Steven Wheatfield - Started off as a parody version of Human!Wheatley but has grown into his own over the years. I use him in almost all my AUs and give him cameos frequently in my works. He is a British programmer and fills in for my "Smart Guy" roles.

Self Inserts

Atomic Ace (My Hero Academia) - Quirk "Adrenaline". Adrenaline gives her super strength, speed, and overall massive power. After many years she finally reached America's Number 1 Hero in her late 20's, only to lose it months later due to her quirk taking a toll on her body. In her youth, she hung out with All Might and David Shield during Toshi's American tour. All Might and AA both were in love with each other but were to focused on becoming hero's to admit it to one another. That is until AA comes to Japan years later during the show's events.

Kailey "Kat" Terranova (Metroid) - Kat is the Director of Development for Galactic Federation Space Research Station Number 2. In charge of keeping tabs with both the research team and Federation investors, Kat has been working with head scientist Steven Wheatfield to bring to light the transcendence of human minds into Artificial Intelligence. Unfortunately, things go wrong when the base is attacked by Ridley and the Space Pirates, and over the course of the Metroid franchise she becomes their unwilling genetically modified test subject.

Kat (Dragon Ball) - After her dad is killed by King Piccolo during the Piccolo arc in Dragon Ball, Kat sets off on her own with her newfound freedom. Little does she know that she will soon be making company with Piccolo Jr. Set between the end of Dragon Ball and DBZ. Later expands into DBZ as an AU where Kat and Piccolo know the events of the "canon" timeline, which causes Shin to get involved way early on to try and stop Buu and prior threats.

Kailey aka The First User (Wreck-It Ralph) - Is part of a test that sends people to digital space and is lowkey a Tron crossover insert and AU. She is the first person to have physical contact with Programs/game characters, triggering a series of events that lead the world to allow Programs to travel to and fro between digital space and the real world.

Kailey (Pokemon) - Owns a farm in west Unova. During her back and forth to the city after establishing her farm, news of one of the Submas brothers going missing is hard to miss. Little does she know that Arceus is about to use her, too, and soon she will cross fates with Ingo, the missing twin.

The Vulture (Spiderverse) - With her father abandoning her and her sickly mother, a new variant of the Vulture is soon to be added to the Spiderverse. Oscorp, having been experimenting on the poor population of the city, the Vulture is born with large brown wings as a result of her parents exposure to genetic mutagens. While her mother regards her as beautiful, society rejects her, burying her more into poverty. Ultimately, the illness takes her mother, and she seeks revenge on Oscorp and its hedge-funders.

Sarai Daan (Star Wars) - Sarai is a Togruta Jedi Knight and a survivor of the Clone Wars.

Kelda the Wild aka The Skrill Princess (How to Train Your Dragon) - A former hunter-trapper, Kelda once looked up to bounty hunters like Grimmel the Grisly during their youth and sought to appease her starving guild. However, her heart soon pulled her away from that life, and she would abandon all she knew to fight for the dragons, specifically a mother Skrill who left two children behind after she was killed by Grimmel.

Kat/Kailey/Kaleen/etc. (WoW, BG3, DnD, General Fantasy, etc.) - Always a Cleric with light or fire affinities, and always an Elf. Knowledgeable in Apologetics and religious texts of their god/gods and even other gods of their universe, and has a chaotic good alignment.

Kailey (Penguins of Madagascar) - is the human assistant to Dr. Octavius Brine aka Dave the Octopus. She is virtually the only human in the world to know his secret.

Guardian of Comfort (Rise of the Guardians/Guardians of Childhood) - Is the guardian of comfort and spirit of warmth and acceptance. Based on "comfort and joy" in the Christmas tune, she has fire abilities and is associated with candlelight. As a human, she died in a fire protecting the ones she loved, and was chosen by Man in Moon, to continue to provide her comforting presence to lost and despairing children all over the world.

