goat eyes, unfortunately, and I don't do resincrafts so I couldn't make my own... if I make another Lamb, I will definitely be seeing if I can find some proper horizontal-pupil goat/lamb safety eyes on Etsy. For this one, cat eyes (inserted horizontally) will have to do.

If anyone wants to make their own, it's a pretty simple adaptation of an existing lamb pattern! Just make sure to split the lamb's head down the middle (I had to split the central head gusset) and make an entire secondary head of your red lining fabric (also split down the middle), which will line the plushie's hollow head like the lining of a handbag. And then just jam as many tentacles in there as will fit. This took a bit of trial and error, but it was still a delightfully fun project, and I am glad that so many of you out there love it as much as I do! Stay creative and prove love y'all!

7. easiest thing for you to draw?

hmmmm, most things are pretty easy for me to draw. however ig id say characters n character design, furries n humanoid creatures n animals. since i have more experience w drawing those sorts of things,,

29. do you use a lot of references while drawing?

not really. unless its a certain material i cant easily remember or im specifically trying to copy a pose n whatnot i dont rlly use references, i do like to look at art that inspires me a lot when i draw tho, but ik thats not functionally the same thing jbjjkbj

33. have you taken a lot of classes for art?

not really either??? kind of???? i took both art courses that were available to me in middle school(took the more experienced class twice actually in one school year lmao. i wasnt supposed to do this, dont ask how i did this) and then i took another art fundamentals and 3d art class in high school, idk if these will also count but its in The Arts to me so: i did take theatre in middle school, and again in high school where i also did theatre tech and theatre productions!

alone: How does your OC deal with loneliness? Have they ever been completely alone before? How do they act when there’s no one around to see them?

Loneliness to Jennifer is like an itch. It's not enough to call it a phantom limb, even though that has increased exponentially since the vote, but loneliness as a child was her purposely standing in the middle of the house and screaming until someone came running. It was the outbursts in class and the clawing for attention, only to rebuff it as she hit her teens and thought she was above it all. Loneliness crawls all over her brain and down her spine and it eats away at her, because Jen never really had her parents, and her grandmother passed, and her grandfather sits in his chair or in the garden, just waiting away each day. Her other half is gone, through actions of her own too, and yeah, Jen can stand in a room and feel the separation, because she doesn't want to go through the motions again. Noise isn't enough to scare the loneliness away, when no one else has her in their eyesight. Lights are on, tv blaring, music playing, and Jen's fingers do itch to start taking something a bit heavier to ease it all away.

midnight: What keeps your OC up at night? Do they have nightmares? Fears? Anxieties? What do they do in the small hours of the morning when they should be sleeping?

Thinking and re-thinking and replaying the fight. In her mind, she's got variations of the vote running, sometimes hard enough that she convinces herself that is real. Her phone keeps her up, hovering over Seven's number, and no matter how many times she throws it to the other side of the room, she still gets out of bed, picks it up, rinse and repeat. Jen's nightmares about no longer being palatable. About never being enough. All the sites say their voices work better apart, but Jen sees how expendable she is, because what if she stops appealing? What if the band doesn't need her anymore? Kicking out a singer never stopped anyone before, historically. Those small hours of the morning are the worst, when she's on her phone and the independent journal sites and the odd vid dedicated to breaking down what happened. Jen tells herself if she doesn't stay on top of this, then the worst will happen - but she also knows that's bullshit.

skin: How comfortable is your OC in their skin? Do they grapple with anything that lives inside them—a beast, a curse, a failure, a monster? How do they face the smallest, weakest, most horrible version of themself? Are they able to acknowledge it at all?

Jennifer stands in front of the mirror and feels like she's a marionette and the one pulling her own strings. The curse she bears is the word 'palatable'. It was an offhand comment, a reason for her to stay lead, but something in the way she was already so broken after the vote ate that word up, as if it was glue to keep her together. Palatable. Easy to digest, pleasant, constant. Just as easy to replace for something better. Jen dyes her hair and brushes her teeth, does her makeup and puts on the clothes but she doesn't recognise herself, really. She should cover the tattoo, remove it, burn it off, anything, to sell the image that the band wants. They can't have someone who is walking a very fine line, right? What would that say? She's still stamped, even though that ended swiftly, all those years ago. Reinvented herself into the star that would appeal; Jen digs her nails into the skin around the tattoo. Half-moons, as if she might be able to take it off herself, because having it still there means that Jennifer Lamb, duet partner, carried by her former everything, still exists - and she can't face that any time soon.

During their time at the academy, if Marly had to go on an art based trip and had limited amount of thingz she can bring,,,, and she RLLY cant bring Lambie,,, she'll hand the plushie over to Viktor to take care of while she is gone,,,,

OUUUGHHH he will take this job as seriously as he takez his position as assistant to the dean of the academy,,, and will bring Lambie around for his daily dutiez,,, takez very good care of her for Marly,,,

Will take Lambie back to his dorm at the end of the day and makez sure shez all nice and comfy,,,,, will give the lamb plush hugz n kissez bc he knowz how much she meanz to Marly,,,
