Bunny was leaning against a wall of the station, hood on his head, phone in his ear, lost look.

No one noticed him. No one dared to get close.

He had that aura of "don't talk to me."

But y/n...

She didn't see the barrier. She saw a curious target.

She arrived dancing alone with the headphones in her ears, humming a random remix and spinning. He accidentally bumped into him, turned around and...

- "Oops! HI! Are you okay?"

- "...I am."

- "Lie. You look like someone who is writing an emotional letter with no recipient. Fuuuuu~”

He was silent.

She smiled.

- "You're not dangerous, are you? Just mysterious. And beautiful. And sad. Wow, a little dangerous yes, right?!”

He blinked. He didn't understand half of it.

- "...Do you always talk like that to strangers?"

- "Only with those who have an anime face and a dark soul of a traumatized protagonist."

He swallowed a laugh. But... he smiled.

First time in the day.

She widened her eyes.

- "YOU SMILED! I SAW IT! I WON! FUUUUUUU~!"

He shook his head, almost hiding with shame.

- "Are you crazy?"

- "A little. But I'm also great company for coffees and random dialogues."

She reached out.

- "Bunny."

— "y/n. Snoisy species. He likes croissants, hugs and people who look like they need to smile."

He stayed there. Holding her hand longer than necessary.

The train has arrived. But neither of them entered.

And it was like that.

He has arrived. Without a hood.

And with a croissant.

She said:

- "Is this an invitation to peace?"

He replied:

- "It's a warning. I want to see you again."

They were walking side by side, laughing (her), listening to (he).

Y/n gestured so much that he dropped the umbrella. He got it.

She stumbled on a crooked sidewalk. He held it.

She started imitating a cat with a fever. He...

... smiled.

- "Do you think I'm beautiful even doing this?"

- "I don't know. Do it again."

She slipped (real) on the wet sidewalk.

He held her by reflex.

Glued bodies. Glued face.

And in the fright, in the chaos, in the heat of the moment...

He kissed.

Without thinking. No warning.

It was as if the world shut up.

She stopped talking - miracle.

He just had his eyes wide open.

And then... the eyes closed.

Hot kiss. Pressed. Surprising.

She let her arms fall, her body melt.

And murmured against his mouth:

When they moved away, he said:

Then a shirt.

And he shouted.

- "I KISSED A FAMOUS INTERNATIONAL PLAYER! I SAT ON THE LACK OF FOOTBALL! FUUUUU~!"

He came out of the shower with the towel on his waist, dripping, confused.

She pointed out:

- "YOU ARE IGLESIAS IGLESIAS! I THOUGHT 'Bunny' WAS IRONY!"

- "It's just my nickname."

- "I WAS IN OLD PAJAMAS WHEN I MET THE SEXIEST PLAYER OF THE SEASON?!"

He shrugged.

- "You still are."

- "MY GOD IN HEAVEN, I CALLED YOU A SAD RABBIT THE FIRST TIME!"

- "And I fell in love a little."

She did:

He bought small things that she mentioned only once:

• A rabbit-shaped keychain.

• The perfume she said reminds me of childhood.

• The book she wanted and forgot.

He learned to smile inside.

And to save.

"She speaks loudly. But love in silence too.

I see, in the gestures.

I hear, in chaos."

He realized he loved it when she slept on his shoulder on the train, drooling.

And he stayed there. Stop. Afraid of moving and breaking the moment.

Time: Late afternoon, golden and warm sky—

They walked side by side, laughing at her madness - who made a show of grimaces and funny voices for the trees, imitating birds.

Bunny watched her, quiet, but with a smile that illuminated everything.

They stood near a square bench, where they sat.

She put her head on his shoulder, which was relaxed and with his arm wrapping around her waist.

After a calm moment, he took out a small crumpled paper from his pocket.

She looked at him, curious.

He took her hand, intertwined his fingers, and said, in a soft voice:

- "I'm not good with big words, but... I want to be on your side. Not only to laugh, dance and make a mess. I want to be when you're sad, when you can't say 'fuuu~', when the world seems too big."

