OH MY GOD...! 😆 THIS CHAPTER...!!! 😍😍😍

This chapter was INSANELY FUN and had probably THE BIGGEST TEASE IN SPY X FAMILY HISTORY!! 😆 So let's talk about!! 😁

The moment I saw Camilla and Millie, I figured that this was probably gonna be a chapter about our girl Yor...!! 😆 And that got me super excited...!! 😁

After helping Camilla and Millie finish up their work, Sharon decides to invite Yor to have some some drinks with them...!! 😁 And when there's drinks, there's...:

THAT'S RIGHT, DRUNK YOR IS BACK Y'ALL!! 😆😆😆

And when there's a drunk Yor, there's gonna be some shenanigans a foot...!! 😖

So anyway, Millie and Camilla start asking Yor about how things are going at home with Loid and if she's done anything *kissy-kissy* with him... 😏 But Yor gets a little flustered about that and then they ask if she has problems with Loid...! 😌

Sharon, Millie and Camilla start sharing some their problems about their men and how they would "kill" them, which to our drunk little Thorn Princess to think this...:

I was like:

"OH MY GOODNESS YOR...!! 😆You are just so so so silly...!! 😖"

So to sound normal™ to her coworkers, Yor tries to come up with some issues she has with Loid:

They don't that's a good enough reason to "kill" him, but Yor insists that they fight all the time... Which led to THIS INSANITY...!!:

OH MY GOD ENDO!!! YOU'RE AN ABSOLUTE TEASE...!! 🤣

I did not expect Endo to do "Twilight Vs. Thorn Princess" in Mission 79 (as a joke), but here we are...!! 🤣😂🤣

Anyway, after Yor's WILD IMAGINATION about killing Loid, Camilla and the other girls tease Yor some more about her being kissed by Loid that when she got home and was greeted by him, well...:

She completely freaks out and faints, but Loid catches her...!!

So because of Loid's quick thinking to catch his lovely wife, Yor freaks out again thinking he's gonna kiss her...!! But instead of kicking him out of the way like before (see Mission 35 for details), Yor instead does THIS:

And that was Mission 79, a super fun and funny chapter with some crazy stuff thrown into the mix...!! 😁 I just adored this chapter so much, it's probably a new favorite of mine and it's got me excited for what is next to come out this madman's (Endo's) mind...!! 😆

On a side note, I wanted to release this review a lot early today, but some personal stuff came up... And even though today hasn't been best for me, I still wanted to brighten someone else's day with this silly little review of mine, like what this chapter somewhat did for me today...! 😊

ohhh boy, this chapter was definitely something 😳 freaked out when melinda/lady patriots’ society was mentioned, freaked out even more when they appeared in the flesh! 😩😩

we see yor and a lil bit more of her interactions with the city hall girls😩 definitely ranking sharon first, camilla second, then millie.

oof a lil millie backstory + they dropped her last name 👀 thought it was gonna be like miller or something LMAO

anyways yor coming in to the rescue and standing up for someone >>>

meanwhile melinda comes to yor’s aide after not seeing her for a while 🥺🥺

aaa ok so they’re slowly still getting along 😭 dominic’s just like me fr but my opinion still stands about sharon and yor being friends first out of the 3!

In Camilla's defence

Now, don't get me wrong, Camilla is not sweet. But she isn't so bad, and Yor isn't necessarily a bad judge of character for thinking she's a nice person.

Observe how in Yor's introduction, Camilla tries to involve Yor in the conversation at first. We see Yor turning away with a small smile in the anime, but her expression in the manga as she rebuffs Camilla and Millie's compliments is blander and more disinterested. Camilla's claws appear after this.

What she does at the dinner party is terrible, true. It is even more inexcusable given that she is the host.

But in the anime, we get this gem after Twilight's speech, where Camilla and the guests are left in stunned silence. She then pushes her hair back while still stunned. It is likely that she either had not known of Yor's circumstances before or had not thought too deeply about it. It is a moment of reflection and acknowledgement that perhaps she went too far.

We also see this consideration again later when she's teaching Yor to cook.

Camilla noticeably eases up on Yor after that dinner party. It's not a 180, but in her subsequent interactions with Yor we see annoyance, not malice, in her expressions. She does not have nice things to say, but she just tries to speak less to Yor and avoid her if she can help it.

In fact, it's Yor who does the 180 and goes from being indifferent to her colleagues to frantically consulting them every time she needs help.

I actually felt sorry for Camilla during the cooking lesson chapter. She is reluctantly roped into helping because she cannot turn down Dominic and Yor's puppy eyes. They persist for days after work before finally getting Yor to successfully cook one dish. Her kitchen gets trashed every day from Yor's overbuying, rough handling of tools and on the last day, Yuri's vomit. Yor destroys her favourite chopping board. She keeps getting poisoned during this time too.

My theory is that Camilla might have initially respected Yor's seniority at City Hall and admired her beauty and wanted to be friends. However, years of Yor's thoughtless rejections likely led her to think of Yor as being stuck-up and unpleasant, and her jealousy and fear of losing Dominic to her made her behaviour worse. That said, even at her worst, Camilla's meanness has always been to Yor's face, unlike certain other people. *glances at Nightfall and Shopkeeper*

ROAD TO FICTIONAL WRESTLEMANIA

THE YOR FORGER AND MAKIMA BRAWL

The feud between Yor (Spy x Family) and Makima (Chainsaw Man) has gone off the rails. Yor started it by illegally eliminating Makima at Fictional Royal Rumble. Makima escalated it by spitting at Anya Forger right in front of Yor. Then, when Loid confronted Denji about Makima’s action, he was knocked unconscious by Aki Hayakawa under Makima’s orders.

(Kayfabe note: Loid Forger is on hiatus due to the attack)

Makima has attacked Yor’s daughter and husband. Fearing that Yor’s wrath and Makima’s thirst for revenge will lead to them doing something even more reckless, the unnamed commissioner has ordered both sides to mediate their issues. Franky represented Yor while Aki represented Makima.

Mediation seemed to be going well…until [BLANK] arrived and started instigating the feud. This resulted in a massive brawl that required several wrestlers and security guards to pull Yor and Makima away from each other.
