Tafsir Ibn Kathir: Surah Al-Nahl Ayah 3-4
In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
16:3 He has created the heavens and the earth with truth.
High is He, Exalted above all that they associate as partners with Him.
16:4 He has created man from a Nutfah, then behold, this same (man) becomes an open opponent.
Allah is the One Who has created the Heavens, the Earth, and Man
Allah tells:
He has created the heavens and the earth with truth.
Allah tells us about His creation of the upper realm, which is the heavens, and the lower realm, which is the earth, and everything in them. They have been created for a true purpose, not in vain, so that
He may requite those who do evil with that which they have done (i.e. punish them in Hell), and reward those who do good, with what is best (i.e. Paradise). (53:31)
High is He, Exalted above all that they associate as partners with Him.
He declares Himself to be above the Shirk of those who worship others besides Him.
He is independent of His creation, alone with no partner or associate. For this reason He deserves to be worshipped Alone, without partners.
He has created man from a Nutfah, then behold, this same (man) becomes an open opponent.
Allah mentions how man has been created from a Nutfah, i.e., something that is insignificant, weak and has no value - but when man becomes independent and is able to fend for himself - then he begins to dispute with his Lord, may He be exalted, and disbelieves in Him and fights His Messengers.
But man was created to be a servant, not an opponent, as Allah says:
And it is He Who has created man from water, and gave him descendants, and made Him kindred by marriage, and your Lord is capable (of all things).
And they worship besides Allah, that which can neither profit them nor harm them; and the disbeliever is ever a helper (of Shaytan) against his Lord. (25: 54-55)
And;
Does not man see that We have created him from Nutfah. Yet, behold he stands as an open opponent. And he puts forth for Us a parable, and forgets his own creation.
He says: "Who will give life to these bones after they are rotten and have become dust''
Say: "He will give life to them Who created them the first time! And He is the knower of every creature!'' (36:77-79)
Imam Ahmad and Ibn Majah reported that Busr bin Jahhash said:
"The Messenger of Allah spat in his palm, then he said,
Allah, may He be exalted, says:
"O son of Adam, how could you be more powerful than I when I have created you from something like this, and when I have fashioned you perfectly and made you complete, you walk wearing your two garments and the earth makes a sound (beneath your feet).
You collect money but do not give anything to anyone, then when the soul of a dying person reaches the throat, you say, `I want to give in charity', but it is too late for charity.''

"The Mighty, the Wise." From Surah 17, Al Isra.
Tumblr media
EVEN STILL, the newsman, he does not say the world is like the Allah nor the Allah, he like the world.
About this, there are thee verses:
17: 36-39:
Do not follow what you have no ˹sure˺ knowledge of. Indeed, all will be called to account for ˹their˺ hearing, sight, and intellect.
And do not walk on the earth arrogantly. Surely you can neither crack the earth nor stretch to the height of the mountains.
The violation of any of these ˹commandments˺ is detestable to your Lord.
This is part of the wisdom which your Lord has revealed to you ˹O Prophet˺. And do not set up any other god with Allah ˹O humanity˺, or you will be cast into Hell, blameworthy, rejected.
Commentary:
The next stop on the Mi'raj is Hikmah, wisdom. What is wisdom according to the Prophet? And why did I not include it in the Pillars of Islam?
The term hikmah, which means "wisdom", is used in the Quran in multiple places. The Quran uses hikmah as a positive characteristic of the righteous, a quality of those who truly understand, and even refers to God as "The Mighty, The Wise".
In verse 2:269, the Quran states, "He giveth wisdom [hikmah] unto whom He will, and he unto whom wisdom is given, he truly hath received abundant good". In this context, "wisdom" can be interpreted to mean:
Knowledge and understanding of the Quran
Fear of God
Intelligence ('aql')
Comprehension (fahm)
The power of rational demonstration
Prophethood
The Quran also states in verse 125 of Surah An-Nahl, "Invite ˹all˺ to the Way of your Lord with wisdom and kind advice, and only debate with them in the best manner".
In the Quran and exegetical traditions(2:269). In the Quran, God thus bestows wisdom upon whomever He chooses. In this context, "Wisdom" is interpreted to mean knowledge and understanding of the Quran, fear of God, intelligence ('aql), comprehension (fahm), the power of rational demonstration, or prophethood.
Knowledge can be taught, but wisdom must be learned. Therefore as we are knowing now, all the Sacraments of Islam point to the accumulation of a kind of wisdom no other civilization to date has had. We are not doing very well at this so far, but the reason Allah is the Most High, the Magnificent, the Most Wise, the Forgiving, the Epecially Forgiving is He understands how Hikmah is the product of remorse, of deep sorrow one has not done all one could have, but is willing to try.
This is why we know Allah is the one, He is the One who is always the Most Willing, and why Muhammad went to see Him at the end of his life, hoping to reveal to Allah his Ramadan resulted in great wisdom in the place all of Israel's prophets did the same.

Illuminate the Eternal Light Within the Heart, Not the Brain – Quran 36:68
From the Teachings of Mawlana Shaykh (Q) as taught by Shaykh Nurjan Mirahmadi
A’udhu Billahi Minash Shaitanir Rajeem Bismillahir Rahmanir Raheem
I seek refuge in Allah from Satan, the rejected one In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful
16:70 – “Wallahu khalaqakum thumma yatawaffaakum, wa minkum man yuraddu ila ardhalil `umuri likay, la ya`lama bada `ilmin shayan, innAllaha `Alimun Qadeer.” (Surat An-Nahl)
“And Allah created you; then He will take your souls at death. And among you there are some who are sent back to most abject and a feeble age,  so that they know nothing after having known (so much): for Allah is All-Knowing, All-Powerful.” (The Bee, 16:70)
Alhamdulillahi rabbil alameen as salatu was salamu ala ashraf al mursaleen Sayyidina wa Mawlana Muhammad al Mustafa sallallahu alayhi wa sallam. Madad ya Sayyidi ya Sultan al-Awliya, Mawlana Shaykh Abdullah Faiz al-Daghestani. Unzur halana wa isfalana abiduna bi madadakum wa nazarakum. Madad al haqq, ya hujjatallah al mukhlis.
