John “Soap” Mactavish rides a Yamaha YZF R6 from 2018. It has 600 cc, 123 BHP, 0 to 60 mph in 3,4 seconds.
Simon “Ghost” Riley rides a Honda CBR1000 from 2020. It has 1000 cc, 214,6 BHP, 0 to 60 mph in 2,6 seconds.
Kim “Horangi” Hong-Jin rides a Suzuki GSX-R750 from 2017. It has 750 cc, 150 BHP, 0 to 60 mph in 2,9 seconds.
König rides a Ducati Streetfighter V4 S from 2021. It has 1100 cc, 208 BHP, 0 to 60 in 3,2 seconds.
Kyle “Gaz” Garrick rides a Kawasaki Ninja H2 from 2015. It has 998 cc, 228 BHP, 0 to 60 mph in 2,6 seconds.
König has the biggest bike when it comes to size, but technically, Gaz has the highest brute horse-power. All of them own flip up numbers plates, Soap is the more aggressive driver of the gang (not because he has the "smallest" bike, not at all), whereas König is the more reckless driver (something about speed and anxiety).
Ghost usually chills around, but when riding in formation, he'll be in the front. Ghost is actually the one with most experience - Gaz is the newer member in the bike gang. Gaz learned first how to do the kickstand turn and taught the others.
Horangi knows how to both wheelie and breakie, Soap is an expert wheelier, Gaz has never attempted a wheelie, and König just cruises along on the rides.

A FIM 120 évét ünnepelték a 2024-es lyoni Salon du 2 Roues kiállításon
A franciaországi Eurexpo Lyonban megrendezett Salon du 2 Roues nagy sikert aratott: a március 7-10. közötti négy nap alatt több mint 150 000 látogatót fogadott. A Nemzetközi Motorkerékpáros Szövetség (FIM) első alkalommal volt jelen több mint 300 m2-es kiállítótérrel. A Spirit of Speed a Történelmi Országúti Motorkerékpárok Európai Gyűjtőklubjával közösen több mint harminc motorkerékpárt választott ki 1904-től napjainkig, amelyek a FIM 120 történetét ölelték fel. A lelátó zsúfolásig megtelt a nézőkkel a számukra szentelt pillanatok alatt, olyan bajnokok jelenlétében, mint Giacomo Agostini, a tizenötszörös FIM Grand Prix világbajnok, James Toseland, a kétszeres FIM Superbike világbajnok, a kétszeres FIM Supersport világbajnok Sebastien Charpentier, Eugene Laverty, a korábbi 250cc, MotoGP, Supersport és WorldSBK versenyző, valamint Greg Black és Etienne Masson többszörös FIM Endurance világbajnokok. Végül pedig a francia versenyzőnők, Emily Bondi és Ornella Ongaro, akik részt vesznek a FIM Női Körverseny Világbajnokságon, amely június 16-án kezdődik Misano Adriaticóban (Olaszországban), . Nagy érdeklődést váltott ki a Nemzetközi Motorkerékpáros Szövetség 120. évfordulóján elindított Örökség program, a FIM versenymotorok tanúsítása. A FIM által kiadott tanúsítvány lehetőséget ad a gyűjtőknek, hogy megszerezzék az azonosító táblát, amely igazolja a motorkerékpár eredetiségét, szigorúan valamelyik következő versenyekről származik: MotoGP, Superbike, Supersport, Endurance, Formula, Sidecar és Landspeed rekord. A tulajdonosok, gyűjtők és múzeumok büszkélkedhetnek majd a rangos plakettel és egy QR-kóddal, amelyen keresztül a motorkerékpár műszaki és történelmi jellemzőivel kapcsolatos összes információ elérhető lesz. A FIM középpontjában a motorkerékpár eredetiségének védelme és népszerűsítése áll, mint a FIM által képviselt felbecsülhetetlen sport- és történelmi értékű örökség tanúsága. Suzuki GSX - S1000 si fa in tre
A breve vedremo una nuova mille di casa Suzuki. La pubblicazione di documenti di omologazione dimostrano che è stata testata per uniformarsi alle norme UN-ECE 168/2013 richieste in tutta l'UE e in diversi altri paesi, incluso il Regno Unito.La base meccanica sarà con tutta probabilità quella della GSX-S 1000 GT che vedete nelle foto e che ha provato il nostro Antonio Privitera un paio di anni fa, quindi con il medesimo quattro cilindri, che eroga 150 CV a 11.000 giri al minuto. Anche la parte telaistica sarà in condivisione con la GSX-S1000 e la GSX-S1000GT, con sospensioni molto probabilmente più alte e con una maggiore escursione, ed eventualmente una diversa rapportatura del cambio, con il passo che a quanto pare cresce di 10 mm arriando a 1.470 mm. Si evince anche che le dimensioni saranno leggermente maggiori, sia in termini di lunghezza, la GSX-S1000X arriva a 2150 mm, 35 mm più lungadella GSX-S1000 e 10 mm più lunga della GT, sia in larghezza con 925 mm, la X è ben 100 mm più larga della GT e 115 mm della GSX-S1000 standard (è ipotizzabile la presenza di un manubrio inedito, magari dotato di paramani). Per quanto riguarda l'altezza, questa raggiunge i 1.290 mm con il plexiglass completamente abbassato, o 1.350 mm nella posizione più alta, quindi è molto più alta rispetto alla GT, che raggiunge i 1.280 mm. Il peso a vuoto registrato è di 232 kg , 6 kg più pesante della GSX-S1000GT da 226 kg e 18 kg in più della GSX-S1000 da 214 kg.Cambia anche il valore riguardante la velocità massima omologata, 240 km/h per la GSX-S 1000 e GT, 215 km/h per la inedita GSX-1000X. Hello I was wondering if I could get your advice on which bike to get. Between a Suzuki c50 boulevard and a Yamaha Road star silverado 1700 which would be a good beginner bike?
Hi! Sorry I’m answering this super late, I’m not familiar with either of these bikes (i generally only know abt sport bikes) but if the 1700 is referring to the cc, which I assume it is, absolutely do NOT get that bike!!
1700cc is fucking HUGE even for an experienced rider! I’m half convinced this anon is a joke because seriously man, just get the other one :,))
P.S I think the general range of bikes differs depending on which part of the world you’re in, solid beginner sport bikes where I live are:

