imagine there’s a day where mc is just EXHAUSTED,(stay with me) and basically he notices them nodding off during class and fighting to keep their eyes open, at first he’s a little annoyed and he goes to tell them as such after class- however he cuts himself off as he notices they’re swaying and still struggling all while standing (STAY WITH ME) so he questions WHY they’re so tired anyways, while cautiously raising a hand to hover just in case they actually do fall. Which they explain that for the last few nights they’ve been kept awake at the HOL and last night was the absolute worst, they try to explain that Levi was mad and mammon then belphie got involved after they bumped into him and.. and… and they loose their train of thought and apologize, (JINGLE JINGLE STAY WITH ME) and honestly mephisto thinks this is RIDICULOUS! Why would they be stupid enough to keep the human from sleeping?? Clearly they are not as strong as a demon, and if the human starts falling behind then it looks bad for Lord Diavolo! He totally doesn’t care about them in the slightest- it’s just a human after all, however they are very important to he just can’t help but intervene! so he does the only thing that comes to mind, later on in the day he tells them that he is stealing them after school for help on a project, which mc being themself they agree despite nearly fully asleep, Which also leads to mc straight up passing out at his place… all according to plan though! But what wasn’t planned was the fact that they were sleeping on his bed…

in the morning mc is very well rested and confused as to why they’re cuddling with the most pompous rich idiot they have ever met, and also have quite a few texts and missed calls from all the brothers. but they end up not really caring because my god that is the softest bed they have ever had the pleasure of laying on,

Okay, this is such a weird problem, but I'm sure someone can relate.

My first playthrough of BG3 was definitely fun, but I didn't look up spoilers, cheats, or tutorials and just went with the flow (aka not saving before rolling die and having totally random-ass experiences as a result), so my final outcome wasn't exactly the most ideal one I wanted. I also knew literally nothing about D&D and about the lore.

For my second playthrough, however, everything was literally perfect. I knew the game now and read about all the stuff I missed the first time, and I had literally the most perfect, well-constructed narrative. It was literally incredible. I managed to do everything I wanted to do the first playthrough and everything I missed (that was playable with a 'good' character) either on purpose or by accident.

So, now I tried to play a third time, but with a new race, backstory, and class, and it just... doesn't feel... right. I'm trying to approach it with a less heroic goody-two-shoes personality, but I feel awful being mean to the tieflings (by killing them) when trying to recruit Minthara and do other stuff I haven't tried yet. All that's left for me to do is be evil. I even tried to play as Durge but caved 10 mins in. I did literally everything there was to do on a 'hero' playthrough.

What is there left to do?!? I can't access my dopamine hit when playing anymore as the Tav I'm now apparently super obsessed with. Ahhhhhhhhhhh. Am I supposed to just replay the same character over and over again?!? AHH.

So, I have a big advice post to write, but until I have the spoons, I want to warn everyone now who has legally changed their first name:

Your credit score may be fucked up and you need to:

check *now* that all your financial institutions (credit cards, loans, etc) have your current legal name and update where necessary

check that all 3 credit bureaus, on their respective sites, not via a feed like Credit Karma (so, Trans Union, Equifax, Experian) are collecting that info correctly and generating the right score - you might need to monitor them for a few months if you made any changes in #1

I am about to apply for a mortgage and learned that as of 2 weeks ago:

Experian suddenly thinks I am 2 different people - Legal Name and Dead Name (none of whom have a score)

Equifax has reported my active 25 year old mortgage as closed and deleted one of my older credit cards, hurting my score by 30+ points

Credit scores influence everything from big home/car loans to insurance rates to job and housing applications.

And for whatever reason, the 3 bureaus that have the power to destroy your life are shockingly fragile when it comes to legally changing one's first name.

So, yeah. Once I get this mess cleaned up for myself, I have a big guide in the works if you find yourself in the same predicament. But with the mass trans migration out of oppressive states, odds are there are a lot of newly renamed people who are about to have a nasty shock when applying for new housing.