A’udhu Billahi Minash Shaitanir Rajeem,  Bismillahir Rahmanir Raheem, “Atiullah wa ati ar rasul wa ulil amri minkum.” (Quran 4:59) Always a reminder for myself ana abda kul ajee wa da’eef wa miskin wa dhalim wa jahl, but for the grace of Allah’s (AJ) Rahma be upon us all and to save us from difficulty. May Allah’s (AJ) Rahma to forgive us and inshallah continually bless us for the sake of the love of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ and for the Nation of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ.
We Go Back to Weakness After Strength at Old Age
InshaAllah we start from Surat YaSeen, verse 68 “Wa man nu ‘amirhu nunakishu fil khalqi...” (And he to whom We grant long life and bring onto old age…) Allah (AJ) from this holy month, Rabbi al Thani (6th lunar month), which is the month of the qamar, the month of Surat Al-Qamar (54th chapter of holy Quran), the moon. From the teaching of awliyaullah (saints) and the realities to open the heart of the seeker. That from the secret of Surat YaSeen, the heart of Holy Qur’an, Allah (AJ) is describing in this ayatul kareem (68th) “To whom We bring onto old age, We reverse him in creation making him to go back to weakness after We gave him strength. Have they then no sense?” It’s a warning from Allah (AJ) this life that has been given to you is temporary, there is an accounting and a hisaab.
36:68 – “Wa man nu’ammirHu nunakkis-hu fil khalqi, afala ya’qiloon.” (Surat YaSeen)
“And he to whom We grant long life and bring onto old age, We reverse him in nature (to an abject state, making him to go back to weakness after strength): do they not have mind to understand?” (YaSeen, 36:68)
Some People Are Sent Back to Feeble Age
This next ayat (verse) further explained with the 16th surah, verse 70. “…wa minkum man yuraddu ila ardhalil ‘umuri likay, …”
16:70 – “Wallahu khalaqakum thumma yatawaffaakum, wa minkum man yuraddu ila ardhalil ‘umuri likay, la ya’lama bada ‘ilmin shayan, innAllaha ‘Alimun Qadeer.” (Surat An-Nahl)
“And Allah created you; then He will take your souls at death. And among you there are some who are sent back to most abject and a feeble age, so that they know nothing after having known (so much): for Allah is All- Knowing, All-Powerful.” (The Bee, 16:70)
Allah (AJ) is giving more understanding from the realities of Surat YaSeen in this ayatul kareem, “Allah (AJ) created you and caused you to die.” So we have a death, an ending of this life. “And amongst you is he who is brought back,” means that Allah (AJ) didn’t grant that one death but gave them long life onto this dunya (material world). “Brought back but in the most abject stage of life, so that you know nothing after He hath given you knowledge and Allah is Knower and Powerful.”
Don’t Be Astonished By Knowledge of the Head
This means for our lives and what awliyaullah (saints) come into our life and say, “Don’t be astonished by the knowledge of the head, but seek a path in which your knowledge is from the heart.” Knowledge of the head is very temporary. They illuminate only the brain. They memorize or they have strong memory, and they read and translate and keep talking from their head. These are scientists. These are professors at school. These are lawyers. These are doctors. These are all whom in this dunya (material world), they say, ‘MashaAllah, what a powerful mind you have, what a powerful mind that was.’ A famous scientist, a famous doctor, even famous scholar, zahiri, we are not talking about ahlut tariqah (people of spirtiual paths) and the students of ahlut tariqa, this is different.
This is whom they take their uloom (knowledge) in memorizing books and reciting from books. Everywhere they go, they put many books, and they have to keep reading from them. They are like libraries, huge, some events have many books. Allah (AJ) is warning for external people that you may reach a height of knowledge in which We gave you a strength and knowledge, but we are going to pull it, if it is only from your head.
Having Knowledge of the Head is Like a Donkey Carrying Books
So as they begin to memorize, they keep getting worried about their memory. And so they have to take more books with them everywhere they go. That knowledge that they have is by reading, reciting, reading, reciting. They keep forgetting and they bring more books, more books. Then Allah (AJ) described from our cousins in Holy Qur’an that, ‘This knowledge you have, you carry it with you like a donkey carrying books.’
62:5 – “Masalul lazeena hummilut Tawraata summa lam yahmilohaa kamasalil himaari yahmilu asfaaraa; bi’sa masalul qawmil lazeena kaazzaboo bi aayaatillah; wallaahu laa yahdil qawmaz zaalimeen.” (Surat Al-Jum’a)
“The example of those who were entrusted with the Torah and then did not apply it on is like that of a donkey who carries volumes of books. Wretched is the example of the people who deny/falsify the signs/revelations of Allah. And Allah does not guide the wrongdoing people.” (The Congregation/Friday, 62:5)
This knowledge that you are carrying with you is like a donkey carrying books. Allah (AJ) then doesn’t hold that knowledge in too much esteem. It’s considered like a donkey carrying books. You are bringing this everywhere with you. This is not a knowledge that they are talking about. Because there are many who speak and give out their knowledge from again, scientists, professors, think of all the people in our lives that Allah (AJ) is describing for us. Their knowledge didn’t benefit them, but they have lots of it. And they dispense it everywhere, and they reach a stage in this dunya of power and strength.
Then Allah (AJ) begins to shut the power off and you find them unfortunate in hospitals with Alzheimer’s and dementia. They don’t remember anything. They were not nobody; these were big professors, big scientists, big doctors, big people of dunya (material world). And Allah (AJ) is saying, ‘Take a warning from that. Don’t be under the illusion of a temporary dunya. The uloom (knowledges) in which they talk is very temporary, it is not illuminating the heart.’
Mawlana Jalaluddin Rumi Met the Sun (Shams) and He Threw out Rumi’s Books
Then from Tazkiyyat ul Awliya ق and for us to understand the way of awliyaullah (saints) is from Sayyidina Jalaluddin Rumi ق. For us to understand, he is a big alim (scholar), but from the alim of the books; that was carrying around books and books and wanting to recite from books. He came across one of Allah’s (AJ) awliyaullah (saints) by the name of Shams Tabriz. That should be enough of an understanding: he met the sun! He met a shams. He met one of whom their hearts are illuminated. As a result of the illumination of their heart, they are reflecting these realities.
