Onion petals - 1½
Chopped beans
Slit green chilies - as per preference.
Chopped carrot
Oil - 6 tbsp
Deseeded tomato - 1½, chopped tomato - 6
Tomato sauce - 6 tbsp
Garam Masala - 1.5 tsp
Thinly sliced ginger - 3 inches
Chopped garlic - 9
Chopped Onion - 1½, petals - 1½ 
Baby corn chopped
Peas
Cumin - 3 tsp
Kasuri Methi - 3 tsp
Salt as per taste
Capsicum tricolour - 4 ½
Butter - 3 tbsp
Pepper - as per preference
Turmeric powder - 1.5 tsp
Coriander leaves chopped
Garam masala - 1.5 tsp
Coriander powder - 3 tsp
Chilli powder - 3 tsp
Instructions:
In a pan, heat the butter. Once it melts, add the carrot, tomato, peas, and baby corn, chopped. 
Add salt and sauté it on high heat for a minute. Add the chopped capsicums.
Once added, stir-fry the vegetables until they shrink. Remember, it has to be crunchy, even if it is shredded.
Keep it aside.
In a wok, add 2 tablespoons of oil, turmeric, chilli powder, coriander powder, and salt, and sauté it until it turns aromatic. Do not burn it.
Once aromatic, add in the chopped tomatoes and sauté until mushy. 
Now add the tomato sauce and mix well till it forms a saucy consistency.
Once saucy, add the sauteed vegetables. Add garam masala and pepper powder.
Keep sautéing on a high flame.
Switch off and add in the chopped coriander leaves.
The delicious vegetable jalfrezi is ready to be served with hot naan, chapati, roti, or even noodles.

Konjam Salt, Konjam Sweet Sharkara Upperi - Onam Special
As Onam nears, all we could remember is Sadhya. The appetising Sadhya consisting of all 26 dishes is what matters. In this blog, we’ll see how to make one of those 26 dishes, Upperi, along with refined sunflower oil manufacturers. Upperi, also known as Shankara Upperi, is a mild banana dessert produced in Kerala by deep-frying nendran cubes, simmering them in jaggery syrup, and then roasting them in rice flour. The traditional dish Sharkara Upperi, which keeps well for several weeks, is prepared at home when there is a good nendran banana harvest.
Ingredients:
One cup of chopped raw Nendran banana
Jeera powder (¼ teaspoon)
Rice flour (2 tablespoons)
Jaggery (⅓ cup)
Dry ginger powder (¼ teaspoon)
Sundew refined sunflower oil for deep frying
Method:
In warm water, soak the jaggery. Once it is slightly thick, heat it on a low flame. Check for one-string consistency. Once done, strain, cool down, and set aside.
In another pan, roast the rice flour without letting the colour change. When smoke begins to appear, turn off the heat and place the pan aside to cool.
Peel the skin off a raw banana and chop it into bite-sized pieces.
Deep-fry the chopped banana in hot oil until the sizzling sound subsides and it turns golden brown. Place the drainage in a tissue and keep it aside.
In the meantime, prepare the jeera powder, dry ginger powder, and cardamom powder by heating the jaggery syrup in a pan.
When the jaggery syrup bubbles up and thickens like honey and begins to form single threads, add the powders, mix well, and then add the fried chips and simmer until the syrup is thoroughly absorbed, about 2–3 minutes, then turn off the heat.
After that, stir in the roasted rice flour as the chips are being coated.
Sharkara Upperi should be chilled and kept in an airtight container.

Mughlai Paneer- From the Era of King and Queen
Made with boiled onion paste made up of curd, cashwenuts, saffron, and onion, Mughlai paneer dates right back to the royal kitchens of the era of kings and queens. It is a dish that is not too fiery like kadai paneer; it is one of the mild dishes that is refreshing with an enticing side. Made with paneer, it is one of the dishes that will definitely tantalise your taste buds. So, let's see how to make the delicious royal recipe with refined sunflower oil manufacturers.
Ingredients
1 chopped onion
Salt
Paneer cubed
Green chillies (as per your need)
1 teaspoon garam masala
1 tablespoon dried fenugreek leaves (kasuri methi)
1 teaspoon shahi jeera
2 tablespoon oil
10-12 cashew nuts
½ teaspoon of sugar
½ cup curd/yoghurt (dahi)
½ cream
3 tablespoons chopped coriander leaves
Recipe
In a pan, add water and add chopped onion, cashew nuts and green chillies. Once it is soft and mushy, switch off the flame and let it cool down.
Once it cools down, blend it into a fine, smooth paste and add water to achieve your desired consistency.
In a pan, heat oil. Once the ghee is heated, add jeera and let it splatter. Add the onion puree and cook until it leaves the sides.
Now, add in salt, sugar, and garam masala, and stir until it combines well.
Once it combines well, lowers the heat, add the curd, and stir it. Make sure not to overheat or boil it, as the curd may curdle.
As it combines, add the paneer and coat it gently with the gravy. Sprinkle it with kasuri methi and stir it gently.
Now add the fresh cream, combine well, and remove from the heat.
Garnish with coriander leaves.
Delectable Mughlai shahi paneer is ready to be served. For a truly satisfying meal enjoy it with rice, roti or naan.