Kailey (Sonic verse) - A human. Boom!Kailey is actually an isekai that gets sucked into the shenanigans of the universe taking place in the cartoon Sonic Boom and serves as the focal point for my other inserts in the many Sonic universes. Main!Kailey is a test pilot, with aspirations to have a "lazy girl job" and has goals to have what Boom!Kailey has. Both versions are in love or married to Eggman and the trend is that in every universe they always get together with him in some form, good or bad.

Eldritch Monster/Demon Submas Drabbles

Put it under a header because is a bit of a long post?

CW: Polyamory, Demon/Eldritch Monster AU, technically stalking??

Enjoy; Demon Submas AU antics where they’ve been summoned by reader-san and... are nervous train wrecks when it comes to interacting with her and don’t know how to be human at all, so they start causing shenanigans instead! Also added Aikka’s two ideas from the previous post as well, I thought they were good ^^

These ones are meant to be more... funny/comedic than like a serious one but they ended up being somewhere in between? IDK I still think they’re pretty funny; Anyway I hope y’all enjoy!

How the Demon Twins are Met

Their kind are forbidden by Arceus from entering it’s creation, on account of their kind being reality bending god-like nightmares capable of tearing apart the cosmos, but they managed to make a kind of loophole to get in! They spread a functioning (and very simple) summoning ritual throughout the world they know their soulmate lives in! They just need their soulmate to find it and perform it, and they’ll be able to enter their world! And of course, they have some ways of getting the rumors to get to their soulmate’s ears- And ways of bring about the subtle changes of fate needed to get their soulmate to call to them.

Once their soulmate does this, however, Emmet and Ingo suddenly get very, very, verrrry nervous for the first time in their excessively long lives. They’ve waited an impossibly long time to meet their beloved- And finally, finally-

They realize they have no fucking clue how humans act and uh, they’ve never practiced turning into humans either. So they bolt after you summon them before their horrific, ungodly appearances terrify you. And/Or melt your brain. No amount of “p̴̝͝l̸͎̏e̸͖̓a̸̘̚s̴͎͋e̷͘ͅ ̷͉͗d̶͎̑o̷̰̔n̶̪̏'̴̢͛t̷͚͝ ̴̥̌b̷̡͒ḛ̴̃ ̵͉̇a̵̤͋f̶͚̈r̴̝̾a̸͍̽ĩ̴̭ḏ̴̏ ̵̭͗d̴̘͗á̸̝ṟ̷̊l̷̗̈́i̷͆͜ń̸̝g̷̻̽, N̷o̵ ̸s̵e̸r̷i̴o̵u̵s̸l̸y̷ ̸w̶e̵ ̸l̴o̸v̴e̴ ̶y̷o̶u̸ ̴w̴e̶'̶v̵e̴ ̷b̶e̵e̷n̸ ̷w̷a̶i̸t̵i̵n̵g̴ ̶f̷o̶r̴ ̴s̷o̸ ̷l̴o̷n̵g̵ ̶a̵r̸e̷ ̷y̷o̶u̶ ̶o̸k̴a̸y̸ W̶h̸y̷ ̸a̴r̵e̴ ̵y̷o̸u̵ ̵c̵o̶n̸v̴u̷l̸s̸i̴n̷g̷ ̸i̵s̴ ̶t̵h̷a̸t̶ ̵n̸o̴r̶m̸a̸l̶” and any other reassurements is going to make you able to comprehend the mere acknowledgement of their existences.

They also take your memories of summoning them, because making your first meeting be the time they accidentally almost killed their beloved doesn’t suit their ideas of a romantic first meeting. You have a fucking horrible headache the day afterwards- And you’re not sure... what happened. You did something last night, but you just can’t remember what!

They then spend a good long while trying to make themselves look human, and well- they are technically brothers, (and are essentially twins) and they learn about the existence of identical twins in the human realm- and wouldn’t it be so cool if they were identical twins?? They both adore the idea, as it ties into the nature of their beings- And thus they adopt the human names Ingo and Emmet, and start learning how to act Human™.