They came into contact with each other – we give a short version of the story. Shams got his books and threw them into the water. So, Mawlana Rumi ق, a big ‘alim (scholar) walking with books, he came across the path of a wali (saint) and the wali took his books and threw them into the water. He didn’t insult him because there is a haqqaiq (realities) in every step of what is happening. Threw it into the water, didn’t throw it into the mud, didn’t throw into dirt, that is a respect for it. He threw it into ma’i (water). One, I am now going to teach you a secret from that. So Sayyidina Jalalluddin ق got very upset. He said, ‘Why did you throw my books?’ He said, ‘Now pick up your books.’ When he picked up his books, they were not wet.
The Danger of Teaching What You Don’t Practice
He said, “This is what you need to seek. You need to seek realities. Not that which you are carrying with you and memorizing and talking. The danger of going and saying, ‘I have these ten-thousand books or two-thousand books, that I have read and I will talk to you about.’” Allah (AJ) will ask you, “How many of those did you put into practice?” Thousands of ayahs (verses) of Qur’an you want to recite to people, and not one of them you lived by? He is going to ask, these books that you are talking about and talked about all your life, you read them all? Did you practice and live by them? Or it was just you regurgitate and give to people whatever they can take?
And awliyaullah come into our life and say, “No, no, when he threw that into the water, that knowledge was dressed by the ocean of al hayat (ever-living).” When he returned the books to him, pure and purified. He is teaching him now, this knowledge we are going to pull from you, what you think you know because you are coming to us with your cup full. We are going to pull it, not disgrace it. We are going to clean it. We are going to dress it from oceans of al hayat (ever-living) and give it back to you real. It means give it back to you real.
The Knowledge That Didn’t Illuminate You Will Be Lost at Old Age
So now when people are so concerned in their lives that whatever they are doing, their knowledges, their books, their accreditations, their certificates, all that they have, and then this fear that I am going to get old and forget all of them. Awliya (saints) are coming and teaching, ‘Because this knowledge you have, it did not illuminate you, and as a result now the time is in a descent.’ Surat al-Asr where Allah (AJ) describes, ‘Insan (humankind) is in a losing state.’
103:1-3 – “Wal ’Asr. (1) Innal insaana lafee khusr. (2) Illal ladheena aamano wa ‘amilos saalihaati, wa tawasaw bil haqqi wa tawasaw bis Sabr. (3)” (Surat Al-‘Asr)
“By Al ‘Asr (the time)! (1) Verily, Mankind is in loss. (2) Except for those who have believed and done righteous deeds and advised each other to truth and advised each other to patience. (3)” (The Declining Day, 103:1-3)
It means you have a highlight, you have a pinnacle, you have a summer of your life. You reach to that point where you think you are on top of the world. And then you are in a descent [indicates downward motion]. This point at the top is where they say you should worry. If at this point you are on the path with awliyaullah (saints), they will describe. But if you are with people of this dunya (material world), when this point reaches and you begin your descent, it means all, everything is lost; your ability to think is lost. The knowledges that you were thinking and talking to people about are lost from your head. Even the things that you specialized in life of your law, your sciences, your architecture, everything will be lost from your head. And this becomes what Allah (AJ) describes, ‘Like a feeble state’, like a child, they don’t know even how to take care of themselves, God forbid. They did not reach the oceans of al hayat and they did not accomplish what God wanted for them, what Allah (AJ) wanted for them.
The Shams (Sun) Comes to Illuminate the Heart, Not the Head
So then Ahlul Hayat (people of the Ever-living), the shams, why Shams Tabriz? Because they are the sun. The sun is the najm (star). Prophet ﷺ described, ‘All my Companions are like stars’, they are all najm. They are all stars. They are all eternal in their reality.
“Ashabi kan Nujoom, bi ayyihim aqta daytum ahta daytum.”
“My companions are like stars. Follow any one of them and you will be rightly guided.” Prophet Muhammad (pbuh)
Awliyaullah (saints) inherit from Ashab al Kiram, (Noble Companions) from Ahlul Baytul Kiram (Noble Family of Prophet Muhammad ﷺ) and they inherit from that reality that they are a sun. When they come into your life, they are coming to illuminate your heart and say, ‘Don’t focus on the faculty of your head. Your head, when the circuits become old and the energy is gone, that head will be worthless to you.’ Many in dunya (material world), already their head is worthless to them. Imagine as they get older! But, illuminate the heart. Ahlul Hayat, if they come and begin to teach that illuminate your heart. If your heart is illuminated from ocean of al hayat, your entire being will be powered from that illumination.
“Ala wa inna fil Jasadi mudghatan idha salahat salahal jasadu kulluho, wa idha fasadat fasadal jasadu kulluho, ala wa heyal Qalb.”
“There is a piece of flesh in the body, if it becomes good (reformed) the whole body becomes good but if it gets spoiled the whole body gets spoiled and that is the heart.” Prophet Muhammad (pbuh)
The Ones Whose Hearts are Open Have Internal Generator in Their Heart
It is hard to describe a visual. Many things can’t be put into words. You are living a temporary life and the people of dunya (material world), there is like an energy that supports them in had ad-dunya (limit of material world). When the time for that energy is finished, it is like Allah (AJ) cut the power. When the power is gone, the circuits don’t work – it’s finished. That time is finished for that insan (mankind). Those whom their hearts are illuminated, Allah (AJ) is giving them an internal generator. Does it make sense? You are working on and this is only by example, they will say, ‘Where is this in the Qur’an, Shaykh?’ I just described the whole of Qur’an in that. You are taking from the outside power. What Allah (AJ) wanted for us, no, no, no, your heart should be alive!
18:14 – “Wa rabatnaa ‘alaa quloo bihim iz qaamoo faqaaloo Rabbunaa Rabbus samaawaati wal ardi …” (Surat Al-Kahf)
“We gave strength to their hearts: Behold, they stood up and said: “Our Lord is the Lord of the heavens and of the earth:…” (The Cave, 18:14)
Muhammadan Light is from Malakut (Heavens)
When we are reciting salawat that Prophet ﷺ is Muhyi ul Qulub. Prophet ﷺ is Muhyi ul Qulub.