Kawasaki Ninja 250-400
KTM Duke 200, KTM RC380 (wanted this one but too tall for me lol)

2021 Suzuki informatie
Geen ander merk pakt zo uit met updates op modellen als Honda zoals op onze site al uitvoerig beschreven. Maar het meest spraakmakende nieuws is misschien wel de aankondiging van Suzuki dat een nieuwe Hayabusa onderweg is. Tot dusver moest Suzuki het doen met nieuwe kleuren voor enkele modellen en het Euro5 compatible maken van de V‑STROM DL650 en SV650. Maakt dat in 1x het ontbreken van updates aan de huidige modellen goed?
2021 Suzuki Hayabusa GSX 1300R
Ondanks de stroom geruchten is het toch een verrassing om daadwerkelijk officiële foto’s, specificaties en persberichten te lezen. De nieuwe Busa is nog steeds een beest van een motor, het fantastische 4 cilinder blok is gebleven maar wel aangepast om aan de Euro-5 norm te voldoen. Qua uiterlijk is het ook niet schokkend gewijzigd, je ziet direct dat je met de GSX1300R van doen hebt. Het kuipwerk is zeker slanker geworden met een scherpere neus. De lelijke puist die duo-cover heet is een stuk uitgeknepen en de uitlaten zijn nog steeds fors maar mooier vormgegeven. De hele motor straalt stroomlijn en kracht uit.
Ruimschoots voorzien van moderne elektronica en snufjes zoals TFT LCD-display met hellingshoek, LED-verlichting, en een pak hulpmiddelen om dit geweld te beteugelen: Active Speed Limiter | Low RPM Assist | Cruise control | Launch control | Motion Track Brake | Hill Hold Control | Slope Dependent Control | Quick Shifter | Anti-lift Control | Engine Brake Control | Power modi. De cijfers liegen er niet om: 1340cc viercilinderlijnmotor | 40kW (190 pk) @9.700 toeren | koppel van 150 Nm @7.000 toeren | Top (begrensd) 299km/h | Gewicht rijklaar 264 kg | Zithoogte 800 mm |Tankinhoud 20L
Kleuren: Glass Sparkle Black met Candy Burnt Gold / Metallic Mat Sword Silver met Candy Daring Red / Pearl Brilliant White met Metallic Mat Stellar Blue. Het wachten is op de verkoopprijs, maar deze zal niet mals zijn.
