TD Bank will pay $3 billion to settle charges that it failed to properly monitor money laundering by drug cartels, regulators announced Thursday. The fine includes a $1.3 billion penalty that will be paid to the US Treasury Departmentâs Financial Crimes Enforcement Network, a record fine for a bank. TD also intends to pay $1.8 billion to the US Justice Department and plead guilty to resolve the US governmentâs investigation that the bank violated of the Bank Secrecy Act and allowed money laundering. The US Department of Justice said in a statement that TD Bank had âlong-term, pervasive, and systemic deficienciesâ in its procedures of monitoring transactions. The Wall Street Journal first reported the news late Wednesday. More than 90% of transactions went unmonitored between January 2018 to April 2024, which âenabled three money laundering networks to collectively transfer more than $670 million through TD Bank accounts,â according to a legal filing. âI want to be clear, these systemic failures did not just create hypothetical vulnerabilities, but they resulted in actual, material harm to American citizens and communities,â Deputy Treasury Secretary Wally Adeyemo said in a statement. âTime and again, unlike its peers, TD Bank prioritized growth and profit over complying with the law. The bank enabled drug trafficking.â

TDS-Inspired Hate Crime by 82-Year-Old Woman
What goes around, comes around. Even moonbats can be charged with hate crimes when they physically attack Trump supporters for the color of their skin. From suburban Seattle:
An 82-year-old woman was arrested Monday for a hate crime after assaulting two political supporters, according to the Edmonds Police Department (EPD). ⊠According to the EPD, the woman said the race of the two female victims and their political beliefs were the reason she approached and yelled at them. The woman told officers âshe could not understand why people of color would support this particular candidate.â
According to moonbat ideology, Trump oppresses Persons of Color. That many of them voted for Trump Tuesday does not compute, causing the circuits in their defective brains to fry. This in turn results in embarrassing and sometimes dangerous consequences regarding their behavior.
A 55-year-old Edmonds woman told officers the suspect first âhad gotten into her faceâ as she rallied. The 82-year-old woman then âcommented on the victimâs attire and skin color before the suspect pushed the victim and punched her in the chin.â The EPD said another woman, a 66-year-old from Edmonds, stepped in to intervene but the suspect punched her as well.
No one stands between moonbats and their pernicious delusions.
It was thoughtful of Edmonds police to keep this under wraps until after the election, considering how it reflects on Democrats. Letâs hope they got a thank you note from Comrade Cackles â if sheâs not too busy sulking.
On a tip from Ed McAninch.

An Anarchotyrant Enraged: Letitia James
Like other moonbats, New York Attorney General Letitia James is not dealing well with the results of the election:
âWe faced this challenge before, and we used the rule of law to fight back. And we are prepared to fight back once againâŠâ
By ârule of law,â she means lawfare. For example:
James had previously won a $454million civil fraud judgment against the incoming president, after accusing him of inflating his net worth by billions of dollars to get better loan and insurance terms. She targeted Trumpâs Westchester golf club and Seven Springs estate as properties she could seize to make the bond payment. The former president has since appealed the massive ruling, and appeal court judges had tough questions for New York prosecutors in September, signaling they may side with Trump in the case. The judges wanted to know why the penalties were set at almost half a billion dollars and who had been harmed in a case where neither side had lost money.
Meanwhile, as she abuses her power to harass political opponents, James has effectively legalized minor crime, even as she tries to dictate to the citizens of other states who they can vote for and whether they can eat meat or defend their own lives. She was installed in power by George Soros.
James boasts that she took nearly 100 legal actions against the previous Trump administration. The liberal establishment will do everything it can to make it difficult for him to govern. The media stands ready to hype any story that can be portrayed as a failure.
She repeatedly bellowed her intention to âfight backâ against the will of the voters who elected Trump. No doubt she will have the support of Governor Kathy Hochul, who recently proclaimed that Trump voters (i.e., the majority) are âanti-American.â
Liberal rule incarnate.