I also have a dumb headcanon of them being called Kudari and Nobori as demons ignore this entirely

🜋 They’ve never experienced nervousness before- And suddenly they are horribly nervous- They are so so so worried, apparently humans only normally have one love they spend their lives with, not two, and there’s two of them and one of you- What if you reject your soulmates purely out of desire to conform to your preconceived notions of love? They’re jittery for the first time in their existences; They don’t want to hurt you, they want to love you- And they want you to love them back, willingly of course! Lest they must take drastic action instead-

🜋 They start following you around, keeping themselves well hidden from your eyes- You’re none the wiser that your shadow looks a little darker than it should be, or that lights seem harsher when resting on you. At first, they’re just watching- trying to figure out basic information about humans, how humans do human stuff, and primarily observe you- And they misunderstand a lot.

🜋 According to their kind, who don’t really interact with humans very much- Humans are excessively fragile little packets of organic matter that live ridiculously short lifespans with immortal souls attached to the whole mess; They are super weak. After all, humans can’t even stand looking at eldritch entities! At the very least they get headaches, at the worst they go nuts and/or die.They need to constantly move the air particles of the physical world into their bodies or they’ll die. They have a weird pump in their bodies to circulate fluids and they die if the pump stops- If they don’t consume physical matter regularly, they die- If they don’t consume water, they die- But they can also die if they consume too much- Hell, humans can die sometimes by tripping. Although they also hear reports of people falling far distances and being completely unharmed. Humans are weird- But most importantly, humans are very fragile!

🜋 And so they are experiencing constant anxiety by their soulmate doing things that will lead to an early death. Someone tries to run a red light even near you? Their car suddenly dies and grinds to a halt right before they get to the intersection. You try to climb a staircase? You- you’re not quite aware of it completely, but you swear you just felt a hand behind you while you were walking up to your work...

You go out hiking with some friends and every time you try to go near something neat- a waterfall, or a mountain cliff face, you feel the same pressure pushing you back strangely. Emmet starts thinking it might be very romantic if he caught you and saved you from falling, and Ingo glares at him with such intensity Emmet drops the subject immediately. His older brother can be very scary sometimes. Ingo just doesn’t want to risk the possibility of you ever getting injured in any capacity.

You go into your shower one morning to find that you now have- er no, you have always had a non-slip mat on the bottom- as well as a rail too. That’s just how it’s always been!

If you injure yourself, no you didn’t.

If their soulmate isn’t taking care of themselves Emmet and Ingo will absolutely step in. You normally eat very cheap meals during the week- No more will you be buying those cardboard noodles. You’re out walking through a street in Nimbasa, lined with food carts- Your stomach growls, you’ve been walking a lot today, haven’t you? But you don’t have the money to buy anything here, no matter how good it smells-

And all of a sudden some guy runs up to you with a dozen meat skewers telling you to take them, they’re free, please take them, they’re really good, please just take them you’ll like them- He’s trying to give you these skewers like he’s been possessed, you joke to yourself. You try to take one and he gives you all of them. Emmet and Ingo cheer in the shadows and the light- Now you will not die of starvation! ...Which is a regular affliction of human beings, they think!

And if someone is foolish enough to harass you- or foolish enough to try to hurt you? That person doesn’t exist. You turned away from the man harassing you as you walked the lonely alleyway back towards your apartment- You needed to get back to where people were, you were feeling horribly scared and- there’s no one there. Your anxiety shoots up for a second- You swore there was someone tailing you just now- Someone yelling at you, obscenities- no one. There was no one. There never was anyone, so don’t worry.

🜋 You go out to to your favorite cafe, remarking to your friends on your X-transceiver how you wished you didn’t have to drop 500P every time you wanted a delicious beverage; Surprisingly, you’re the XXXXth customer to your favorite coffee shop and get a year’s supply of one-free-drink-a-day-coupons. Cool! You’re only a little superstitious; you give a thanks to whatever God was listening in on your wish, mostly as a joke.

