Here's another workout that you can do at home and all you need is a sturdy chair. The workout follows 3 sets of 8 to 10 reps. This workout is for anyone even those who like to be couch potatoes (y'all know who you are 😉). This can be done while watching TV, in between commercials etc... . Chair burpees (believe it or not this is great for raising the heart rate) . Chair pushups (builds the chest and tricep muscles) . Chair marches (builds the cardiovascular) . Chair leg extensions (slow and controlled extension builds the quads) . Chair squats (works the booty) These aren't the only exercises that you can do with a chair, feel free and try it.
