Who does the cover art for your books?
I have three different artists! Miguel Mercado, Sutthiwat Dechakamphu, and Sarayu Ruangvesh. They're all incredible. I use them based on availability and subject matter. Their styles mesh well enough together that many people think there's just one artist!

Rakshasa, Kishi
“The Legend of the Kishi” © Sutthiwat Dechakamphu, accessed at his deviantArt gallery here
[The kishi is an Angolan monster, and is relatively famous outside of Africa. In the sense that it appears in monster books and has dedicated illustrations for it online. Its popularity makes sense; the metaphor for a predatory man being a genuine predator is a popular one in Western culture (see the Big Bad Wolf), and kishis being literally two faced is an engaging hook. Since it is described as being a spirit creature specifically, I wanted to make it some manner of outsider; rakshasa felt like a good fit.]
Rakshasa, Kishi CR 4 LE Outsider (native) This human man is preternaturally handsome, with a deep, piercing stare. A second head grows from the back of his skull—the snarling maw of a hyena.
A kishi is a lesser form of rakshasa. Lesser in the sense of their relative power and magical prowess, but not in the harm that they can inflict on communities. A kishi cannot shapeshift, and its animalistic features are a grotesque second face growing from the back of its head. This is usually the face of a hyena, but in lands where these animals are not found, it may manifest as another creature despised as being unclean, dishonorable and dangerous. This face is typically hidden under a wig, hat, turban or other garb, presenting instead a charming smiling face to the outside world.
Kishis are very good at being persuasive, all the better to entice others into doing evil deeds. They back up their good looks and charming words with magical persuasion, and can soften the will of a target simply by looking upon them. Those that refuse to be seduced or corrupted find themselves attacked, as the kishi turns its head 180 degrees and unleashes its bestial jaws. They would much rather strike quickly and fade back into the shadows that engage in prolonged battle. If they kill a victim, the corpse is usually left out in the open and partially eaten in order to spread terror.
Most kishi work alone, moving from town to town over time in order to ruin some lives and take others. Although they are not compelled to kill, they find it relaxing and fun, and prefer the flesh of sapient prey to those of other creatures. If multiple kishis do cooperate, it may be by posing as a gang of thieves, mercenaries or prostitutes. Each kishi in such packs often try to gain leverage over the others, in the hopes of reincarnating sooner into a more powerful rakshasa form.
A kishi is of human size, with their body sizes and shapes tending towards those that are seen as attractive by the majority of the society they manifest. Most, but not all, are male.

It may assume the form of any humanoid or native outsider when using disguise self or similar effects based on type. Hypnotic Stare (Su) A kishi gains the hypnotic stare and bold stare abilities of a mesmerist with a class level equal to the kishi’s racial Hit Dice. Mesmerist levels stack with kishi Hit Dice for the purposes of determining the effects of these class abilities (but not other mesmerist class abilities, like tricks or the painful stare). Spells A kishi casts spells as a 1st level sorcerer.