She looked at him, her eyes shining.

He took a deep breath, took the paper out of his pocket, which had scribbled a drawing: a rabbit with a huge heart.

- "Do you want to date me?"

She laughed, a little in disbelief, and replied:

- "Of course, you silly rabbit! Fuuu~!"

He smiled, relieved, and pulled her into a tight hug.

- "I promise I'll try to be your silent smile."

- "And I will be your chaos with a lot of love, Bunny."

Time: 02:11 in the morning —

She sleeps on the couch.

Not because they are fighting.

Not because they made love.

Just because they're together. Exhausted. Complete.

Y/n fell asleep in the middle of the second movie of the night. Wrapped in his sweatshirt, with her head sunk in the cushion and her mouth ajar (drooling just a little, of course).

She sleeps without defenses. No filters. No pose.

And he's there. Seated. Observing.

Without the cell phone. Without thinking about training, fame or obligations.

Only her.

Breathing slowly.

Messy hair.

A slight grumble in sleep - probably dreaming that it's a dragon that makes bad jokes.

He smiles.

But the chest tightens.

"That's it.

It's here.

I could live like this forever."

For the first time in his life, he imagines himself stopped. And happy.

Without running. Without running away.

With her.

Not by the words.

But for the little things:

• The way she invents voices for the objects in the house.

• How she holds his hand even while sleeping.

• How she screams "Fuuuu~" even when she's sad.

• How she loves him all, without trying to erase any part of him.

He stretches his arm, runs his fingers over her face carefully.

Whisper:

- "You are my home."

She murmurs in her sleep:

— "...I'm hungry..."

He laughs.

Shorty. Suit. In peace.

And complete:

- "My home... with eternal hunger."

Well... "hidden" in her concept:

Discretion level: absolute zero.

She spent the whole game:

• Shouting phrases like "kick with emotion, Bunnão!"

• Dancing during breaks

• Sending kisses to the field

• And freaking out with each of his moves

He saw. I felt. And smiled discreetly.

But the world still didn't know.

Y/n invades the lawn before security reacts.

Run to him.

Jump on his lap as if there was no more gravity.

He holds her in the air, firm, natural.

And she shouts on the national network:

She is speechless, eyes shining.

- "I want to spend my whole life like this, by your side. Learning to smile in the middle of chaos, finding peace in your embrace."

She leans her head on his chest, feeling her heart beat hard and safe.

He kisses her head, and whispers:

I would explain the dream but it kinda makes no sense all I can say is Bloodmoon twins were in separate bodies, one of them really wanted subway sandwiches and by the end of it they had brain damage!

SO I INTRODUCE YOU ALL TO…

Brain damaged Bloodmoon

The AU takes place after they were split by Frank (and after old moon came back), instead of deciding to try and kill Foxy and FC after defeating the Stitchwraith they decided to run away and be free! Which lead to them figuring out that they don’t have to live off of blood (but they can have a little O- as a treat) which also lead them into trying new foods. Anyways one of them climbed a skyscraper to get a better look at an add for a subway sandwich but he got a very lethal amount of volts and fell but somehow lived! Sun saw it all happen and even though he is scared of the twins he offered to help see if they can fix what’s wrong with the injured one (spoiler he can’t be fixed).

Bloody (the brain damaged one) has regressed to the mental age of a toddler, his legs sometimes don’t work, he goes non verbal at times and is now half blind, oh and he legitimately thinks Sun is his mama.

Harvest is traumatised by the accident, he is very protective of Bloody and almost always by his side, he eventually trusts the others enough to leave him alone with them, he call others what Bloody calls them (if Bloody calls Sun ‘mama’ then Harvest calls Sun ‘mama’, if Bloody calls Moon ‘uncle Moon’ then Harvest calls Moon ‘uncle Moon’ so on so forth).

How does Sun feel about being called Mama by the twins he is so terrified of? He is a bit hesitant at first till he spends less than a day with them like this, he loves his newly adopted sons.