Ya Muhyil qulubi Ya Mahidh dhunubi Salaam ‘Alayk
O the reviver of the hearts, O the eraser of the sins, Peace be upon you
If your heart is with the love of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ, Prophet ﷺ will begin to plant into your heart the Oceans of al Hayat (Ever-Living). It means he is going to make his love like a drop, where Allah (AJ) describes Prophet ﷺ in Surat Nur, 24th surah, 35th verse. ‘This light is not from the East or West.’ We don’t have an east and west, it is not from the rising of the sun and not from setting of the sun. The rising of the sun and setting of sun is only from dunya (material world), there is no sun and moon in Paradise.
Nur Muhammad ﷺ is an Eternally Lit Brilliant Star – ‘Kawkabun Durriyu’
So when Allah (AJ) says, “This is not from mashariq wal magharib,” this is not from rising or setting. It means it’s not from your dunya (material world), this is from malakut (heavens), this Light.
24:35 – “Allahu noorus samawati wal ardi. mathalu noorehi kamishkatin feeha misbahun, almisbahu fee zujajatin, azzujajatu kaannaha kawkabun durriyyun yoqadu min shajaratim mubarakatin zaytoonatil la sharqiyyatin wa la gharbiyyatin yakadu zaytuha yudeeo wa law lam tamsashu narun. Noorun ‘ala noorin. yahdellahu linoorihi man yashao. Wa yadribullah ul amthala linnasi, wallahu bikulli shayin ‘Aleem.” (Surat An-Nur)
“Allah is the Light of the heavens and the earth. The Parable of His Light is as if there were a Niche and within it a Lamp: the Lamp enclosed in Glass: the glass as it were a brilliant star: Lit from a blessed Tree an Olive, neither of the east nor of the west, whose oil is well-nigh luminous, though fire scarce touched it: Light upon Light! Allah guides whom He will to His Light: Allah present examples for the people: and Allah knows all things.” (The Light, 24:35)
We go just to the center of this ayah: ‘It is a Light like in a niche,’ this Light that Allah (AJ) wants us to achieve, ‘it is in a misbah,‘ it’s like in a lantern. These are from haqiqat ul Muhammadiya ﷺ (Muhammadan realities) of where Allah (AJ) placed the Light of Prophet ﷺ. ‘It is like in a glass, like a brilliant star, it is lit from a blessed tree.’ This is not the had (limit) of dunya (material world) tree, this is the Tree of Life, Sidratul Muntaha. Why Allah (AJ) is clarifying ‘not from the rising and setting’? It means it is not from the had (limit) of dunya (material world). Your Earth has rising and setting, My Heavens have no sun and moon. This is from the Oceans of malakut (heavens) and eternal realities. ‘Like an olive tree, blessed, luminous, Light upon Light.’
53:14 – “Inda sidratel Muntaha.” (Surat An-Najm)
“At the Lote Tree of the Utmost Boundary” (The Star, 53:14)
Prophet ﷺ Makes Heart of Awliya (Saints) Like a Bright Lantern
It means seek that Light, seek that reality. Awliyaullah (saints) carry that Light as an inheritance from Sirajun Munira (Illuminating Lamp), that Prophet ﷺ gives to them in their heart. Because if you dive into that ocean, dive into that ocean, and you reach the Maqamul Iman (Station of Faith), in which you love Prophet ﷺ more than you love yourself, and you become from Ahbab un Nabi ﷺ, the lovers of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ, Prophet ﷺ makes your heart to be like a lantern.
(46)” (Surat Al-Ahzab)
“O Prophet, indeed We have sent you as a witness and a bringer of good tidings and a warner. (45) And one who invites to Allah, by His permission, and an illuminating lamp.” (The Combined Forces, 33:45-46)
&
“La yuminu ahadukum hatta akona ahabba ilayhi min walidihi wa waladihi wan Nasi ajma’yeen.”
“None of you will have faith till he loves me more than his father, his children and all mankind.” Prophet Muhammad (pbuh)
When you love Prophet ﷺ more than you love yourself, then what’s in your heart if it’s not yourself? Prophet ﷺ. Because he said, ‘Love me more than you love yourself.’ If you achieved that, it means your self is no longer in your heart. What is in your heart? It is Prophet ﷺ. He says, ‘I make for your being like a lamp. Where you go, you are giving a luminous light to everything.’ If they accompany you, you will revive the dead heart. If that Light enters into the heart of the believer and makes them to be illuminated by Allah’s (AJ) Grace and Might, it means they begin to power all their being.
Dude (Worms) Don’t Eat Ahlul Wadud (Lovers) of Prophet ﷺ in Grave
Even as they are growing old, many awliyaullah (saints), and there are many proofs in this dunya (material world), they bury them when they passed away. They reopened the grave to move it because of construction, they are fresh in their grave as if you saw them yesterday. How? When you don’t have energy and you don’t have anything in your heart, what’s going to come if you don’t have wadud (love)? Dude is coming for you. What is dude? Everyone calls everybody dude, but dude means ‘worm’ in Arabic. If you are not Ahlul Wadud (poeple of love), because Ahl al Wadud are filled with love. Qul in kuntum tuhibbunallah fattabiouni yuhbibkumullah.
3:31 – “Qul in kuntum tuhibbon Allaha fattabi’oni, yuhbibkumullahu wa yaghfir lakum dhunobakum wallahu Ghaforur Raheem.” (Surat Ali-Imran)
“Say, [O Muhammad], “If you should love Allah, then follow me, [so] Allah will love you and forgive you your sins. And Allah is Forgiving and Merciful.” (Family of Imran, 3:31)
If Allah (AJ) loves you and you are Ahlul Wudud, nothing on this earth can eat from you. They can’t bite you, and they can’t make you their ta’am, their food. They are fresh. They have an energy source within their heart and their soul, still sparking and powering their body that is parked in their grave. Their force of energy is not out, but inside, coming from malakut (heavens), where Allah (AJ) describes that Power, “Kulli shay (everything)”, it is the Power of everything this malakut.” If they reached to that, their hearts are lit, their body are secured by energy.
36:83 – “Fasubhanal ladhee biyadihi Malakotu kulli shay in wa ilayhi turja’oon.” (Surat YaSeen)
“Therefore Glory be to Him in Whose hand is the dominion/ kingdom over everything in heavens, and to Him you will be returned.” (YaSeen, 36:83)
There is no dude (worm) eating them. Ironic how this dunya (material world), people call each other ‘dude’. Do you think Allah brought a program so that we would understand? So why do people go around calling each other ‘worm’? So that we would understand. Allah (AJ) is giving hints in the program, it has been written. Whatever Prophet ﷺ brought for us, we see the signs everywhere.
