Dedede: (Got up From the Sofa and Pump his Fist up in the Air Triumphantly) AH HELL YEAH!!! Victory goes to yours truly!!

Daisy: (Gives Dedede a "Really?" Look While Cuddling with Luigi Under a Blanket) We're right here, dude....

Luigi: (Simply Waves at Dedede)

Dedede: (Looks Back at the Couple Before Chuckling Awkwardly) Sorry about that, y'all..... Winning that Minigame finally got me just enough to buy myself a Star. Twenty coins and all!

Luigi: (Him and Daisy Exchange to One Another Before Turning Back to Dedede) Uh...Your majesty, you do know that the Star only cost ten coins in this game, right?

Dedede: Wait. You serious?

Daisy: Yeah. You only had to pay ten coins to get it.

Dedede: Seriously? I thought in all Mario Party games, y'all only have to pay twenty.

Luigi: Not in this one. We decided lower the Star price just so it would be less stressful for us to get it.

Dedede: (Eyes Widened in Genuine Surprise) Really?

Daisy: Yep.

Luigi: Uh-Huh.

Dedede: ...............Huh. You know, I've been noticing something lately

Luigi: Hm?

Daisy: Noticing what, De?

Dedede: This whole Super Mario Party game seems a lot more casual and safer than the older tittles. Why is that?

Daisy: Honestly, we were just getting tired of all the madness for once. So we decided to tone it all the way down and make the party more causal like.

Luigi: It was for the best, really. The last few party games were pretty nerve wrecking to say the least. Especially the first one.....

Dedede: "First one"? What do you mean by that?

Luigi: Well for starters, whoever lose a Minigame, who have five of their coins taken away and anyone who's place in last place at the end of the game, immediately gets punished too.

Daisy: (Genuinely Surprised) Wait. Seriously? I didn't know that.

Luigi: Yeah. It was pretty intense at the time. It even happened to me once back when I had an old engine room. I kept getting steamed left and right while Bowser watches and did this....weird dance he used to do back in the day, almost like he was taunting me for losing. It was..... (Sighs as he Remembers that Memory Well) pretty traumatizing to say the least.....

Daisy: Oh, sweetie....(Hugs Luigi Lovingly) It's gonna be okay. I'mma kick Bowser's ass for you the next time I see him. That's a promise.

Dedede: Mind if I join in on the action?

Daisy: By all means.

Luigi: Guys, come on. That all happened a long time ago. Why you have to be so over protective over me?

Daisy: (Pouts at her Man) Cause we love you and we want you be safe and happy!~

Dedede: (Lightly Glares at Luigi) She's right, boy. You know we ain't gonna let anything happen to you!

Luigi Protection Squad (Ness, Cloud, Tifa, Richter, Samus): (Comes Out of Nowhere) HECK/HELL YEAH!!

Luigi Gives the group a a confused look before they immediately begin to walk away while whistling and acting like nothing happened.

Luigi: Ooookay....I don't really know what that was all about, but I-I'm already am happy....(Smiles Softly at his Girlfriend and Dedede) Being here in this mansion with you guys and everything.

Daisy: (Smiles Softly as her Heart Begins to Melt) Never change, sweetie~ (Kisses Luigi on the Lips) Please?~

Luigi: (Chuckles Lightly while Snuggling Close to Daisy) I promise, dear~

Dedede: (Rolled his Eyes a bit Playfully) Usual cutesy-ness aside, all of y'all must've been long time survivor if y'all could put up with that Koopa and his shenanigans for that long.

Daisy: ('Sighs a bit Exaggeratingly') Ohhh my god! You have no idea right now! I can't even try and name every countless bullshit he puts all of us through without having a stupid migraine thinking about them.

Luigi: I can. The Star Stealings, his own Communism, the Coins-Risking Minigames, the open humiliations, his own Chance Times, and almost literally everything in Mario Party 10........(Facepalms While Sighing) Mamma Mia....Mario Party 10.....

Dedede: (Shutters in a bit of Fear) Yeah.....I remember how unfair that game was to y'all and the players..... Almost like it was all in Bowser's favor from the very start.

Daisy: (Hugs Luigi and Rub his Back Supportive While Turning to Dedede) You are definitely not wrong in that assumption....... Minigames that are too extreme for even our standards..... Bowser using more Dice Blocks than any of us could even count.....And the only way for us to avoid of that is to ride on that stupid, slow pace kart that couldn't even save our lives if it tries!