And Emmet and Ingo are fucking ecstatic. You talked to them! You thanked them! You acknowledged them! Now they know why their kind likes being worshiped by humans so much; The praise is delicious. Addictive.Or maybe it’s just because you’re their soulmate? They don’t know, they don’t care- They love you oh so very much-

They want more! They want to hear you thank them and laugh and see you smile more and more! They want you to fall in love with them! -But they’re also still oh so scared that you’ll be scared if they reveal themselves to you. So they continue to secretly observe you, to help you- to make your life easier in a hundred little ways. You never miss your bus. The rain always stops when you go outside, and there’s always a cool breeze on hot days or you feel strangely warm on cold days- Like someone’s given you a big hug.

🜋 Having taken on human identities, Ingo and Emmet begin to devote a good portion of their time to learning human courtship rituals- And goodness, there’s a lot. And a lot of conflicting advice, too- and a lot of bad advice, they quickly realize (Thank Arceus Above)- They do not need to be “Sigma Males”, they are near-omnipotent entities of incomprehensible powers and divine forces, thank you very much- They are “Sigma” enough. They try watching rom-coms- Why do the humans simply not explain to one another what their problems are? It’s verry strange. The entire movie could be avoided if they just sat down and spoke to one another. Despite this, Ingo is watching intently, though Emmet wishes there was more on how to physically seduce your beloved.

🜋 Ingo sees a human receiving roses and baby’s breath from their lover- and you wake up to find that you’ve been sent the biggest bushel of roses you’ve ever seen- At least a hundred, you stopped counting- with a single black rose and a single white rose in the middle. A shame the person who left you so many roses didn’t leave their name, you think. Maybe a good thing though; it’s a little overbearing. Also, you’d never noticed it before, but you see outside your apartment are the biggest, healthiest looking rose bushes you’ve ever seen in your life- and they are big. Huge. You might as well call them rose trees as opposed to rose bushes. Ingo stands under the rosebushes, hoping you’ll notice him in the shadows- Unfortunately you only notice a cute flock of pidoves pecking at the ground, and you decide to indulge them- Buying some millet from a street vendor, you are about to throw it at them when they immediately pile onto you in a cloud of cooing bird fluff. No one’s bought millet for them in a while, apparently. And the figure under the rosebushes is about to make all those obnoxious birds disappear when- Oh you look so happy and cute, don’t you? Hugging each bird more and more, promising to buy them more millet- A heavy blush spreads across the demon’s face, you’re too cute- and he decides to spare the birds. For now. The vendor does decide to give you more millet for free, too!

🜋 When they learn their darling is heading down to the beach for a day, they also happen to have learned that Luvdiscs are considered a blessed pokemon for couples to see- So with a smidgen of “convincing” the little heart shaped pokemon, their darling goes out walking on the beach- and sees two strange, twin figures standing beside each other, and feels an odd sense of recognition, a headache- And just when they’re about to call out to you, your friends grab you and begin wildly pointing at the ocean- There’s a massive hoard of luvdiscs leaping from the waters of Undella Town! And now, not only is there a massive hoard of luvdiscs, but there’s a massive hoard of couples also on the beach going to look at them- and fishermen! So many fuckin fishermen- You manage to dart away from your friends, and escape the onslaught of overly romantic couples and men in weird hats and life vests. Emmet’s smile is twitching in a very inhuman manner, growing in size to stretch across the whole of his face- and Ingo is seriously contemplating how simple it would be to just. Erase everybody here.

🜋 Later, you’re back at Nimbasa, bound to head home one evening and you lament to your friends how much you hate buses and taxis- Buses are always late, dirty on the inside, they jerk something awful, and smell like gasoline in a very unpleasant way- Taxis are equally bad and there’s been increased crime reports of taxi drivers attacking riders- You just hate public transit around Unova so much, and you wished someone would do something about it. And Emmet and Ingo realize they can grant your wish! What a simple one too, this might lead to the perfect opportunities to meet you as well!