Moonbat Meltdown Compilation
Liberals often denounce Donald Trump for divisiveness. Now that he has decisively won the election, they will demonstrate what better people they are by taking their loss like grownups, mending fences, and bridging the divide.
Just kidding. Letâs have a laugh at their meltdowns:
Can White Dudes for Harris face up to their disappointment like men? Apparently not (LANGUAGE ALERT):
Joy Reid takes the opportunity to denounce white women:
Some of the kooks on The View wore black in mourning for the moonbattery that might have been â including Sunny Hostin, who believes she has somehow been deprived of civil rights because voters were allowed their choice of president:
Normally, Nasty Pelosi likes to say good morning. Not today though:
Countermoonbats are laughing at the leftist tears all the way across the Atlantic:
Liberalsâ grasp on sanity is tenuous even when they are getting their way. Mark Halperinâs prediction of mass madness may be proving true.
On tips from Tlabia Majora, Ed McAninch, WDS 2.0, StephaneDumas, KirklesWorth, Troy H, Varla, and 45 47 destroyer of 46.

Youâre Welcome, Moonbats
Did voters do the right thing yesterday? Letâs ask the stock market:
The Dow Jones Industrial Average jumped over 1,500 points Wednesday, continuing the climb seen in the pre-market session after the president-elect took the stage at his headquarters in Florida early Wednesday morning, thanking his supporters and promising to restore the country.
Contra the Marxist ideology that voters rejected, a rising tide lifts all boats. So on behalf of everyone else who voted for Trump, Iâll say to those who didnât but who will benefit anyway: Youâre Welcome.
On a tip from Varla.

Moonbat Threatened to Kill Conservative Christians
Trumpâs election should result in a long overdue draining of the Swamp. Then the FBI will spend less time terrorizing pro-lifers and investigating people for being Catholic and more time defending the public from actual threats like this:
On November 5, the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) arrested a 25-year-old man who has since been charged with allegedly sending a message threatening to attack conservative Christians with an AR-15 if Donald Trump is elected president.
Hisses Isaac Sissel of Ann Arbor, Michigan:
âI shall carry out an attack against conservative christan, (sic) filth in the event trump wins the election. I have a stolen ar15 and a target I refuse to name so I can continue to get away with my plans. Without a specific victim or ability to find the place I hid the gun, thereâs not a thing the FBI can do until I complete the attack.â
That appears to have been a miscalculation.
The affidavit also alleges: âSissel also stated that former President Trump was a threat, a âpiece of sââ that should have been assassinated, and that everything would be better if Trump was dead.â
A career as an MSNBC analyst may await Sissel provided he can stay out of jail.
On a tip from MrRightWingDave.

Man Elected Congresswoman in Delaware
Moonbats are glum this morning. This should cheer them up:
Delaware state Sen. Sarah McBride won the stateâs only House seat Tuesday, NBC News projects, making [him] the first openly transgender person elected to Congress.
The former Obama administration intern McBride tries to lighten the mood of his fellow Democrats by recalling the days of Hopey Change:
âWhile at this moment in Americaâs history, hope sometimes feels hard to come by, we must never forget that we are the beneficiaries of seemingly impossible change.â
A man changing into a woman is not seemingly impossible. It is impossible period.
Trumpâs election may signal an end to the grotesque absurdity of men participating in womenâs sports. But liberals should take heart that men can still be elected as congresswomen â in Delaware, anyway.
On a tip from Bluto.

