Note
If the CIA uses Amnesio and Swirly to remove experiments from people’s memories, do they also use a computer based experiment to remove evidence of them from social media?
Doverstar That sounds logical.

Experiment 383
Swirly
Primary function: To hypnotize people to obey the next order or suggestion they hear
He is designed to hypnotize people into obeying the next order or suggestion they hear; snapping one's fingers will break the victim's trance. If no order or suggestion is heard within a few minutes, the effect wears off. He himself appears to be mute and quite passive whenever he isn't hypnotizing someone.
One true place: Hypnotizing people at children's parties, causing the hypnotized person to act silly to provide harmless entertainment

OK. This has been bothering me. In Swirly's episode, Swirly is green. But in promotional art and merch and the anime he is grey blue? It's such a contrasting colour change that I've made a headcannon to clear it up.
Tumblr media
In Leroy and Stitch, Leroy can change from red to blue meaning there should be other experiments that can do that. Swirly is one of those experiments. That is all.

Another note on the 7.99 Sticker pack from Amazon
It seems Richter (one of the experiments from the series)  and Boogo  (Pleakleys alien from the anime) is also shown in the pack
Again I’ll see if they are included and its not just a random toss of clipart in an envelope but if this is legit that Richter sticker is pretty rare since its an experiment we hardly get anything merch wise of! (please let it not be stolen fanart)
Also found the clipart we’ve seen of Swirly before on those old jellyboxes is also in this sticker set
Speaking of the only experiment we get in merch overkill  ha...its kinda strange no Angel is included in this ??

Look what I found today in a Spencer’s of all places!
Disney does remember Stitch’s cousins…
(It just had to be in a Spencer’s though, ugh.)

So Manners is supposed to make people into (essentially) pushovers, which actually makes me wonder if he'd use his ability to try to protect other experiments in the lab and stop fights, as a sort of pacifist for the others (I.E due to his ability, Manners himself would have a dislike for conflict, and may use his ability to break up fights and get others to cooperate)

Note
Kai despises experiments, but does Ani have any anti-favorite, ie doesn't like a cousin?
Doverstar
Ani avoids Swirly like the plague. She's totally against/creeped out by hypnotism of any kind!
But she doesn't actually dislike any of them! She usually finds something to appreciate about all of them.

Earlier this year, Mr.Jazz, an artist on Russian social network VK, started this collaborative fan art project called “Lilo & Stitch Mob” (“Mob” as in “flash mob”, even though that’s not really what “flash mob” means) where several artists on the site got together to create fan art of several Lilo & Stitch characters (mostly experiments).
I’ve already featured a number of these on my blog earlier this year, so there will be repeats. Still, enjoy all this wonderful fan art from the Russian side of the ‘ohana!

Here they are. The last set of pins of Stitch with other experiments. All these pins were part of a series of pin-on-pins released in Disneyland Paris from 2009 to 2010. Each pin originally cost €11.90 and had a limited edition run of 900 pins each. As of July 2018, these are the last known official pins featuring experiments other than Stitch and/or Angel. It’s unlikely that Disney will release any more pins of such, considering how many years have passed since the end of Lilo & Stitch: The Series (which, mind you, will have its 15th anniversary of its debut later this year), but at least we can appreciate the fact that these pins are out there in existence.
As per usual, are these pins are listed on PinPics.
Pin #74423: DLRP - Stitch Experiments Series - Pin 1/12 - Experiment 151: Babyfier. Stitch sits with a pacifier in his mouth next to Babyfier. Sadly, they didn’t render Stitch as a baby as we’ve previously seen in Babyfier’s episode.
Pin #74958: DLRP - Stitch Experiments Series - Pin 2/12 - Experiment 222: Poxy. Stitch runs with Poxy in a city.
Pin #75443: DLRP - Stitch Experiments Series - Pin 3/12 - Experiment 258: Sample. Sample and a chagrined Stitch camp out under a starry sky with musical note constellations.
Pin #75626: DLRP - Stitch Experiments Series - Pin 4/12 - Experiment 300: Spooky. Stitch and Spooky acting like monsters.
Pin #76703: DLRP - Stitch Experiments Series - Pin 5/12 - Experiment 383: Swirly. Swirly hypnotizes Stitch into walking around all confused. There’s a hibiscus, a ukulele, and a plasma blaster to the side.
Pin #76810: DLRP - Stitch Experiments Series - Pin 6/12 - Experiment 502: Yang. Stitch oohs at Yang’s lava firing abilities as they stand next to a campfire.
Pin #77593: DLRP - Stitch Experiments Series - Pin 7/12 - Experiment 513: Richter. Aw... Look how happy Stitch and Richter are!
Pin #77914: DLRP - Stitch Experiments Series - Pin 8/12 - Experiment 520: Cannonball. Stitch rides on Cannonball through one of the latter’s waves.
Pin #78545: DLRP - Stitch Experiments Series - Pin 9/12 - Experiment 526: Tank. Stitch rides in Tank’s mouth as the latter runs through a mountainous valley.
Pin #79679: DLRP - Stitch Experiments Series - Pin 10/12 - Experiment 602: Sinker. Stitch rides on Sinker’s big dorsal fin as the latter swims through a pine forested river.
Tumblr media
Pin #79994: DLP - Stitch Experiments Series - Pin 11/12 - Experiment 624: Angel. The boojiboos ride a flying saucer through a purple space.
Tumblr media
Pin #80870: DLP - Stitch Experiments Series - Pin 12/12 - Experiment 625: Reuben. Stitch offers Reuben a delicious sandwich in the tropical sun.