The next morning you wake up, and head down to your usual bus stop- when your friends look at you like you’ve grown two heads. Why’re you stopping at this random street corner, you all need to get down to the subway! The subway? You can’t recall a subway- wait, is there a subway? Your head feels foggy, but you can clearly remember taking a bus home last night. Subway?

It’s beautiful, well-lit, and feels oddly familiar, though your mind tells you you’ve never been here before. The employees are exceptionally nice- and you instantly fall in love with the railway. Clean, well-lit, a smooth, gentle ride- You can’t believe you’d never ridden it before! You’re quietly ecstatic, and you don’t even notice that one of the Station Masters is standing beside you, watching you from under the brim of his conductor’s hat; A wide smile on his face. He’s so happy you’re so happy! And they really like these train-things too; trains are so cool, are they not? Oh, wouldn’t it be something wonderful if you quit that terrible job you hated and took a job at Gear Station? Emmet smirks deviously. You do complain about your job an awful lot. They can help you with that next!

There are now conspiracy boards about the existence of the Nimbasa/Unova Subway System; While it’s rare, there’s a few people who believe it never existed- Absolute idiots, like an inter-regional subway system can just pop up over night, haha!

🜋 The biggest thing that happens though is when you go to a museum with your friends. A special exhibition on relics from Sinnoh! Orbs, carvings, paintings, statues, old clothing from the ancient clans of the region- And your eyes settle on an ancient painting of the Gods who formed this world. Arceus, in radiant glory, atop Mt. Coronet- And Dialga and Palkia flying off to either side, and the cursed Giratina underneath Mt. Coronet, in a strange reflection of the mountain. Your eyes settle on Dialga. It’s awfully pretty, isn’t it? You mention to your friends how amazing it would be to meet such a powerful legendary one day.

The Station Masters are also visiting the museum- They look at each other and share a glance, nodding in agreement. They’re not quite sure why humans are so interested in those weird, really big lizards- But if you want to meet one, or even all of them- Heck, if you wanted to own them- Well. You are their beloved soulmate! Dialga is about to receive a rather aggressive surprise visit.

And the very next day there’s a major international incident taking place in Unova; Dialga, God of Time, is standing outside your fucking workplace on the edge of Nimbasa City. It’s not doing anything, it’s just. There. People are gathering in awe and shock and horror- Some are running, some are bowing, some are screaming- And no one is noticing Dialga looks a smidgen uncomfortable and is giving a thousand-yard stare while it trembles ever so slightly, screaming internally- until you come by, then it bows it’s head for you to pet it. The fucking God of Time itself is prostrating itself to you for headpats, and you’re confused, the crowd is confused, Emmet and Ingo are starting to think there’s a slight possibility they may have overdone it, but what’s the big deal? The lizard wasn’t any stronger than any pokemon they’d already met here around your home. Yeah it lived in a funky blue universe adjacent to this one, and it could control time, which was pretty neat, but what’s a God of Time to those who exist outside of the influence and control of such an elementary dimension? Every universe has time as a part of itself, it’s not like Dialga is special or anything.

You’re starting to suspect there might be something afoot. Though what it is exactly, you can’t even begin to suspect. You cautiously extend a hand out to touch the legendary dragon, noticing it’s quivering ever so slightly as it bends it’s head even further down to you-

Dialga just wants you to please tell it to leave and not come back please just do it already the demons are scary so please send it back-

Eventually you tell Dialga thank you, and it flies away rather rapidly, disappearing through a portal. Holy shit. Everything you want seems to fall into your lap-

And you eat those words when you go inside your office, and your boss calls you in to tell you you’ve been laid off. Effective immediately.

You might be sad now, but Emmet and Ingo think of how happy you’ll be once you find a new job at Gear Station! The only qualification for whatever position they need filled is that the employee is you!

