Will never stop thinking about how Leo, all alone in an endless void and being beaten again and again and again by the only other living thing around, still finds comfort in that space. The situation he was in was completely hopeless, and in any other circumstances he would not have escaped, at least not fast enough to save him from permanent (or even fatal) damage, be it physical or mental.

And yet, despite the bleakness of his situation, despite the agony and helplessness, all he needs is one glance at a crumbled photograph, one glance to remember his family, and that’s enough of a reason for him to smile.

Maybe that’s why his powers center around manipulating space - because no matter how much space is between them, no matter how dire his own situation may be, just the thought of his family, alive and okay, is enough to give Leo hope.

Y’know the internet said enough about the watcher fiasco but what gets me is the fact I physically can’t even subscribe to their services since I live in a whole different country and continent. And since my country’s currency is severely undervalued even if I could it would probably cost me 30~50 bucks of my currency per month. So yeah guess thats that.

Not gonna lie, you're the first person to actually send me an ask on this blog... but yes, I now have an account for my AO3 (or I guess you could say a place where I would post all my chronic yapping about fictional boys).

Granted, I still only write for The Caligula Effect series and, like... 2 boys from the Persona franchise thus far, unless you count this one Yosuke post I made, yet regardless, I decided to officially make a non-roleplay blog because I heard x Reader authors tend to thrive more on Tumblr... and because I haven't really been receiving comments on my fics (outside of the ones I wrote for Adachi x Reader and that one Shinjiro x Reader oneshot that somehow amassed 29 kudos despite it not being my best work), I figured perhaps my readers would be more comfortable sending me asks there? To that end, I started cross posting some of my fics, invading the tags, and even following other x Reader enthusiasts.

However, I guess my stuff is still pretty niche, because to this day, I don't have many followers and the only asks I received were from Gaza spam bots? In fact, I often feel as if I'm posting into the void due to the Caligula Effect fandom being dead/not really rife with people horny for the male characters (that I'm frankly surprised my Biwasaka x Reader smut is my most bookmarked fic) and the Persona fandom seemingly not paying all that much attention to me.

Seriously, it's kinda super rough out here, because people would have no qualms subscribing, kudo-ing, or bookmarking my multi-chapter fics, yet not really tell me what they think of the chapters I post... so as of late, I started writing less fics and doing more Tumblr writing. Granted, I did at least start writing Chapter 8 of 'Love When You're Used' on Friday, but barely made much a dent, word count wise, because I kept getting distracted by Granblue Fantasy and notifs for replies I owe on my OC, OTL.

However, I do currently have 18 fics published on my AO3 account, meaning if nothing else, I've at least been busy!

yall do realize you could've just leaned into patreon more, right? Jenny Nicholson has moved pretty much all her content to patreon and far as I can tell she's been successful. You could've kept the youtube and used patreon for the "advertiser unfriendly" stuff, even more risque and longer versions of the same videos. Plus bonus content, bts, etc etc. Hell, you could've made the watcher site and used it as a patreon-esc thing to avoid patreon fees if you needed to. Moving *everything* to a paywall is just a slap in the face...and stupid.

And to expect people to pay that much so you can have a 30 person team in a huge office building in LA (which is wholly unnecessary for the content you make) to only put out one video a week?....come on. There are youtube channels with vastly smaller teams, heck youtube channels run mostly by ONE person that put out good content once a week. I'm not saying crank out content just cause, but with 30 staff (literally why), and now you expect people to throw money at you? Htf can you justify that? How can you justify claiming you need to make more money when a channel with your numbers should be doing fantasic if managed properly? How the hell can you justify throwing a bill at your fans and then saying you wanna make "content" that is effectively paying for your CEO and his buddies' expensive tastes?

Let alone that the videos you have been making haven't been any better for all the bells and whistles you're so concerned about putting on them. They don't feel fun, they feel overproduced and bloated. If you're so strapped for cash maybe dial that shit back.
