remeber one time Me and a friend actually considered making a megaman battle network fan game. It never went anywhere but it was still fun to talk about.

We kind of had this idea of a version events of megaman zero happening in the battle network timeline. Where the world is basically turned into a dystopic cyberpunk setting and a battle networking timeline version. Ciel would be the real world player charecter. We kind of had this idea that she ended up part of a resistance group as their hacker and general technology expert.

Basically net navis are heavily restricted to the point that custom navi go for a ton in black markets. The game would have started in a raid at high secruity area where they ended up finding a really old school PET that contained the either the full program or rements of the program for Protoman.exe (yes we knew a zero exist in the BN timeline but that probably would have complicated things more and protoman.exe was basically a protoman/zero fusion)They got get alive from this raid and managed to keep that PET since a custom net navi is near impossible to get even in black markets. 

Ciel basically takes that dorment protoman program and basically did the delicate task of updating it for modern computer systems and transfer it to the modern equilvent of a PET to use protoman to help bring down dystopic government.

Some other things discussed

-We kind of imagine Ciel was very similar to her zero counterpart, if forced to do more field work. We imagined at the start she wasn’t exactly a steller net battler, so protoman basically has to pick up most of the slack in combat. We kind of thought in the game idea she would have this mechanic called hacking where to replace replace full syncro, counters add hacking points you can use to various effects.

We figured the villain like in Zero would be a copy of megaman.exe. Basically Ciel made a copy of megaman the ultimate net navi to serve some sort of function but it didn’t have the human soul the original had so it turned evil.

So back in my day, when Yugioh was a new thing over here in the states, it was the thing that all my friends and I played. Sure, we collected pokemon cards, and we played the games, but in terms of a card game, we all played yugioh in middle-early high school. And this was when it was first released, I’m talking gbc and gba games too. 

We were a bit too young to really get into magic the gathering, though we did later in high school. 

So I put all this out here because I recently tried picking up Master Duel on steam, since it’s free. I played a bit of duel links, and the only thing I can say about that is that the ability to auto duel pretty much is the only reason that is playable. 

But maybe it’s just me, maybe I’m just old, maybe the spark isn’t there anymore but... The game is too damn complicated. It feels like a weird jrpg now. Every card has a complex effect, cards only work with other cards of the same type, you’re basically locked in to playing specific pre-made decks because of this, and there are too many complex mechanics. Xyz, syncro, pendulum... none of this is fun. 

Maybe it’s because I’m an old fart, and when I first heard of the series, there wasn’t a card game, and all the games had to make up rules to figure out how to make it work, but I can’t help but feel like at this point, the whole thing is a mess? 

One thing that I liked about magic the gathering, one of the rare things, is that each time they insert a new edition of cards and mechanics, they retire one of the old ones, so there’s only like, four or five different editions of cards in play at any one time. 

I don’t think that would really help yugioh though? But I feel like it has too many mechanics.

Of course, I say this knowing full well that, when I played the game, the strategy was just ‘fill your deck with monsters that are 4 stars and have either 1900/1800 atk or 2000 def.’ It wasn’t exactly a high strategy game. 

So I guess on some level, the addition of themed decks gives some actual strategy. But the result is that every monster is an effect monster, they all have like 2-3 effects, your extra deck is like 15 cards, you got a billion ritual summons... 

Idk. I can’t tell if it’s just morphed into something that isn’t for me, of if it’s actually bad. Usually, I can tell when something is bad. I don’t know if this is or not. It bugs me.

A very cute girl who is also an amateur model for the popolar teenage magazine “Petite Strawberry”. She’s always up for the newest trends and likes to share them on SNS, where She has lots of followers, but She also likes comedies. Maira hopes to became a comedian in the future. She’s classmate with Yume.

He’s a talking stuffed animal kitty made by the fairies in the sky. He really likes to eat and make others laugh.

She’s a really smart girl and has the highest grades of all the school. She’s very caring and looks after Yume and Maira as a bigger sister. She has two years more than them.

A Bit About Me

Here is a quick introduction prompt to tell readers a bit about myself. I set a goal for myself for this prompt, 1000 words, lets see how I do. This piece is one paragraph, I apologize for that. Most of my writing is not in one clump, I do split it up into paragraphs. Hope you like my pieces. Enjoy.