SO I recently have been going through Submas tags on Tumblr after discovering the train twins & have seen some AUs & fics where after Ingo's disappearance to Hisui, Emmet finds out about his brother being teleported to the past by discovering history on Hisui that proves his brother was transported to the past.

& I'm sitting here thinking:

What if Emmet & Ingo discovered the latter was destined to get teleported to the past before Ingo went missing & made preparations for it? What if they took measures to change their fate before it happened & thus change the timeline?

There's an infinite amount of possiblities that could arise from this & I have seen nobody do anything with this idea/even come up with this concept yet.

Lucid Twin Dragons AU

Been on the Submas train ever since the whole 'Ingo needs to go back home' thing and my mind just connect some random dots into an AU. ---------------- Powerful legendary pokemon are basically gods... And both gods and dragons are said to be able to take human form.... Even when fallen in great battle and sealed away... A god's will is strong enough that even death may die... The Dragon of Truth and the Dragon of Ideals slept within their respective stones... But as they sleep, a part of them leak out and thus dream... Twins before and twins once more, Light and Dark dreamed of more joyful dreams... Brothers in arms than brothers against, they watched in the wonder of a modern world... Where rails connect over once great divides... Where Truth and Ideals stand side by side... The brothers wore each other's colors... And enjoyed their lives upon fate's tracks... Though many things nearly ended the twin's lucid dream... The Dragons awoke and the battle fought once more... Until King and Champion ended the war... And yet the brothers kept on dreaming... Balance and stability kept them the same... But now a brother is lost through time... Into a deeper moment, where memories fade like a dream upon the morning light... The remaining brother begin to fall towards darker ideals, losing his moral sight... Truth without Ideals, an empty and repetitive dream... Ideals without Truth, an unhinged and merciless nightmare... An imbalance to help shatter the world... Just as the Warden and its acolyte planned...

Your art is beautiful, your writing is awesome and your way of storytelling is just amazing!

I love both of your submas fanfics a lot. They're written so beautifully and you can tell by the end of it that they may have a long road to full recovery but they're getting there.

Then there is your Nihilego!Emmet AU. It's so dark and sad but still so interesting! All the comics have been well made too!

Poor Emmet... he is so close to his brother now and probably doesn't even realize that... And now his fate lies with Kamado... that can't be a good thing at all... I'm on the edge of my seat with this AU and I'm looking forward for updates when they're posted!

Also Submas Cats? Purrfect! Two balls of floof that deserve lots of hugs and love! I'm sure Elesa gives it to them!

ehehe alright! So, N...

they're like a blorbo to me: he is one of my favorite character in the Pokéuniverse hands down.

they've never done anything wrong in their life: yes yes yes, what he have done as King plasma doesn't count (and I don't count the manga, the game!N is enough to himself)

Anyway, he our king!! One of the most interesting characters in the whole franchise. I kinda wish to see him more in BW2 and little cameos of him latter on, but I'm fine knowing he is healing and living his best life after all.

His character design is super good, his personality is great, his development is good. I love him <3

they work better as part of a dynamic: a little mirrored to what I said on the Ingo one, but basically it's because he exists the fate of Ingo (and him) is so saddening. It's also rise a lot of questions on how he handle all this. Maybe we'll have some answer in Scarlet/Violet.

they are so cool looking/why do they look like that: same that on my Ingo post.

didn't get enough screen time: I didn't circle wasted potential because maybe we'll see him later... but yet, he needs a little more focus after what happen with his brother.

they're like a blorbo to me/I like them enough to project my own issues onto them: being a big sis very close to my sibling, I can't just imagine the pain he must felt. Like. I can't.

I'm in such state that I can't look at angst AU without feeling ill (like Ingo-is-dead theme, Ingo-came-back-but-Emmet-is-dead, the changeling AU, possession AU, Team plasma leader! Emmet AU -- any of them honestly make me uneasy)

they're deeper than they seem: I got trick once, I won't be twice. However...

everyone but me is wrong about them/they've never done anything wrong in their life/nothing I like about them is technically: problem is for now, his personality is under development. He got the base, now I'm waiting for what GF is going to do for him.