If you guys don’t like the AU that’s fine but I love my Brain damaged boy so I might post more of him later!

A/N Here you go my sweet friend. Thank you for sending these requests to me to help with inspiration. I know you specifically wanted this one with both Ethan and Chris, so I'm going back to book 1 for you so that Tobias won't steal her away 😉

I was also inspired by the Dr. Who gifs below for this one. For those who don't know, Karen Gillian is my FC for Chris Valentine. Don't worry, I'm not making Matt Smith my FC for Ethan 😂 This interaction though reminded me of something Ethan and Chris would have done and it fit my idea for the above prompt.

Masterlist

It was too much. All of it was more than Chris could take. Tears blurred her vision as she finally had a chance to react to the mayhem she'd just finished being a part of.

Ripping off the surgical scrubs covered in Rafael's blood, she dashed blindly down the corridor. Her breaths hitched as sobs threatened to spill out. All she could think of was running away from the absolute hell of the subway accident. She needed to get as far as she could before losing her strained hold on her emotions.

Ignoring the alarm of the exhausted nurses and doctors, she ran past them without saying a word.

She stumbled out of one of the side doors of the hospital and barreled into a familiar solid form.

Ethan grunted on impact. He grasped her arms once he recognized her.

"Chris?" He leaned down closer to see her more clearly in the darkness. "What happened?"

Tears began to spill down her cheeks. Of all the people in the world she could possibly bump into at this moment, it would be him.

"I have to go." She choked out, wrenching herself from his grasp.

He grabbed her once more to stop her escape.

"Are you all right?" He demanded in a harsh voice while giving her a slight shake.

There were few things in this world he could not tolerate and seeing Chris in this emotional state topped that list.

"No!" She cried out, her voice echoing across the parking lot.

In a jumble or words and sobs, she managed to tell him about the rush of patients they had in the emergency room.

Once her ability to speak became impossible, he gripped her hand and took her back into the hospital.

"No. I don't want to go back inside!" she struggled against his hold.

She stilled as he led her up the emergency stairwell towards the roof.

He chose a spot overlooking Boston and sat down.

Ethan glanced up and saw she was immobile once again with tears falling in steady streams down her cheeks. Taking her hand, he tugged her down.

She collapsed beside him and buried her head against her knees, her body wracked with silent cries.

He'd seen her like this before. When Delores died, she'd been unable to stop her tears. He'd found her alone in the locker room, silently crying at the unfairness of it all.

Setting his hand on her shoulder, he gently pulled her closer to his side.

"You can't keep doing this, Chris." He told her. "If you keep taking death to heart like this, then being a doctor will destroy you."

She wiped her eyes, and settled her chin on her knees.

"I know that." She said in a voice cracking with emotion. "But it was so much, Ethan. Everywhere I turned there was someone in the midst of dying or who was screaming in pain. I wanted to fix it all but I couldn't."

"Did you help them?" He asked.

"If you can call it that." She said bitterly. "I assessed, tagged, and moved on like Zaid told me to."

He squeezed her in a side hug. "I never doubted for a moment that you did the right thing."

His comforting touch and praise tore at her heart.

"Don't." She pleaded. "Don't be nice to me right now."

Chris could feel the tears rising once more. After all they felt for one another, his quitting, and now showing up when she needed him most; she thought she would truly break if he was kind to her.

She rested her head on his shoulder, nuzzling close to him once his arm dropped. "Please sit here with me, but don't be nice."

Ethan leaned his head against hers and snorted. "Everyone complains when I'm not nice and yet here you are demanding the opposite."

Chris bit back a tearful smile. "I think this is one request of mine you're willing to give in."

"I think we both know I always give in to what you want."

"If that were true, you wouldn't have left Edenbrook." She mumbled. "And you wouldn't have left me."

He cursed. "Chris, you know why I left Edenbrook. And as for you..."

He trailed off.

She looked up at him.

"As for me?"