Luigi: (Finally Able to Calm Himself Down) Case in point, it gotten so bad to the point that most of us were already starting to cave in and agreed to let Bowser join in on the party for once.

Daisy: (Chuckles Lightly) Hey, babe, remember the time it actually took us almost a year to convince Mario to invite the guy?

Luigi: (Chuckles Lightly as Well) Yeah. I almost forgot how stubborn he can at times, it's priceless. But after a few pleading and ultimatums later, we finally got Bowser to join the party.

Daisy: (Shrugged) Pretty weird to have him along for the ride for the first time, but I prefer having him join us than dealing with more of his bullshit anyday.

Luigi: Yeah, me too.

Dedede: Well, I'm glad y'all were able to finally invite him. I don't know what I would do if he would try sabotaging me in these party games.

Luigi: You.... probably try and hit 'em with you're mallet?

Dedede: (Laughs Wholeheartedly) My boy, you are speaking my kind of language right now! Making a king proud right now.

Luigi: (Chuckles Lightly) It was nothing, your majesty.

Daisy: That's great and all, but you do know that Bowser would try and find some way to not let it happen, right?

Dedede: .............................Shit. You're right.

Peru Earthquake Leaves One Dead And Several Injured

One person was killed and at least 11 people have been injured in Peru, with a further seven injuries in neighboring Ecuador, after an 8.0 magnitude earthquake struck northern Peru on Sunday morning.

Graphic shows large earthquake logo over broken earth and Richter scale reading Peru's National Emergency Operations Center reported the death of a 48-year-old man from the Cajamarca region in northwestern Peru following an earthquake in the country's Amazon region. The earthquake's epicenter was at an approximate depth of 115 km, according to preliminary readings from the United States Geological Survey, and it was felt as far afield as Lima, Peru; Caracas, Venezuela; and Quito, Ecuador. Ricardo Seijas, head of the emergency operations center, said the number of injured had risen to at least 11 people. The emergency operations center reported numerous damages to buildings including five schools; two religious temples; and four health centers. Two additional health centers collapsed, said Seijas. Peruvian President Martin Vizcarra has traveled to Yurimaguas, a city in the Peruvian Amazon that was among the hardest hit by the earthquake. Vizcarra arrived with other top government officials, and said they are coordinating with local leaders to evaluate the damage. The president said he himself, along with his transportation minister, will evaluate damage to roadways. Other officials will evaluate damages to structures and any effect on a nearby reservoir, Vizcarra said. Earlier in the day Vizcarra reported injuries as well as damages to homes and roadways, in a statement on state TV. "We already have reports of injuries, of affected homes, collapsed highways and a bridge that connects Yurimaguas with Tarapoto has also collapsed," Vizcarra said. The country's civil protection agency is sending teams to the affected areas, he added. Five injuries were confirmed by the country's health ministry on Twitter. Two of the injured are from the city of Yurimaguas, and the other injuries were from other provinces in the Amazon region, the ministry said. Ecuador's Vice President Otto Sonnenholzner confirmed at least 7 injuries in the country as a result of the earthquake. There are no immediate reports of infrastructure damage, he added. Landslides have been reported in various parts of the country, according to Ecuador's emergency management agency. "The strong earthquake that occurred early this morning was felt in several regions of the country," Peru's Vizcarra tweeted earlier Sunday. "We are evaluating the affected areas. I ask all of our citizens to remain calm." The earthquake was the strongest in Peru in 12 years, Vizcarra said. Peru's National Emergency Operations Center tweeted that the earthquake was felt in several regions of the country, and monitoring continues. The country's interior ministry tweeted photos of damaged houses in the northern Amazonas region, adding that police were on site to protect affected areas. Ecuador's President Lenín Moreno also tweeted: "I am awaiting of the information about the strong earthquake recorded this morning." In January 2018 a 7.1-magnitude earthquake hit southern Peru, killing two people. At least 65 people were injured in the cities of Arequipa, Ica and Ayacucho in southern Peru, the National Civil Defense Institute reported. On August 15, 2007 a magnitude 8.0 earthquake struck about 100 miles south of the Peruvian capital of Lima, killing approximately 514 people. Read the full article