Los Angeles Dumps Soros Tool George GascĂłn
Dust will need to settle before we know the full extent of Americaâs glorious victory over moonbattery yesterday. Donald Trump winning is the best thing to happen in generations, not only because of the welcome policies he is likely to implement but because it restores faith in the system. Leftists laid the groundwork for election fraud, imported millions of illegal aliens and enabled them to vote, convicted Trump on dozens of absurd felony charges, tried to kill him twice, used their dominance of the media to demonize him hysterically while hyping his opponent, and still the American people were able to assert their will in opposition to the degenerate liberal establishment. From the shadow of great triumph, other triumphs will emerge â even in bluest California:
Nathan Hochman defeated incumbent progressive prosecutor George Gascón in the race for Los Angeles County district attorney as crime was seen as a top issue of the election cycle.
The âhard middleâ candidate Hochman is not exactly a countermoonbat, but he looks like one in comparison to GascĂłn, who is one of the many* lunatic left DAs George Soros has exploited his ill-gotten wealth to place in power so as to destabilize the USA by encouraging crime.
âThe voters of Los Angeles County have spoken and have said enough is enough of D.A. GascĂłnâs pro-criminal extreme policies; they look forward to a safer future,â Hochman said in a statement early Wednesday.
Enough is enough, all right. The voters of America as a whole have spoken.

Week 1: Post Game Thoughts
Need to rant rq lol
⊠Dicker is the only person I have complete trust in lol at least we can count on him to get us on the board when needed
⊠Mack and Bosa are elite (which we knew)!!! They saved our assess way too many times. The defense as a whole played well this game. Need our offense to step up and match that, tho. Everyone say thank you D!!
⊠Like I said at the start, it is Game 1 after all, and while the O-line does have a lot to figure out, we have to also acknowledge that the Raiders have an elite D-Line (the addition of Christian Wilkins - traded from MIA - alongside Max Crosby is a deadly combination, the Raiders will probably finish with a top 5 Defense in the league this season) and this being a week 1 match-up was difficult to prepare for and adjust to for the basically new O-Line
⊠QJ missed a huge catch for a conversion in the 1st that he cannot continue to do if heâs going to be WR1 this year. Not sure what his deal is but we need him to be better
⊠Palmer, as one of the only veteran receivers on this team, unfortunately, (Iâm still bitter about Parham) missing a totally catchable ball in the end zone was unacceptable. Herbert put that on the money and he needed to catch that. That was a tough incompletion.
⊠As for Justin, he was rushing a few of his throws, especially on third down that couldâve given us a much-needed conversion (I get that he didnât have time bc the Raiders defense is very much elite and he canât fully trust his OLine) he very much could have PTSD from last year, as well. I, too, hate that he always has to be Superman but if no one else is going to step up, heâs gotta figure out how to make something shake.
⊠On that same note, I ALSO do believe Justin couldnât let it rip this game bc he doesnât have that connection with a receiver yet. There isnât anyone he considers his âgo-toâ target and, because of that, he was trying to throw to everyone in hopes that someone would make something happen. That is, unfortunately, a part of the game with a new receiving core and thatâll just have to work itself out as the season goes on. Justin (and, thus, the offense) is at his best when he can throw freely and deep but trust with receivers is needed to do that, which he doesnât have just yet bc no one is consistent.
⊠JK Dobbins!!!!!!!!!!! 10 carries, 135 yds and a TD. Beautiful. Came up big on several occasions, had a great run in the 3rd (although we couldnât finish the drive and get it in the end zone, smh) and then the TD in the 4th - definitely a spark we needed, so give him his credit for how well he played today, especially finding his spark after a hard 1st half.
⊠Speaking of running, not sure where our run game was throughout the rest of the game, like, I fear itâs on the back of a milk carton; MIA. Greg, we need answers on that one, buddy.
⊠I would like to give Hayden Hurst his credit bc I feel like he isn't talked about enough, heâs been on a few teams around the league (including the Bengals) and is very fucking reliable. Wish he got more targets this game but itâs great to know heâs always an option. A good one, at that
âŠOverall rating for our play 6/10 (bonus points for the defense and how we ended the game) we really picked it up at the end which was great to see but we cannot start that slow. Especially against better offensive opponents. We have to be consistent and put the game away as soon as we can. We canât do these last quarter surges where weâre dependent on one more possession or a field goal to close a game. Penalties were fucking insane, too, I donât even want to speak on those. Letâs hope they clean that up going forward too.
Looking forward, (hopefully) the Panthers shouldnât be as much of a test, Steelers could present trouble, but the Chiefs will by far be the hardest game yet, sucks we play them so early in the year. Hopefully, weâve tweaked some things by then.
Overall game mood: not very pretty but twas a win