He met her red rimmed eyes and felt his will falter. He'd once had such plans to protect and guide her career forward. He was going to not only show her how to be a doctor but watch as she became a great one. He'd ended up doing nothing but letting her down in the end. He'd failed to keep his unexpected feelings for her in check and he'd failed her as a mentor.

Seeing the quiet anguish he was under, she nestled her head back on his shoulder, leaving the issue alone for once.

He swallowed the words that were demanding to come out. He wanted to tell her he'd never leave her. He would always want her.

He loved her.

I'm not worthy to tell her anything like that, he thought to himself. Not now, possibly not ever.

"What are you doing here?" She asked after a long stretch of silence.

"Marlene left me a message saying that the hospital needed all the help they could get." He answered, grateful she wasn't pushing him into revealing more of what he wasn't ready for.

"What took you so long?" She playfully nudged him with her elbow.

A hint of smile appeared on her face when she heard his exasperated groan.

"I was out of town, Rookie." He grumbled.

"Having a good time?" She asked.

"I wouldn't say that." He muttered. "I went to see my dad and then I went on to--"

He bit his tongue. He couldn't get her hopes up that his visits to Mrs. Martinez's family would come to any good.

"To where?" She asked.

"Nowhere in particular." He lied. "I needed to drive and clear my head."

"I think I need a vacation like that." She mumbled. "I wish I could forget and leave everything behind for a while."

He wrapped his arm around her once more. "It's a pipe dream. There's no way you can fully leave everything behind, no matter how badly you want to."

"How badly did you want to?"

"More than anything."

She slipped her arms around his waist and hugged him.

He held her, taking every bit of comfort she was willing to give him. It's ironic, he thought. He'd brought her up here to comfort her. He had no intentions of letting her know his own struggles.

Ethan should have known that out of everyone he knew, Chris would know what he was feeling. Not only that, she would also give him exactly what he needed from her in this moment.

Neither was sure how long they sat there, holding one another. The soothing hum of the city below them and the stars above were all they needed as they sat together in companionable silence.

When the first blush of dawn began to light the sky, Ethan whispered that he'd take her home.

He got up first and offered his hand to Chris.

She lifted her tear stained face up to smile softly at him.

Taking his hand, she stood up and was pulled into his embrace. He pressed a tender kiss to her forehead when she slipped her arms around him again.

"You're going to be okay." He said, lips brushing hers with each word.

She nodded, her eyes meeting his after one last sweet kiss.

"We both will." She vowed.

Together, hand in hand, they went off to face another day.

Lu is charismatic, a great pretender and smart as they get. He keeps his cards close to his chest and hits all the unspoken checks a fast-growing lawyer need to fill in to climb the corporate ladder. He plays tennis with the seniors, he trains regularly (MMA and swimming), he orders lunch from fancy spots, he's actually somewhat NICE to the assistants and uses his charm left and right.

He keeps details of his family separate from the firm. His desk has zero family pictures and is decorated to the latest trends, same as his loft. There are hints though that he's not (or was not) always dressed in high-fashion. He takes the subway to work 'not to pollute the environment further'; he keeps close tabs on the money he spends even though he shows off at times, he can relate to the underdogs in copy but never in front of the firm's owners. He's absolute perfection in front of them.

He was raised by his grandpa and his mom, working way too many shifts to keep food on the table. He wanted to drop out of high-school to help but neither of them would let him--he had to study and be someone--Lu knew they were wrong in depreciating themselves but he understood where all of it came from and he decided to play the game. He got good grades, he helped when he could and went to college getting a partial scholarship and then off to law school. He was swamped in debt but his record was pristine and he worked his way up, first clerking and then copying, then being a junior associate and eventually got his own office, fancy suits and the ability to pay off big portions of his debt.

He absolute adores his mother and grandfather and managed to get them a small home outside the city. When his grandfather got sick, one of the firm's assistants (Laura) got the call and is the only one that openly knows about his family history and won't tell anyone about it. Lu felt he needed to get leverage on her for potential blackmail but quickly realized there was no need for it and she eventually became his go-to assistant and editor, cementing their friendship.