So, there is no one in the fandom that have the same Emmet 🤡

Some like him going ape shit and crazy, some like him horny like a feral animal. Some like him rude as hell to the point it become malicious, some like him workalcoholic. Some think he is touch repulsive, others he is touch starved.

When a character interested me in Pokémon but I think his personality is too light, I mixed it with his other canons.

For Saturn for example, I take his childlike personality, love for video games and interest in money/bomb of the manga, his responsible, mature (as a façade) personality and atoner side of the games, and finally his gesture of the anime (+ closeness with Mars)

I did the same with Emmet, but much more with the manga/Master/games than anime.

Manga: rude (but actually not ill-intended, just very blunt and poorly worded), honest (when he says someone fight well, he really does), impulsive, stiff gestures when really excited/stimming. Games: Encouraging, kind, "verrrrry"*, responsible, stick-to-the-rules for safety. Master: interest in music (and especially Pieris), goofy, horrible fashion style (thinks monocle look fashionable... no it don't, sorry). Morning person. Like when people are smiling/happy around him.

*note: he doesn't say it in French. His sentences are longer (partially because French is a very mouthful language), but are also informal like in Japanese. I think his language tic is interesting so I keep it.

I feel also like people underestimate he is the guy who likes people smiling AND very considerate of the rules. He always repeat it everytime! Yet people like to assume he doesn't care about them.

That's also why I don't think he would go evil. Even if he would be tempted it he wouldn’t break the laws, even if it could have results. Plus making people unhappy doesn't sound like him.

Anyway: my disinterest in Evil!Emmet is bigger than the depth of the ocean.

For the horny, I do think he is leaning into it more than his brother, but 100% horndog is exaggerated. (Also, I don't think he flirts very well lmao). Fooling around, okay. Sex god!Emmet: boring as hell. You're just making a sexy fanon Draco Malefoy all over again.

For me, Emmet is just sadder and maybe a bit bitter than before. He may have use sex as a way to cope. But he is not a sex god, and it was honestly not that great since he just using it to morn/forget his pain.

But! I love the headcanon he is a cuddle bug and touchy with people he likes!!

(And yet, even if I don't tag it, I do believe the twins are on the autistic spectrum or at least neurodivergent.)

Emmet has two forms and he’s not possessed by Giratina, kinda, but whatever you may interpret it. Emmet is mostly in control, Giratina in the backseat teaching him how to manifest portals for convenient transportation, the ability to fly, utilize his move sets and purify wild angry Pokémon in the Hisui region. Submas fate brothers AU

A very dumb idea, probably going to say sorry for my future-self. If it’s cringe. However, from the events of Pokémon legends Arceus, there’s many questions on why the god of Pokémon threw two people (Rei or Akari and Ingo) into the Hisui region. Wouldn’t that just make two mortals stuck in a paradox, their fate sealed to exist in the past, not their present lives?

Dialga is not having it, he and his brother Palkia were corrupted and later captured in the events of the Sinnoh region. Though it’s not much on paper, does this have to apply to every multiverse and timeline?

They’ve made a visit to their father about it, and in an unexpected turn in the conversation, they felt sympathy for the two mortals “trapped” in this fate. How this affects the lives they left behind and forgotten. Arceus was reluctant to comply without a word. Dialga left, leaving Palkia with Arceus. Palkia never sees what Dialga sees in the time stream, not that he doesn’t believe anything in what he said. Moreover, he can’t relate to the frustration of being bound by fate. Unexpectedly, Arceus responded, “For a change, we’ll intervene; you must not allow your brother to know. This will make a new tree, an alternative universe. We only have one chance to pull this through. I will give my blessing to the first mortal to be more fit to adapt to the harsh environment of the Hisui region, and you’ll guide the lone hero by disguising as a mortal traveler. Once your duty is done, you shall return him home.”