WIP Wednesday
From a lil marcheron h/c fic in response to one of the prompts you guys sent:
Even then, the game is not all bad.
Powered by whatever meds they have given him, he gets on the scoresheet in the first, kills a penalty, and inspires the team in the intermission when they go down by a goal. In the second, he can feel his energy flagging, but he has played through worse. It comes with the territory; they all have. And if the lights get too bright and the ice gets too hot in the third, if his heart splits in two and starts beating in his earsâ itâs still not an entirely unpleasant feeling. He is like, out there vibing with TD Garden, as if the two of them have become one and the same, the fans and the numbers hanging from the rafters and his skates floating over the ice. Time unspools and it feels like every game he has played is happening at once around him, jerseys crashing into one another in a cacophony of color and motion, until only a single, divine truth remains. It feels like being high â without the screaming that followed in the morning the one time he and Tyler actually did that on a night out.
Unfortunately for him, when you are too busy vibrating with how damn lucky you have been all things considered, you tend not to pay too much attention to opposing players charging your way in a blind rage.

Alejandro is one of my favorite characters
(I have many)
But what I hate so much is when he's being a womanizer it annoys me so so much..
if I was in TD and I saw him womanizing I'd strip him of the privilege of having kidneys, backbone, cerebellum and possibly his right lung. That is how much I hate him being womanizing and I hope he gets a death penalty somewhere in Texas.
other than that I love him
I don't think I should be concerned about signing off but alas, â°

also not very happy about the reffing td I donât even care that we lost as much as the lack of penalties called on super dangerous plays. At worst pasta couldâve broken his neck there. I donât care about the pp I care about player safety and showing people they canât get away with things like that. If it was reverse and a ranger went into the net and the bruins didnât get called i would be just as mad.

Cal rolls past North Texas 58-21 a day after getting word of switch to ACC from Pac-12
DENTON, Texas -- â California coach Justin Wilcox says he and his players spent âabout seven secondsâ talking about the school's impending move to the Atlantic Coast Conference before the season opener.
There's still a season to be played in the Pac-12, and it started nicely for the Golden Bears.
Jaydn Ott rushed for 188 yards and two touchdowns, Isaiah Ifanse scored three times and Cal beat North Texas 58-21 on Saturday, a day after the Golden Bears agreed to join the ACC.
Cal (1-0) was playing about 40 miles from SMU, another ACC newcomer along with longtime Bay Area and Pac-12 rival Stanford.
âItâs significant,â Wilcox said. âWe pay attention to it, but the team, we donât have a lot of control over any of that. What we can control is practice and performing. When the news broke about the ACC, it was good news, but we talked about it for about seven seconds.â
On the day the ACC invitations became official Friday, the Golden Bears were at the headquarters of the Dallas Cowboys making final preparations for their first opener at a so-called Group of Five opponent since Air Force in 2004.
Cal was a 56-14 winner in that game in Colorado, and outgained UNT 669 yards to 225 while scoring the final 31 points in this one. The Golden Bears held the Mean Green to 9 yards after halftime in their highest-scoring game since 2015.
Stone Earle had three TD passes but was intercepted twice in the debut of North Texas coach Eric Morris and the first game for the Mean Green (0-1) as members of the American Athletic Conference, the league SMU will be leaving. UNT just left Conference USA.
Ott ran 41 yards on Cal's first play to set up Sam Jackson V's 23-yard scoring pass to Jeremiah Hunter. The sophomore ran 66 yards for a 27-14 lead in the second quarter after a 4-yard TD run late in the first.
Ifanse broke several tackles and kept churning in a pile inside the 5 on a 26-yard scoring run before an 8-yard score for a 33-21 lead 7 seconds before halftime.
Jackson started in his Cal debut after transferring from TCU, another Dallas-Fort Worth school, but was injured in the first half and replaced by Ben Finley, who threw for 279 yards and a TD. Wilcox didn't offer any details other than saying Jackson had an upper-body injury.
Two of Earle's TDs tosses were to Ja'Mori Maclin, who set up the first UNT score with a 58-yard catch before scoring on a 59-yarder. Maclin averaged 30.5 yards per catch (122 yards, four receptions) after finishing second in the country last year at 24.7.
âWe've got to eliminate the explosive passes,â Wilcox said. âWe've been talking about that a long time. It's simple in concept. Not easy to do. The other team schemes. They have good players, too.â
LONG ROAD BACK
Cal defensive tackle Brett Johnson started but didnât record a tackle in his first game in almost three years. The junior missed the past two seasons with injuries.
Wilcox noted Johnson caused a holding penalty that stalled UNT's first possession, and the Golden Bears scored after the punt. Cal never trailed.
âIn warmups, I love seeing No. 90 out there,â Wilcox said. âAnd when we take the field on defense, I love watching No. 90 jog out there, as does everybody else on our team. You better believe it, we're all kind of, internal fist pump.â
UP NEXT FOR THE BEARS
Auburn makes its first trip to Berkeley next Saturday. It's the first visit from an SEC team since Mississippi in 2017.