Awliya (Saints) are More Powerful and Knowledgeable at Their Old Age
So illuminate the heart, bring the light within the heart. That illumination will illuminate everything and they don’t become feeble. Awliyaullah (saints) in their old age become much more powerful, much more knowledgeable, much more with yaqeen (certainty). Not becoming senile and losing of the mind because all their life was just on their dunya (material world). But awliyaullah (saints) come and teach, “No, open the realities of the heart. Bring the light of this heart. Bring the realities of the heart.”
Tafakkur (Contemplation) and Learn Good Manners to Attain Mercy
Make tafakkur, contemplate and learn good manners. That is why Shams Tabriz began to teach that this knowledge of the books is of no value to you. Allah (AJ) describes one of Allah’s students, that Nabi Musa (as) wanted to meet, that, ‘he attained the rahma and We taught him the Knowledge of Heavens.’
18:65 – “Fawajada ‘abdan min ‘ibadinaa ataynahu rahmatan min ‘indina wa ‘allamnahu mil ladunna ‘ilma.” (Surat Al-Kahf)
“So they found one of Our servant from among Our servants, on whom We had bestowed Mercy from Ourselves and whom We had taught [unseen/heavenly] knowledge from Our own Presence…” (The Cave, 18:65)
So, it means attain a rahmah (mercy) is through the adab (manners), through the tariqah (spiritual path), it means the good character. All of those qualities that the turuq (spiritual paths) have. Come to learn manners. Come to learn good character. Come to take away badness. And do muhasabah and accounting at night.
Love of Prophet ﷺ Revives the Heart and Washes Away the Sins
Do tafakkur (contemplation) and muraqaba (meditation) and bring Allah’s (AJ) eternal lights within the heart. This means bring the love of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ into the hearts. Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ becomes Muhyil Qulub.
Ya Muhyil qulubi Ya Mahidh dhunubi Salaam ‘Alayk
O the reviver of the hearts, O the eraser of the sins, Peace be upon you.
And the salawat we were reciting says “Mahidh Dhunub” not only will Prophet ﷺ revive the heart, that he will wash and clean away the sins because if the light of Prophet ﷺ. ‘If you love me more than you love yourself’
“La yuminu ahadukum hatta akona ahabba ilayhi min walidihi wa waladihi wan Nasi ajma’yeen.”
“None of you will have faith till he loves me more than his father, his children and all mankind.” Prophet Muhammad (pbuh)
Light of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ Cleanses Your Heart of Falsehood
Prophet ﷺ is teaching that, ‘If my Light begins to enter into your heart,’ do you think “Qul ja al haqq wa zahaqal batil”, that every falsehood in you, Prophet’s ﷺ Light is going to be sitting with that?
17:81 – “Wa qul jaa alhaqqu wa zahaqal baatil, innal batila kana zahoqa.” (Surat Al-Isra)
“And say, Truth has come, and falsehood has perished. Indeed falsehood, [by its nature], is ever perishing/bound to perish.” (The Night Journey, 17:81)
If this Light begins to come into the heart, the Light of Prophet ﷺ will destroy all falsehood. No falsehood stands in the presence of Prophet ﷺ. That is why these people can’t clean themselves, and they don’t leave their sins and they don’t leave their bad actions. Ahbab un Nabi ﷺ, lovers of Prophet ﷺ, they don’t need to clean themselves. Prophet ﷺ is cleaning them because the love of Prophet ﷺ is all in their heart. And when that Light is coming, it’s cleansing and cleaning everything with Izzatullah (Allah’s (AJ) Might and Magnificence).
(Surat Al-Baqarah)
“Just as We have sent among (within) you a messenger of your own, reciting to you Our Signs, and purifying you, and teaching you the Book/Scripture (Quran) and Wisdom, and teaching you New Knowledge, that which you did not know.” (The Cow, 2:151)
We pray that Allah (AJ) grant more and more understanding in this month from the barakah (blessings) of Sayyidatina Fatima Zahra (as) that dress us, bless us, become qamarun and prepare for us the holy month of Rajab, Shaban and Ramadan inshaAllah.
Bi hurmatil Muhammad al Mustafa wa bi sirri surat al fatiha.

The Meaning of "La ilaha illallah"
There is no 'true deity' except Allah
Tawheed indicates the nature of God. La ilaha illallah is the true meaning: There is no true God but Allah. Allah says: "We have sent to every messenger before you the revelation that there is no God but Me, so worship Me." Surah Ambiya: 25. "And indeed We have sent a Messenger to every nation, saying: Worship Allah and avoid the Taghut." Surah Nahl: 36.

What are the Ten Commandments that were given to Hz. Moses?
“And remember We took a covenant from the children of Israel (to this effect): worship none but Allah; treat with kindness your parents and kindred, and orphans and those in need; speak fair to the people; be steadfast in prayer; and give Zakat. then did ye turn back except a few among you, and ye backslide (even now). And remember We took your Covenant (to this effect): shed no blood amongst you, nor turn out your own people from your homes; and this ye solemnly ratified, and to this you were witness.” (Surah al-Baqara, 2/83,84)
In these verses, sons of Israelites are reminded of some religious and moral obligations which they are obliged to do and which are known as “ten commandments” in Jewish-Christian literature; it is also mentioned that God took covenant from them for exercising these duties. The orders which are mentioned in the Torah that God wrote with “His own fingers” on the tablets and conveyed to the sons of Israelites by Hz. Moses (AS) are as follows (Exodus, 20,32/15,20/1-17)
1. You shall have no other gods before me.
2. You shall not make for yourself an idol.
3. You shall not make wrongful use of the name of the Lord your God.
4. You shall do no work on the Sabbath day.
5. Honor your father and your mother.
6. You shall not murder.
7. You shall not commit adultery.
8. You shall not steal.
9. You shall not bear false witness.
10. You shall not covet anything that belongs to your neighbor.
It is understood from the verse 101 of the chapter of al-Isra of the glorious Qur’an, “To Moses We did give nine Clear Signs: ask the Children of Israel” that the nine verses of the Torah are referred to except the prohibition of Sabbath day, which is included in its ten commandments. The respect for the Sabbath Day is a ruling judgment for only Jews. (see an-Nahl 16/124.)
