Ingredients: 1/2 cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips. 1/2 cup of unsalted butter. 1/4 cup of all-purpose flour. 1/4 cup of powdered sugar. 2 large eggs. 2 large egg yolks. 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract. Pinch of salt.
Instructions: Preheat your oven to 450F 232C. Grease and lightly flour four 6-ounce ramekins or baking cups. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the semi-sweet chocolate chips and unsalted butter together in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth. Allow it to cool slightly. In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour and powdered sugar. Add the eggs, egg yolks, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt to the melted chocolate mixture. Stir until well combined. Gently fold the flour mixture into the chocolate mixture until you have a smooth batter. Pour the batter evenly into the prepared ramekins. Place the ramekins on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 12-14 minutes, or until the edges are firm, but the center is still soft. Remove from the oven and let the cakes cool for a minute or two. Carefully run a knife around the edges to loosen the cakes, then invert each cake onto a serving plate. Serve immediately with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or a dusting of powdered sugar on top.

Instructions: Warm up 1 cup of heavy cream in a saucepan until it just starts to boil. Take it off the heat and add the chocolate chips. Mix until it's smooth. Mix the egg yolks, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt in a different bowl using a whisk. Slowly add the chocolate mixture to the egg mixture while whisking all the time. Bring the mix back to the saucepan. Stir the mixture all the time over medium-low heat until it gets thick. Leave it alone until it's cool enough to touch. Whip the last cup of heavy cream in a different bowl until stiff peaks form. Add the whipped cream to the chocolate mixture slowly. Spread the mousse out in serving glasses and add layers of whipped cream in between. Put it in the fridge for at least two hours. Serve with chocolate shavings and fresh berries on top. Have fun!

Instructions: Preheat oven to 250F 120C. Pop popcorn kernels using preferred method and transfer to a large bowl, removing any unpopped kernels. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in brown sugar, corn syrup, and salt. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Once boiling, let it cook without stirring for 4-5 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in baking soda until well combined. Pour caramel mixture over popcorn and stir to coat evenly. Spread popcorn onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Sprinkle sea salt over the top to taste. Bake in preheated oven for 45-60 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes, until caramel is set. Remove from oven and let cool completely. Break apart any large clumps and enjoy!

Assorted candies for topping e.g., M&M's, sprinkles, gummy bears. Powdered sugar for dusting optional.
Instructions: Combine the flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt in a mixing bowl. Mix the eggs, melted butter, milk, and vanilla extract in a different bowl. Mixing until a dough forms, pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Work the dough for two to three minutes on a floured surface, or until it is smooth. Roll out the dough to a thickness of about 1/2 inch, then cut out doughnut shapes with a doughnut cutter. Reroll any scraps and cut them. Preheat vegetable oil to 350F 175C in a deep fryer or large pot. A few doughnuts at a time, carefully drop them into the heated oil and cook them for two to three minutes on each side, or until they are cooked through and golden brown. Using a slotted spoon, remove the doughnuts and place them on paper towels to drain. Place various candies on top of each doughnut while it's still warm.