I'm new! whose binotto? How long he was there? What he do to Char?
hi! welcome :) and thanks for the vote of confidence, i'm not sure i'm the best person for the job since i've really gotten back into f1 a couple years ago, but i'll do my best.
i suggest you also do a deep dive into @leqclerc's blog, starting with these 3 posts ( x - x - x ).
mattia binotto was, for better or for worse, a key figure in ferrari up until the end of 2022, when he was let go/fired. he had worked for ferrari as a PU engineer since the schumacher times (not sure about what year he started), and climbed the ranks until he became technical director. due to internal politics - a problem that affects ferrari seemingly endemically - and his own inflated ego, in 2019 he all but forced the scuderia to hand him the role of team principal alongside being TD... and that was an atrociously bad decision, but you know what they say about hindsight.
2019 was the first year for charles leclerc in the team (but let's not forget he had been signed by the previous tp/management) alongside seb vettel; the year wasn't particularly good as a whole, but the car was developed well and the team got 3 wins back to back after summer (including monza with charles, which is A Big Deal). only problem is, in the winter break it came out that ferrari had signed some sort of pact/agreement/whatever with the fia, because apparently the engine had been a bit too much focused on exploiting grey areas of the regulations - both engine and accord being directly linked to binotto in his double role.
so to "protect" this engine project (still to this day nobody knows much about it except that it wasn't outright and wholly illegal), binotto decided not to get penalties & fines like any other team would; instead ferrari was forced by the fia to develop a new, power-limited engine who completely crippled the team in 2020 (and also 2021). the car was horrible to drive, results would not come - seb's and most especially charles's efforts notwithstanding - and internal politics were still rampant. to add fuel to the fire, italian media started a smear campaign against seb, which resulted in him being let go in 2020. a media campaign that started mainly because of results, but binotto's absurd and backwards communication style didn't help, with his tendency to not support, lie to and baby his drivers in statements and team radios.
2021 was a transitory year, last of the regulations - car was slightly better but still bad, nobody was thinking about ferrari much given the wdc fight. only noteworthy thing (and again: hindsight) was that carlos sainz joined ferrari, a driver coveted and handpicked by binotto himself.
2022 was when it all came to a head. new regs were established and apparently ferrari had the best car of them all: the first races were quite the sweep with charles seemingly poised to become wdc with the way he was dominating. except, engine reliability was an issue (not disastrous but charles did lose some wins because of that) and worst of all, the team and the wdc campaign under binotto were handled in the most shitty and maliciously bad way you can imagine. important tidbit: in the beginning, carlos was struggling in the car while charles soared, and it's clear now that binotto hated that and worked like hell to favour the driver he chose. meaning the strategies were amateurish, with wins and podiums lost - usually by charles - due to absurd decisions from the pitwall (wrong tyre choices, driver's suggestions getting blatantly ignored, pit stop fumbles like in monaco, charles constantly getting sacrificed because "he could recover", etc). absolute worst of the worst, ferrari robbed charles at gunpoint in silverstone, a race he was comfortably leading and going to win, until they chose to not pit him and to leave him out on old tyres to be overtaken, handing carlos the victory and kicking charles off the poium entirely. to make matters even worse, binotto wagged his finger in charles's face telling him he had to stay put and enjoy (maybe you've seen pictures, it was the single most enarging moment in a wholly enraging weekend).