It is seen in the verses of the glorious Qur’an that there are some judgments from those Ten Commandments such as not accepting any false gods other than Allah, helping the parents, neighbors, orphans and the poor ones, speaking nice words towards humans, performing salah and giving alms, not shedding blood of anyone, avoid excluding your citizens from their countries. Except the prohibition of Sabbath Day, the Ten Commandments are the common teachings of all divine religions that were sent to the prophets and Muslims are also responsible with such orders as stated by the glorious Qur’an. (See, al-Anaam 6/151-153; al-Isra 17/23-39.)
In the verse of 83 of al-Baqara, it is stated that the majority of the sons of Israelites broke their promise in the course of time; that is, they did not obey the commandments and the Jews who lived during the period of the prophet Muhammad (PBUH) also rejected to obey these commands.
The rules included in the ten commandments are a necessity of human nature and universal principles; therefore, they are in question not only in Judaism but also in other heavenly religions.
The belief of oneness (tawhid), which forms the first one of the ten commandments, is the first and basic principle on which the Quran focuses. (al-Baqara 2/163; al-An‘am 6/19, 102; al-Isra 17/23)
The second commanded is related to the prohibition of idolatry; the Quran prohibits both polytheism and worshipping anyone other than Allah. (an-Nisa 4/36, 116, 171; al-An‘am 6/151; al-A‘raf 7/191-195; Yunus 10/18; an-Nahl, 16/20)
It is prohibited to mention Allah’s name unnecessarily, that is, to commit perjury by using Allah’s name is prohibited in the Quran too. (al-Baqara 2/224; al-Maida 5/89; an-Nahl 16/91)
The prohibition of Saturday is a penalty and sanction peculiar to Sons of Israel; the Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) abolished it like the other liabilities related to other ummahs. (al-A‘raf, 7/157)
Issues like showing respect to parents (al-Baqara, 2/83; al-Isra 17/ 23), not killing people (al-Baqara, 2/84; an-Nisa, 4/29; al-Maida, 5/32), not stealing (al-Maida, 5/38; al-Mumtahina, 60/12), not committing fornication (an-Nur, 24/30-31), not committing perjury against one’s neighbor, not trying to grab the possessions of one’s neighbor (al-Baqara, 2/83; an-Nisa, 4/36; al-Furqan, 25/ 72) are included in the Quran too.
Ibn Abbas states that the commandments and prohibitions in the chapter of al-Isra (17/22-39) existed in the tablets of Hz. Musa (Moses) too. (Fakhruddin ar-Razi, XX, 214) The commandments and prohibitions in the chapter of al-An‘am (6/151-153) are similar to ten commandments and are known as ten commandments or ten wills.

21. If someone asks you: “What do all of the Messengers call the people to?”
Say: They call them to worship Allaah alone without any partner.
The proof for this is Allaah's saying:
وَلَقَدْ بَعَثْنَا فِي كُلِّ أُمَّةٍ رَسُولاً أَنِ اعْبُدُوا اللَّهَ وَاجْتَنِبُوا الطَّاغُوتَ
"And We have indeed sent a Messenger to every nation (saying): ‘Worship Allaah alone and avoid the false gods."

Tafsir Ibn Kathir: Surah Al-Nahl Ayah 68-69
In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
16:68 And your Lord inspired the bee, saying: "Take you habitations in the mountains and in the trees and in what they (humans) erect.''
16:69 "Then, eat of all fruits, and follow the routes that your Lord made easy (for you).''
There comes forth from their bellies, a drink of varying colors, in which there is a cure for men.
There is indeed a sign in that for people who reflect.
In the Bee and its Honey there is Blessing and a Lesson
Allah says,
And your Lord inspired the bee, saying: "Take you habitations in the mountains and in the trees and in what they (humans) erect. Then, eat of all fruits,
What is meant by inspiration here is guidance.
The bee is guided to make its home in the mountains, in trees and in structures erected by man.
The bee's home is a solid structure, with its hexagonal shapes and interlocking forms there is no looseness in its combs. Then Allah decrees that the bee will have permission to eat from all fruits and to follow the ways which Allah has made easy for it, wherever it wants to go in the vast spaces of the wilderness, valleys and high mountains. Then each bee comes back to its hive without swerving to the right or left, it comes straight back to its home where its offspring and honey are. It makes wax from its wings, and regurgitates honey from its mouth, and lays eggs from its rear, then the next morning it goes out to the fields again.
and follow the routes of your Lord made easy (for you), Qatadah and Abdur-Rahman bin Zayd bin Aslam said:
"This means, in an obedient way,''
understanding it to be a description of the route of migration.
Ibn Zayd said that this is like the Ayah:
And We have subdued them for them so that some they may ride and some they may eat. )36:72(
He said:
"Do you not see that they move the bees' home from one land to another, and the bees follow them!''
The first opinion is clearly the more likely, as it describes the routes that the bees follow, i.e., `follow these routes as they are easy for you.'
This was stated by Mujahid.
Ibn Jarir said that both opinions are correct.
There comes forth from their bellies, a drink of varying colors, wherein is healing for men.
meaning, honey, that is white, yellow, red, or of other good colors, depending on the different things that the bees eat.
in which there is a cure for men.
meaning there is a cure in honey for diseases that people suffer from.
Some of those who spoke about the study of Prophetic medicine said that;
if (Allah) had said, `in which there is the cure for men', then it would be the remedy for all diseases,
but He said, `in which there is a cure for men', meaning that it is the right treatment for every "cold'' disease, because it is "hot'', and a disease should be treated with its opposite.
Al-Bukhari and Muslim recorded in their Sahihs from Qatadah from Abu Al-Mutawakkil Ali bin Dawud An-Naji from Abu Sa`id Al-Khudri that;
a man came to the Messenger of Allah and said, "My brother is suffering from diarrhea.''
He said (Give him honey to drink).
The man went and gave him honey, then he came back and said, "O Messenger of Allah! I gave him honey to drink, and he only got worse.''
The Prophet said,
Go and give him honey to drink.
So he went and gave him honey, then he came back and said, "O Messenger of Allah! it only made him worse.''
The Prophet said,
Allah speaks the truth and your brother's stomach is lying. Go and give him honey to drink.