While for Dialga, he made an unexpected visit to the distortion realm. Of course, from the neglect, banishment of his sibling to a redemption to protect the universe rather than its destruction, this is overall remarkable. However, the reason Dialga visited is for something entirely different: Giratina never traveled outside his prison for millennia, and he offered to “help” with that. Dialga assumes his father / creator didn’t agree to change fate for the better since he chose to left early, nor does he trust Arceus for his authority over everything. Being given the job as the god of time is different from the viewpoints of what Arceus observed. He explained that with his ability, he can open a portal for the “next cycle” when the first chosen one is dropped. Dialga is aware he can’t bring Giratina as a whole; otherwise, it will gather too much attention, so he has a better plan. How about Giratina giving a mortal his blessing, a piece of himself while he stay mostly on duty in the distortion realm? This would in turn avoid breaking Giratina’s banishment as he’s technically not present. With that said, Ingo was originally the first mortal transported through time, and what better match to be his younger twin brother, Emmet, to be brought in? He’ll be given the goal of purifying these Pokémon, after all the corruption originated from Giratina’s energy from his past self, and to convince the village enough to not only co-exist with Pokémon but respect the world as it is and equally important as it’s never worth destroying it or play god.

For Ingo, he’ll follow along with the missions in the original game to capture and tame Pokémon, but with mystical powers protecting him and a mysterious companion. Unaware Emmet is here too, but spawn in a different location, for he will fix the Noble Pokémon and Alphas before his unsuspecting brother does. Helping him as he should and to prevent another passenger from being on this track, being sent off to their last stop. He could bring his brother a ride back home after a few weeks, not years! Better to not be veeeerrrry late on schedule. All abroad!

How chaos ensues for the twins possessing the blessings of gods unknowingly…

Bonus: Emmet finds himself enjoying these berries more than he anticipated from the lack of resources he has, or perhaps a piece of Giratina is partially influencing this euphoria, eating for the first time, though he, as a god, admitted he doesn’t need to. But the pleasure is satisfying and beneficial for both. Giratina started to see more of the light of the wonders of creation, instead of just fixing his past mistakes.

-Emmet and Ingo are the same age as in the events of Pokémon Black and White 2.

-This Emmet isn’t angst fanon; he’s more cannon, but he is saddened to hear the fate of his brother, though he is more surprised to be summoned by Sinnoh legendaries about the situation. He is more productive in executing the plan and is glad to help due to his logical thinking; he’s straight forward on the task. Though he can be a bit unnerving being a Pokémon battling enthusiast with Giratina powers.

-Emmet’s eyes can change to Giratina’s eyes, if he wants to, or if he is using Giratina’s powers to purify a Pokémon or protect himself. He doesn’t like the wings, as they would be cramped under his coat. Instead, he looks more like a hybrid of origin form Giratina. This form is for flight, by the way; he can return to looking human. Giratina is in his head, guiding him.

-Ingo is a similar case, though much more inexperienced in how to activate it. It mostly reacts by instinct to discomfort or danger. Whenever he touches a plate, much like Arceus equipping that item, it changes Arceus' typing. The visual change affects Ingo too, including his eye color and aura. He’ll look mostly human in his journey, as Arceus' blessing is just for Ingo to protect himself with. + prevent him from having amnesia from the fall.

-Why Palkia? Well, it would be better than a phone with the text message from God, “Capture all Pokémon." He would ironically work with the Pearl clan, though he was visibly confused by the misinterpretations these humans had of him and his brother as god god, or one is false and one is true. As much as he wants to say more accurately, the fact is that they are sons of the god of Pokémon, so he’ll have to play along. Somewhat filling in as the one stranger with “amnesia” due to his behavior of not knowing the basics of mortal life. Still, he’ll follow through with his creator’s plan.

-Emmet would have his Pokémon with him, while Ingo doesn’t and has to go to develop his team.