that race was really the beginning of the end. i cannot let you understand the amount of hate the scuderia got for that result, from fans (especially charles's) but also from media and other teams who were all absolutely baffled by the team's choice. because you see, at that point of the year charles was still way above carlos in points and was still fighting for the wdc - silverstone basically killed that. firstly because it had been a conscious choice to hand carlos his first career win (something the team had been trying to do for a while), and then because it was the most blatant consequence of a season that should have been vehemently focused around charles (much like 2023!max) and instead saw binotto saying there was absolutely no need to establish hierarchy between the drivers at any point in the season (ignoring the huge gap in points and talent), that the team wasn't actually doing that bad of a job after all, that they still could win (if only it wasn't for the pesky driver who can't be a strategist and mechanic as well... if you read between the lines). binotto and the team never took responsibility for anything, letting the brunt of the mistakes and the failed endeavor to be shouldered by charles, which also warped people's ideas of charles and carlos and the media narrative about them - something you can still clearly see the effect of, and probably always will.
after summer break minor regs changed and any wdc hope charles had slipped away. the car got worse AND was developed more towards carlos's preferences to be more stable and him more comfortable, so as a whole less fast (the same path that produced the 2023 car, a monstrosity that was still developed by binotto as a "last gift"). charles had to fight tooth and nail but became vicechampion at the end of the year - still no hierarchy established, still not a single race in which charles was helped or favoured during his solid wdc campaign. we don't exactly know what happened behind the scenes, but after more than one year we can extrapolate with a good amount of certainty that the situation was very bad, and that at some point there was a concrete risk of charles deciding to quit ferrari - at least if binotto stayed.
at the end of 2022 it was announced binotto would leave the team (meaning not only his undeserved and disastroudly managed tp role, but the admittedly more successful engineering side as well), and alongside him most of his loyal cohort left too, especially those people he'd promoted to high roles with mixed results. after a short while fred vasseur was chosen to be the new tp - a move probably done in part to assuage charles (who, no matter what people say, is still ferrari's greatest asset) but also to bring new life and a new managerial approach to the team. fred basically had to restructure everything, but most importantly he brought a new way of working and communicating inside the team and towards the outside, focusing on honesty and mistake correction - something charles keeps praising (and that still gives hints about how shit the atmosphere must have been under binotto).
all in all, binotto has been a terrible team principal, probably one of the worst in ferrari's history, who got meagre results yet managed to fumble great drivers, cars and engines, the team's reputation - and to nuke an apparently foolproof wdc campaign. impressive, really, if it hadn't been so painful to live through.

