🔰Investiture Ceremony 2024-2025: A Celebration of Leadership and Patriotism
The Investiture Ceremony for the academic year 2024-2025 was held today, marking a momentous occasion in the school calendar. This event, which coincided with the Independence Day celebrations, was a true testament to the spirit of leadership and patriotism that defines our institution.
The cultural program celebrating Independence Day was a vibrant display of talent and national pride. It began with a moving poetry recitation by our esteemed teacher, Mrs. Sara, setting a patriotic tone for the event. This was followed by the Nanhe Munhe Rahi dance, a touching portrayal of innocence and hope. The English skit, Wings of Will, captivated the audience with its inspiring message, while the tricolor patriotic dance stirred emotions of national pride. The program concluded with a powerful Hindi skit on the Quit India Movement, performed by our primary and high school students, reminding everyone of the sacrifices that have shaped our nation's history.
The Investiture Ceremony itself was a grand affair, starting with a disciplined march past. The procession was led by the Head Boy and Head Girl, followed by the captains and vice-captains of various houses—Asad, Uhud, Badr, Hunayn, and Khaybar—as well as the Discipline and Environment captains. The sight of these young leaders, marching with pride and purpose, was truly inspiring.
Our newly elected captains were formally invested with their responsibilities as they were pinned with badges and sashes by our distinguished Chief Guest, Mrs. Nasima Mirza, mother of the renowned tennis player Sania Mirza, and our Guest of Honour, Mrs. Vani Sudam. The solemn oath-taking ceremony that followed was a powerful reminder of the responsibilities that come with leadership. Our school leaders pledged to uphold the values of integrity, accountability, and service to the school community.
The ceremony was further enriched by the presence of our Director, Mrs. Farhana Khan, who felicitated the Chief Guest and Guest of Honour. Their words of wisdom and encouragement resonated deeply with everyone present, leaving a lasting impact on our staff, parents, and students.
As the ceremony concluded, a sense of pride and optimism filled the air. The Investiture Ceremony 2024-2025 was not just a formal event; it was a celebration of leadership, responsibility, and the enduring spirit of patriotism. Congratulations to the newly appointed School Cabinet of 2024-2025. May they rise to the challenges of leadership and strive to achieve extraordinary things in the year ahead.

Thereafter, the school’s Annual Journal was released by the Chief Guest, Shri MJ Akbar, the Principal, Ms. Asha Prabhakar, and the Editorial team comprising Ms. Rachna Sondhi (Editor) and Ms. Kamna Joshi (Co-editor).