I like to play with tape. I like to draw, but I hate everything I create. When I run out of breath from laughing I start to snort like a pig. I enjoy laughing but hate when I begin to snort. I have never done drugs but the thought has crossed my mind. I hate the sound of babies crying or high pitched voices. Any noise above a certain pitch sends chills down my spine and makes my ears twitch. I can move my ears back and forth. People say my eyes are blue, green, grey, hazel, brown or black. I like when they say I have grey eyes. I like my eyes, my hair, my skin, hands, and mouth. I don't like my nose, my voice, stomach, legs or feet. I like to sing along to songs but cannot hold a tune so I turn the music up so I can drown out my bad singing. I do not think I look pretty. When others tell me I’m beautiful I feel like they are saying that just to be nice. I sometimes believe everyone is lying to me. I don't like writing about myself so I find this to be difficult, but a prompt is a prompt. I am getting annoyed by how many likes I have in this piece because it drives me crazy when people mostly use the word like when they can use another word or just drop it entirely. I drink too much soda. I fidget or scratch myself because I get phantom itches, not sure if those are real but that is what I will call it. I have traveled to Europe twice and Asia once. I went to Great Britain during my winter break last year to see my brother and meet with my exchange family in Germany. I then went to Germany again for a longer time and the trip did not go as well as the first one. The time I went to Asia I visited Korea and an island of the coast, kinda like America's Hawaii, no it was not Japan. My first high school was one in Minneapolis, Minnesota. I was really happy when I got to escape that hell that is high school. If I start to get off topic do not be concerned or surprised because I hate talking about myself so I will admit that I may start talking about random shit just so I can have the required word count. I don't know what to talk about. I’m reading a book called this Book is Gay an interesting read I recommend it. It talks about sexuality of all different types and how to identify what you are, it even talks about transgender witch I think is nice because it encompases everyone. Before I read the book I was saying I am Asexual. After the first few pages I am still saying the same thing but I am also learning more information about the other sexualitys. Yay I finally reached the halfway point, now I just have to fill the rest with useless information about myself. What else to say, I don't know and really don't care. I have to say though I hate listening to live recordings of songs. The sound quality is terrible and the band sounds out of it. I do like seeing bands live, I went to Warped Tour a few years back and saw Black Veil Brides live, it was so cool. I can do this. I can do this. I can do this. I can do this. I am now filling the word count with things that involve me because I have run out of things to say about myself at the moment. Maybe in a minute something will come to me. Either I am covered in mosquito bites or I start itching when I’m bored. I’m writing this on Sunday because I don’t want to do it over the week. I have my grandfather coming to live with me during the week so he can have a break from his wife after his heart attack. I have University and work to do as well. I have priorities, this is relatively easy if not weird so the sooner I get this done the better I will feel and more I will not have to stress about while working. I know that makes it sound like I do not care about this prompt, that's not true, I just don't know what to write when it comes to writing about myself. I am not my biggest fan and think my life is boring. However, when compared to others it is not boring at all. It just feels boring because, well, I don't know. I think I have gotten used to my lifestyle I want to do something more, I at least don't want to be sitting at a computer staring at Facebook images for hours on end. Oh, wait all I do sit at a computer and look at Facebook for way too many hours. This is not what I was supposed to do but this is how it turned out. I have a sweet tooth. I hate my weight and am finally doing something about it. I have lost six pounds from the last time I weighed myself. I hate weighing myself because it proves that I am larger than average and I am usually ok with my figure until I get on the scale. I try to avoid mirrors so I don't have to see my unpleasant face. I rock back and forth when I am nervous and that often makes people think I am Autistic in some way. I like to say no I am not Autistic I am artistic. My high school did not like when I said that to the counselor and put me in the special program the next day. I am almost done with this prompt. I like the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. I like Marvel and DC comics. I like Anime and Manga. I have fallen back into using “like”, I am stopping that now. I played piano for a year but quit because of sports. I used to be an athlete. I swam competitively. I was a gymnast. I also swam synchronized. People say gymnastics and syncro are not sports. Lets see them lift a one hundred pound girl out of the water high enough for her to do a full flip and not touch the bottom of the pool. Then let's see them bend their back so their head can touch the ground and then lift their feet over their head so they come back up on their feet. And they call synchronized swimming and Gymnastics not sports. I have made it past my 1000 word count so I can stop if I want, not sure if I do though. I finally got on a roll. I’ll leave it at this though. Ya this is the end. Bye.

Here’s a peek at our time at @xperiencemusicfestival this past weekend! It was such an amazing experience to be here for my 2nd year in a row with my dudes @_freddy4love_ @itsmeeps and @jcozara teaching these kids about elements of hip hop from scratching, looping, emceeing, writing, to just how it works in general in relation to expression of self. The next generations are looking SO BRIGHT in Salem/Keizer. It felt good to be teaching something I know and love to kids who are passionate about it. Hitting the stage with all of the kiddos and @officialsmokeygrams & @discountthekid at the end was super awesome as well. Felt good to stand next to college educated musicians on stage and to even be invited to share my experience.
