Fire Flower types across the Mario Universe

Mushroom Kingdom

The most common version of Fire Flowers that appear throughout the Mario universe, giving the user Fire Forms and the ability to throw fireballs

Dinosaur Land

The Dinosaur Land variant was the appearance of an orange tulip

Sarasaland (Superball Flower)

Sarasaland doesn't any have Fire Flowers but instead has a unique flower called Superball Flowers which transform Mario into Superball Mario, which gives him the ability to throw balls that ricochet

Mario Land

The Mario Land Fire Flowers have a similar appearance to Dinosaur Land's and give Fire Mario a unique design, giving him a feather on his head

Space

Even though it might look the same, the function is different, while it does give the user Fire Forms, it does not wear off when badly hit and instead wears off via a time limit

Paper Mario Universe

The Fire Flowers in Paper Mario 64 and Thousand Year Door have an appearance that's a mix between their main and Dinosaur Land counterpart

In the Super Mario Bros. game style of Super Mario Maker 2, if a Superball Flower, a Spiny Shell helmet, and a POW Block all fall on top of Mario in quick succession, he will become stuck and will be entirely unable to escape. The course needs to be restarted manually or the timer must run out to continue playing.

okay here’s my superball headcanons. sorry

i think he likes rap music. if you know why then. sorry

he’s figuring out if he likes men yet. being around sam and max automatically does this. it’s like a gay trigger

i think under his glasses he has brown eyes :)

he doesn’t express his emotions out right, but he does write all of them down in a diary somewhere. his daughter got it for him so it’s all pink and glittery and writes in it with a fuzzy pink pen. he mainly just writes about his day, and sometimes about the moments that make him upset (a lot of it recently has been about max)

he can sleep standing up. he actually finds it comfortable

he’s 5′9

i think he collects little trinkets. whenever he has to be in sam and max’s place (often), he sometimes talks about all the stuff they have and how interesting it is. sam is like :D and max is like great another hoarder

he likes to fidget with his hands. i will not stop until i make every character i like autistic

he has some combat training. one time max was trying to bite him and superball gently wrestled him off of his back. max asks why he doesn’t do that more often cause it’s cool, and sam says to ignore him.

sam and max are probably his best friends. whether that’s a good or bad thing is up for you and him to decide.

i think he likes tea over coffee. coffee makes him irritable (superball: sorry for my tone today sir, i had coffee. it makes me...act different. max: you sound the exact same.)

i think he wanted to more musical stuff when he was younger but guarding doors pays too well. he still does it when he has free time though. he majored in music in college btw.

he has novelty socks. they’re cute. to me

he also has cool novelty ties but he only wears them when he’s out doing “casual” stuff. and yes even on break he still wears the suit.

he plays video games, but mainly with his kids to spend time with them or for max when max cant beat a level in mario and sam refuses to help him for the 11th time

he has a tattoo somewhere. classified info. can’t tell you anything more than that

There's a powerup called the superball flower. Outside of Mario Maker 2 its only appearance ever in the entire series was in Super Mario Land for the Game Boy, which was the game where Daisy debuted.

So if we knew that Daisy was going to be in the next film then I would say the Superball flower.

But because we don't know if Daisy will be in the next film and I think it would be strange to include it if she'd not there I went with the spring mushroom on the grounds that I actually really liked it in Galaxy.

Daisy Land Day 2: Superball Daisy

The one Sarasaland-Native Powerup. It’s the one Princess Daisy has most control over, being basically the ability to summon and launch balls, the sporty princess was made for this.

When picking up the Superball Flower, Daisy becomes greyscale and she gets the hair and dress she had when she first met Tatanga and Mario.

Tatanga doesn’t like the superball. It stings.

Bee Mushroom - there are no clouds flowers or honeycombs in sex, and flying won't be of much use either. 1/10

Big Mushroom - Makes Mario much bigger, probably worse for having sex with normal sized people. -5/10

Blimp Fruit is a Yoshi Powerup

Blue Shell - Going into shell mode is probably harder, but it does have a lot of holes. -2/10

Boo Mushroom - Being able to turn intangible is extremely useful. 8/10

Boomerang Flower - Boomerangs add nothing to the table that wasn't already there. 0/10

Boost Star - What does this even do?? Is it an interactive porno?? ???/10

Bull Pot is a Wario Powerup

Bullet Bill Mask - Self explanatory 0/10

Buzzy Shell - Self explanatory 0/10

Cannon Box - 1/10, if only for the fact cannon balls could somehow be used in sex

Carrot - 5/10 if you are a furry, 2/10 for non furries

Cloud Flower - No specific use but experience would be improved overall, 3/10

Coin Box - Who wants coins all over the place?? -9/10

Coin Rush Star - Self explanatory 0/10

Dash Pepper is a Yoshi Powerup

Double Cherry - Very easy 10/10

Dragon Crystal is a Wario Powerup

Dragon Pot is a Wario Powerup

Dry Bones Shell - Would have given a 0/10 if not for the ability to turn into bones. 1/10

Eagle Statue is a Wario Powerup

Fire Flower - Is controllable, so -3/10.

Frog Suit - 1/10 just for not being very useful

Garlic Bottle is a Wario Powerup

Garlic Pot is a Wario Powerup

Giga Cat Mario - Its those fetishes where one person is super big and also in a fur suit. 9/10

Gold Block - Same as Coin Box, -9/10

Gold Flower - -10/10 what if you kill someone

Goomba Mask - 0/10 or -10/10 depending on who it is

Goomba's Shoe - 1/10 It's just a shoe

Hammer - -10/10 its not even controllable you are bound to kill everybody

Hammer Suit - -5/10 at least you can control this one

Ice Flower - I can see legitimate use for this, so 7/10

Invincibility Bell, Leaf, and Mushroom - Another 0/10 or -10/10 depending on who it is
