I think today I will cry about BC not making tour vlogs anymore 😔

#yes i'm still bitter about the live performance video they posted yesterday #it seemed more like something made for promotion and marketing rather than for fans to relive the moment #or for fans who couldn’t attend to experience it as if they were there #the frame wouldn’t span on one moment for longer than 1.5 seconds which made it kinda messy #and you didn't really get a good picture of what the show was actually like #they didn't show how awkwardly long it took for the curtain to be gathered and carried away 🤭#instead they showed moshpits THAT DIDN'T EVEN HAPPEN DURING THOSE SONGS 🙄#and the content you see on their band account on tiktok/ig is no different #good for promotion i guess. uninteresting for their existing fans 🥱#i get that editing vlogs is extra work (for joonas) and that some of them may not want there to be a camera on their face all the time #and that *siiiiiiiiiiigh* ''youtube is dead'' 🙄#but i don't think i would have fallen for this band half as bad as i did if it wasn't for the umk/esc vlogs and the content from summer '21 #followed by more tour vlogs from their other tours #nowadays it's only fast-paced tiktoks and promotion and joel's SUPER FUNNY filters 🙂#i would give up them all for 5-minutes of vlog-like content from the EU tour 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭#whose dick do i need to suck for this huh?#joel is it yours (as the band's social media guy)?? i will do it in the back alley of your local sushi buffet #just tell me when and i'll be there but make sure your cock's already out and hard i haven't got all day

just thinking of tonights events and wanna say that it would be SOOO annoying if ppl started making every new song they played about whoever they think it’s about like speculation and shipping or whatever is fun i’m the last to judge about that but when it comes to the entirety of fob playing these songs to celebrate their whole career and give their whole discog love when they were afraid to for so long and give each show a unique and enjoyable experience and when the surprise 8 ball songs are coupled with speeches about how pete doesnt lay under a blanket and think about dying anymore i REALLY dont think what should be talked about Most is who the songs are about no matter who it is like i just think that would be veryyy reductive and lame when there is so much else to focus on!!!!

#and this is coming from a peterick shipper like i LOVEEE to look into things too deeply bc it can be fun but i do really think like #other things matter more. who the songs are about doesnt matter more than the fact the songs are being played in the first place #call me annoying or a buzzkill or whatever ik most ppl are joking but still it just like sucks #the idea that more ppl might care abt the shipping or making jokes abt it than the like actual. meaningful cool things going on . idk #im just in a very i love fall out boy mood and feel protective abt how big this tour clearly is for them #txt

I do mean that book, and the 80’s movie, and now the musical which has rekindled my obsession

#also watching the 13 episodes made of the worst quality 1990s tv show on YouTube #worst quality in both ways #content wise because S.E. Hinton herself says she hates the show with passion and it’s so OOC #and worst physical quality because as someone on twitter said it’s like it was filmed on a Nintendo 3DS #it’s so grainy the characters all meld together #makes you feel like you just got your eyes dilated #and there’s like no other way to watch it than on YouTube #so that I’m just doing for fun because it’s so bad it’s good #I’ve basically spent the last 2 months reading every other Hinton book and watching the other movies #Tex is my fave after The Outsiders #one day I’ll see the musical #idk when but they gotta tour sometime right?#but yeah I’ll admit it’s not a fandom I thought I’d get sucked back into as hard as I did #im just such a sucker for brothers looking out for each other #I still have more plans for SOB tho so I’m working on it