More pins of experiments, but this time I’m only focusing on a 2006/2007 series of pins sold on Japan’s Disney Mall. Each of these had a limited edition run of 100 pins, so they’re not easy to find. These pins had a price of around ¥1312. As with before, all these pins are legitimate pins listed on PinPics.
Pin #47195: Disney Mall - Experiment 625. Reuben just standing on grass smiling and waving. His experiment number is right underneath him.
Pin #47785: Disney Mall - Lilo & Stitch Experiment 627. 627 just stands among flowers and plants. Hard to notice in this image, but his number is to his right (left side of the pin) in the leaves.
Pin #48416: Disney Mall - Experiment 624 Angel Pin (Lilo & Stitch). Angel does her famous pose from her official art on a beach with a palm tree and waves. Her number is in the wave.
Pin #49098: Japan Disney Mall - Experiment 010 (Lilo & Stitch). Hey, don’t blame me for all these inconsistent naming schemes! Felix is standing on one leg on a stool, grabbing a cookie in a cookie jar with his number on it.
Pin #49607: Japan Disney Mall - Sparky - Experiment 221 - Lilo & Stitch. This is practically the most creative of these pins. Sparky elongated and skateboarding on a sidewalk with his number on it. Photo comes from this eBay listing which has a “buy it now” price of £14.99 (~US$19.87) plus shipping.
Pin #51622: Japan Disney Mall - Lilo & Stitch Prototype Exp. 258. Sample standing on a beach background (his number in the sand to his right) with a palm tree, green bushes, and flaming tiki torches. Photo comes from this eBay listing which has a “buy it now” price of US$292.90. In other words, if you want him, then kiss your wallet goodbye!
Pin #51623: Japan Disney Mall - Lilo & Stitch Prototype Exp. 323. Hunkahunka perched on a tree branch with his number in the leaves.
Pin #51624: Japan Disney Mall - Lilo & Stitch Prototype Exp. 383. Swirly hypnotizing on a swirling background. His number is on the left of the pin.
Pin #52134: Japan Disney Mall - Lilo & Stitch Prototype Exp. 501. Yin is on a multitasking spree as she is vacuuming, cleaning, and reading all at the same time. Her experiment number appears on a TV set to the right.
Pin #54339: Japan Disney Mall - Stitch Prototype 062. Frenchfry is next to a stove holding a plate of what are mostly likely pancakes. His experiment number appears on his chef hat.
Hold up, there’s a couple more.
Tumblr media
Pin #63434: Japan Disney Mall - Lilo & Stitch Prototype Exp. 133 (PJ). Hmm, I wonder what he’s going to do with that whoopie cushion. 😜 Photo comes this eBay listing which has a “buy it now” price of US$148.50 plus shipping. There’s another listing on eBay which has it for a “but it now” price of US$119.99, although the photo for that one is blurry and a way too blue white balance.
Tumblr media
Pin #63435: Japan Disney Mall - Lilo & Stitch Prototype Exp. 375 (Phantasmo). Phantasmo just struts his stuff looking at the viewer. He floats on a high-tech-looking blue background with his experiment number on the left.
So that’s twelve limited edition experiment pins from Japan right there. They aren’t cheap to get, but they’re a must for hardcore experiment-loving Lilo & Stitch fans. Expect more pins soon!

Experiment 383 also known as Swirly. Primary function: hypnotizer. Makes victims susceptible to the first suggestion they hear.
I gotta admit, Swirly has a good episode😵