'24 March Refine Review
Mmmh delicious update. Here was my prediction and I did pretty good.
Okay, I predicted that Seiros was going to effectively have Atk/Def/Res+6 and omni breaker at all time. I did this by combining the player phase standard and enemy phase standard condition. FEH just gave her no condition at all. All this, plus Guard and Accelerate Special, all the time. Is this powercreep? At least her second part requires more than 25% HP, which is where we have the true damage based on foe's Res (I guessed that) and Dragon Wall (I guessed true dr based on Res), and 7 HP after combat (2 for 4). This behemoth combined with her support utility makes her an anchor of Aether Raids.
Dagr got a much tamer way of distributing [Pathfinder]. Rather than all allies, she only does 1, her support partner. This mean she can't be used with Arena / Aether Raid Defence teams, but that's likely what her sister will do. In Aether Raid Offence is where she is meant to be. Outside of that, she has Grand Strategy and Panic (For Atk/Spd/Def) during combat, true damage base on Atk (since her B slot already does Spd TD), and 40% DR (guessed that one). I really should have predicted Panic in combat since her other alts do that.
Wed! Micaiah got a proper broadleaf dagger effect in her base kit, meaning you don't need the Dou button, with omni breaker added in. She then has all the Chill tier 4 skills in one effect, making all the highest Atk, Spd, Def, Res foe penalized and [Sabotage], with foe's nearest also getting penalized so she can gain as much Atk during combat as possible. So if there is one enemy left, they will get 28 penalties turned into Atk for Micaiah. Also, DR halving makes it so tanks can get the true brunt of damage.
Annette got the extra turn after rallying like I predicted this weekend after making the theorycraft months earlier. It's funny that Silvan is getting an alt that does the same thing, but then buffs himself extra, rather than the target ally. Annette doesn't get the +1 movement, but she does get to move 4 spaces with that additional turn. After that, she has . . . tier 4 Seal Spd/Def/Res. That makes sense since she comes with Def/Res Ruse. The bonus is that if the foe has penalties already, she deals 15% of her Atk as true damage. I really thought it would be 20-10% of foe's Atk, as that's what Ash did, but ah well. Combined with 40% DR and this true adaptive damage, this might make up for the fact she needs her Ruse skill, that could be replaced with NFU or Tempo. Oh, and skill no +1 movement to ranged cavalry. Guess we can't mess. Hopefully you will just see her more in random event modes rather that high level play.
F!M!Corrin is much more powerful than his female counter part, but now realize on solo conditions to get the whooping 11 to all stats. Plus, he gets Guard and 7 HP healing after combat unconditional, just like . . . Serios? Is it just going to be dragons that get unconditional stuff? Maybe for now. He also gets Atk/Spd+6, [Dodge] and "neutralizes foe's bonuses" if he is < 2 units adjacent to him, at the start of turn. That pairs well with Rouse. Oh, and there's Spd TD.
Midori's Lucky Bow (surprise) doesn't have the [golden bar] mechanic, but still has the Spendthrift effect. It's now supercharged to 15% Atk TD and 15% Atk TDR, to make up for the +2 Special cooldown after combat. However, with the omni breaker in the second part, she might trigger moonbow (or noontime if you are feeling tanky). Oh, and she can heal and cleanse allies of penalties, like the apothecary she is. I'm glad she got a good weapon, and now I wait for when her and Eir get a harmonized alt together. I'm Kind of miffed we didn't get Mirabilis and Linhardt as a harmonized unit.
Finally, Gangrel, got the adapted damage we expected, but he also just inflict Spd/Res and [Guard] on the nearest foes in order to get his 20% Res TD. Also, in combat panic and 30% DR (no brave exceptions oddly)
Oh man, I'm going to need to speed up if I want to talk GHB units during their respective normal banner, since Jorge is next. What's that one? Oh, the long awaited Path of Radiance banner, Despair and Hope. This was when the power crept became noticeable with a Dragonflower jump and CYL4 just finishing. We have come so far. Thou, I could also just do all the Summer banner refines in one blog too. What do you think?

Note
Is the offense bad? Iâm âwatching itâ from google and i see them getting the ball and giving it back with no difference in the score all the time
i think theyâre doing good, but like rashee made another TD and it didnât count because of a penalty by taylor, the hardman thing happened, etc, hence no points