So he went and gave him honey, and he recovered.''
It is reported in the Two Sahihs from A'ishah, may Allah be pleased with her, that the Messenger of Allah used to like sweet things and honey.
This is the wording of Al-Bukhari, who also reported in his Sahih from Ibn Abbas that the Messenger of Allah said:
Healing is to be found in three things:
• the cut made by the cupper, or
• drinking honey, or
• in branding with fire (cauterizing),
but I have forbidden my Ummah to use branding.
There is indeed a sign in that for people who reflect.
meaning in the fact that Allah inspires this weak little creature to travel through the vast fields and feed from every kind of fruit, then gather it for wax and honey, which are some of the best things, in this is a sign for people who think about the might and power of the bee's Creator Who causes all of this to happen.
From this they learn that He is the Initiator, the All-Powerful, the All-Wise, the All-Knowing, the Most Generous, the Most Merciful.

"The Will." From Surah 16, Surah An Nahl, the Bee.
Tumblr media
Humanity can still not make peace with God over the insurrection of Donald Trump and the Republican Party against the human race. He is still on the November 2024 election ballot, world leaders debate our futures in the hands of this filthy, filthy, stupid and guilty man.
Shame on them.
On world that is drowning in fear and hungering for hope, feverish in the heat of this moment, our planet's managers decide not in favor of us but in favor of a process that has never once born fruit.
About this, the Quran has Verses:
16: 36-42:
We surely sent a messenger to every community, saying, “Worship Allah and shun false gods.” But some of them were guided by Allah, while others were destined to stray. So travel throughout the land and see the fate of the deniers!
Even though you ˹O Prophet˺ are keen on their guidance, Allah certainly does not guide those He leaves to stray, and they will have no helpers.
They swear by Allah their most solemn oaths that Allah will never raise the dead to life. Yes ˹He will˺! It is a true promise binding on Him, but most people do not know.
˹He will do that˺ to make clear to them what they disagreed on, and for the disbelievers to know that they were liars.
If We ever will something ˹to exist˺, all We say is: “Be!” And it is!
As for those who emigrated in ˹the cause of˺ Allah after being persecuted, We will surely bless them with a good home in this world. But the reward of the Hereafter is far better, if only they knew.
˹It is˺ they who have patiently endured, and in their Lord they put their trust.
Commentary:
Everyone can see things are not going well. To insist upon a debate about the potential for things to go worse for any reason is absolutely not acceptable. If this world were in the hands of believers in true gods, there would not be a problem to be seen.
Recall the Quran explains how perfect God made this place, perfect is how it should be right now and forever more.
Donald Trump is one of the liars the Quran warns us about. Him and all of his kin and ilk, and they must not have any more of our lifetimes to spend.
The Quran says to stand up for what is right. If you know the cause of Allah is right, and you know His Verses will lead in the right direction, and humanity deserves some good news and reasons to cheer, then you know now is the time to tell those huckleberries in NATO to take Donald Trump outside, into an alley, shoot him in the head and dump the body in a trash dumpster.
Allah knows all the evil he has done and so do we. There is no need to wonder how much more he is capable of doing or who is going to clean it up next time. If Donald Trump is permitted to compete, if he wins, if he is sworn in, every square inch of this planet will be scourged, especially locations with oil, Muslims, and Jews.
The Quran says one cannot knowingly destroy oneself. This is a sin God will not forgive. If we are to own a clean, healthy, and productive world, just as the Quran says God wills, then we must will it too.
By agreeing to aid an enemy of the state, Donald Trump has violated his oath of office and rights of citizenship and as a former and possible future head of state. Such treasonable behavior can be brutally punished.
Dashing the world's hopes against the rocks by pretending his life is valuable and can be placed above ours is ridiculous and illegal. Put him down and let's move on.

In the name of ALLĀH the most Beneficent the most merciful
TOPIC: Aslu Dīn (The foundation of religion)
Aslu Dīn (The foundation of religion)- is known as first part of shahādatain kalima which is
"Lā ilāha illallāh" and with this message every prophet came to every ummah(nation) and ALLĀH Azza'wajal created us only for this purpose, only to worship ALLĀH alone by not associating anything with him. So whoever doesn't know or fulfilled Aslu Dīn cannot be a believer (muslim). So whoever doesn't know or fulfill Aslu Dīn is consider as Asli Mushrik kāfir (original polytheist disbeliever) who never entered Islam even if the person claimed to be a born Muslim or a revert muslim. There is NO excuse regarding Aslu Dīn and ignorance in knowledge (uzur bil jahl), misinterpretation (wrong ta'wīl) blindly fallowing a scholar (being a muqallid) are NOT excuses for Aslu Dīn because ALLĀH established Hujjah upon Mankind by Qur-an and sending prophets. This is the foundation of religion clear like day and night.
Aslu Dīn/The foundation of religion is "Lā ilāh illallāh" and its divided into 2 category and that is known as 2 pillar is "Lā ilāh" which means kufr bit taghoot(Dis belief in false Gods) and the second pillar is "illallāh" which means
Al emaan Billah Belief in ALLĀH)
evidence for this the speech of,
The Almighty Allāh says:
"There is no compulsion in the religion. Verily the right path has become distinct from the wrong path. Whoever rejects taghoot and believes in Allāh,than he has grasped the most trust worthy hand hold that will never break, and Allāh is the All hearing All knowing."
[Surah al-Baqarah ayah:256]
And Allāh says:
And verily, we have sent among every ummah (nation) a messenger (proclaiming) worship ALLĀH (alone) and avoid (or keep away from) Taghoot (All false deities ect. i.e do not worship Taghūtbesides ALLĀH) Then of them were some whom the straying was justified so travel through the land and see what was the end of those who denied (the truth)
[surah An-Nahl ayah:36]
The Mujaddid (Renewal) of islam, Al-Imam of Nadj,ash-shaykh Muhammad ibn Abdul-Wahhāb (may Allāh mercy upon him) mention in his book "Rīsālah Aslu Dīn al-Islām wa Qā'datuhu,
Page, 01'
Aslu Dīn Al-islam and its principles are in two issues:
The first: The Commandment of worshipping Allāh alone who has no partnership, the inciation to this, allaying based on this and declaring takfīr on who ever leaves this.