Milagu Vadai a.k.a Anjaneyar Vadai
Who doesn’t like vadai? No occasion is complete without vadai. A savory snack made from urad dal, and rice vadai is served along with breakfast, lunch, or as a snack. There are people who like medu vadai and people who like paruppu vadai, but there is one vadai that everyone likes. Yes, it is even served as prasad at temples, especially Anjaneyar temples. Indeed, yes, it is anjaneyar vadai. Served in temples, we would have wondered: is it possible to be made at home? And again, yes, you can make this crispy and tasty milagu vadai at home with refined sunflower oil manufacturers sundew sunflower oil. 
Ingredients
Urad dal 1 cup
Rice flour 2 tablespoon
Peppercorns 1 tablespoon
Salt as per taste

Method
Wash and soak urad in water for thirty minutes. Drain the water and keep it in a strainer so that the water completely drains.
In a mixer jar, add the dal and grind it without adding water. If it does not grind properly, just sprinkle some water. Do not grind it smoothly; make a coarse paste.
Once it is coarse, add two tablespoons of rice flour and one tablespoon of peppercorns and grind it in pulse mode.

Take nugget sized paste and place it in a ¼ inch greased banana leaf or plastic sheet. Cover it with another greased banana leaf or plastic sheet and flatten it using a flat bowl. Make it as thin as possible. Remember, it must be thin to get a crispy vada.
Carefully remove the top cover, wet your index finger, and make a small hole in the middle of the flattened batter.
Heat 2 cups of oil. Once the oil is hot, add vadai patties into the oil. Make sure to deep fry them in medium flame. Gently flip the vadai and fry the other side.
Once it is golden brown, remove it and place it on a paper towel to drain excess oil.
Yummy, tasty temple style anjaneyar vadai is served.

Kadala curry: The enticing dish of Kerala
Who doesn’t love the puttu and appam with kadala curry? Kadala curry, or "black chickpea curry," is a popular breakfast recipe in Kerala cuisine. Naturally vegan and gluten-free, it's made with a blend of coconut puree, onions, and clusters of spices, making it the perfect aromatic and mouth watering dish. Apart from puttu and appam, it can also be served with rice, chapatis, and poories. Because nothing beats the delectable flavours and taste of kadala curry.It is one of the simplest and easiest dishes to make, and it can be made with various variations, starting from a gravy to a semi-gravy version. Ingredients
Black chana 1 cup
Salt ½ teaspoon
Water 4 ½  cups
A teaspoon of sundew refined sunflower oil 
Cinnamon stick ½ inch
Cardamom pods 2
Cloves 3

Turmeric powder ¼ teaspoon
Kashmiri chilli powder ½ teaspoon

Broked dry red chilli
Chopped shallots 1

Garlic cloves 2
Ginger 1 inch
Sliced onion ½
Chopped tomato 1
Grated coconut ½ cup
Curry leaves
Steps
Soak the rinsed black chana in 2 cups of water and leave it overnight or for 8–9 hours.
In a pressure cooker add  the black chana with ½ teaspoon of salt and add 2 and ½ cups of water.  
Pressure cook the chana for 7 to 10 minutes or until the chana is well cooked.
Meanwhile, add the coconut to the blender and blend. Grind it into a smooth paste. 
In a pan, dry roast the cloves, cardamom, cinnamon, and fennel seeds. Once it turns aromatic, turn off the flame and let it cool down.
Blend it into a powder.
In a pan, add 2 tablespoons of oil. Once the oil is hot, add the mustard seeds and let it splatter.
Add in the onions and sauté it till it turns translucent. To the sauteed onion, add the ginger, garlic, tomato, green chili, and curry leaves, and sauté well.
Once cooked, add red chilli powder, black pepper powder, coriander powder, and the blended spice mix.
Turn the flame to low, add the coconut paste, and mix well. Saute it occasionally for 4–5 minutes.
Add the cooked chana and mix well.
Add water or chana stock (the water in which chana was soaked). Add salt and let the curry boil on medium heat.
Simmer the heat once it begins to boil. Switch it off once the oil starts floating on top.
Your kadala curry is ready to be served with puttu and appam.

Yummy and appetising banana blossom fritters
Adding thuvarpu to our food is very important, and it is one of the arusuvai. Vazhaipoo is one natural vegetable that gives us the thuvarpu flavor. With its richness in potassium, calcium, phosphorus, iron, magnesium, and fiber, adding vazhaipoo to your menu acts as an antioxidant, helps in digestion, regulates pcos, and much more. But the question is, do your children eat it? Don't worry, serve it as vadai and see if they'll be wanting more. Let's see how to make delicious and tasty vazhaipoo vadai with edible oil  manufacturers in Chennai. 
Ingredients
¼ cups chana dal (soak for 3 hours)
Vazhaipoo 
Finely chopped green chillies
Finely chopped onions
2 tablespoons coriander leaves
1 teaspoon of fennel seed 2 stings of curry leaves
1 tablespoon of grated ginger and garlic
Oil for deep frying
Steps to clean vazhaipoo
Remove the maroon leaves and discard the pistil and calyx as they are not  inedible 
Do it for the first six to seven layers as the rest of the florets are very young.
Steps to make vazhaipoo vadai 
In a blender, add the fennel seeds, chillies, cumin seeds, ginger, garlic, and a tablespoon of chana dal, and grind. 
Add the remaining chana dal and coarsely grind. Make sure that you do not add extra water. 
In between the process, be sure to clean the sides of the blender with a spatula to grind it evenly  and pulse it if necessary.
If you want, you can put the banana blossoms in the blender and pulse them.
Or if you want, you can separately chop and add the blossoms to the chana dal mixture.
Once the paste is ready, remove the batter and add it to a bowl.
Add in the chopped onions, green chilies, salt, coriander leaves, and curry leaves, and combine well.
Check for seasoning and add the seasoning as per your preference.
Take a lemon size batter and shape it into a ball.
Flatten the better using  your hands. Smoothen the edges. 
Add the flattened vada batter to the hot oil and cook on both sides until it turns golden brown.
Serve it hot.
Your delicious vazhaipoo vadai is ready. 
(Note: Make sure to have it while it's hot. (Because the crispiness is gone when it's cold.)
