So I had this dream last night and I was in Disney World, riding a riverboat, and then I got stuck on the paddle and when it was going back up, BOOM, there was Shang, on land (This was in Magic Kingdom, btw... in New Orleans square. RIGHT?). AND HE WASN'T IN HIS MAIN MOVIE OUTFIT, HE WAS IN THE OUTFIT THAT HE DIED IN IN THE SECOND MOVIE WITH HIS HAIR ALL OUT AND STUFF.

So I got off the boat and met him and I was like "WHY IS NOBODY IN YOUR LINE, SHANG?" 'cuz he was surrounded by like, Ariel and Aurora and Mulan was nowhere in sight. He was super out of place (as usual). And he was like "IDK I GUESS I'M JUST TOO AWESOME." or something. So we partied and since there was nobody waiting, he and I just fucked around, and took goofy pictures, and then he got mad at me because I made him make stupid faces. And then Mulan came and we took more stupid pictures because that's how we do. 

BUT EVERYONE GOT IN LINE WHEN MULAN WAS THERE BECAUSE EVERYONE LIKES HER MORE

So I left Shang and hugged him and stuff and then my water bottle was sitting behind him on the railing, so I scooted behind him, and then I got blocked off from my water bottle, so I was like "SHANG, CAN YOU HAND ME THAT PLEASE?" and instead he knocked it into the water.

"Honey, Ah'm Hame!" Shang/Merida (strength-and-discipline)

ooc: strength-and-discipline wrote this, I asked for permission to post.

His arrow hit the target, slightly off center. He frowned to himself in disappointment. Shang was supposed to be top notch, perfect in anything physical that was thrown his way. He was trained to be a warrior, a very capable warrior. One who would not accept defeat, no matter the cost. 

And yet, his wife had managed to hit the red circle as if it were the easiest thing in the world. 

He yanked another arrow from his quiver, aiming it at the color of blood. He calculated the exact position it needed to be in, how much he needed to pull it back, how fast the wind was going, and everything that contributed to an arrow’s trajectory. Shang stilled himself completely, as motionless as a clay statue, and let the arrow fly. 

Unsatisfied with the results, he sighed. He’d have to interrogate Merida on her archery skills. Not that he minded. The competitive nature of their relationship excited him, and he loved to win bragging rights in their household. Though he did enjoy listening to her accented shouts of victory, even if it meant he had been defeated.

So as he reached for another shot at winning another of their little games (the loser having to cook dinner), he smiled and knew he would never tire of his Merida.