The second: Warning againts shirk in the worship of Allāh,being harsh in this. Having enmity based on this and declaring takfīr on whoever commits this.
First pillar of kufr bit taghoot (Disbelief on false Gods and false deities)
What is taghoot?
There are 5 heads of taghoot
1.shaytān who calls you to obey, worship or fallow different from Allāh (can be iblees,Jinn, man)
Allāh almighty said:
"Did I not command you o children of Adam? That you should not worship shaitan, verily he is a plain enemy to you, and that you should worship me alone, that is the straight path and indeed he did lead astray a great multitude of you, did you not, then understand?
[Surah Yasin:36:60:62]
2.) The ruler who replaces the shari'ah (The Laws of Allā) with other Laws.
ALLĀH Almighty said:
Have you seen those who claim to believe in what was sent to you and sent down before you? And they wish to go to judgement in their disputes (Tahakum) to the taghoot while have been ordered to reject them but shaytān wishes to lead them far astray.
[Nisa'a 4:60]
3.) Whoever judges different from what Allāh revealed.
Allāh almighty said:
"Whoever judges by other than what Allāh revealed is Al-kafirun"
[Ma'idah 5:54]
The meaning here is the judges or the ruler or any similar. Also any person who ruler/judges by other than what Allāh revealed even in his own home is kafīr.
4.) Anyone who claims that he knows the ghaib (e.i unseen knowledge) instead of what Allāh has informed us.
Allāh almighty said:
(ALLĀH) is the all knower of the ghaib, and he (ALLĀH) does not revealed to anybody, the ghaib [Jinn 72:26]
Allāh almighty said:
And with him (Allāh the most high) are the key of ghaib.None knows it but he and he knows whatever is in land nd the sea; not a leaf falls but he knows it, there is not grain in the darkness of the earth nor anything fresh or dry, but is written in clear record" [An'am 6:59]
5.) The one who has been worshipped instead of Allāh and the consents to be worshipper.
Allāh almighty said:
"And the one claims "I am ilāh" we will reward him with hellfire this is how we reward the oppressors" [Anbiyah 21:29]
The above 5 heads og taghoot are mentioned in the book "kitaab ut Tawheed" by shaykh Muhammad ibn Abdul wahhāb [Rahimahullah]
HOW TO DISBELIEVE IN TAGHOOT?
So the person who utters shāhadatyn kalima must learn above knowledge as its menyioned, only than the person can fulfill the first pillar with its 5 conditions below there are 5 conditions of this pillar.
This 5 conditions of Al-kufr bit-taghoot:
1.To believe that the worship of taghūt is Baatil (false useless) The way you declare kufr in taghoot is to first to believe that it (Taghoot) is false hood.
Allāh almighty said:
That is because of ALLĀH-He is the truth, and what they invoker besides him, it is Baatil and verily, ALLĀH he is the most high, the most great. [Hajj 22:63]
2.) To keep distance from taghoot (Ijtinaab ut taghūt) It is essential that we distance ourselves from all Taghūt.
Allāh almighty said:
"And verily we have sent among every ummah a messenger (proclaiming) "wirship Allāh (alone) and keep distance from Taghūt. Then of them were some whom Allāh guided and of them were some upon whom the straying was justified. So travel through the land and see what was the end of those who denied"
[Surah Nahl 16:36]
3.) Declairing animosty toward Taghoot (Al- A daawa lil taghoot) you must hate Taghūt and declare war on taghūt.

The Right Religion
Allah sent all His Messengers with ISLAM then , they called their people to unite Allah ( i.e. to believe that there is only one God ) and ascribe no partners to Him , and to disbelieve in other idols (i.e. avoid it ) .
Allâh the Exalted says:
"To every community We sent a messenger: Worship Allah, and avoid idolatry."
an - Nahl ( 16 - 36 )
So the religion of all Messengers is one .
Allah the Exalted says :
"Indeed , the Religion with Allah is Islam "
But the difference among them is the law ( Sharia law) , and
legal status ( Ahkâm ) .
Allah the Exalted said :
" For each of you We have assigned a law and a method ".
The prophet Muhammad ( P.B.U.H ) said : ( The Prophets are brothers, their mothers are different and their religion is one).
It was related by Al- Bukari , and Muslim.
Allah Have taken a covenant on all prophets to believe in Muhammad ( peace and blessings of Allah be upon him ) and his followers when he comes, and when the Almighty sent him he makes his legislations null to all previous laws and ordered all creations to follow him .
Moses and Jesus followers didn't straighten on their God's matter =religion. The toners and monks distorted Torah to satisfy their whims =according to their desires.
Allah says :
" Because of their breaking their pledge, We cursed them, and made their hearts hard. They twist the words out of their context, and they disregarded some of what they were reminded of. You will always witness deceit from them, except for a few of them ".
Otherwise, the Torah and the Bible are comanded to believe the Prophet Mohammed (P.B.U.H ) and to follow him .
who disbelieves in Muhammad he has disbelieves in the Torah and the Bible.
Allah keeps the Quran from change.
Allah says :(we have without doubt, sent down the message, and we all assuredly guard it (from corruption ).
Because Allah keeps it, the holy Quran doesn't change -even a single letter of it -over the centuries, with the intensity of the campaign of unbelievers on the Muslims and the invasion of the crusaders and tatars and the attempts of modern colonialism and orientalists but all of them fail and this is a miracle.
Our prophet Muhammad ( P.B.U.H ) has challenged all mankind with that eternal miracle to bring one surah alike but they fail.
The pure belief =faith gives evidence that Islam is the true religion; God alone is the manager of the universe and has no partner in creating and livelihood and there is no one manages the matter with him, there is no one worthy to be worshipped with him (i.e no true God except Him ) , as it is described with all perfection and impeccable.
While in Christianity, the Lord marries and gives birth "Glory be to Him He is high above all what they say - Exalted and Great (beyond measure ).
Islam invalidates the doctrine of the trinity and nullifies the divinity of Jesus and his mother.
Allah says :( Christ the son of Mary was no more than a messenger, many were the messengers that passed away before him . His mother was a woman of truth. They had both to eat their (daily)food.
Al-maaida (75).
God doesn't eat nor drink, nor give birth and was not born, but Is rich than any other.
So, how can Jesus and his mother be God ?!
