sooo I might've made a Russian cover of "Leftist Unity", which is originally in English...using Japanese software and voicebanks. what can I say other than "haha mister worldwide" and "I am an absolutely sane and normal adult (lie)". this endeavor required some phoneme fuckery since I can't afford SynthV Pro and its cross-ling (and also there is no cross-ling for Russian in the first place...), but I think it turned out fairly legible in the end! and this is why SynthV is superior to Vocaloid lmaoooo. the translyrics were also done by me but I don't think anyone would be interested in learning about my translation difficulties lol

Inspired by YupphireUTAU's collab cover of Journey, I figured it might be interesting to try and see if we have enough vocal synth users on tumblr who'd be interested in representing our specific community!

The specifics (length, song, whether this will even be made at all...) will be decided based on the results of this interest check.

Requirements:

Be an active tumblr user as of before this interest check. "Active" doesn't mean you have to be actively posting, but you need a recognisable profile and either reblogs or likes that show you're Out There.

Only tuned outputs will be accepted. You do not have to be a pro. Plug-and-plays will not be accepted. Auto-pitch tuning can be used as a base and then edited.

Be a vocal synth user! Beginners are very welcome, but you need to have used a vocal synth before you fill the form.

Be kind. Whether or not this gets made, the goal for this is to be fun and lowkey. At the same time, respect other people's work: communicate openly if you can't make it!

E-mails are requested as a security measure to avoid spam. I will not be collecting or using your e-mail addresses. Google should automatically send you a copy of your responses.

Depending on how many people can join, this could wind up being very little work for each participant, and an opportunity to represent their fave or personal voicebank!

Of course, only singing synths will be considered (VOICEVOX Humming included).
